Description

The present invention relates to toys.

Conventionally, there are capsule toys that store dolls or the like inside the capsule and are sold from vending machines. For example, in Patent Document 1, the parts for assembling the toy are stored inside a capsule made of capsule constituent parts. A predetermined number of notches are provided on the cut edge of the capsule constituent part, and the toy can be formed by fitting some or all of the parts into these notches. In addition, a configuration is disclosed in which a predetermined number of ribs are provided on the inner wall of the capsule constituent part to clamp the cut edge of the capsule constituent part as a measure to prevent the capsule from coming off.

Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 07-148358

Patent Document 1 describes a structure in which the capsule itself is used as a part of a toy. However, when the capsule is used as part of a toy, the shape of the toy is determined by the spherical shape of the capsule, since the capsule is sold in that state. This makes it difficult to maintain the original image of the character, and for some characters, the shape of the character changes significantly depending on the capsule shape, causing quality problems for the character itself and making it difficult to maintain its interest. In addition, because the overall shape of the toy itself is basically spherical, there is the problem that the toy is unstable when placed or displayed.

The present invention aims to provide a toy that has a stable display form and is highly entertaining.

A toy according to one aspect of the present invention is a shape-changeable toy that can take a first form and a second form, and includes a main body composed of a first outer shell and a second outer shell, and a secondary body that can be housed within the main body, in which the main body is in a state in which the first outer shell and the second outer shell are directly connected in the first form, and the secondary body is in a state in which it is connected to the first outer shell and the second outer shell in the second form.

The present invention makes it possible to provide a toy with a stable display form and high level of interest.

Hereinafter, a toy according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The toy 1 is capable of changing its shape between a first form 1F, which is a capsule shape as shown in FIG. 1, and a second form 2F (display form) assembled as shown in FIG. 2. That is, the toy 1 has a main body 10 composed of a first outer shell 11 and a second outer shell 12 that can form a capsule-shaped outer shell, and further has a sub-body 20 that can be assembled and stored within the main body 10.

The toy 1 in the first form 1F has an externally spherical shape formed by the first outer shell part 11 and the second outer shell part 12. The first outer shell part 11 and the second outer shell part 12 are, for example, hemispherical, and are connected by butting the leading edges 11t, 12t of the circular openings 11a, 12a (see FIG. 2) of the hemispherical shapes so that they face each other. Therefore, a spherical internal space SP is formed inside.

Here, the leading edges 11t, 12t of the joint between the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 may have an uneven structure that allows them to fit together, but in this embodiment, they are configured as flat surfaces. As a result, the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 have exactly the same shape, which is a convenient configuration for the display form (second form 2F) as described below. In addition, in first form 1F, the outer surface 10s of the spherical shape formed by combining the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 is configured to be wrapped, for example, by a wrapping film 80.

The first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12 are formed, for example, from a synthetic resin material and have appropriate rigidity. In the first form 1F of the spherical shape shown in FIG. 1, the toy 1 itself is easily rollable, and can be supplied and sold from an item supply device. The item supply device includes a storage section capable of storing a plurality of toys 1 covered with a wrapping film 80 in a random arrangement, a supply section capable of randomly selecting and supplying toys 1 one by one from the storage section, a lock section for locking the supply section, an operation section operable to unlock the lock section and rotate the supply section on the condition of payment of a price, and a passage section for passing the toy 1 from the storage section to the supply port in a rollable manner. The toy 1 is configured to be easily rollable, and thus can be supplied to the user while avoiding separation or damage during supply from the item supply device. Additionally, the internal space SP in the first form 1F contains, for example, a doll body C, such as a character, and a secondary body 20 that constitutes the vehicle for this doll body C, in a disassembled state.

In the second form 2F, for example, the secondary body 20 itself in a disassembled state is assembled, and the first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12 are assembled in a spaced-apart state via this secondary body 20, as shown in FIG. 2. The first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12 imitate the wheels of a vehicle. The secondary body 20 imitates a structure other than the wheels of a vehicle, and connects the first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12 at a predetermined interval.

The assembly of the first shell 11, the second shell 12 and the secondary body 20 will now be described with reference to FIG.

As shown in Fig. 3, the secondary body 20 has a tricycle structure in which the vehicle body 22, which is the main body of the vehicle, is at the center, and the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 are attached to the left and right sides as wheels. For example, the front wheel 22a and the cowl 23 covering the upper part of the front wheel 22a imitate the character of the vehicle. In addition, a handlebar 24 is provided on the rear side of the cowl 23, and a seat 21 is provided further rearward. These parts are finely disassembled parts, for example, divided into left and right halves, as necessary, but here they are shown in a state of being assembled to a certain extent.

The top fitting portion 15a is provided on the top 15 of the inner circumferential surface of the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 of the rear wheel so as to protrude inwardly from the hemispherical portion. The top fitting portion 15a is provided with a fitting hole 15b. Meanwhile, the axle portion 25 connecting the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 has a tip fitting portion 25t at one end (tip side) that fits into the fitting holes 15b of both outer shell portions 11 and 12, and a seat side connecting end 25b at the other end that is connected to the underside 21b of the seat portion 21, and has a structure that imitates a pair of left and right arm-shaped axle members extended to the left and right of the vehicle body. In addition, the underside 21b of the seat portion 21 is provided with fitting protrusions (not shown) that fit into a pair of fitting holes 25d provided in the seat side connecting end 25b.

