Claims (9)
- 自動車の駆動トレインのための回転子一体型クラッチ(2)を有する電気機械(1)であって、前記電気機械(1)に関連付けられた固定子(3)および回転子(4)を備え、前記回転子(4)が、キャリア(5)を有し、前記キャリア(5)の上には、第2の部品(8)との強制ロック接続のために準備された、摩擦クラッチ(7)の第1の部品(6)が取り付けられており、前記固定子(3)および/または前記回転子(4)に冷却液を供給して、熱の散逸もたらすために、冷却液ライン(9)が提供されている電気機械(1)であって、前記冷却液が、重力下で、前記回転子(4)の支持部の上に滴下し、前記支持部の回転によって前記冷却液が半径方向外側に飛ばされることで、前記固定子(3)の外面の上を流れるスプレーミスト(17)が生成され、それにより前記固定子(3)の巻線ヘッドが湿潤化されるように、前記冷却液ライン(9)が配置および穿孔されていることを特徴とする、電気機械(1)。
- 前記冷却液ライン(9)が、重力の方向(10)で見て、前記固定子(3)の上方および半径方向外側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記冷却液ライン(9)が、二次冷却液フロー(14)を発生させるために、前記固定子(3)の長手方向で見たときに、中央に、かつ重力の方向(10)で前記固定子(3)に適合されている巻線(11)の上方に配置されている、少なくとも1つの貫通孔(12)を有し、かつ/または前記冷却液ライン(9)が、一次冷却液フロー(15)を発生させるために、前記重力の方向(10)で見たときに、前記回転子(4)の上方に少なくとも1つの流体出口(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記重力の方向(10)でみたとき前記回転子(4)の各端面の上方に前記冷却液ライン(9)の流体出口孔(13)があることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記流体出口孔(13)が、ノズル様ではなく、巻線ヘッドを、重力駆動により湿潤化するように寸法決めおよび配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 貫通孔(12)が、前記冷却液ライン(9)の前記長手方向に沿って前記冷却液ライン(9)の中央に少なくとも2つ並んで配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記貫通孔(12)および流体出口孔(13)が、同じサイズの断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項3~6のいずれか一項に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 前記冷却液ライン(9)が、送給ラインに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電気機械(1)。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電気機械(1)を有する、自動車の駆動トレイン。
