前記各支持部材の縦方向に等間隔置きに設けられ、前記各横筋を配筋可能に縦方向に並べた状態でそれぞれ個々に位置決めする複数の位置決め治具と、

前記各支持部材に対し前記各横筋を仮保持する仮保持部と、

前記掛け渡し部材は、前記仮保持部本体の両端間に掛け渡して開口を塞いだ状態で前記各横筋の仮保持が行われるようにしている一方、前記仮保持部本体の開口を人為的な動作により開放させた状態で前記各横筋の離脱が行われるようにしており、

両端に雄螺子が形成された一本の長尺な丸鋼の中央部を前記仮保持部の他側端側において前記各横筋に沿って左右方向に延ばした左右方向延長部を有し、かつこの左右方向延長部の左右両端が前記横筋を挿通可能に開口するように前記仮保持部の一側端側に向かってそれぞれ略U字状に屈曲して互いの両端側を前記各支持部材に沿って上方へ延ばすように形成されているとともに、
前記掛け渡し部材としては、先端の雄螺子にナットが螺着され、かつ前記仮保持部本体の開口を塞ぐように当該仮保持部本体の一側端側から他側端の左右方向延長部に向かって掛け渡される長尺なボルト部材が適用されており、
前記位置決め手段は、
前記仮保持部本体の両端の雄螺子を下方から挿通して螺着し、前記仮保持部の一側端側において前記ボルト部材が抜け落ちないように挿通される長孔を有する位置決め部材と、
前記仮保持部本体を前記支持部材に対し前記位置決め部材を介してそれぞれ等間隔置きに螺着する螺着手段と、
を備えていて、
前記ボルト部材は、その頭部を前記仮保持部の一側端側における前記位置決め部材の長孔から前記仮保持部の他側端における左右方向延長部に挿通させて係止することによって前記仮保持部本体の開口を塞ぐようにしている一方、前記左右方向延長部から頭部を離脱させて当該左右方向延長部との係止を解除させた状態で前記位置決め部材の長孔まで移動させるといった人為的な動作により前記仮保持部本体の開口を開放させるようにしていることを特徴とする横筋配筋装置。
