Description

The present invention relates to a morning assembly support device and program, and more specifically, to a morning assembly support device and program that can efficiently support the progress of morning assemblies.

As an example of an information system that supports online meetings and conferences using general computers, smartphones, tablet PCs, and other terminals, the videoconferencing system described in Patent Document 1 is known.

When carrying out construction work on buildings, roads, or other structures, it is common for workers, managers, and other related parties to hold a morning meeting on the morning of the day work is to take place, to ensure that everyone is aware of the work content, safety precautions, and other important matters.

In the case of the morning meeting mentioned above, information systems that can hold meetings online, such as the conventional technology mentioned above, are highly useful. For example, when a manager cannot come to the work site, or when it is difficult to gather many people in one place due to concerns about infectious diseases and other countermeasures, there is a demand for information systems that can efficiently support morning meetings.

However, conventional videoconferencing systems are general-purpose videoconferencing systems that can be used for a variety of purposes, and to use them in morning meetings at construction sites, there was a demand for an information system that was more optimized to suit the actual conditions of morning meetings at construction sites.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to provide a morning assembly support system and program that can efficiently support morning assemblies at construction work sites.

The morning assembly support device according to the present invention, which has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, is a morning assembly support device that supports a morning assembly held between a manager who manages a work site and one or more workers, and includes a screen transition unit that transitions a screen displayed on a worker terminal used by the worker in response to an instruction from a manager terminal used by the manager, an audio synchronization unit that outputs a statement of the manager input from the manager terminal to the worker terminal and outputs a statement of the worker input from the worker terminal to the manager terminal and to the worker terminal used by the worker other than the worker who made the statement, and the voice synchronization unit, when inputting a statement by a worker using one of the worker terminals at the same worker terminal, rejects the input of a statement by a worker using the same worker terminal at another of the worker terminals; and the screen transition unit, when ending the morning meeting, displays a morning meeting end screen on the worker terminal requesting the worker to confirm his/her participation.

The morning assembly support device of the present invention may be provided , instead of or in addition to the audio synchronization unit, with an image synchronization unit that outputs images input from the manager terminal to the worker terminal, and may be provided, instead of or in addition to the audio synchronization unit, with a video synchronization unit that outputs video input from the manager terminal to the worker terminal.

According to the configuration of the present invention, the screen transition unit of the morning assembly support device performs screen transitions on the worker terminals of the workers in response to instructions from the manager terminal used by the manager. In addition, the audio synchronization unit of the morning assembly support device inputs the manager's remarks from the manager terminal and outputs them to the worker terminals used by the workers. This allows the manager to control the progress of the morning assembly, while the workers using the worker terminals can indicate explicit consent to the manager's remarks through the consent recording unit of the morning assembly support device, ensuring that safety precautions can be confirmed and efficiently supporting morning assemblies in construction work, etc.

An example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of a morning assembly support device 100 according to an example of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the morning assembly support device 100 according to an example of this embodiment includes a screen transition unit 101, an audio synchronization unit 102, a consent recording unit 103, and a participation confirmation recording unit 104, and is communicatively connected to an administrator terminal 200 used by an administrator, an operator terminal 300 used by one or more operators, and a morning assembly setting terminal 400 via a network 500.

In one example of this embodiment, the morning assembly support device 100 is configured using a server computer. A program recorded on the HDD or other storage device of the server computer is loaded into memory and executed by the CPU (Central Processing Unit), causing the server computer to function as the morning assembly support device 100. Note that the hardware configuration of the morning assembly support device 100 may be selected arbitrarily, and well-known hardware may be selected based on processing speed, fault tolerance, and other requirements.

The screen transition unit 101 receives instructions from the administrator terminal 200 and transitions the screen displayed on the worker terminal 300 described below. In one example of this embodiment, when the screen displayed on the administrator terminal 200 is transitioned by an administrator's operation, the screen transition unit 101 causes the worker terminal 300 to perform the same screen transition as the transition.

Between the administrator terminal 200 and the worker terminal 300, the audio synchronization unit 102 inputs a statement made by a user of one terminal and outputs it to the other terminal. In one example of this embodiment, the administrator terminal 200 always outputs the administrator's statement to the worker terminal 300, while the number of worker terminals 300 that can make statements at the same time is limited to one. When a statement is input at one worker terminal 300 and output to the administrator terminal 200 and another worker terminal 300, the input of a statement at the other worker terminal 300 is rejected. In one example of this embodiment, audio synchronization is performed between the administrator terminal 200 and the worker terminal 300 by the audio synchronization unit 102, but instead of or in addition to this, an image synchronization unit that outputs an image input at the administrator terminal 200 to the worker terminal 300 may be provided, and instead of or in addition to the audio synchronization unit 102, a video synchronization unit that outputs a video input at the administrator terminal 200 to the worker terminal 300 may be provided. When an image synchronization unit and a video synchronization unit are provided, one-way synchronization may be performed from the manager terminal 200 to the worker terminal 300, or synchronization may be possible from the worker terminal 300 to the manager terminal 200 and other worker terminals 300. Also, similar to the audio synchronization unit 102 in one example of this embodiment, when the image synchronization unit or video synchronization unit synchronizes images or videos from the worker terminal 300 to the manager terminal 200 and other worker terminals 300, the number of worker terminals 300 that simultaneously input images or videos may be limited.

