長さ調節機能付風管体1には、他の風管体と連結するための連結部として、一端αに設けられた一方の連結部10と、他端βに設けられた他方の連結部11を備える。長さ調節機能付風管体1は、連結部により他の風管体と連結することができる。なお、長さ調節機能を備えない従来の風管体と連結可能であるだけでなく、長さ調節機能付風管体1同士を連結することも可能である。
連結部は、連結相手となる他の風管体が備える連結方法に対応したものとする。本実施例では、線ファスナーにより連結するタイプの風管体と連結することを想定して、連結部に務歯列の片割れを長さ調節機能付風管体1の伸縮方向に対して垂直に円周方向に亘って設けている。一方の連結部10には務歯列の片割れとして第一務歯列20を設け、他方の連結部11には第一務歯列20と対になる第二務歯列21を設けている。

第二中間接続部31は、一方の連結部10の近傍に一箇所と、それ以外に四箇所設けられている。ここで一方の連結部10の近傍とは、一端αから長さ調節機能付風管体1の全長の10%までの範囲をいう。第二中間接続部31同士は等間隔に配置されている。また、他方の連結部11の近傍に配置された第一中間接続部30Aとそれに最も近い第二中間接続部31Aとの間隔は、第二中間接続部31同士の間隔と等しい。また、長さ方向の中央に配置された第一中間接続部30Bとその両側にある第二中間接続部31B、31Cとの間隔は、第二中間接続部31同士の間隔よりも短い。図1では、第二中間接続部31は、他方の連結部11の近傍に配置された第一中間接続部30Aから500mm間隔で配置されており、一方の連結部10の近傍に配置された第二中間接続部31Eは一端αから250mmの位置にある。また、長さ方向の中央に配置された第一中間接続部30Bと、その両側に配置された第二中間接続部31B、31Cとの間隔は250mmである。

第一中間接続部30と第二中間接続部31を接続すると、長さ調節機能付風管体1の一端αから他端βまでの長さが縮まる。図1には、他方の連結部11の近傍に配置された第一中間接続部30Aを第二中間接続部31に接続した場合に長さ調節機能付風管体1が短くなる長さを、第二中間接続部31の位置ごとに示している。第一中間接続部30Aを、他端βに最も近い第二中間接続部31Aに接続した場合は500mm、他端βに二番目に近い第二中間接続部31Bに接続した場合は1000mm、他端βに三番目に近い第二中間接続部31Cに接続した場合は1500mm、他端βに四番目に近い第二中間接続部31Dに接続した場合は2000mm、他端βから最も遠い第二中間接続部31Eに接続した場合は2500mm、長さを縮めることができる。このように第二中間接続部31を複数備えることで、長さ調節機能付風管体1の長さを細かく調節することができる。また、他方の連結部11の近傍に設けられた第一中間接続部30Aと一方の連結部10の近傍に設けられた第二中間接続部31Eを接続することで、長さを大きく縮めることができる。なお、第一中間接続部30Aを一方の連結部10の近傍に配置し、第二中間接続部31Eを他方の連結部11の近傍に配置することもできる。
また、図1には示していないが、他方の連結部11の近傍に配置された第一中間接続部30Aと第二中間接続部31との接続と併せて、或いはその代わりに、長さ方向の中央に配置された第一中間接続部30Bを第二中間接続部31と接続することもできる。第一中間接続部30Aと第一中間接続部30Bとでは第二中間接続部31までの距離が異なるため、第一中間接続部30Bを第二中間接続部31と接続することで、第一中間接続部30Aを第二中間接続部31と接続する場合とは異なる長さに調節することができる。このように、第一中間接続部30を長さ方向の中央にも設けることで、より細かい長さ調節が可能となる。

Since the first intermediate connecting part 30A and the first intermediate connecting part 30B have different distances to the second intermediate connecting part 31, by connecting the first intermediate connecting part 30B to the second intermediate connecting part 31, it is possible to adjust the length to a different length from that in the case where the first intermediate connecting part 30A is connected to the second intermediate connecting part 31. In this way, by providing the first intermediate connecting part 30 also in the center in the longitudinal direction, more precise length adjustment is possible.
図2は長さ調節機能付風管体を縮めた状態を示す図である。なお、図2では長さ調節機能付風管体の上半分のみを示している。
長さ調節機能付風管体1を他の風管体と連結する際には、例えば、一方の連結部10に設けられた第一務歯列20を左隣にある風管体の右端部に設けられた第二務歯列21にスライダーで噛合わせることにより左隣の風管体に接続し、他方の連結部11に設けられた第二務歯列21を右隣にある風管体の左端部に設けられた第一務歯列20にスライダーで噛合わせることにより右隣の風管体に接続した後、長さ調節機能付風管体1がだぶつかない適切な長さとなる第一中間接続部30と第二中間接続部31との組み合わせを選択し、選択した第一中間接続部30と第二中間接続部31を接続する。なお、長さ調節機能付風管体1の長さの調節は、他の風管体と連結する前に地上で行うこともできる。
第一中間接続部30と第二中間接続部31の区別を容易にするため、第一中間接続部30と第二中間接続部31の少なくとも一方には、目印をつけておくことが好ましい。また、各第二中間接続部31に、第一中間接続部30と接続した場合に短縮される長さを明示しておくことも有用である。

