Description
以下、本発明の一実施の形態を図1~図11を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本実施の形態では、作業機械の一例とし、油圧ショベルを示して説明するが、クレーンのような他の作業機械やホイールローダのような道路機械にも本発明を適用することが可能である。
本発明の第2の実施の形態を図10Bを参照しつつ説明する。
本発明の第3の実施の形態を図12を参照しつつ説明する。
本発明の第4の実施の形態を図13を参照しつつ説明する。
なお、本発明は上記の実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲内の様々な変形例や組み合わせが含まれる。また、本発明は、上記の実施の形態で説明した全ての構成を備えるものに限定されず、その構成の一部を削除したものも含まれる。また、上記の各構成、機能等は、それらの一部又は全部を、例えば集積回路で設計する等により実現してもよい。また、上記の各構成、機能等は、プロセッサがそれぞれの機能を実現するプログラムを解釈し、実行することによりソフトウェアで実現してもよい。
Claims (4)
- 下部走行体、及び、前記下部走行体に対して旋回可能に設けられた上部旋回体により構成された車体を備えた作業機械において、
前記下部走行体、及び、前記上部旋回体を操作する操作信号をオペレータの操作に基づいて出力する操作装置と、
前記車体の周囲の物体を検知するセンサと、
前記車体の動作を制限する安全支援装置と、
前記センサの検知信号に基づいて前記安全支援装置を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記センサの検知範囲は、前記下部走行体の走行性能に基づいて予め定められた検知範囲である第一検知範囲と、前記第一検知範囲の内側で前記上部旋回体の旋回範囲に基づいて予め定められた検知範囲である第二検知範囲と、で構成され、
前記制御装置は、前記センサにより検知された前記物体の位置が前記第一検知範囲である場合には前記下部走行体の走行動作を制限し、前記第二検知範囲である場合には前記上部旋回体の前記下部走行体に対する旋回動作を制限するように前記安全支援装置を制御することを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1記載の作業機械において、
前記センサは、前記上部旋回体の後方、左側方、及び、右側方にそれぞれ配置され、
前記制御装置は、
前記センサにより検知された前記物体の位置が前記第一検知範囲である場合には、前記上部旋回体の前記下部走行体に対する旋回動作を制限せずに、前記下部走行体の走行動作を制限し、
前記センサにより検知された前記物体の位置が前記第二検知範囲である場合には、前記走行動作を制限せずに、前記旋回動作を制限するように前記安全支援装置を制御することを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1記載の作業機械において、
前記安全支援装置は前記オペレータに警報を発する警報装置を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記センサにより検知された前記物体の位置が前記第一検知範囲と前記第二検知範囲の何れであるかに応じて、前記オペレータに異なる種類の警報を発するように前記警報装置を制御することを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1記載の作業機械において、
前記第一検知範囲は、前記下部走行体の走行動作における最大速度に応じて設定されることを特徴とする作業機械。
