枠体と、枠体の内周に配置される内、外障子を備え、
内障子の下框は、ガラス間口に排水孔が形成されており、
内障子の召合框は、中空部の内周側にガラス間口が設けられ、中空部の下端に気密ピースが嵌め込まれているとともに、中空部とガラス間口を連絡する外気導入孔が中空部の内周側壁で下框の上端部よりも高い位置に設けられており、
ガラス間口と内、外障子の召合せ空間は連通されておらず、
召合框の中空部は、外気導入孔、召合框のガラス間口、下框のガラス間口及び排水孔を介して外気と連通している建具。