When connecting the length-adjustable air pipe body 1 to another air pipe body, for example, the first tooth row 20 provided on one connecting part 10 is engaged with the second tooth row 21 provided at the right end of the left adjacent air pipe body by a slider to connect it to the left adjacent air pipe body, and the second tooth row 21 provided on the other connecting part 11 is engaged with the first tooth row 20 provided at the left end of the right adjacent air pipe body by a slider to connect it to the right adjacent air pipe body, and then a combination of the first intermediate connection part 30 and the second intermediate connection part 31 that gives the length-adjustable air pipe body 1 an appropriate length without excess is selected, and the selected first intermediate connection part 30 and the second intermediate connection part 31 are connected. The length of the length-adjustable air pipe body 1 can also be adjusted on the ground before connecting it to another air pipe body.
In order to easily distinguish between the first intermediate connecting portion 30 and the second intermediate connecting portion 31, it is preferable to mark at least one of the first intermediate connecting portion 30 and the second intermediate connecting portion 31. It is also useful to clearly indicate on each second intermediate connecting portion 31 the length that will be shortened when connected to the first intermediate connecting portion 30.

図2(b)は、他方の連結部11の近傍に配置された第一中間接続部30Aと、他端βに二番目に近い第二中間接続部31Bを接続し、長さ調節機能付風管体1の長さを1000mm短縮した場合を示している。この場合は、図中に点線で示すように、短縮によって余った長さ調節機能付風管体1の一部が連結した他の風管体の内側に240mmほど飛び出す。
図2(c)は、他方の連結部11の近傍に配置された第一中間接続部30Aと、他端βに三番目に近い第二中間接続部31Cを接続し、長さ調節機能付風管体1の長さを1500mm短縮した場合を示している。この場合は、図中に点線で示すように、短縮によって余った長さ調節機能付風管体1の一部が連結した他の風管体の内側に490mmほど飛び出す。
図2(d)は、他方の連結部11の近傍に配置された第一中間接続部30Aと、他端βに四番目に近い第二中間接続部31Dを接続し、長さ調節機能付風管体1の長さを2000mm短縮した場合を示している。この場合は、図中に点線で示すように、短縮によって余った長さ調節機能付風管体1の一部が連結した他の風管体の内側に740mmほど飛び出す。
図2(e)は、他方の連結部11の近傍に配置された第一中間接続部30Aと、他端βに五番目に近い第二中間接続部31Eを接続し、長さ調節機能付風管体1の長さを2500mm短縮した場合を示している。この場合は、図中に点線で示すように、短縮によって余った長さ調節機能付風管体1の一部が連結した他の風管体の内側に990mmほど飛び出す。
このように、長さ調節機能付風管体1の長さを短くすることで、余った部分が風管の内側に飛び出す場合があるが、長さ調節機能付風管体1は可撓性の材料で構成されているため、送風機から送風が開始されると飛び出した部分は空気の流れによって風管の内面に張り付き送風の抵抗とはならない。
なお、風管体の厚みは0.25mm~0.8mmとすることが好ましく、0.45mmとすることが最も好ましい。これにより、適切な強度と可撓性を兼ね備えた長さ調節機能付風管体1とすることができる。

In this case, as shown by the dotted line in the figure, a part of the length-adjustable air duct body 1 that is left over due to the shortening protrudes about 490 mm into the other connected air duct body.
2(d) shows a case where the first intermediate connection part 30A arranged near the other connecting part 11 and the second intermediate connection part 31D fourth closest to the other end β are connected to shorten the length of the length-adjustable air duct body 1 by 2000 mm. In this case, as shown by the dotted line in the figure, a part of the length-adjustable air duct body 1 that is left over due to the shortening protrudes about 740 mm into the other connected air duct body.
2(e) shows a case where the first intermediate connection part 30A arranged near the other connecting part 11 and the second intermediate connection part 31E which is the fifth closest to the other end β are connected to shorten the length of the length-adjustable air duct body 1 by 2500 mm. In this case, as shown by the dotted line in the figure, a part of the length-adjustable air duct body 1 which is left over due to the shortening protrudes about 990 mm into the other connected air duct body.
In this way, by shortening the length of the air duct body 1 with length adjustment function, the excess part may protrude inside the air duct, but since the air duct body 1 with length adjustment function is made of a flexible material, when the blower starts to blow air, the protruding part sticks to the inner surface of the air duct due to the air flow and does not provide resistance to the air.
The thickness of the air duct body is preferably 0.25 mm to 0.8 mm, and most preferably 0.45 mm, so that the air duct body 1 with the length adjustment function can have both appropriate strength and flexibility.
このように長さ調節機能付風管体1は、現場で他の風管体との距離に合わせて適切な長さに調節して連結できるため、風管に皺や歪等が発生することを抑制して送風効率の低下を防止できる。また、一つの長さ調節機能付風管体1を異なる長さに変更可能であるため、全長の異なる長さ調整用の風管体を複数準備して現場で交換しながら長さを合わせる場合と比べて作業効率が向上する。
さらに、第一中間接続部30及び第二中間接続部31は、長さ調節機能付風管体1の伸縮方向に対して垂直に円周方向に亘って設けられているため、長さ調節機能付風管体1の伸縮方向(長さ方向)に対して第一中間接続部30及び第二中間接続部31が常に垂直な状態を維持して長さを調節できる。これにより、長さ調節機能付風管体1は、長さ調整が完了し送風を開始した後に張力で管変形して歪を生じることなく風管としての形状を精度よく保つため、送風状態を好適なものとすることができる。

As a result, the length-adjustable air duct body 1 accurately maintains its shape as an air duct without being deformed by tension and causing distortion after the length adjustment is completed and air blowing is started, and therefore the air blowing state can be made favorable.
