Claims (13)
- 吸着剤ブロックを含む気相吸着装置であって、
前記吸着剤ブロックは、大環ブロックと;少なくとも1つの小環ブロックと、を含み、
少なくとも1つの前記小環ブロックは、前記大環ブロックの内側に同心円状に配置され、
前記大環は、第1バインダー粒子を含む第1熱可塑性バインダーによって一緒に結合された第1吸着剤を含み、前記小環ブロックは、第2バインダー粒子を含む第2熱可塑性バインダーによって一緒に結合された第2吸着剤を含み、
少なくとも1つの前記小環ブロックは、ブロック単位体積あたりの平均N2 BET表面積が、前記大環ブロックと少なくとも10%異なる、気相吸着装置。 - 前記大環ブロック内の前記第1バインダー粒子は、前記大環ブロックの総重量の0.3重量パーセントから30重量パーセントを構成し、
前記小環ブロック内の前記第2バインダー粒子が、前記小環ブロックの総重量の0.3重量パーセントから30重量パーセントを構成する、請求項1に記載の気相吸着装置。 - 前記大環ブロックの前記第1バインダー粒子は、大きさが5から700nmの間、好ましくは20から500nm未満の間、より好ましくは50から400nm未満の間である離散粒子サイズを有する、請求項1または2に記載の気相吸着装置。
- 前記小環ブロックの前記第2バインダー粒子は、サイズが5から700nmの間、好ましくは50から500nm未満の間、より好ましくは50から400ナノメートル未満の間である離散粒子サイズを有する、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の気相吸着装置。
- 前記第1バインダー粒子および前記第2バインダー粒子は、ポリビニリデンフロリドホモポリマー、ポリビニリデンフロリドコポリマー、並びに、ポリアミドホモポリマーおよびポリアミドコポリマーからなる群より独立して選択される、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の気相吸着装置。
- 前記第1吸着剤は、前記大環ブロックの70重量パーセント以上、好ましくは85重量パーセント以上、より好ましくは90重量パーセント以上を構成し、前記第2吸着剤は、少なくとも1つの前記小環ブロックの70重量パーセント以上、好ましくは85重量パーセント以上、より好ましくは90重量パーセント以上を構成する、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の気相吸着装置。
- 前記第1吸着剤および前記第2吸着剤は、活性炭、炭素繊維、モレキュラーシーブ、カーボンモレキュラーシーブ、シリカゲル、および金属有機フレームワークからなる群より独立して選択される、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の気相吸着装置。
- 前記第1吸着剤が、活性炭または炭素繊維を含む、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の気相吸着装置。
- 前記第2吸着剤媒体が、活性炭または炭素繊維を含む、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の気相吸着装置。
- 前記第1吸着剤が、前記第2吸着剤とは異なる化学組成である、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の気相吸着装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記小環ブロックは、ブロック単位体積あたりの平均N2 BET表面積が、前記大環ブロックよりも少なくとも10%小さい、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の気相吸着装置。
- 前記大環ブロックは、ブロック単位体積あたりの平均N2 BET表面積が、前記小環ブロックよりも少なくとも10%小さい、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の気相吸着装置。
- 蒸発損失制御装置としての請求項1の前記ブロックの使用。
