Description

The present invention relates to a packaging container that is tamper-proof and, at the same time, when the top of the packaging container has a flat shape in a plan view, allows the opening to be closed when the purchaser uses the product.

Conventionally, a packaging container designed to prevent tampering has been provided that includes a first locking piece that can be inserted into a sealing slit to seal the packaging container and that can be cut off, and a second locking piece that can be inserted into a closing slit to close the opening after opening (Patent Document 1).
In such a packaging container, while it is on display at a storefront, it is possible to identify any unauthorized opening by cutting off the first engaging piece, thereby preventing unauthorized opening.
Furthermore, after purchasing the product, when the purchaser removes the product from the opening of the packaging container, the opening can be kept closed by inserting the second engaging piece into the closing slit.

However, conventional packaging containers have a rectangular upper portion when viewed in a plan view, and when viewed in a plan view, a first locking piece for sealing the packaging container is provided on one of two sets of opposing sides, and a second locking piece for keeping the opening closed after opening is provided on the other set of opposing sides.
Therefore, when the upper part of the packaging container has a flat shape when viewed in a plane, while a first locking piece can be created on one of two pairs of opposing sides when viewed in a plane, a second locking piece cannot be created on the other pair of sides, making it impossible to create a closed state for the opening after opening.
The present invention has been devised in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging container that can prevent tampering when the upper part of the packaging container has a flat shape when viewed from above, and at the same time, can close the opening after opening.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a container body having a front portion and a back portion opposed to each other, and a pair of side portions connecting both sides in the width direction of the front portion and the back portion, capable of containing a product, and an opening formed by the upper ends of the front portion, the back portion, and the pair of side portions, at least the upper portions of the pair of side portions are configured to include a pair of first side portions that are mountain-folded relative to the front portion and the back portion and valley-folded relative to each other along a first valley fold line, a sealing slit is provided in the back portion, a locking piece is provided in the front portion that is inserted into the sealing slit and locks therein to seal the opening, and a closing insert piece is provided in the back portion that is inserted between the front portion and the first side portion that is mountain-folded relative to the front portion, and draws the upper end of the front portion to the upper end of the back portion to close the opening.
The present invention is also characterized in that the upper ends of the pair of first side portions are formed so that their height gradually decreases as they approach the first valley fold line from the points where the mountain folds are made at the front portion and the back portion.
The present invention is also characterized in that the closure insert piece is connected to the rear portion via a mountain fold line on the upper edge of the rear portion, the tip edge of the closure insert piece is parallel to the mountain fold line, and arc portions are formed on both ends in the extension direction of the tip edge of the closure insert piece.
Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the packaging container is configured to include a hanging piece in addition to the container body, the hanging piece including a front hanging piece connected to the upper end of the front portion and a back hanging piece that is folded in a mountain shape relative to the upper edge of the front hanging piece, the locking piece being provided on the lower edge of the back hanging piece, and the locking piece being provided on the front portion via the front hanging piece and the back hanging piece.
The present invention is also characterized in that a handle piece is connected to the locking piece and is exposed to the outside of the container body when the locking piece is inserted into the sealing slit and locked, a connecting piece is connected to the back hanging piece via a mountain fold line, the handle piece is arranged so as to be cut off from the connecting piece, the locking piece is arranged on the lower edge of the back hanging piece via the connecting piece and the handle piece, and when the opening is closed after opening and the locking piece is cut off, the connection piece can be inserted between the front portion and the closing insert piece.
The present invention is also characterized in that an upright insertion piece is connected to the lower edge of the back hanging piece via a mountain fold line, the upright insertion piece being inserted between the front portion and the blocking insertion piece to maintain the upright state of the front hanging piece and the back hanging piece.
The present invention is also characterized in that a gripping piece is connected to the locking piece and is exposed to the outside of the container body when the locking piece is inserted into the sealing slit and locked, a connecting piece is connected to the front portion via a mountain fold line, the gripping piece is arranged so as to be cut away from the connecting piece, the locking piece is arranged on the front portion via the connecting piece and the gripping piece, and when the opening is closed after opening and the locking piece is cut off, the connecting piece can be inserted between the front portion and the closing insert piece.
In the present invention, an auxiliary piece to be inserted between the front portion and the closing insert piece is connected to the front portion via a mountain fold line.
The present invention is also characterized in that the first side portion has a vertically elongated rectangular shape, and the pair of side portions include a pair of second side portions that are valley folded with respect to the base of the first side portion at a second valley fold fold line and valley folded with respect to each other at a third valley fold fold line located on an extension of the first valley fold fold line, a third side portion that is mountain folded with respect to the second side portion of the pair of second side portions that is located on the front portion side and is mountain folded with respect to the front portion, and a fourth side portion that is mountain folded with respect to the second side portion of the pair of second side portions that is located on the rear portion side and is mountain folded with respect to the rear portion, and is a triangle of the same shape as the third side portion.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the front portion includes a front portion main body having both widthwise sides of its upper half mountain-folded against the first side portion and its lower half mountain-folded against the third side portion, and a rectangular front portion lower portion connected to the lower end of the front portion main body, the back portion includes a back portion main body having both widthwise sides of its upper half mountain-folded against the first side portion and its lower half mountain-folded against the fourth side portion, and a rectangular back portion lower portion connected to the lower end of the back portion main body, and the pair of side portions include a rectangular fifth side portion mountain-folded on both widthwise sides of the front portion lower portion and mountain-folded against the third side portion, and a rectangular sixth side portion mountain-folded on both widthwise sides of the back portion lower portion and mountain-folded against the fourth side portion and mountain-folded against the fifth side portion on the extension of the third valley fold fold line.
The present invention is also characterized in that the packaging container has a bottom surface that maintains the packaging container in an upright state, and the bottom surface is formed by overlapping bottom pieces that are folded in a mountain shape from the lower part of the front portion, the lower part of the back portion, the fifth side portion, and the sixth side portion.