The axle section 25 is, for example, roughly L-shaped in front view, with both sides of the seat section 21 rising upward from under the seat and then extending to the left and right. A pair of left and right muffler sections 26 are configured to be attached to the corners of the L shape of the axle section 25. One end of the muffler section 26 is provided with a convex muffler connection end 26a, which is connected to a recess 25c at the bent corner of the axle section 25. As a result, the muffler section 26 extends upward from the rear side of the vehicle body section 22 in a large curve.

The doll body C is supported in an upright position by, for example, a doll body support member 50. For example, the doll body support member 50 supports the doll body C by fitting the tip of an inverted L-shaped vertical shaft 51 erected on a mounting plate 52 into a mounting hole (not shown) formed in the rear part of the doll body C.

4, the assembled vehicle has a secondary body 20 disposed between a first outer shell 11 and a second outer shell 12 simulating a pair of rear wheels, and both outer shells 11, 12 are connected by this secondary body 20. Therefore, the vehicle body 22 (the entire secondary body 20) supports both outer shells 11, 12 by the axle 25, but conversely, is stably held by both outer shells 11, 12 of the pair of rear wheels and the front wheel 22a.

The first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 are spaced apart at a fixed interval, and the seat portion 21 is located between the axles 25, with the seat surface of the seat portion 21 configured as a doll body placement portion 21a on which a doll body C can be placed. As shown in FIG. 4, this doll body placement portion 21a is surrounded on the left and right by the rising portions 25a of the left and right axles 25, and is further surrounded in the front-rear direction by the handle portion 24 and the seat backrest. In this way, the doll body placement portion 21a is surrounded on the front-rear and left-right sides, and can hold the doll body C (see FIG. 2) placed thereon in a regulated position.

As shown in Figure 4, when the toy 1 is viewed from the front side, the openings 11a, 12a of the two outer shells 11, 12, which are modeled after rear wheels, face each other with the edges 11t, 12t of the ends 11b, 12b of the openings 11a, 12a parallel to each other. In other words, the two outer shells 11, 12 form large wheels with their hemispherical bulges that bulge outward to the left and right, and a place to place the doll body C is provided in the center.

In addition, the ends 11b, 12b of the openings 11a, 12a are configured as protruding parts that protrude in the circumferential outer diameter direction of the openings 11a, 12a. The protruding peripheral surface, which is the outer circumferential surface of the ends 11b, 12b, has a plurality of protrusions 18 that protrude further outward in the circumferential direction from the protruding peripheral surface.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, in the second form 2F, when the toy is placed on a toy placement portion 60 such as a table, the front wheel portion 22a of the secondary body portion 20 and the convex portion 18 on the protruding peripheral surface of the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 are in contact with the toy placement portion 60.

In addition, in the second form 2F, the secondary body 20 is set lower than the height (H) of the first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the doll body C placed on the secondary body 20 is set lower than the height of the first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12 when in the riding state (when placed on the doll body placement section 21a).

As described above, in the first form 1F of the toy 1 of this embodiment, the main body 10 is in a state in which the first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12 are directly connected, forming an internal space SP to accommodate the secondary body 20. On the other hand, in the second form 2F, the secondary body 20 is connected to the first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12 and is separated from them, forming a space on the secondary body 20 between the two outer shells 11, 12, and the doll body C can be stably positioned between the two outer shells 11, 12.

In addition, in the toy 1 of this embodiment, the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 have the same shape, so that the pair of left and right wheels imitated by both the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 can be made to be exactly the same shape.

In addition, in the second form 2F of the toy 1 of this embodiment, the secondary body 20 is held at the apex 15 of the inner circumferential surface of each of the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12, and further, the ends 11b, 12b (tip edges 11t, 12t) of the openings 11a, 12a face each other in a parallel state, so that the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 can be effectively presented as wheels of a vehicle, and the doll body C can be stably held.

In the toy 1 of this embodiment, in the first form 1F, the secondary body 20 is not connected to the main body 10, so it can be disassembled and stored in the internal space SP formed by the main body 10.

The assembled secondary body 20 is also provided with a doll body placement section 21a on which the doll body C can be placed, so that in the second form 2F, the doll body C can be held between the first outer shell section 11 and the second outer shell section 12 and stably displayed.

In the toy 1 of this embodiment, in the second form 2F, the main body 10 has the openings 11a, 12a of the first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12 facing each other, so that the space sandwiched between the first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12 can be made large. In addition, the outer spherical bulging surfaces of the first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12 can be effectively used as curved surfaces to present the toy 1 in its displayed state.

In addition, in the toy 1 of this embodiment, the first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12, which are modeled after wheels, are configured with the ends 11b, 12b as protruding parts that protrude from the spherical surface, so that the parts that come into contact with the toy placement part 60, such as a table, can be made to look like the tires of a wheel, and furthermore, a sense of stability and wheel-likeness can be created. In addition, the protruding peripheral surface (outer periphery) of the ends 11b, 12b is provided with a number of protrusions 18, which effectively creates the appearance of a wheel.

In the toy 1 of this embodiment, the secondary body 20 is set lower than the height of the first outer shell 11 and the second outer shell 12 in the second form 2F, so that the doll body C can be placed stably while surrounding it, and further, the doll body C can be placed between the two outer shells 11, 12 so as to be protected.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention can be modified as appropriate within the scope of its technical concept. For example, in the above embodiment, the leading edges 11t, 12t of the openings 11a, 12a of the first outer shell portion 11 and the second outer shell portion 12 have a flat structure, but this is not limited to the configuration, and for example, the leading edges 11t, 12t may have an uneven structure that fits into each other.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the doll body C is accommodated in the internal space SP, but this is not limited to the above, and the doll body C may be supplied separately.