The consent recording unit 103 records information indicating that the worker agrees with the manager's statement based on the operation of the worker terminal 300. In one example of this embodiment, as described below, when a morning assembly is held, an understanding icon W613 is displayed on the morning assembly screen viewed by the worker terminal 300, and when the worker presses the understanding icon W613, information indicating the above agreement is transmitted from the worker terminal 300 to the morning assembly support device 100, and the agreement recording unit 103 receives the information and records it in the morning assembly support device 100.

The participation confirmation recording unit 104 records information indicating the participant's confirmation of participation in the morning assembly based on the operator's operation. In one example of this embodiment, when the morning assembly ends, a morning assembly participation confirmation screen W800 (described later) is displayed on the operator terminal 300. When the operator presses the morning assembly participation confirmation button W801 provided on the morning assembly participation confirmation screen W800, information indicating the operator's confirmation of participation in the morning assembly is transmitted. The participation confirmation recording unit 104 receives the information and records it in the morning assembly support device 100.

In one example of this embodiment, the morning assembly support device 100 is configured from a single server computer, but the number of computers from which the morning assembly support device 100 is configured may be selected arbitrarily, and the location where the morning assembly support device 100 is installed may be, for example, a construction site or a remote location such as a data center, as long as it is capable of communicating with the administrator terminal 200, the worker terminal 300, and the morning assembly setting terminal 400 via the network 500. Also, part or all of the morning assembly support device 100 may be configured using cloud computing or other services provided via a network.

The administrator terminal 200 is a terminal used by the administrator. The administrator terminal 200 is a smartphone, tablet PC, or other form of terminal equipped with a microphone as the audio input device 201, a speaker as the audio output device 202, and a touch panel display as the display device 203. It also has a web browser 204 for accessing the morning assembly screen described below.

The worker terminal 300 is a terminal used by a worker. The worker terminal 300 is a smartphone, tablet PC, or other mobile terminal equipped with a microphone as an audio input device 301, a speaker as an audio output device 302, and a touch panel display as a display device 303. It also has a web browser 304 for accessing the morning assembly screen described below.

The morning assembly setting terminal 400 is a terminal for operating the morning assembly management screen described below. In one example of this embodiment, the morning assembly setting terminal 400 is a general personal computer, and is equipped with a web browser 401 for accessing the morning assembly management screen. The morning assembly setting terminal 400 is a terminal used by an administrator, and the administrator terminal 200 may be used as the morning assembly setting terminal 400.

The network 500 is a network to which the morning assembly support device 100, the administrator terminal 200, the worker terminal 300, and the morning assembly setting terminal 400 are connected. The network 500 may be the Internet or another wide area network.

Next, the management of morning assemblies in this embodiment will be described. In one example of this embodiment, the administrator sets the contents of the morning assembly in advance, and then, when the morning assembly is held, the assembly proceeds based on the set contents.

In one example of this embodiment, the morning assembly screen is configured as a web application provided by the morning assembly support device 100. The contents of the morning assembly are set by accessing a morning assembly management screen provided by the morning assembly support device 100 through the web browser 401 of the morning assembly setting terminal 400 and using the functions of that screen.

Figure 2 is a diagram showing screen transitions of the management screen provided by the morning assembly support device 100 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 2, in one example of this embodiment, when the administrator accesses the management screen URL of the morning assembly support device 100 from the morning assembly setting terminal 400, the first authentication screen W100 is displayed.

Figure 3 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the first authentication screen W100 in one example of this embodiment. In one example of this embodiment, the first authentication screen W100 is a screen for inputting a password issued to the administrator in advance, and as shown in Figure 3, includes a password input form W101 and an authentication button W102.

When the administrator inputs the previously issued password into the password input form W101 of the first authentication screen W100 and presses the authentication button W102, information including the input password is sent from the morning assembly setting terminal 400 to the morning assembly support device 100. When the morning assembly support device 100 receives the information, it executes an authentication process based on the password included in the received information, and if the authentication is successful, it causes the morning assembly setting terminal 400 to display the second authentication screen W110. Note that a well-known authentication method may be used for the authentication process, and for example, it may be possible to verify whether the password included in the received information is the same as a password previously recorded in the morning assembly support device 100. In addition, passwords may be issued for each administrator, for each construction work or other project, or for each business operator performing construction work.

Figure 4 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the configuration of the second authentication screen W110 in one example of this embodiment. In one example of this embodiment, the second authentication screen W110 includes a morning assembly management number input form W111, an authentication button W112, and a project creation button W113. In this example of this embodiment, construction work or other work for which a morning assembly is held is managed as the above-mentioned project.