According to the present invention, it is possible to instantly determine whether a package has been tampered with by checking whether the locking piece has been cut off, which is advantageous in preventing tampering with packaging containers at stores.
Furthermore, when a purchaser removes the product from the packaging container after purchasing the product, by inserting the closing insert piece between the front portion and the first side portion on both sides of the front portion after removing the product, the upper end of the front portion is pulled toward the upper end of the back portion by the closing insert piece, thereby keeping the opening closed.
Therefore, even if the upper part of the packaging container has a flat shape when viewed from above, the opening can be reliably closed after opening with a simple structure, which is advantageous in terms of increasing the product value.
In addition, according to the present invention, the upper ends of the pair of first side portions are formed so that their height gradually decreases as they approach the first valley fold line V from the mountain fold point, which is advantageous in smoothly inserting the closure insert piece between the front portion and the first side portions on both sides of the front portion when closing the opening after opening, and is advantageous in reliably closing the opening with a simple operation after opening.
In addition, according to the present invention, arc portions are formed on both ends of the extending direction of the tip edge of the closure insert piece, which is advantageous in smoothly inserting the closure insert piece between the front portion and the first side portions on both sides of the front portion when closing the opening after opening, and is advantageous in reliably forming a closed state of the opening with a simple operation after opening.
In addition, according to the present invention, by providing a hanging piece for the front and a hanging piece for the back, it becomes possible to adopt a sales format in which the product is hung from a hook and displayed, which is advantageous in increasing sales of products handled in the store.
In addition, according to the present invention, by providing an upright insertion piece at the lower edge of the back hanging piece, the front hanging piece and the back hanging piece can be maintained in an upright state, which is advantageous in improving the appearance of the closed state of the packaging container after opening, and is advantageous in increasing the product value.
In addition, according to the present invention, by providing a gripping piece, when removing the product after opening, the upper end of the front part and the upper end of the back part can be pulled apart by the simple operation of pulling the gripping piece, thereby enlarging the area of the opening, which is advantageous for easily removing the product.
In addition, when closing the opening after opening, by inserting the connecting piece between the closing insert piece and the front portion, the opening is kept closed without any unnecessary parts or parts remaining on the upper part of the container body, which is advantageous in improving the appearance of the closed state of the packaging container after opening and in increasing the commercial value.
In addition, according to the present invention, by providing a pair of second side portions, a third side portion, and a fourth side portion which are valley-folded relative to each other between the two sides of the front portion and the two sides of the back portion, it is advantageous in easily and reliably forming a pair of first side portions which are reliably valley-folded, and it is advantageous in reliably maintaining the opening in a blocked state by the blocking insert piece.
In addition, according to the present invention, by arranging the lower part of the front portion, the lower part of the back portion, two fifth side portions, and two sixth side portions side by side at the lower part of the container body, it is advantageous for easily connecting the front portion main body, the back portion main body, the two third side portions, and the two fourth side portions to the lower part of the container body, and is also advantageous for improving the appearance of the packaging container.
In addition, according to the present invention, the lower part of the container body is provided with a lower part of the front part, a lower part of the back part, two fifth side parts, and two sixth side parts, and a bottom piece is provided on each of the lower part of the front part, the lower part of the back part, the two fifth side parts, and the two sixth side parts, which is advantageous in easily forming the bottom surface of the container body.

(First embodiment)
Next, the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a packaging container 10A according to the first embodiment includes a container body 12 for accommodating a product, and a pair of hanging pieces 14. As shown in FIG.
In this embodiment, the product contained in the container body 12 is a detergent for the washing machine tub, which is in granular form and is sealed in a bag in the amount required for one use, and multiple such bags are contained in the container body 12.
The product contained in the packaging container 10A may be cosmetics, food, etc., and is not limited to chemicals such as detergents.
The packaging container 10A is formed from a sheet of cardboard 16A shown in FIG.
Here, in the present invention, thick paper 16A is paper that has a thickness that allows it to retain its shape compared to thin paper such as copy paper, and various conventionally known materials can be used as materials for the cardboard 16A, such as paper, various conventionally known synthetic resins, or a mixture of paper and synthetic resin.

A sheet of cardboard 16A is provided with a front body 20, a front lower portion 22, a rear piece 24, a rear lower portion 26, a locking piece 28, a closing insert piece 30, a pair of hanging pieces 14, and the like.
The back surface piece 24 becomes a back surface main body 40 shown in FIG. 1(B) by gluing a first gluing piece 32 and a second gluing piece 38 described below.
The front body 20 is divided by a pair of first mountain fold lines ML1 extending in a substantially vertical direction with their lower ends approaching each other at an inclination, a pair of second mountain fold lines ML2 connected to the lower ends of the pair of first mountain fold lines ML1 and extending in a direction in which their lower ends approach each other at an inclination greater than the inclination, a third mountain fold line ML3 extending in a horizontal direction and connecting the lower ends of the pair of second mountain fold lines ML2, and a 31st valley fold line VL31 extending in a horizontal direction and connecting the upper ends of the pair of first mountain fold lines ML1. Here, the mountain fold lines are the places where the mountain folds are made, and the mountain folds form folds. The valley fold lines are the places where the valley folds are made, and the valley folds form folds.
The area sandwiched between a pair of first mountain fold lines ML1 forms the upper half of the front body 20, and the area sandwiched between a pair of second mountain fold lines ML2 forms the lower half of the front body 20.

