The technology disclosed here relates to a mobile terminal storage device.

Portable terminal storage devices that can be attached to shopping carts, carriers, and other hand trucks are known.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a mobile terminal holder that includes a holding section that holds a mobile terminal and a storage section that stores a battery that supplies power to the mobile terminal. In the mobile terminal holder of Patent Document 1, the holding section has a back support section that supports the back of the mobile terminal, and the storage section is provided on the back of the back support section.

When shopping, payment can sometimes be made using coupons or cards. If a separate storage compartment is provided in the mobile terminal storage device, coupons and the like can be stored in the separate storage compartment, making payment operations smoother.

However, in a configuration in which a storage section is provided on the rear side of the holder as in Patent Document 1, the items stored in the storage section are covered by the mobile terminal and become difficult to see. For this reason, when a point card or the like is placed in the storage section, there is a risk that the user will forget to use the point card or the like, and in the worst case scenario, the point card or the like may be left behind and lost at the store.

In addition, with a mobile terminal holder like that in Patent Document 1, there is a risk that the mobile terminal held in the holder may get in the way when removing an item from the storage section. In this case, it becomes necessary to remove the mobile terminal from the holder, which is troublesome.

The technology disclosed here has been developed in light of these points, and its purpose is to provide a portable terminal storage device that makes it easy to use other items used in work when performing work that requires a portable terminal.

In order to solve the above problem, the technology disclosed herein is directed to a mobile terminal storage device, which is configured to include a first storage section capable of storing the mobile terminal, and a second storage section capable of storing items other than the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is stored in the first storage section, and the second storage section is provided adjacent to the side of the first storage section.

With this configuration, since the second storage section is provided adjacent to the side of the first storage section, the user can easily see the items stored in the second storage section even when the mobile device is stored in the first storage section. This makes it easier to remove items stored in the second storage section. In addition, it is possible to prevent other items from coming into contact with the mobile device when removing other items. This makes it easier to use other items to be used in work when performing work using the mobile device.

In one embodiment of the mobile terminal storage device, the device includes a back wall portion that extends continuously across the first storage section and the second storage section and is located on the back side of the mobile terminal, and a partition wall that separates the first storage section from the second storage section, and a gap is formed between the back wall portion and the partition wall.

Recently, mobile terminals are sometimes stored in so-called notebook-type terminal cases. If a gap is formed between the rear wall side end of the partition wall and the rear wall, the mobile terminal can be stored in the first storage section while the notebook-type terminal case is left open, and the cover section can be stored in the second storage section. The cover section of a notebook-type terminal case generally has a storage pocket for storing cards, etc., so in the above-mentioned mobile terminal storage device, cards can be stored in the second storage section without removing them from the cover section. This makes it easier to use other items used in tasks that involve the mobile terminal. In addition, the mobile terminal stored in the first storage section can be used while still stored in the notebook-type terminal case, reducing the user's efforts.

In one embodiment, the first storage section is partitioned by the rear wall section and the partition wall, a first front wall section provided opposite the rear wall section, a first side wall section provided opposite the partition wall and at the side end of the rear wall section opposite the second storage section, and a first bottom wall section that receives the bottom surface of the mobile terminal, and the second storage section is partitioned by the rear wall section and the partition wall, a second front wall section provided opposite the rear wall section, a second side wall section provided opposite the partition wall and at the side end of the rear wall section opposite the first storage section, and a second bottom wall section that receives one end of the item, and the distance between the first front wall section and the rear wall section is greater than the distance between the second front wall section and the rear wall section.

That is, nowadays, mobile devices are often stored in cases. When a mobile device is placed in a case, the case is thicker than the mobile device itself. In the above configuration, the distance between the first front wall and the back wall in the first storage section is greater than the distance between the second wall and the back wall in the second storage section, so it is possible to place the mobile device in the first storage section while it is stored in the case. This reduces the user's effort in removing the mobile device from the case.