The morning assembly management number input form W111 is a form for inputting a morning assembly management number that uniquely identifies the project for which a morning assembly is to be held on the management screen of the morning assembly support device 100. When the administrator inputs the morning assembly management number into the morning assembly management number input form W111 and presses the authentication button W112, information including the morning assembly management number is sent to the morning assembly support device 100. The morning assembly support device 100 receives the sent information, and if the morning assembly management number included in the information is recorded in the morning assembly support device 100, it displays the calendar screen W300. If the morning assembly management number included in the received information is not recorded in the morning assembly support device 100, the morning assembly support device 100 determines that authentication on the second authentication screen W110 has failed, and displays a message to the effect that authentication has failed on the second authentication screen W110.

The morning assembly management number mentioned above is information that is issued when a project for the morning assembly to be managed is created, and when the project creation button W113 on the second authentication screen W110 is pressed, the screen transitions to the project creation/editing screen W200.

FIG. 5 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the project creation/editing screen W200 in one example of this embodiment. The project creation/editing screen W200 is a screen to which the user transitions when the project creation button on the second authentication screen described above is pressed, or when the project management button W304 on the calendar screen W300 described below is pressed, and as shown in FIG. 5, the screen includes a project name input form W201, a management number input form W202, a registration button W203, and a cancel button W204. Note that in one example of this embodiment, the project creation/editing screen W200 starts up in a creation mode for creating a new project when transitioning from the second authentication screen W110, and starts up in an edit mode for editing an existing project managed on the calendar screen W300 when transitioning from the calendar screen W300.

When the administrator inputs the name of the project to be created in the project name input form W201, inputs the control number in the control number input form W202, and presses the register button W203, the screen transitions to the project confirmation screen W210. Note that when the project creation/editing screen W200 is launched in the above-mentioned creation mode, the project name input form W201 and control number input form W202 are displayed blank, but when launched in the edit mode, the relevant information of the project being managed on the calendar screen W300 is displayed as the initial value.

Figure 6 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the configuration of a project confirmation screen W210 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 6, the project confirmation screen W210 in one example of this embodiment includes a morning meeting number W211, a morning meeting management number W212, a copy button W213, a calendar transition button W214, and a cancel button W215.

The morning assembly number W211 displays the management number entered in the management number input form W202 on the aforementioned project creation/editing screen W200, and the morning assembly management number W212 displays a value that uniquely identifies the project for which a morning assembly is to be held on the management screen. In one example of this embodiment, the value that uniquely identifies the project for which a worker will hold a morning assembly on the morning assembly screen is the morning assembly number, and the value that uniquely identifies the project for which a manager will hold a morning assembly on the management screen is the morning assembly management number. In addition, when the aforementioned project creation/editing screen W200 is started in the creation mode, the morning assembly management number is generated by the morning assembly support device 100 when transitioning from the project creation/editing screen W200 to the project confirmation screen W210.

The copy button W213 is a button for copying the morning meeting number W211 on the project confirmation screen W210 to the clipboard of the manager terminal 200. When the copy button W213 is pressed, the morning meeting number W211 is copied to the clipboard of the manager terminal 200, and the morning meeting number can be pasted into any screen by performing a paste operation on that screen. In one example of this embodiment, the morning meeting number is information required when a worker accesses the morning meeting screen, as described below, and copy and paste using the copy button W213 is used, for example, when notifying the workers of the morning meeting number in advance by email or other communication means.

The calendar transition button W214 is a button that confirms the contents of the created project and displays the calendar screen W300 (described later) for the created project. When the calendar transition button W214 is pressed, information including the values entered into each form of the project creation/editing screen W200 and the morning assembly management number generated in the process of transitioning from the project creation/editing screen W200 to the project management screen W210 is transmitted from the administrator terminal 200 to the morning assembly support device 100, and the morning assembly support device 100 receives the above information and records it in the morning assembly support device 100. When the project creation/editing screen W200 is started in the creation mode, the morning assembly support device 100 records the received information as a new project, and when started in the edit mode, the information related to the existing project is updated with the received information.

On the other hand, the Cancel button W215 is a button for canceling the creation of the project. When the Cancel button W215 is pressed, the screen transitions to the original project creation/editing screen W200, and the values entered/edited on the project creation/editing screen W200 are discarded.

Figure 7 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the configuration of the calendar screen W300 in one example of this embodiment. As described above, in one example of this embodiment, the calendar screen W300 is a screen to which the user transitions when the morning assembly management number is entered in the second authentication screen W110 or when a new project is created in the project creation/editing screen W200, and is a screen for creating and editing morning assemblies for each day in a project that is uniquely identified by the morning assembly management number based on the morning assembly management number included in the information transmitted from the transition source screen W110 or W210. As shown in Figure 7, the calendar screen W300 in one example of this embodiment includes project information W301, a year/month selection form W302, a morning assembly management area W303 for managing the morning assemblies for each day in the month selected in the year/month selection form W302, and a project management button W304.