The front lower portion 22 is connected to the front main body 20 via a third mountain fold line ML3.
The front lower portion 22 has a 21st mountain fold line ML21 extending in the up-down direction on both sides in the width direction, and a 22nd mountain fold line ML22 parallel to the third mountain fold line ML3 at the bottom.

A pair of first side surface portions SW1 are connected to a pair of first mountain fold lines ML1 on both sides in the width direction of the upper half of the front body 20, and a third side surface portion SW3, a pair of second side surface portions SW2, and a fourth side surface portion SW4 are connected to both sides of a pair of second mountain fold lines ML2.
Each of the first side surface portions SW1 has a vertically elongated rectangular shape.
The pair of first side surface portions SW1 on both sides of the width direction of the front body 20 are a first side surface portion SW1-A connected to the first mountain fold line ML1 and a first side surface portion SW1-B separated from the front body 20.
On one of the widthwise sides of the front portion main body 20, the first side portion SW1-B separated from the front portion main body 20 is connected to the back portion piece 24 via the fifth mountain fold ML5, and on the other of the widthwise sides of the front portion main body 20, the first side portion SW1-B separated from the front portion main body 20 is connected to the first glue piece 32 via the fifth mountain fold ML5.
The pair of first side surface portions SW1 are connected by a first valley fold line VL1 extending in the up-down direction.
The upper edges SW1-C of the pair of first side surface portions SW1 are formed so that their height gradually decreases from the points where they are folded at the first mountain fold line ML1 and the fifth mountain fold line ML5 toward the first valley fold line VL1.

The pair of second side surface portions SW2 form a vertically elongated triangle with the base of the first side surface portion SW1 as one side.
A pair of second valley fold lines VL2 are provided on the bottom side of the first side portion SW1, extending in a direction gradually separating them as they extend downward from the lower end of the first valley fold line VL1, and one lower end of the pair of second valley fold lines VL2 intersects with the intersection of the first mountain fold line ML1 and the second mountain fold line ML2, and the other lower end intersects with the intersection of the first mountain fold line ML5 and the sixth mountain fold line ML6.
A third valley fold line VL3 is provided between the pair of second side surface portions SW2 and is located on an extension of the first valley fold line VL1.
One of the pair of second side portions SW2 is formed by a ninth mountain fold line ML9 extending downward from the intersection of the first mountain fold line ML1 and the second mountain fold line ML2 and intersecting the third valley fold line VL3, the second valley fold line VL2, and the third valley fold line VL3.
The other second side surface portion SW2 of the pair of second side surface portions SW2 is formed by a tenth mountain fold line ML10 that extends downward from the intersection of the fifth mountain fold line ML5 and the sixth mountain fold line ML6 and intersects the third valley fold line VL3 and the ninth mountain fold line ML9, a second valley fold line VL2, and a third valley fold line VL3.

The third side surface portion SW3 is connected to both sides in the width direction of the lower half of the front surface portion main body 20 by a second mountain fold line ML2, and is connected to the second side surface portion SW2 by a ninth mountain fold line ML9.
The third side surface portion SW3 has a vertically elongated triangular shape, and an eleventh mountain fold line ML11 that is continuous with the third mountain fold line ML3 is located at the base of the third side surface portion SW3.

The fifth side surface portion SW5 is connected to the lower portion of the third side surface portion SW3 via an eleventh mountain fold line ML11.
On both sides of the fifth side portion SW5 in the width direction, there are located a 21st mountain fold line ML21 and a 23rd mountain fold line ML23 which is located on an extension of the third valley fold line VL3, and below there is located a 24th mountain fold line ML24 which is continuous with the 22nd mountain fold line ML22.

The fourth side surface portion SW4 is connected to the back piece 24 and the first glue piece 32 by a sixth mountain fold line ML6, and is connected to the second side surface portion SW2 by a tenth mountain fold line ML10.
The fourth side surface portion SW4 has the same triangular shape as the third side surface portion SW3, and a twelfth mountain fold line ML12 that is continuous with the eleventh mountain fold line ML11 is located at the base of the fourth side surface portion SW4.

The sixth side surface portion SW6 is connected below the fourth side surface portion SW4 via a twelfth mountain fold line ML12, and a 26th mountain fold line ML26 that is continuous with the 24th mountain fold line ML24 is located at the lower edge of the sixth side surface portion SW6.
Of the two sixth side portions SW6, one of the sixth side portions SW6 has a 23rd mountain fold line ML23 and a 25th mountain fold line ML25 located on both sides in the width direction, and this one sixth side portion SW6 is connected to the lower part 26 of the back portion via the 25th mountain fold line ML25.
Furthermore, a twenty-third mountain fold line ML23 and a first vertical edge SW6-C are located on both sides in the width direction of the other of the two sixth side surface portions SW6.

