Description
本発明の一実施形態による誘電体磁器組成物は、BaTiO3で表示される第1の主成分及びPbTiO3で表示される第2の主成分を含む(1-x)BaTiO3-xPbTiO3で表示される母材粉末を含む。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第1の副成分として、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つ以上を含む酸化物又は炭酸塩をさらに含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、第2の副成分として、Siを含む酸化物又はSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物を含むことができる。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、上記誘電体磁器組成物は、Liを含む酸化物、炭酸塩又はフッ化物である第3の副成分をさらに含むことができる。

BaTiO3で表示される第1の主成分及びPbTiO3で表示される第2の主成分を含む(1-x)BaTiO3-xPbTiO3で表示される母材粉末を含み、前記xは0.0025≦x≦0.4を満たす、誘電体磁器組成物。
[項目2]
前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100モル%に対して、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である0.1~2.0モル%の第1の副成分をさらに含む、項目1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
[項目3]
前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100モル%に対して、Siを含む酸化物又はSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である0.2~5.0モル%の第2の副成分をさらに含む、項目1又は2に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
[項目4]
前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100モル%に対して、Liを含む酸化物、炭酸塩又はフッ化物である0.4~12.0モル%の第3の副成分をさらに含む、項目1から3のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
[項目5]
前記第1の主成分と第2の主成分は固溶体の形態である、項目1から4のいずれか一項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
[項目6]
誘電体層と第1及び第2の内部電極が交互に積層されたセラミック本体と、
前記セラミック本体の両端部に形成され、前記第1及び第2の内部電極と電気的に連結される第1及び第2の外部電極と、
を含み、
前記誘電体層はBaTiO3で表示される第1の主成分及びPbTiO3で表示される第2の主成分を含む(1-x)BaTiO3-xPbTiO3で表示される母材粉末を含み、前記xは0.0025≦x≦0.4を満たす誘電体磁器組成物を含む、積層セラミックキャパシタ。

前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100モル%に対して、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である0.1~2.0モル%の第1の副成分をさらに含む、項目6に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目8]
前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100モル%に対して、Siを含む酸化物又はSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である0.2~5.0モル%の第2の副成分をさらに含む、項目6又は7に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目9]
前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100モル%に対して、Liを含む酸化物、炭酸塩又はフッ化物である0.4~12.0モル%の第3の副成分をさらに含む、項目6から8のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目10]
前記第1の主成分と第2の主成分は固溶体の形態である、項目6から9のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目11]
複数の第1及び第2の内部電極が交互に積層され、積層された第1及び第2の内部電極の間に複数の誘電体層が配置され、
前記複数の誘電体層はPbTiO3を含む誘電体磁器組成物を含む、積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目12]
前記誘電体磁器組成物は第1の主成分及びPbTiO3で表示される第2の主成分を含む母材粉末を含み、前記母材粉末は0.25~40mol%の含量のPbTiO3で表示される第2の主成分を含む、項目11に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目13]
前記第1の主成分と第2の主成分は固溶体の形態である、項目12に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目14]
前記誘電体磁器組成物は第1の主成分及びPbTiO3で表示される第2の主成分を含む母材粉末を含み、前記母材粉末は1000nm以下の平均粒径を有する、項目11から13のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目15]
前記誘電体磁器組成物はBaTiO3及びPbTiO3を含む(1-x)BaTiO3-xPbTiO3で表示される母材粉末を含み、前記xは0.0025≦x≦0.4を満たす、項目11から14のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目16]
前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100モル%に対して、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である0.1~2.0モル%の第1の副成分をさらに含む、項目11から15のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目17]
前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100モル%に対して、Siを含む酸化物又はSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である0.2~5.0モル%の第2の副成分をさらに含む、項目11から16のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目18]
前記誘電体磁器組成物は、前記母材粉末100モル%に対して、Liを含む酸化物、炭酸塩又はフッ化物である0.4~12.0モル%の第3の副成分をさらに含む、項目11から17のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目19]
前記第1の内部電極と第2の内部電極は銅(Cu)を含む、項目11から18のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目20]
前記第1の内部電極と第2の内部電極はパラジウム(Pd)を含む、項目11から19のいずれか一項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
BaTiO3で表示される第1の主成分及びPbTiO3で表示される第2の主成分を含む(1-x)BaTiO3-xPbTiO3で表示される成分を含み、
xは0.075≦x≦0.30を満たし、
成分100モル%に対して、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である0.1~2.0モル%の第1の副成分をさらに含み、
成分100モル%に対して、Siを含む酸化物又はSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である0.2~2.0モル%の第2の副成分をさらに含む、
誘電体磁器組成物。

誘電体磁器組成物は、成分100モル%に対して、Liを含む酸化物、炭酸塩又はフッ化物である0.4~12.0モル%の第3の副成分をさらに含む、
項目1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
[項目3]
第1の主成分と第2の主成分は固溶体の形態である、
項目1または2に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
[項目4]
誘電体層と第1及び第2の内部電極が交互に積層されたセラミック本体と、
セラミック本体の両端部に形成され、第1及び第2の内部電極と電気的に連結される第1及び第2の外部電極と、
を含み、
誘電体層は項目1から3のいずれか1項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物を含む、
積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目5]
複数の第1及び第2の内部電極が交互に積層され、積層された第1及び第2の内部電極の間に複数の誘電体層が配置され、
複数の誘電体層は項目1から3のいずれか1項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物を含む、
積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目6]
成分の結晶粒サイズは、0.30から0.60マイクロメートルである、
項目5に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目7]
第1の内部電極と第2の内部電極は銅(Cu)を含む、
項目5または6に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
[項目8]
第1の内部電極と第2の内部電極はパラジウム(Pd)を含む、
項目5から7のいずれか1項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。

Claims (6)
- BaTiO3で表示される第1の主成分及びPbTiO3で表示される第2の主成分を含む(1-x)BaTiO3-xPbTiO3で表示される成分を含み、
前記xは0.075≦x≦0.30を満たし、
前記成分100モルに対して、Liを含む炭酸塩である第3の副成分を0.2~6.0モルさらに含み、
前記成分100モルに対して、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu及びZnのうち少なくとも一つを含む酸化物又は炭酸塩である0.1~2.0モルの第1の副成分をさらに含み、
前記成分100モルに対して、Siを含む酸化物又はSiを含むガラス(Glass)化合物である0.2~2.0モルの第2の副成分をさらに含む、
誘電体磁器組成物。 - 前記第1の主成分と第2の主成分は固溶体の形態である、請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 複数の第1及び第2の内部電極が交互に積層され、積層された第1及び第2の内部電極の間に誘電体層が配置され、
前記誘電体層は請求項1または2に記載の誘電体磁器組成物を含む、
積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記誘電体層と第1及び第2の内部電極を含むセラミック本体と、
前記セラミック本体の両端部に形成され、前記第1及び第2の内部電極と電気的に連結される第1及び第2の外部電極と、を含む、請求項3に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。 - 前記誘電体層の結晶粒サイズは、0.30から0.60マイクロメートルである、請求項3または4に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
- 前記第1の内部電極と第2の内部電極はパラジウム(Pd)を含む、請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載の積層セラミックキャパシタ。