The morning assembly management area W303 is an area for managing morning assemblies for the year and month selected in the aforementioned year and month selection form W302, and displays a morning assembly registration button in each column of a table with days of the week as columns and weeks as rows. When a morning assembly registration button is pressed, the screen transitions to a morning assembly registration screen W400 that manages the morning assembly for the day indicated by the column in which the pressed morning assembly registration button is located.

In addition, pressing the project management button W304 transitions to the project creation/editing screen W200. As described above, when transitioning from the calendar screen W200 to the project creation/editing screen W200, the project creation/editing screen W200 starts in edit mode, and the information about the project managed on the calendar screen W200 can be edited.

FIG. 8 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the configuration of the morning assembly registration screen W400 in one example of this embodiment. The morning assembly registration screen W400 in one example of this embodiment includes a start time input form W401, a scheduled time input form W402, a template selection form W403, a morning assembly content display area W404, a registration button W405, and a cancel button W406. When the start time of the morning assembly is input in the start time input form W401, the scheduled time of the morning assembly is input in the scheduled time input form W402, and the registration button W405 is pressed with the morning assembly template selected in the template selection form W403, information requesting the creation of a morning assembly based on the input and selected information is sent to the morning assembly support device 100. When the morning assembly support device 100 receives the information, it creates information about the morning assembly based on the information and displays the morning assembly setting screen W410 on the WEB browser of the administrator terminal 200.

In one example of this embodiment, the template selection form W403 provides a function for performing the initial settings of the morning assembly information described above using information about the morning assembly already registered in the morning assembly support device 100 as a template, i.e., a model. Furthermore, when the cancel button W406 is pressed, the morning assembly information is not created, and the values entered or selected in each form are discarded, and the screen transitions to the original screen.

Figure 9 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the configuration of the morning assembly setting screen W410 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 9, the morning assembly setting screen W410 is composed of a menu area W411, a setting item area W412, an add item button W413, and a save button W414.

The menu area W411 is an area that displays a menu for selecting setting items and viewing items on the morning assembly setting screen W410, and in one example of this embodiment, the following menus are displayed: a basic settings menu W411a, a radio exercises menu W411b, a work content menu W411c, a notice of caution menu W411d, a safety call menu W411e, a group KY activity menu W411f, a participation confirmation menu W411g, and a site status and materials menu W411h. When each of the menus W411a to W411h is selected, a screen corresponding to the selected menu is displayed in the setting item area W412.

The add item button W413 is a button for adding a menu item displayed in the menu area W411. The save button W414 is a button for confirming input, deletion, and other edited content in each of the setting screens W420 to W490 described below, and when the save button W414 is pressed, the content of the edit work performed in each of the setting screens W420 to W490 is recorded in the morning assembly support device 100 as an update to the information related to the morning assembly described above.

When the basic settings menu W411a is pressed, a basic settings screen W420 is displayed in the setting item area W412 of the morning assembly settings screen W410. FIG. 10 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the basic settings screen W420 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 10, the basic settings screen W420 includes a host name input form W421, a start time input form W422, a scheduled time input form W423, and a notice input form W424.

When the radio exercise menu W411b is pressed, the radio exercise setting screen W430 is displayed in the setting area W412 of the morning assembly setting screen W410. FIG. 11 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the radio exercise setting screen W430 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 11, the radio exercise setting screen W430 has a radio exercise video viewing area W431, and a video of radio exercises that has been set in advance in the morning assembly support device 100 can be viewed. Note that the method of setting the radio exercises may be selected arbitrarily. For example, the URL of a video that can be viewed via the network 400 may be set, or a video that has been previously recorded may be saved as a file in the storage of the morning assembly support device 100.

When the work content menu W411c is pressed, a work content setting screen W440 is displayed in the setting area W412 of the morning assembly setting screen W410. The work content setting screen W440 is a screen for setting the work content for the day when the morning assembly is held and safety precautions for the work content. FIG. 12 is a diagram conceptually showing the configuration of the work content setting screen W440 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 12, the work content setting screen W440 has a work content area W441 and an add button W442.

The work content area W441 is an area for inputting, viewing, and editing the work content and precautions to be taken in a project that involves a morning meeting, and specifically includes a work type input form W441a, a work content input form W441b, a partner company input form W441c, a hazard factor input form W441d, a countermeasure input form W441e, a display order change button W441f, and a delete button W441g.

When the Add button W442 is pressed, the work content setting screen W440 is added with the aforementioned input forms W441a-W441e and a work content area W441 including buttons W441f and W441g. Furthermore, when two or more work content areas W441 are displayed, the display order of any work content area W441 can be changed up or down by pressing the Change Display Order button W441f. The Delete button W441g is a button for deleting a work content area W441, and pressing the Delete button W441g deletes the work content area W441 including that Delete button W441g.

When the caution notification menu W411d is pressed, the caution notification setting screen W450 is displayed in the setting area W412 of the morning assembly setting screen W410. FIG. 13 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the caution notification setting screen W450 in one example of this embodiment, and includes a caution input form W451a, a change display order button W451b, and a caution area W451 that includes a delete button W451c, and an add button W452.