Of the pair of first side surface portions SW1 separated from the back surface piece 24, the first side surface portion SW1 away from the front surface main body 20 and the fourth side surface portion SW4 located below it are connected to a first gluing piece 32 via a fifth mountain fold line ML5 and a sixth mountain fold line ML6, respectively.
A portion of the first glue piece 32 away from the fifth mountain fold line ML5 and the sixth mountain fold line ML6 is formed as a second vertical edge 32-C that is continuous with the first vertical edge SW6-C of the sixth side surface portion SW6.

The back piece 24 is partitioned by a fifth mountain fold line ML5, a pair of sixth mountain fold lines ML6, a seventh mountain fold line ML7 forming the lower edge, a thirty-first mountain fold line ML31 forming the upper edge, and a notch 24A provided in the portion of the back piece 24 opposite the fifth mountain fold line ML5.
By providing the notch 24A, one of the pair of sixth mountain fold lines ML6 is formed shorter than the other sixth mountain fold line ML6.
A sealing slit 34 is formed in the rear piece 24 near the 31st mountain fold line ML31 in a horizontally long rectangular shape.
A first cut 36 is provided at each end of the sealing slit 34 in the extending direction so that the locking piece 28 described later can be easily inserted.

The closing insertion piece 30 is connected to the thirty-first mountain fold line ML31 that forms the upper edge of the back piece 24.
A leading edge 30A (numbered) of the closing insert piece 30 extends parallel to the first mountain fold line ML1, and arcuate portions 30B are formed on both ends of the leading edge 30A of the closing insert piece 30 in the extending direction.

The lower portion 26 of the back portion is connected to the back piece 24 by a seventh mountain fold line ML7.
The lower part 26 of the back part has the same rectangular shape as the lower part 22 of the front part, with the 25th mountain fold line ML25 and the 27th mountain fold line ML27 located on both sides in the width direction, and the 28th mountain fold line ML28, which is continuous with the 26th mountain fold line ML26, located at the bottom.
A second glue piece 38 is connected across the shorter of a pair of sixth mountain fold lines ML6 located on both sides of the width direction of the lower half of the lower back portion 26, the sixth mountain fold line ML6, and the twenty-seventh mountain fold line ML27.
The second glue piece 38 is provided with a 29th mountain fold line ML29 that is continuous with the seventh mountain fold line ML7.
The front lower portion 22, the rear lower portion 26, the fifth side surface portion SW5, and the sixth side surface portion SW6 each have a rectangular shape that is long in the horizontal direction.

Then, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, the first glue piece 32 is glued to the area around the notch 24A of the back piece 24 by aligning the sixth mountain fold line ML6 with the shorter sixth mountain fold line ML6 of the back piece 24, aligning the first vertical edge SW6-C of the sixth side portion SW6 with the 27th mountain fold line ML27, and aligning the 12th mountain fold line ML12 of the sixth side portion SW6 with the 29th mountain fold line ML29, and the second glue piece 38 is glued to the back surface of the fourth side portion SW4 and the back surface of the sixth side portion SW6.
As a result, the rear piece 24 is formed into a rear body 40 having the same shape as the front body 20 .
The area sandwiched between a pair of fifth mountain fold lines ML5 forms the upper half of the rear body 40, and the area sandwiched between a pair of sixth mountain fold lines ML6 forms the lower half of the rear body 40.

As shown in FIG. 9, the first bottom piece BP1 is connected to the front lower portion 22 and the back lower portion 26 via a 22nd mountain fold line ML22 and a 28th mountain fold line ML28, respectively.
A second bottom piece BP2 is connected to the fifth side portion SW5 of the two fifth side portions SW5 that is farthest from the lower part 26 of the back portion, and to the sixth side portion SW6 of the two sixth side portions SW6 that is adjacent to the lower part 26 of the back portion, via a 24th mountain fold fold line ML24 and a 26th mountain fold fold line ML26, respectively, and a protruding piece BP2-A is provided on the second bottom piece BP2 via a fold line L36.
The third bottom piece BP3 is connected to the sixth side portion SW6 of the two sixth side portions SW6 that is farthest from the lower part 26 of the back portion, and to the fifth side portion S of the two fifth side portions SW5 that is closer to the lower part 26 of the back portion, via the 26th mountain fold line ML26 and the 24th mountain fold line ML24, respectively.
The 22nd, 24th, 26th, and 28th mountain fold lines ML22, ML24, ML26, and ML28 are arranged continuously, and the first to third bottom pieces BP1 to BP3 are mountain folded at these 22nd, 24th, 26th, and 28th mountain fold lines ML22, ML24, ML26, and ML28.

The pair of hanging pieces 14 includes a front hanging piece 42 and a rear hanging piece 44 .
The front hanging piece 42 is connected to the front main body 20 via the 31st valley fold line VL31 that forms the upper edge of the front main body 20, and the back hanging piece 44 is connected to the front hanging piece 42 via the 32nd mountain fold line ML32 that forms the upper edge of the front hanging piece 42.
A hanging hole 46 is formed in the front hanging piece 42 near the 32nd mountain fold line ML32 and in the back hanging piece 44 near the 32nd mountain fold line ML32.

