Claims (10)
- 変位可能部材(11,12)付きの振動式呼吸療法デバイス(100)を備え、前記変位可能部材は、前記デバイスを経由する呼吸によって変位し、また前記デバイスを経由する呼吸に対して振動抵抗を生ずるよう構成される呼吸療法装置であって、前記変位可能部材(11,12)の変位に応答する光センサ(20,200,201,202)を備え、前記変位可能部材(11,12)は、ハウジングの内側に枢着され、前記変位可能部材の少なくとも一部分には、前記変位可能部材の変位に対する前記光センサ(20,200,201,202)の感度を向上させる対比色又は反射表面でマーク付けされることを特徴とする、呼吸療法装置において、前記装置は、さらに、前記デバイスが作成する音を感知するよう構成されたマイクロフォンを備え、また前記装置は、信号対ノイズ比を改善するため、前記光センサ(20,200,201,202)からの信号と前記マイクロフォンからの信号とを組み合わせる、呼吸療法装置。
- 請求項1記載の呼吸療法装置において、前記光センサ(20,200,201,202)は、前記デバイスが使用されるとき、使用持続時間、及び振動の周波数のうち1つ又はそれ以上を示している信号を供給するよう構成される、呼吸療法装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載の呼吸療法装置において、前記光センサ(20,200,201,202)は前記デバイス(100)の外部に設け、また前記デバイスは、前記センサ(20,200,201,202)が前記デバイス内の前記変位可能部材(11,12)を見ることができる、透明ハウジング(2)又は透明窓を有する、呼吸療法装置。
- 請求項1~3のうちいずれか1項記載の呼吸療法装置において、前記光センサ(20,202)は、前記センサが検出した振動の周波数を提示するディスプレイ(205)を含むユニット(200,201)内に収納される、呼吸療法装置。
- 請求項1~4のうちいずれか1項記載の呼吸療法装置において、前記光センサは、電子カメラ(201)によって設けられる、呼吸療法装置。
- 請求項5記載の呼吸療法装置において、前記電子カメラは電話機(200)内に設けられ、また前記電話機(200)は、使用中に前記デバイス(100)内の前記変位可能部材(11,12)の変位に応答するようプログラムされている、呼吸療法装置。
- 請求項1~6のうちいずれか1項記載の呼吸療法装置において、前記変位可能部材は、前記デバイス(100)経由の呼気中に開口を開閉するロッカーアーム(12)におけるバルブ素子(11)を有する、呼吸療法装置。
- 請求項1~7のうちいずれか1項記載の装置に使用される、光センサ(20,200,201,202)。
- カメラ(20)付きの電話機(200)であって、請求項1~7のうちいずれか1項記載の装置に使用されるようプログラムされている、電話機。
- 請求項1~7のうちいずれか1項記載の装置に使用するための振動式PEPデバイス(100)の形態である呼吸療法デバイス。