Similar to the work content area W441 in the work content setting screen W440 described above, a notes area W451 can be added by pressing an add button W452. In addition, the display order of any of the notes areas W451 can be changed up or down by pressing a display order change button W451b, and the notes area W451 including the pressed delete button W451b can be deleted by pressing a delete button W451b.

When the safety call menu W411e is pressed, a safety call setting screen W460 is displayed in the setting area W412 of the morning meeting setting screen W410. FIG. 14 is a diagram conceptually showing the configuration of the safety call setting screen W460 in an example of this embodiment. The safety call setting screen W460 includes a call input form W461 and a response input form W462.

When the group KY activity menu W411f is pressed, the group KY activity confirmation screen W470 is displayed in the setting area W412 of the morning assembly setting screen W410. FIG. 15 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the configuration of the group KY activity confirmation screen W470 in one example of this embodiment. The group KY activity confirmation screen W470 is a screen for confirming information recorded as photos or videos of the efforts, actions, and other activities performed by workers as KY (hazard prediction) activities. As shown in FIG. 15, the group KY activity confirmation screen W470 displays thumbnails W471 of photos or videos of KY activities taken by workers, the recording date and time W472 of the thumbnails W471, and the name of the recorder W473.

When the participation confirmation menu W411g is pressed, a participant confirmation screen W480 is displayed in the setting area W412 of the morning assembly setting screen W410. FIG. 16 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the configuration of the participant confirmation screen W480 in an example of this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 16, the participant confirmation screen W480 displays the names W481 of the participants of the morning assembly. As will be described later, in an example of this embodiment, a morning assembly participation confirmation screen W800 is displayed on the administrator terminal 200 and the worker terminal 300 at the end of the morning assembly. The screen W800 is provided with a participation confirmation button W801, and when the administrator or worker presses the button, information including the name of the pressed participant is transmitted to the morning assembly support device 100, and the information including the name is recorded in the morning assembly support device 100 by the participation confirmation recording unit 104 of the morning assembly support device 100. The participant confirmation screen W480 is a screen that displays a list of the names of the participants of the morning assembly recorded by the participation confirmation recording unit 104.

When the site status/materials menu W411h is pressed, a site status/materials setting screen W490 is displayed in the setting area W412 of the morning assembly setting screen W410. FIG. 17(a) is a diagram conceptually showing the configuration of the site status/materials setting screen W490 in one example of this embodiment, and FIG. 17(b) is a diagram conceptually showing the configuration of the site status/materials registration dialog W493. As shown in FIG. 17(a), the site status/materials setting screen W490 displays a thumbnail W491 of the site status or materials and an add button W492.

Thumbnail W491 displays a thumbnail of the site situation or material added by the add button W492 described below. In one example of this embodiment, when thumbnail W491 is pressed, the site situation or material displayed by the pressed thumbnail can be viewed.

When the Add button W492 is pressed, the site status/document registration dialogue W493 shown in FIG. 17(b) is displayed. The site status/document registration dialogue W493 includes a title input form W493a, an upload form W493b, a file content viewing area W493c, an upload execution button W493d, and a cancel button W493e. When the title of the site status or document is input in the title input form W493a, and a site status or document file is selected in the upload form W493b and the upload execution button W493d is pressed, the file is temporarily saved by the morning assembly support device 100, and a thumbnail W491 is displayed on the site status/document setting screen W490 described above. In addition, when an arbitrary site status or document file is selected in the upload form W493, the contents of the selected file are displayed in the file content viewing area W493c. When the Cancel button W493e is pressed, the file is not uploaded and the site status/document registration dialogue W493 is closed.

The above is an explanation of the management screen provided by the morning assembly support device 100 in one example of this embodiment. Next, the morning assembly screen in one example of this embodiment will be explained. In this example of this embodiment, the morning assembly screen, like the morning assembly management screen, is configured as a web application provided by the morning assembly support device 100.

FIG. 18 is a diagram showing the transition of the morning assembly screen in an example of this embodiment. When the morning assembly URL of the morning assembly support device 100 is accessed from the WEB browser 204, 304 of the administrator terminal 200 used by the administrator or the worker terminal 300 used by the worker, a morning assembly authentication screen W500 for authenticating the user is displayed. In this embodiment, the morning assembly URL accessed by the administrator and the morning assembly URL accessed by the worker are the same address, and when the morning assembly management number is entered on the morning assembly number input screen described later, the subsequent screen transitions to administrator mode, and when the morning assembly number is entered, the subsequent screen transitions to participant mode. In this example of this embodiment, when the administrator accesses from the administrator terminal 200, the administrator mode is entered by entering the morning assembly management number, and when the worker accesses from the worker terminal 300, the worker enters the morning assembly number and the participant mode is entered.