A pair of connection pieces 48 are provided on both sides of the center in the width direction of the lower edge of the back surface hanging piece 44 via a 33rd mountain fold line ML33.
A gripping piece 52 is provided between the pair of connecting pieces 48 via a cut line 50, and this gripping piece 52 is separated from the back hanging piece 44 via a second cut 54.
The gripping piece 52 has a narrow portion 52A at its tip, and a locking piece 28 is provided thereon.
The locking piece 28 is inserted into the sealing slit 34 and locked in the sealing slit 34 .
A bend line L38 is provided at the boundary between the gripping piece 52 and the narrow portion 52A to facilitate insertion of the locking piece 28 into the sealing slit 34.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the locking piece 28 is provided on the front body 20 via the front hanging piece 42 and the rear hanging piece 44 .
Furthermore, an upright insertion piece 56 is connected to both sides in the width direction of the lower edge of the back hanging piece 44 via a 34th mountain fold line ML34.

A sheet of cardboard 16A is mountain-folded along the first to third mountain fold lines ML1 to ML3, the fifth to seventh mountain fold lines ML5 to ML7, the ninth to twelfth mountain fold lines ML9 to ML12, and the twenty-first to twenty-ninth mountain fold lines ML21 to ML29, respectively, and valley-folded along the first to third valley fold lines VL1 to VL3, a first glue piece 32 is glued to the area around the notch 24A of the back piece 24, a second glue piece 38 is glued to the fourth side surface portion SW4 and the sixth side surface portion SW6, and the first to sixth bottom pieces BP1 to BP6 are sequentially stacked to form the bottom surface, thereby configuring the container body 12.
As shown in Figure 5, the bottom surface of the container body 12 is constructed by superimposing a third bottom piece BP3 on the protruding piece BP2-A of the second bottom piece BP2, a first bottom piece BP1 on the third bottom piece BP3, and a second bottom piece BP2 on the first bottom piece BP1, so that the bottom surface is hexagonal.

As shown in FIG. 6, the opening 58 of the container body 12 is formed by the upper ends of the front body 20 and the rear body 40 facing each other, and the upper ends of a pair of first side surface portions SW1 facing each other.
As shown in Figure 1, the pair of third side portions SW3 and the pair of fifth side portions SW5 are angled with respect to the front surface of the container body 12, and therefore the pair of third side portions SW3 and the pair of fifth side portions SW5 constitute not only the front surface but also the side surfaces of the container body 12.
Furthermore, since the pair of fourth side surface portions SW4 and the pair of sixth side surface portions SW6 are angled with respect to the rear surface of the container body 12, the pair of fourth side surface portions SW4 and the pair of sixth side surface portions SW6 constitute not only the rear surface but also the side surfaces of the container body 12.

Once the container body 12 is formed in this manner, the product is placed inside the container body 12 through the opening 58 .
Once the product has been stored, the pair of first side surface portions SW1 on both sides of the front body 20 are valley folded along a first valley fold line VL1, the pair of second side surface portions SW2 are valley folded along a third valley fold line VL3, and the pair of first side surface portions SW1 and the pair of second side surface portions SW2 are valley folded together along a second valley fold line VL2.
Further, the third side surface portion SW3 is mountain folded along the second mountain fold line ML2 and the ninth mountain fold line ML9, and the fourth side surface portion SW4 is mountain folded along the sixth mountain fold line ML6 and the tenth mountain fold line ML10.
Depending on the dimensional ratio of each part, the pair of second side surface portions SW2 may not be valley-folded at the third valley-fold line VL3, but may become a single flat surface forming an approximately diamond shape.

Next, the closure insert piece 30 is mountain-folded toward the rear body 40 from the 31st mountain fold line ML31, and as shown in Figures 7 and 8 (A), the closure insert piece 30 is inserted between the front body 20 and the first side portion SW1-A on both sides of the front body 20 which is mountain-folded from the first mountain fold line ML1 toward the front body 20.
By inserting this blocking insertion piece 30 between the first side portion SW1-A on both sides of the front body 20 and the front body 20, the upper end of the front body 20 is pulled toward the upper end of the back body 40, and the opening 58 is kept blocked.

Next, the back hanging piece 44 is folded in half relative to the front hanging piece 42, and the standing insertion pieces 56 on both sides of the lower end of the back hanging piece 44 are inserted between the front body 20 and the blocking insertion piece 30, as shown in Figure 8 (B), thereby maintaining the front hanging piece 42 and the back hanging piece 44 in an upright state.
Then, as shown in Figures 1(B) and 3, the locking piece 28 is inserted into the sealing slit 34, and as shown in Figure 4, the front hanging piece 42 and the back hanging piece 44 are kept in close proximity to each other, and at the same time, the opening 58 is kept in a closed state, and the packaging container 10A takes on the shape shown in Figures 1 to 5.
As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, when viewed from the front and back of the packaging container 10A, the width of the packaging container 10A is almost constant and the packaging container 10A has a generally vertically elongated rectangular shape.
That is, as shown in FIG. 1A, the front surface of the container body 12 is made up of a front main body 20, a front lower portion 22, a pair of third side surfaces SW3, and a pair of fifth side surfaces SW5.
As shown in FIG. 1B, the rear surface of the container body 12 is made up of a rear surface main body 40, a rear surface lower portion 26, a pair of fourth side surface portions SW4, and a pair of sixth side surface portions SW6.
As shown in FIG. 4, when the container body 12 is viewed from the side, it presents a shape of a substantially isosceles triangle in which the dimension between the front and back surfaces gradually increases downward.
That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the side surfaces of the container body 12 are composed of a pair of first side surface portions SW1, a pair of second side surface portions SW2, a third side surface portion SW3, a fourth side surface portion SW4, a fifth side surface portion SW5, and a sixth side surface portion SW6.