In one embodiment, the rear wall portion may have ribs that protrude toward the inside of the first and second storage portions.

This configuration reduces friction between the mobile device stored in the first storage section and the back wall 11, and the items stored in the second storage section, making it easier to remove the mobile device or the items.

As described above, the technology disclosed herein makes it easier to use other items used in work when performing work using a mobile device.

An exemplary embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

Figure 1 shows a stand device 100 equipped with a mobile terminal storage device 1 (hereinafter referred to as terminal storage device 1) according to this embodiment. The stand device 100 is attached to an axis-shaped member P such as the handle of a shopping cart (see Figure 11) or a carrier handle, with a tablet-type mobile terminal T such as a smartphone stored in the terminal storage device 1.

The stand device 100 has a support 101 to one end of which the terminal storage device 1 is attached, and a clamper 102 that is provided at the other end of the support 101 and clamps an axial member P such as a handle of a shopping cart or the like.

The support pillar 101 is provided so as to extend in a direction perpendicular to the shaft-shaped member P. The support pillar 101 is constructed by welding two steel plates bent into a U-shaped cross section with the U-shaped openings facing each other. Although detailed illustration is omitted, the upper end of the support pillar 101 is a planar portion that extends in the left-right direction and is inclined obliquely upward. The terminal storage device 1 is fastened to the planar portion with bolts.

The clamper 102 is composed of a pair of clamping members 102a connected by a number of bolts. The pair of clamping members 102a are arranged to face each other in the vertical direction and clamp the shaft-shaped member P in the vertical direction. A fitting groove extending in the left-right direction is formed on the underside of each clamping member 102a. The fitting groove is a groove into which a part of the handle fits and is formed in an arc-shaped cross section. When the stand device 100 is not attached to the handle, the curvature of the fitting groove is smaller than the curvature of the outer periphery of the shaft-shaped member P, while when the stand device 100 is attached to the shaft-shaped member P, the clamping member 102a bends in the direction of fastening the bolts, so that the curvature of the fitting groove becomes approximately the same as the curvature of the outer periphery of the shaft-shaped member P.

2 to 7 are diagrams showing the structure of the terminal storage tool 1. The terminal storage tool 1 is made of resin. The color of the terminal storage tool 1 can be set arbitrarily, but a transparent color has the advantage that the stored items can be easily confirmed. In the following description, when the mobile terminal T is stored in the terminal storage tool 1, the direction corresponding to the thickness direction of the mobile terminal T is referred to as the surface direction, the side where the screen of the mobile terminal T is located in the surface direction is referred to as the front side, and the side opposite the front side in the surface direction is referred to as the rear side. The terminal storage device 1 has two storage sections, a first storage section 30 and a second storage section 40. The first storage section 30 is located relatively to the right, and the second storage section 40 is located relatively to the left. The second storage section 40 is provided adjacent to the side (here, the left side) of the first storage section 30. The first storage section 30 is basically a section for storing a mobile terminal T, and the second storage section 40 is basically a section for storing items other than the mobile terminal T, such as tools (coupons, cards, tools, etc.) used for work using the mobile terminal T (shopping, transporting and assembling parts, etc.). It is not excluded that a mobile terminal may be stored in the second storage section 40 when the mobile terminal T is not stored in the first storage section 30.

As shown in FIG. 2, the mobile terminal storage device 1 is formed by combining a base portion 10 located on the rear side with a cover portion 20 that is attached to the base portion 10 so as to cover the base portion 10 from the front side. The cover portion 20 is detachably attached to the base portion 10.

The base portion 10 has a flat back wall portion 11 located on the rear side, a base-side right side wall portion 12 formed along the right end of the back wall portion 11 and extending perpendicular to the back wall portion 11, a base-side left side wall portion 13 formed along the left end of the back wall portion 11 and extending perpendicular to the back wall portion 11, and a base-side bottom wall portion 14 formed near the end of the bottom side of the back wall portion 11.

