本出願は2020年12月21日に提出された名称が「電池セル、電池及び電力消費装置」の中国特許出願番号202011518512.9の優先権を主張しており、同出願の内容の全ては、ここに参照として取り込まれる。
S100、第2のアダプタ100と電極コンポーネント60の第2のタブ62とをレーザー溶接し、
S200、第2のアダプタ100に対して一次折り曲げを行い、
S300、第2のアダプタ100に対して二次折り曲げを行い、
S400、第2のアダプタ100と電極コンポーネント60とをケースに突入して、第1のタブ61を延びて形成された本体部の端部が、ケース50のケース口よりも高くなり、
S500、第1のアダプタ90と電極コンポーネント60の第1のタブ61とをレーザー溶接し、
S600、第1のアダプタ90に対して一次折り曲げを行い、
S700、第1のアダプタ90と第2のアダプタ100とを折り曲げてケースに入る。
Claims (15)
- 電池セルであって、
第1のタブ(61)と第2のタブ(62)とを含む電極コンポーネント(60)であって、前記第1のタブ(61)と前記第2のタブ(62)は、それぞれ前記電極コンポーネント(60)の第1の方向の両端に位置する電極コンポーネント(60)と、
それぞれ前記電極コンポーネント(60)の前記第1の方向の両側に位置する第1の電極端子(801)と第2の電極端子(802)と、
前記第1のタブ(61)と前記第1の電極端子(801)とを接続するための第1のアダプタ(90)と、
前記第2のタブ(62)と前記第2の電極端子(802)とを接続するための第2のアダプタ(100)とを含み、
ここで、前記第1のアダプタ(90)、前記第2のアダプタ(100)は、いずれも、少なくとも2つの非屈曲部と、隣接する2つの前記非屈曲部を接続する屈曲部(130)とを含み、前記第2のアダプタ(100)の前記非屈曲部の数は前記第1のアダプタ(90)の前記非屈曲部の数よりも大きく、
前記第1のアダプタ(90)が前記第1の電極端子(801)に直接接続され、前記第2のアダプタ(100)が前記第2の電極端子(802)に直接接続される、電池セル。 - 前記第1のアダプタ(90)の前記少なくとも2つの非屈曲部は、第1の非屈曲部(91)と、第2の非屈曲部(92)とを含み、前記第1の非屈曲部(91)は前記第1の電極端子(801)に接続され、前記第2の非屈曲部(92)は前記第1のタブ(61)に接続され、
前記第2のアダプタ(100)の前記少なくとも2つの非屈曲部は、第3の非屈曲部(110)と、第4の非屈曲部(140)と、第5の非屈曲部(120)とを含み、前記第3の非屈曲部(110)は前記第2の電極端子(802)に接続され、前記第4の非屈曲部(140)は前記第2のタブ(62)に接続され、前記第5の非屈曲部(120)は前記第3の非屈曲部(110)と前記第4の非屈曲部(140)との間に設置される、請求項1に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第1の非屈曲部(91)と前記第1の電極端子(801)とが溶接され、前記第2の非屈曲部(92)と前記第1のタブ(61)とが溶接され、
前記第3の非屈曲部(110)と前記第2の電極端子(802)とが溶接され、前記第4の非屈曲部(140)と前記第2のタブ(62)とが溶接される、請求項2に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第2の非屈曲部(92)に第2のスルーホール(121)が開設され、
前記第4の非屈曲部(140)に第2のスルーホール(121)が開設される、請求項2又は3に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第1の電極端子(801)は、前記第1のアダプタ(90)の非屈曲部を貫通して接続する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1の電極端子(801)は、第1の端子本体(81)と、第1のプラットフォーム部(82)と、第1の突起部(83)とを含み、前記第1の端子本体(81)は、それぞれ前記第1のプラットフォーム部(82)と前記第1の突起部(83)に接続され、前記第1の突起部(83)は、前記第1のアダプタ(90)の非屈曲部を貫通して接続され、前記第1のプラットフォーム部(82)は、前記第1のアダプタ(90)の非屈曲部の、前記第1のタブ(61)から乖離する側に当接する、請求項5に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第2の電極端子(802)は、前記第2のアダプタ(100)の非屈曲部(110)を貫通して接続される、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第2のアダプタ(100)の非屈曲部に第3のスルーホール(101)が設けられ、
前記第2の電極端子(802)は、第2の端子本体(84)と第2の突起部(86)とを含み、前記第2の端子本体(84)は前記第2の突起部(86)に接続され、前記第2の突起部(86)は前記第3のスルーホール(101)内に設けられ、第2の突起部(86)と第2のアダプタ(100)とが突き合わせ溶接によって接続される、請求項7に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第2のアダプタ(100)の抵抗率は、前記第1のアダプタ(90)の抵抗率よりも小さい、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1のアダプタ(90)の材質はアルミニウムであり、前記第2のアダプタ(100)の材質は銅である、請求項9に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第2のアダプタ(100)の長さは、前記第1のアダプタ(90)の長さよりも大きい、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記屈曲部(130)の最小厚さは、前記非屈曲部の最小厚さよりも小さい、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記屈曲部(130)はトランジション部(131)を含み、前記トランジション部(131)は前記非屈曲部に接続され、前記トランジション部(131)の厚さは、接続された前記非屈曲部から離れる方向に次第に減少する、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の電池セルを含む、電池。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル又は請求項14に記載の電池を含み、前記電池セル又は前記電池は電気エネルギーを提供するためのものである、電力消費装置。