The packaging container 10A containing the product in this manner is displayed in the storefront in a hanging state by hooks inserted through the hanging holes 46 of the front hanging piece 42 and the back hanging piece 44, or is displayed upright with the bottom surface placed on a shelf.
When a purchaser who has purchased the product uses the product, he or she grasps the tab 52 and separates the tab 52 from the pair of connecting pieces 48 via the cut lines 50.
9, the second slit 54 is slightly offset toward the back hanging piece 44 from the 33rd mountain fold line ML33 on both sides, and a part of the cut line 50 is connected to both ends of the second slit 54, so that the tip of the gripping piece 52 facing the second slit 54 is slightly raised above the part of the back hanging piece 44 facing the second slit 54, making it easier to grip the gripping piece 52. This is advantageous in smoothly separating the gripping piece 52 from the pair of connecting pieces 48.
Once the gripping pieces 52 have been separated from the pair of connecting pieces 48, the upper ends of the front body 20 and the rear body 40 are pulled apart, and then, as shown in FIG. 6, the closing insert piece 30 and the front body 20 are opened to fully open the opening 58, and the product is removed from the opening 58.

After the product has been removed from the opening 58, as shown in Figs. 7 and 8(A), the closing insert pieces 30 are inserted between the front body 20 and the first side surface portions SW1-A on both sides of the front body 20.
This causes the upper end of the front body 20 to be pulled toward the upper end of the rear body 40, keeping the opening 58 closed, which is advantageous in improving the appearance of the container body 12 after opening.
Then, as shown in Figure 8 (B), when the upright insert pieces 56 on both sides of the lower end of the back hanging piece 44 are inserted between the front body 20 and the closing insert piece 30, the upright state of the front hanging piece 42 and the back hanging piece 44 is maintained, which is advantageous in improving the appearance of the container body 12 after opening.
In addition, the pair of connecting pieces 48 can be inserted between the front body 20 and the closure insert piece 30, and as shown in Figure 8 (C), inserting the pair of connecting pieces 48 between the front body 20 and the closure insert piece 30 to hide the pair of connecting pieces 48 is advantageous in improving the appearance of the container body 12 after opening.
Thereafter, when removing the product, as shown in FIG. 11, the upper end of the front body 20 and the upper end of the rear body 40 are pulled apart by pulling the gripping piece 52, or the upper end of the front body 20 and the upper end of the rear body 40 are directly pulled apart, and the closing insert piece 30, the front hanging piece 42, and the rear hanging piece 44 are opened to remove the product from the opening 58. After removing the product, as shown in FIG. 8(A), the first side of both sides of the front body 20 is opened. The blocking insert piece 30 is inserted between the face SW1-A and the front body 20, and the upper end of the front body 20 is pulled toward the upper end of the back body 40, keeping the opening 58 blocked. Also, as shown in Figures 8(B) and (C), the standing insert pieces 56 and a pair of connecting pieces 48 on either side of the lower end of the back hanging piece 44 are inserted between the front body 20 and the blocking insert piece 30, keeping the front hanging piece 42 and the back hanging piece 44 in an upright state.
A rear view of the packaging container 10A in the state where the opening 58 is closed after opening is shown in Fig. 11. The front view of the packaging container 10A in the state where the opening 58 is closed after opening is the same as Fig. 1(A).

According to this embodiment, when opening the package, the locking piece 28 is cut off from the back hanging piece 44 via the cut line 50 and the second cut 54. Therefore, by checking whether the locking piece 28 has been cut off, it is possible to instantly determine whether the package has been opened tampered with, which is advantageous in preventing tampering with the opening of the packaging container 10A at the storefront.
In addition, the packaging container 10A has a front hanging piece 42 and a back hanging piece 44 each having a hanging hole 46, and also has a bottom surface that can stand up, so that it can be sold either by hanging it from a hook for display or by standing it up on a shelf for display.
Therefore, it becomes possible to select a sales format according to the height, size, layout, and other factors within the store, which is advantageous in increasing sales of products handled in the store.

Furthermore, when a purchaser removes the product from the packaging container 10A multiple times after purchasing the product, after removing the product, the blocking insert piece 30 is inserted between the first side portion SW1-A on both sides of the front portion main body 20 and the front portion main body 20, so that the upper end of the front portion main body 20 is pulled toward the upper end of the back portion main body 40 by the blocking insert piece 30, thereby keeping the opening 58 in a blocked state.
That is, even if the upper part of the packaging container 10A has a flat shape when viewed from above, the opening 58 can be reliably closed after opening with a simple structure.