The back wall 11 extends continuously across the first storage section 30 and the second storage section 40. The upper end of the back wall 11 extends straight in the left-right direction in the first storage section 30 section, while in the second storage section 40 section, it curves upward from the right side to the left side and then extends straight in the left-right direction. The length of the back wall 11 in a given direction in the first storage section 30 region is shorter than the length of the back wall 11 in a given direction in the second storage section 40 region. The length of the back wall 11 in a given direction in the first storage section 30 region is set to a length that does not cover the camera lens when a camera-equipped mobile terminal is stored in the first storage section 30. The upper edge of the back wall 11 is chamfered on the front side.

In the part of the back wall 11 that corresponds to the first storage section 30, a notch 11b is formed on the bottom side that is cut out toward the top side.

As shown in Figs. 2 and 7, the back wall 11 has a number of ribs 11a that protrude toward the front side. Two ribs 11a are provided in the first storage section 30, and two are provided in the second storage section 40. Each rib 11a extends straight in a predetermined direction. The upper end of each rib 11a is located closer to the bottom than the upper end of the back wall 11. In other words, the upper end of each rib 11a and the upper end of the back wall 11 are spaced apart in a predetermined direction. In addition, the upper end of each rib 11a has an arc that curves toward the back wall 11.

As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the rear wall 11 has an attachment portion 11c formed on the side opposite the first and second storage portions 30, 40 for attaching the terminal storage device 1 to the support 101.

The base side right side wall portion 12 and the base side left side wall portion 13 have different lengths in a predetermined direction. Specifically, the length of the base side right side wall portion 12 in a predetermined direction is shorter than the length of the base side left side wall portion 13 in a predetermined direction. In addition, the base side right side wall portion 12 and the base side left side wall portion 13 have different heights from the back wall portion 11. Specifically, the height of the base side right side wall portion 12 from the back wall portion 11 is higher than the height of the base side left side wall portion 13 from the back wall portion 11. The base side right side wall portion 12 faces a partition wall 25 described later and constitutes a part of a first side wall portion provided at the side end of the back wall portion 11 on the opposite side (here, the right side) from the second storage portion 40. The base side left side wall portion 13 faces a partition wall 25 described later and constitutes a part of a second side wall portion provided at the side end of the back wall portion 11 on the opposite side (here, the left side) from the first storage portion 30.

As shown in FIG. 2, two base-side engagement claws 15 protruding toward the left are provided on the left side surface of the base-side left side wall portion 13. In addition, two base-side engagement claws 15 (see FIG. 5) protruding toward the right are provided on the right side surface of the base-side right side wall portion 12. The base-side engagement claws 15 each engage with a cover-side engagement hole 26 of the cover portion 20, which will be described later.

The base side bottom wall 14 is located slightly closer to the upper surface than the bottom end of the back wall 11. The distance between the base side bottom wall 14 and the bottom end of the back wall 11 is slightly larger than the thickness of the cover 20. The width of the part of the base side bottom wall 14 that corresponds to the first storage section 30 is larger than the width of the part of the base side bottom wall 14 that corresponds to the second storage section 40. The part of the base side bottom wall 14 that corresponds to the first storage section 30 is separated into left and right. The right side part of the base side bottom wall 14 is integrated with the base side right side wall 12 at the right end. The left side part of the base side bottom wall 14 is integrated with the base side left side wall 13 at the left end. The part of the base side bottom wall 14 that is relatively wider in the surface direction corresponds to the first bottom wall, and the part of the base side bottom wall 14 that is relatively narrower in the surface direction corresponds to the second bottom wall.

A number of base side holes 14a are formed in the base side bottom wall portion 14. The base side holes 14a are formed at the right and left ends of the base side bottom wall portion 14, near the center in the left-right direction, and in a portion closer to the left than the center in the left-right direction.

As shown in Figures 2 and 4, a plurality of (three in this example) base-side engagement holes 16 are provided in the portion of the back wall 11 that is closer to the bottom side than the base-side bottom wall 14. The base-side engagement holes 16 each engage with a cover-side engagement portion 27 of the cover portion 20, which will be described later.

