Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレーム、および
前記モジュールフレームの底部の下に位置するヒートシンクを含み、
前記底部は前記ヒートシンクの上部プレートを構成し、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記底部よりも前記電池セル積層体から離れた位置に設けられ、前記底部と接合する下部プレートを含み、
前記下部プレートには、前記電池セル積層体から離れる方向に陥没した陥没部が形成されており、
前記陥没部と前記底部との間に冷媒の流路が形成され、
前記底部に、前記電池セル積層体が位置した方向に突出した凸パターン部が形成され、
前記凸パターン部は、前記底部の一面と垂直な方向から見た時、前記陥没部と対応するように位置し、前記陥没部が形成されない前記下部プレートの部分とは対応しないように位置し、
前記凸パターン部は一方向に沿って伸びている形状である、電池モジュール。 - 前記底部は前記冷媒と接触する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記凸パターン部は、前記底部中の前記凸パターン部が形成されていない領域に比べて、前記電池セル積層体の近くに位置し、且つ、前記ヒートシンクから離れて位置する、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームの前記底部と前記電池セル積層体の間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層をさらに含み、
前記凸パターン部に対応する前記熱伝導性樹脂層の厚さは、前記凸パターン部が形成されていない領域に対応する前記熱伝導性樹脂層の厚さに比べて薄い、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記凸パターン部は前記電池セルの積層方向と垂直な方向に沿って伸びている形状である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記凸パターン部は前記電池セルの積層方向と平行な方向に沿って伸びている形状である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記陥没部には前記底部に向かって突出した突出パターンが形成された、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、前記底部の一部が突出して形成されたモジュールフレーム突出部を含み、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記ヒートシンクの一辺から前記モジュールフレーム突出部が位置した部分に突出したヒートシンク突出部を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレーム突出部は、前記モジュールフレームの一側で互いに離隔して位置する第1モジュールフレーム突出部と第2モジュールフレーム突出部を含み、
前記第1モジュールフレーム突出部上に冷媒注入ポートが配置され、前記第2モジュールフレーム突出部上に冷媒排出ポートが配置される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項による電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