In addition, the upper edges SW1-C of the pair of first side portions SW1 are formed so that their height from the bottom surface gradually decreases from the point where they are mountain folded at the first mountain fold line ML1 and the fifth mountain fold line ML5 toward the first valley fold line VL1. This is advantageous in smoothly inserting the closing insertion pieces 30 between the first side portions SW1-A on both sides of the front portion main body 20 and the front portion main body 20 when closing the opening 58 after opening, and is advantageous in reliably forming a closed state of the opening 58 with a simple operation after opening.
In addition, since arc portions 30B are formed on both ends in the extension direction of the tip edge 30A of the closure insert piece 30, this is advantageous in smoothly inserting the closure insert piece 30 between the first side portion SW1 on both sides of the front body 20 and the front body 20 when closing the opening 58 after opening, and is advantageous in reliably forming a closed state of the opening 58 with a simple operation after opening.
In addition, a pair of standing insertion pieces 56 are provided on both sides of the lower edge of the back hanging piece 44 in the width direction, respectively, via the 34th mountain fold line ML34. When this pair of standing insertion pieces 56 are inserted between the front main body 20 and the blocking insert piece 30, the front hanging piece 42 and the back hanging piece 44 can be maintained in an upright state.
This is advantageous in improving the appearance of the packaging container 10A in a closed state after opening, and is advantageous in increasing the commercial value.
In addition, the gripping piece 52 and the locking piece 28 are provided so as to be cut away via a pair of connecting pieces 48, and the pair of connecting pieces 48 can be inserted between the front body 20 and the closing insert piece 30 when closing the opening 58 after opening. This means that no unnecessary parts or parts remain on the upper part of the container body 12 as in conventional packaging containers, and the opening 58 is kept closed, which is advantageous in improving the appearance of the closed state of the packaging container 10A after opening and in increasing the commercial value.
In addition, since the gripping piece 52 is connected to the engaging piece 28, when removing the product after opening the packaging container 10A, the upper end of the front body 20 and the upper end of the back body 40 can be pulled apart by the simple operation of pulling the gripping piece 52, thereby enlarging the area of the opening 58, which is advantageous for easily removing the product.

In addition, a pair of second side portions SW2, third side portions SW3, and fourth side portions SW4 which are valley-folded relative to each other are provided between both sides of the front portion main body 20 and both sides of the back portion main body 40, which is advantageous in easily and reliably forming a pair of first side portions SW1 which are valley-folded, and is advantageous in reliably maintaining the opening 58 in a blocked state by the blocking insert piece 30.
In addition, the pair of first side surface portions SW1 can be securely valley-folded at the first valley-fold fold lines VL1, which is advantageous in improving the appearance of the side surfaces of the packaging container 10A.
Furthermore, the lower part of the front portion 22, the lower part of the back portion 26, the two fifth side portions SW5, and the two sixth side portions SW6 are arranged side by side at the lower part of the container body 12, which is advantageous in easily connecting the front portion main body 20, the back portion main body 40, the two third side portions SW3, and the two fourth side portions SW4 to the lower part of the container body 12, and is also advantageous in improving the appearance of the packaging container 10A.
Furthermore, the lower part of the container body 12 is provided with the lower front part 22, the lower back part 26, two fifth side parts SW5, and two sixth side parts SW6, and by providing the first to third bottom pieces BP1 to BP3 on the lower front part 22, the lower back part 26, the two fifth side parts SW5, and the two sixth side parts SW6, respectively, it is advantageous in easily forming the bottom surface of the container body 12.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the second embodiment of the packaging container 10B, the front hanging piece 42 and the back hanging piece 44 are omitted from the packaging container 10A of the first embodiment, and the packaging container 10B of the second embodiment is displayed in an upright position in stores with its bottom placed on a shelf.
The configuration of the container body 12 in the second embodiment is similar to that in the first embodiment.
In the following, the same parts and members as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted, and the different parts will be mainly described.
The packaging container 10B is formed from a sheet of cardboard 16B shown in FIG. 16, and has a pair of connecting pieces 48 provided at the center in the width direction of the upper end of the front body 20 via a forty-first mountain fold line ML41.
A pair of auxiliary pieces 60 are provided on both sides in the width direction of the upper end of the front portion main body 20 via a forty-second mountain fold line ML42.
A gripping piece 52 is provided between the pair of connecting pieces 48 via a cut line 50 , and this gripping piece 52 is separated from the front body 20 via a third cut 62 .
The gripping piece 52 has at its tip an engagement piece 28 having a narrow portion 52A.
The locking piece 28 is inserted into the sealing slit 34 and locked in the sealing slit 34 .
The back piece 24 is connected to the closing insert piece 30 via a thirty-first mountain fold line ML31, as in the first embodiment.

As in the first embodiment, the cardboard 16B is mountain-folded along the first to third mountain fold lines ML1 to ML3, the fifth to seventh mountain fold lines ML5 to ML7, the ninth to twelfth mountain fold lines ML9 to ML12, and the twenty-first to twenty-ninth mountain fold lines ML21 to ML29, respectively, and valley-folded along the first to third valley fold lines VL1 to VL3, the first glue piece 32 is glued to the area around the notch 24A of the back piece 24, the second glue piece 38 is glued to the fourth side surface portion SW4 and the sixth side surface portion SW6, and the first to third bottom pieces BP1 to BP3 are sequentially stacked to form the bottom surface, thereby configuring the container body 12.
Once the container body 12 is constructed, the product is placed inside the container body 12 through the opening 58 .
Then, a pair of first side surface portions SW1 on both sides of the front portion main body 20 are valley folded at a first valley fold fold line VL1, a pair of second side surface portions SW2 are valley folded at a third valley fold fold line VL3, and the pair of first side surface portions SW1 and the pair of second side surface portions SW2 are valley folded together at a second valley fold fold line VL2.
Further, the third side surface portion SW3 is mountain folded along the second mountain fold line ML2 and the ninth mountain fold line ML9, and the fourth side surface portion SW4 is mountain folded along the sixth mountain fold line ML6 and the tenth mountain fold line ML10.

