基端に設けた凸部を前記バネ収納部に収納しかつ先端を前記座板から突出して前記貫通孔に挿通された前記移動方向に移動自在な押棒と、
前記バネ収納部に収納されて前記座板を前記バネ収納部の底面となっている係合面と前記凸部との当接により前記座板を前記移動方向に押動すると共に