In one example of this embodiment, the administrator mode has the authority to perform screen transition operations on the administrator terminal 200 and the worker terminal 300. When a morning assembly screen transition is performed on the administrator terminal 200 in the administrator mode state, the screen transition unit 101 of the morning assembly support device 100 performs the same screen transition as the administrator screen 200 on the worker terminal 300 in the worker mode.

19 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the configuration of the morning assembly authentication screen W500 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 19, the morning assembly authentication screen W500 includes a password input form W501 and an OK button W502. When an administrator or worker operates the administrator terminal 200 or the worker terminal 300 to input a password issued in advance into the password input form W501 and presses the OK button W502, authentication request information including the input password is transmitted from the administrator terminal 200 or the worker terminal 300 to the morning assembly support device 100. When the morning assembly support device 100 receives the authentication request information, it executes a predetermined authentication process, and if the authentication is successful, it displays a name input screen W510 on the administrator terminal 200 or the worker terminal 300. Note that, like the password on the morning assembly management screen, the password on the morning assembly screen may be issued for any target. For example, the password issued to the administrator may be the same as or different from the password used to access the morning assembly management screen. Additionally, passwords issued to workers may be issued to each worker individually or for each construction project.

Figure 20 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the name input screen W510 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 20, the name input screen W510 has a name input form W511 and a set button W512. When an administrator using the administrator terminal 200 or an operator using the operator terminal 300 enters their own name in the name input form 511 and presses the set button W512, the screen transitions to the morning assembly number input screen W520. The entered name is used in the participation confirmation screen W700, which will be described later.

Figure 21 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the morning meeting number input screen W520 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 21, the morning meeting number input screen W520 includes a morning meeting number input form W521 and a participation button W522.

In the morning assembly number input screen W520 in one example of this embodiment, the morning assembly number or the morning assembly management number can be input in the morning assembly number input form W521. As described above, in one example of this embodiment, when the manager inputs the morning assembly management number in the morning assembly number input form W521 and presses the Join button W522, the screen to which the user transitions thereafter is started in the manager mode. On the other hand, when the worker inputs the morning assembly number in the morning assembly number input form W521 and presses the Join button W522, the screen to which the user transitions thereafter is started in the participant mode. When the Join button W522 with the morning assembly number or morning assembly management number input in the morning assembly number input form W521 is pressed, information including the number is transmitted from the manager terminal 200 or the worker terminal 300, and the morning assembly support device receives this information and causes the manager terminal 200 or the worker terminal 300 to display the morning assembly start screen W600 for the morning assembly identified by the number.

Figure 22 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the morning assembly start screen W600 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 22, the morning assembly start screen W600 includes project information W601 related to the project for which the morning assembly is being held, and a notice W602 that displays the values entered in the notice input form W424 of the basic settings screen W420 described above.

In addition, a participant number icon W611, a remark icon W612, and an understanding icon W613 are displayed on the left side of the morning assembly screen W600. In one example of this embodiment, the participant number icon W611, the remark icon W612, and the understanding icon W613 are displayed on the manager terminal 200 used by the manager participating in the morning assembly and on the worker terminal 300 used by the worker on all screens from the morning assembly screen W600 to the morning assembly end screen W810.

The number of participants icon W611 displays the number of managers and participants attending the morning assembly, i.e., the number of terminals 200 or 300 that have entered the same morning assembly number and the morning assembly management number corresponding to that morning assembly number in the morning assembly number input form W521 described above and transitioned to the morning assembly screen W600. When the number of participants icon W611 is pressed, the names of the managers and participants attending the morning assembly may be displayed.

The speech icon W612 is an icon for controlling whether or not a manager and participants participating in the morning assembly can speak, and for starting and ending speech. In one example of this embodiment, the manager terminal 200 used by the manager inputs the manager's speech through the voice input device 201 provided in the manager terminal 200 during the morning assembly, that is, from the time the screen transitions to the morning assembly screen W600 until the work start button on the morning assembly end screen W810 described later is pressed, and transmits the speech to the morning assembly support device 100. The voice synchronization unit 102 of the morning assembly support device 100 receives the transmitted voice, transmits it to all worker terminals 300 participating in the morning assembly, and outputs it to the voice output device 302 of the worker terminal 300. Therefore, the manager terminal 200 is always in a state where speech is possible while participating in the morning assembly, and the phrase "You can speak" indicating this state is displayed on the speech icon W612.

In addition, in one example of this embodiment, only one worker can speak at the same time in addition to the manager. In the worker terminal 300 used by the worker, when none of the workers participating in the morning meeting have spoken, the speech icon W612 allows speech and displays the phrase "Tap to speak" to encourage the operation to start speaking. When the worker presses the speech icon W612 in this state, only the manager and the worker who pressed it can speak, and the worker's speech is input by the voice input device 301 of the worker terminal 300 and transmitted to the morning assembly support device 100. The voice synchronization unit 102 of the morning assembly support device 100 receives the transmitted voice and transmits it to the manager terminal 200 participating in the morning meeting and the worker terminal 300 other than the worker terminal 300 that transmitted the voice, and outputs it to the voice output device 202 of the manager terminal 200 and the voice output device 302 of the worker terminal 300.

