Description

フィルタのハウジング内に形成された流体チャネルであって、約60mm以下のハウジングの軸方向の螺旋ピッチを有する螺旋パターンを有し、ハウジングの内面の隆起部分の間に形成される流体チャネルを通して流体を導くことと;
流体を、隆起部分と直接接触している膜に通すことと
を含む方法。
Claims (9)
- フィルタであって、
内面及び外面を有するハウジングと、
ハウジング内に配置されている膜と、
ハウジングの軸方向の螺旋ピッチが50mm以下の螺旋パターンでハウジングの内面に形成された流体チャネルであって、ハウジングの内面の隆起部分の間に形成された流体チャネルと、
中空中心及び一連の開口部を有するコアと、
流体の入口として機能する第1開口部と、流体の出口として機能する第2開口部とを含む第1エンドキャップと
を含み、
膜が、コアとハウジングの内面との間に配置されており、
開口部が、膜と中空中心との間を流体が通過することを可能にする、
フィルタ。 - 螺旋パターンが、45度以下の螺旋角度を有する、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 入口が、流体を流体チャネル中に方向付ける、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタ。
- 入口から流体を受け入れるように構成されているチューブと、流体を流体チャネルに提供するように構成されているポートとを含み、チューブ及びポートが、流体が流体チャネルの底部で流体チャネルに導入されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 膜が内面の隆起部分と直接接触している、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ。
- 膜と内面の隆起部分との間にケージが配置されていない、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ。
- フィルタハウジングであって、
内面と、
外面と、
流体チャネルであって、ハウジングの軸方向の螺旋ピッチが60mm以下の螺旋パターンでフィルタハウジングの内面に形成され、ハウジングの内面の隆起部分の間に形成されている流体チャネルと、
中空中心及び一連の開口部を有するコアと、
流体の入口として機能する第1開口部と、流体の出口として機能する第2開口部とを含む第1エンドキャップと
を含み、
膜が、コアとハウジングの内面との間に配置されており、
開口部が、膜と中空中心との間を流体が通過することを可能にする、
フィルタハウジング。 - 第1エンドキャップに接続されるように構成されている第1の端部と、第2エンドキャップに接続されるように構成されている第2の端部とを含む、請求項7に記載のハウジング。
- 流体を濾過する方法であって、
入口を通してフィルタに流体を導入することと;
フィルタのハウジング内に形成された流体チャネルであって、60mm以下のハウジングの軸方向の螺旋ピッチを有する螺旋パターンを有し、ハウジングの内面の隆起部分の間に形成される流体チャネルを通して流体を方向付けることと;
流体を、隆起部分と直接接触している膜に通すことと;
コアに形成された一連の開口部を通して、コアとハウジングの内面との間に配置されている膜とコアの中空中心との間に流体を通すことと;
コアの中空中心に流体接続する出口を通してフィルタから流体を流出させることと;
を含み、
フィルタが、流体の入口として機能する第1開口部と、流体の出口として機能する第2開口部とを含む第1エンドキャップを含む、
方法。