The cover section 20 has a front wall section 21 that faces the back wall section 11 in the surface direction, a cover side right side wall section 22 that is formed to cover the base side right side wall section 12 from the right side, a cover side left side wall section 23 that is formed to cover the base side left side wall section 13 from the left side, a cover side bottom wall section 24 that is formed to cover the base side bottom wall section 14 from the bottom side, and a partition wall 25 that partitions the first storage section 30 and the second storage section 40.

As shown in FIG. 9, the partition wall 25 extends straight in a predetermined direction. The upper end of the partition wall 25 is located closer to the bottom than the upper edge of the back wall portion 11.

As shown in Figures 7 and 9, the partition wall 25 is separated from the rear wall portion 11 in the surface direction. In other words, a gap S is formed between the end of the partition wall 25 on the rear wall portion 11 side and the rear wall portion 11. The upper surface side of the end of the partition wall 25 on the rear wall portion 11 side is an inclined portion 25a that is inclined toward the upper surface side and away from the rear wall portion 11.

As shown in FIG. 3, the front wall portion 21 includes a first front wall portion 31 that defines the first storage section 30, and a second front wall portion 41 that defines the second storage section 40.

The first front wall 31 is divided into a first right front wall 31a and a first left front wall 31b. The first right front wall 31a is stepped and recessed to the right in stages toward the upper surface side when viewed from the front side. The first left front wall 31b is stepped and recessed to the left in stages toward the upper surface side when viewed from the front side. The length of the first left front wall 31b in a predetermined direction is shorter than the length of the partition wall 25 in a predetermined direction. As a result, the front side of the first storage section 30 is mostly open, with only a part of it near the bottom side being covered. The right end of the first right front wall 31a is integrated with the front end of the cover-side right side wall 22, and the left end of the first left front wall 31b is integrated with the front end of the partition wall 25. The bottom ends of the first right and first left front wall portions 31a and 31b are each integral with the cover-side bottom wall portion 24.

The second front wall 41 has a shape similar to that of the second storage section 40 in the back wall 11. Specifically, the second front wall 41 covers the entire left-right direction of the second storage section 40 in the range where the partition wall 25 is provided in a predetermined direction, while the upper and left portions of the upper portion of the second front wall 41 are cut out in an arc shape. The upper end of the second front wall 41 curves upward toward the left side and then extends straight toward the left side. The upper end of the second front wall 41 is located closer to the bottom than the upper end of the back wall 11. The right end of the second front wall 41 is integrated with the middle portion of the partition wall 25 in the perpendicular direction, and the left end of the second front wall 41 is integrated with the cover-side left side wall 23. In other words, the first left front wall 31b and the second front wall 41 are connected by the partition wall 25. The bottom end of the second front wall 41 is integral with the cover side bottom wall 24.

As shown in FIG. 7, the distance H1 between the first front wall portion 31 and the rear wall portion 11 is greater than the distance H2 between the second front wall portion 41 and the rear wall portion 11. Specifically, the distance H1 is set to be approximately twice as large as the distance H2.

As shown in FIG. 7, the cover side right side wall portion 22 spreads out facing the partition wall 25. Similarly, the cover side left side wall portion 23 also spreads out facing the partition wall 25, like the cover side right side wall portion 22. As shown in FIG. 5, the cover side right side wall portion 22 has cover side engagement holes 26 at positions corresponding to the base side engagement claws 15. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 7, the cover side left side wall portion 23 has cover side engagement holes 26 at positions corresponding to the base side engagement claws 15. The base side engagement claws 15 engage with the cover side engagement holes 26, whereby the cover portion 20 is attached to the base portion 10. The cover side right side wall portion 22 constitutes a part of the first side wall portion. The cover side left side wall portion 23 constitutes a part of the second side wall portion.