When a worker presses the speech icon W612, the pressed speech icon W612 displays the text "Tap to end," which encourages the worker to end the speech. When the speech icon W612 is displayed in this state on one worker terminal 300, the speech icon W612 of the other worker terminal 300 displays the text "Cannot speak," indicating that another worker is speaking and that the worker using that worker terminal 300 cannot speak. In this displayed state, the speech icon W612 cannot be pressed, and an operation by the worker to start speaking is rejected.

When the worker presses the speech icon W612 while the aforementioned sentence "Tap to finish" is displayed on the speech icon W612, the worker terminal 300 stops voice input via the voice input device 301, and the speech icons W612 of all participant terminals 300 participating in the morning meeting return to the state where the aforementioned sentence "Tap to speak" is displayed.

The understanding icon W613 is an icon indicating the state of the worker's agreement with the contents of the manager's remarks at the morning assembly. In one example of this embodiment, while the morning assembly is being held, that is, from the transition to the morning assembly screen W600 until the work start button W811 on the morning assembly end screen W810 is pressed, the worker can press the understanding icon W613 on the worker terminal 300 at any time. When the understanding icon W613 is pressed, the worker terminal 300 transmits information indicating that the participant agrees with the contents of the manager's remarks to the morning assembly support device 100. The consent recording unit 103 of the morning assembly support device 100 receives the information and records it in the morning assembly support device 100, and transmits the number of cases in which the agreement was indicated at one morning assembly to the manager terminal 200 and all worker terminals 300. The manager terminal 200 and the worker terminal 300 receive the number of cases transmitted and display the number on the understanding icon W613. In addition, when the Agree icon W613 is displayed in the administrator mode, the names of participants who agree with the administrator's statement by pressing the Agree icon W613 may be displayed.

When the morning assembly start screen W600 is displayed in administrator mode, a confirmation button W620 is displayed near the bottom of the morning assembly start screen W600. The confirmation button W620 is not displayed in participant mode, and when the administrator presses the confirmation button W620 on the administrator terminal 200, the morning assembly menu screen W700 is displayed on all terminals, including the administrator terminal 200 used by the administrator and the worker terminals 300 used by the workers participating in the morning assembly.

Figure 23 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of a morning assembly menu screen W700 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 23, the morning assembly menu screen W700 in one example of this embodiment includes a radio exercises menu W701, a work content menu W702, a precautions notification menu W703, a safety call menu W704, a group KY activity report menu W705, and a confirmation button W706.

In one example of this embodiment, the morning assembly screen has a morning assembly menu screen W700, and the menus W701 to W705 and confirmation button W706 can only be pressed on the administrator terminal 200 in administrator mode. On the worker's worker terminal 300, the same screen as the administrator terminal 200 is displayed, but the menus W701 to W705 and confirmation button W706 cannot be pressed.

When the administrator presses the radio exercise menu W701 on the morning assembly menu screen W700, the administrator terminal 200 of the administrator and the worker terminal 300 of the worker display the radio exercise screen W710. FIG. 24 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the radio exercise screen W710 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 24, the radio exercise screen W710 in one example of this embodiment includes a video viewing area W711 and a done button W712, and the video viewing area W711 plays a video of radio exercises that has been set in advance in the morning assembly support device 100. The video played in the video viewing area W711 is the same as the video viewed on the radio exercise setting screen W430 in the morning assembly management screen. The done button W712 can be pressed only when the device is started in the administrator mode, and it is optional whether or not to display the done button W712 when the device is started in the participant mode.

When the playback of the radio exercise video ends on the administrator terminal 200 and the participant terminal 300, and the administrator scans the administrator terminal 200 and presses the Complete button W712, the administrator terminal 200 and the participant terminal 300 display the work content screen W720. Note that in one example of this embodiment, pressing the Complete button W712 transitions to the next screen, but the screen may also transition automatically when playback of the radio exercise video ends.

Figure 25 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the configuration of a work content screen W720 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 25, the work content screen W720 in one example of this embodiment includes a work content area W721, a page forward icon W722, a done button W723, and a page indicator W724.

The work content area W721 is an area that displays the work content set in the work content setting screen W440 and safety precautions related to the work content, and one work content area W441 in the work content setting screen W440 corresponds to one work content area W721. The work content setting screen W440 is configured to provide one or more work content areas W441 on one screen, but the work content screen W720 is configured to display one work content area W721 on one screen, and when there are two or more work content areas W721, the administrator can press the page forward icon W721 to display them in the display order set in the work content setting screen W440. The page indicator W724 is an icon that indicates the position of the currently displayed work content area W721 when there are two or more work content areas W721.

The Complete button W723 is a button that is displayed when there is a single work content area W721, or when there are two or more work content areas W721 and the last work content area W721 to be displayed is displayed. When the administrator presses the Complete button W723, a notice notification screen W730 is displayed on the administrator terminal 200 and the worker terminal 300. Note that the Complete button W723 can only be pressed when started in administrator mode, and it is optional whether or not to display the Complete button W723 when started in participant mode.