Next, the closure insert piece 30 is mountain-folded toward the rear body 40 from the 31st mountain fold line ML31, and as shown in Figure 17 (A), the closure insert piece 30 is inserted between the front body 20 and the first side portion SW1-A on both sides of the front body 20 which is mountain-folded from the first mountain fold line ML1 toward the front body 20.
By inserting this blocking insertion piece 30 between the first side portion SW1-A on both sides of the front body 20 and the front body 20, the upper end of the front body 20 is pulled toward the upper end of the back body 40, and the opening 58 is kept blocked.
In addition, a pair of auxiliary pieces 60 are folded from the 42nd mountain fold line and inserted between the front body 20 and the blocking insert piece 30 as shown in Figure 17 (B), so that the opening 58 is more reliably kept blocked.
Then, the locking piece 28 is inserted into the sealing slit 34, the opening 58 is closed and sealed, and the packaging container 10B assumes the shape shown in FIGS.

The packaging container 10B containing the product in this manner is displayed in a storefront in an upright state with the bottom surface placed on a shelf.
When a purchaser who has purchased the product uses the product, he or she grasps the tab 52 and separates the tab 52 from the pair of connecting pieces 48 via the cut lines 50.
16, the third slit 62 is slightly offset toward the front body 20 from the mountain fold lines ML42 on both sides, and a part of the cut line 50 is connected to both ends of the third slit 62, so that the tip of the gripping piece 52 facing the third slit 62 is slightly raised above the part of the front body 20 facing the third slit 62, making it easier to grasp the gripping piece 52. This is advantageous in smoothly separating the gripping piece 52 from the pair of connecting pieces 48.
When the gripping pieces 52 are separated from the pair of connecting pieces 48, the upper end of the front body 20 and the upper end of the back body 40 are pulled apart, and then the closing insert piece 30 and the front body 20 are opened to fully open the opening 58, and the product is taken out from the opening 58.
Once the product has been removed from the opening 58, as shown in FIG. 17 (A), when the closing insert piece 30 is inserted between the first side portion SW1-A on both sides of the front portion main body 20 and the front portion main body 20, the upper end of the front portion main body 20 is pulled toward the upper end of the back portion main body 40, and the opening 58 is kept closed.
Then, as shown in FIGS. 17B and 17C, the pair of auxiliary pieces 60 and the pair of connecting pieces 48 are inserted between the front body 20 and the closing insert piece 30.
A rear view of the packaging container 10B in the state where the opening 58 is closed after opening is shown in Fig. 18. The front view of the packaging container 10B in the state where the opening 58 is closed after opening is the same as Fig. 12(A).

Next, the effects of the second embodiment will be described.
The second embodiment has the same effects as the first embodiment, except that since it does not have a pair of hanging pieces 14, it cannot be sold by hanging it from a hook for display.
Hereinafter, the effects of the second embodiment that are similar to those of the first embodiment will be omitted, and only the effects of the second embodiment that are different from those of the first embodiment will be described.
When a purchaser removes the product from the packaging container 10B multiple times after purchasing the product, by inserting the blocking insert piece 30 between the first side portion SW1-A on both sides of the front portion main body 20 and the front portion main body 20, the upper end of the front portion main body 20 is pulled to the upper end of the back portion main body 40, and the opening 58 is kept blocked.
In other words, even if the upper part of the packaging container 10B has a flat shape when viewed from above, the opening 58 can be securely closed after opening with a simple configuration, which is advantageous in improving the appearance of the closed state of the packaging container 10B after opening.

In addition, a pair of auxiliary pieces 60 are inserted between the front body 20 and the closing insert piece 30, thereby blocking the gap between the front body 20 and the closing insert piece 30, which is advantageous in improving the appearance of the packaging container 10B with the opening 58 closed after opening.
In addition, the pair of connecting pieces 48 can be inserted between the front body 20 and the closing insert piece 30, and when the pair of connecting pieces 48 are inserted between the front body 20 and the closing insert piece 30, the opening 58 is kept closed without any unnecessary parts or parts remaining on the upper part of the container body 12 as in conventional packaging containers, which is advantageous in improving the appearance of the closed state of the packaging container 10B after opening and in increasing the commercial value.
Furthermore, since the gripping piece 52 is connected to the engaging piece 28, when removing the product after opening the packaging container 10B, the upper end of the front body 20 and the upper end of the back body 40 can be pulled apart by the simple operation of pulling the gripping piece 52, thereby enlarging the area of the opening 58, which is advantageous for easily removing the product.

A packaging container comprising a container body having a front portion and a back portion opposed to each other, and a pair of side portions connecting both sides in the width direction of the front portion and the back portion, capable of containing a product, and an opening portion formed by upper ends of the front portion, the back portion, and the pair of side portions,
At least upper portions of the pair of side portions include a pair of first side portions that are mountain-folded relative to the front portion and the back portion and valley-folded relative to each other along a first valley-fold fold line,
A sealing slit is provided on the rear surface,
a locking piece is provided in a cuttable manner on the front surface to be inserted into the sealing slit and locked therein to seal the opening,
A blocking insert is provided on the rear portion to be inserted between the front portion and the first side portion that is bent back relative to the front portion, and to draw an upper end of the front portion toward an upper end of the rear portion to block the opening,
The packaging container is configured to include a hanging piece in addition to the container body,