The width of the cover side bottom wall 24 in the surface direction at the portion to the right of the partition wall 25 is larger than the width of the cover side bottom wall 24 in the surface direction at the portion to the left of the partition wall 25. The cover side bottom wall 24 has a recess 24a recessed on the back side at the portion to the right of the partition wall 25. The recess 24a corresponds to the portion of the base side bottom wall 14 where the base side bottom wall 14 is separated into left and right. The portion of the cover side bottom wall 24 where the recess 24a is formed fits into the notch 11b formed in the back wall 11. The cover side bottom wall 24 has a plurality of cover side notches 24b. The cover side notches 24b are formed at positions corresponding to the base side holes 14a, that is, at the right end and left end of the cover side bottom wall 24, near the center in the left-right direction, and in a portion closer to the left than the center in the left-right direction. As a result, when the base portion 10 and the cover portion 20 are combined, each base-side hole portion 14a and each cover-side cutout portion 24b communicate in a predetermined direction. When viewed from the bottom surface side in the predetermined direction, the portion of the cover-side bottom wall portion 24 to the right of the partition wall 25 corresponds to the first bottom wall portion. On the other hand, the portion of the cover-side bottom wall portion 24 to the left of the partition wall 25 corresponds to the second bottom wall portion.

At the rear end of the cover-side bottom wall portion 24, the portions corresponding to the base-side engagement holes 16 are provided with cover-side engagement portions 27 that engage with the base-side engagement holes 16.

When assembling the cover 20 to the base 10, first, each cover-side engaging portion 27 is engaged with each base-side engaging hole 16. At this time, if the recess 24a of the cover-side bottom wall 24 and the notch 11b of the base 10 are used for alignment, it becomes easier to align each cover-side engaging portion 27 with each base-side engaging hole 16. Next, the cover 20 is placed on the base 10 so that the cover-side right side wall 22 is aligned with the base-side right side wall 12, while the cover-side left side wall 23 is aligned with the base-side left side wall 13. Then, when each base-side engaging claw 15 is engaged with each cover-side engaging hole 26, the assembly of the base 10 to the cover 20 is completed, and the terminal storage device 1 is assembled.

Figure 10 shows an example of how to use the terminal storage tool 1. In the example shown in Figure 10, the mobile terminal T is stored in a so-called notebook-type terminal case C. In the terminal storage tool 1 of this embodiment, as shown in Figure 10, the mobile terminal T can be stored in the notebook-type terminal case 200 and the notebook-type terminal case 200 can be stored in the terminal storage tool 1 with the notebook-type terminal case 200 open. Also, the terminal cover 202 of the notebook-type terminal case 200 is generally provided with a storage pocket for storing cards, coupons, and the like. In the terminal storage device 1, cards and coupons stored in the storage pocket can be stored together with the terminal cover 202 without being removed from the storage pocket. Also, since most of the front side of the first storage section 30 is not covered by the first front wall section 31 and is open, the user can operate the mobile terminal T while it is stored in the first storage section 30. This makes it easier to use other items (particularly cards and coupons in this case) used for tasks using the mobile terminal (particularly shopping in this case).

11 shows another example of the use of the terminal storage device 1. In the example shown in FIG. 11, the mobile terminal T is stored in a so-called back cover type terminal case 300. The back cover type terminal case 300 has a larger width in the thickness direction than the mobile terminal T. Since the first storage section 30 has a relatively large width in the surface direction, the mobile terminal T can be stored together with the back cover type terminal case 300. Since the mobile terminal T can be stored together with the terminal case 300, even if writing implements such as a notebook are stored in the second storage section 40, they can be prevented from directly abutting against the mobile terminal T. In addition, since the second storage section 40 is adjacent to the side of the first storage section 30, the user can easily visually confirm the writing implements, etc., and it is easy to avoid the mobile terminal T when taking out the writing implements, etc. from the second storage section 40. In the above embodiment, the device is described as being attached to the handle of a shopping cart or a carrier. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the device may be attached to a desk by changing the configuration of the clamp part.