Figure 26 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the caution notification screen W730 in an example of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 26, the caution notification screen W730 in an example of this embodiment includes cautions W731 and a done button W732.

The notes W731 display the notes set on the notes setting screen W450 described above. Two or more note areas W451 can be set on the notes execution setting screen W450, in which case the set number of notes W731 are displayed on the notes screen W730.

When the administrator presses the Complete button W732, a safety call screen W740 is displayed on the administrator terminal 200 and the worker terminal 300. Note that the Complete button W732 can only be pressed when started in administrator mode, and it is optional whether or not to display the Complete button W732 when started in participant mode.

Figure 27 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of a safety call screen W740 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 27, the safety call screen W740 in one example of this embodiment includes a call W741, a response W742, and a completion button W743.

In one example of this embodiment, the call W741 displays the text set in the call input form W461 of the safety call setting screen W460 described above, and the response W742 displays the text set in the response input form W462 of the safety call setting screen W460 described above.

After the administrator reads out the call W741 and the participant reads out the response W742, the administrator presses the done button 743, and the group KY activity screen W750 is displayed on the administrator terminal 200 and the worker terminal 300. Note that the done button W742 can only be pressed when started in administrator mode, and it is optional whether or not to display the done button W742 when started in participant mode.

FIG. 28 is a conceptual diagram showing the configuration of the group KY activity screen W750 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 28, the group KY activity screen W750 in one example of this embodiment includes a photo capture button W751 and a done button W752. When a participant presses the photo capture button W751, any KY activity can be captured as a photo or video by the imaging device of the participant terminal 300. The captured photo or video is stored in the morning assembly support device 100 and can be viewed on the group activity confirmation screen W470 described above.

When the administrator presses the Complete button W752, the morning assembly participation confirmation screen W800 is displayed on the administrator terminal 200 and the worker terminal 300. The Complete button W752 can be pressed only when the system is started in administrator mode, and whether or not to display the Complete button W742 when the system is started in participant mode may be selected at will. In addition, in one example of this embodiment, the screen transition is in one direction from the morning assembly menu screen W700 to the group KY activity screen W750, but a button for transitioning to the morning assembly menu screen W700 may be provided on the radio calisthenics screen W710 to the group KY activity screen W710, allowing free transition to any screen. Also, a function for transitioning directly to other screens W710 to W750 without going through the morning assembly menu screen W700 may be provided.

29 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the configuration of the morning assembly participation confirmation screen W800 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 29, the morning assembly participation screen W800 in one example of this embodiment includes a morning assembly participation confirmation button W801. When an administrator or participant presses the morning assembly participation confirmation button W800, a morning assembly end screen W810 is displayed on the administrator terminal 200 of the administrator who pressed it or the worker terminal 300 of the worker who pressed it. In addition, the administrator terminal 200 or the participant terminal 300 on which the morning assembly participation confirmation button W801 was pressed transmits information including the name of the administrator or participant who pressed it to the morning assembly support device 100, and the participation confirmation recording unit 104 of the morning assembly support device 100 receives the information and records the information including the name in the morning assembly support device 100. The name of the registered administrator or participant can be confirmed on the participant confirmation screen W480.

Figure 30 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the configuration of the morning assembly end screen W810 in one example of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 30, the morning assembly end screen W810 in one example of this embodiment includes a work start button W811, and pressing the work start button W811 ends the morning assembly screen.

The above is an explanation of one example of this embodiment. However, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above. For example, in one example of this embodiment, the morning assembly screen is provided as a web application, and the administrator terminal 200 and the worker terminal 300 are configured to use web browsers 204, 304, but a dedicated client application may be installed in the administrator terminal 200 and the worker terminal 300. Also, in this embodiment, the morning assembly management screen is configured to be accessed from the management terminal 400, but the management terminal 400 is not a required configuration, and it may be accessed from the administrator terminal 200.

Various modifications to other configurations are possible without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

A morning meeting support device that supports a morning meeting held between a manager who manages a work site and one or more workers,
a screen transition unit that receives an instruction from an administrator terminal used by the administrator and transitions a screen displayed on the worker terminal used by the worker;
a voice synchronization unit that outputs the manager's utterance input from the manager terminal to the worker terminal, and outputs the worker's utterance input from the worker terminal to the manager terminal and the worker terminal used by the worker other than the worker who made the utterance;
an agreement recording unit that records information indicating that the worker agrees with the content of the manager's statement based on an operation of the worker terminal by the worker;
a participation confirmation recording unit that records information indicating the confirmation of the worker's participation in the morning meeting based on an operation of the worker;

The morning assembly support device according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising, instead of or in addition to the audio synchronization unit, a video synchronization unit that outputs a video input from the manager terminal to the worker terminal. A program for causing a computer to function as the morning assembly support device according to any one of claims 1 to 3 .
