Description

The present invention relates to a bracket for a product display shelf that allows shelves of a product display shelf in a store such as a supermarket or convenience store to slide freely in the forward and backward directions, and to the product display shelf.

Conventionally, product display shelves have been known that allow shelves to slide back and forth so that store clerks can easily display products. In such product display shelves, there has been a demand for the shelves to be prevented from accidentally popping forward.

In order to achieve the above object, the bracket for a product display shelf according to the invention described in claim 1 comprises a bracket body, a shelf support member and a stopper, the bracket body is removably attached to the support pillar of the product display shelf, the shelf support member supports the shelf in a removably manner and is arranged to be movable in the front-to-rear direction relative to the bracket body, the stopper has an operating portion and is arranged to be removably engaged with and disengaged from between the shelf support member and the bracket body, restricting the forward movement of the shelf support member when it is in a retracted position, and the stopper is arranged to be rotatable around an axis in the front-to-rear direction and can be released by operating it from the left or right direction .

The product display shelf according to the invention described in claim 2 is characterized by having the product display shelf bracket described in claim 1.

The bracket for a product display shelf according to the invention described in claim 1 comprises a bracket body, a shelf support member and a stopper, the bracket body being removably attached to the support pillar of the product display shelf, the shelf support member supporting the shelf in a removably manner and arranged to be movable in the front-to-rear direction relative to the bracket body, the stopper having an operating portion and arranged to be removably engaged with and disengaged from between the shelf support member and the bracket body and restricting forward movement of the shelf support member when it is in a retracted position , the operating portion being arranged to be rotatable around an axis in the front-to-rear direction and the stopper being released by operating it from the left and right , thereby preventing the shelf from jumping out forward on its own.

The product display shelf according to the invention described in claim 2 is equipped with the product display shelf bracket described in claim 1, so the shelf board can be pulled out forward, making it convenient for displaying products on the shelf board, and the shelf board does not pop out forward on its own.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the product display shelf brackets 1L and 1R of the present invention, and Figures 4 to 7 show an embodiment of a product display shelf 8 that uses the product display shelf brackets 1L and 1R.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the product display shelf brackets 1L and 1R each include a bracket body 2, a shelf board support member 3, a stopper 4, and a slide rail 10.
The bracket body 2 has an upper inner vertical wall 11, a lower outer vertical wall 12, and a horizontal wall 13 connecting the two vertical walls 11, 12, and is bent in a crank shape when viewed from the front. The lower outer vertical wall 12 has a plurality of claw pieces 14 at intervals in the vertical direction at its rear end, and the product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R can be attached to the support 5 of the product display shelf 8 in a height-adjustable and detachable manner by hooking the claw pieces 14 into a number of slit-shaped mounting holes 15 formed at intervals in the vertical direction in the support 5 of the product display shelf 8 (see FIG. 4). The inner rail 16a of the slide rail 10 is fixed to the upper inner vertical wall 11 with a rivet 17. A connecting member mounting portion 18 is provided at the upper edge of the rear end of the upper inner vertical wall 11 so as to protrude inward. As shown in Figures 4 and 6, the end of a rod-shaped connecting material 19 is attached to the connecting material mounting portion 18 with a screw 20, and by connecting the left and right product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R with the connecting material 19, the left-right swing of the product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R is regulated.
An engaging portion 21 that engages with the stopper 4 is provided at the front end of the side wall 13. As shown in Fig. 2, the engaging portion 21 has an engaged portion 21a that abuts against an engaging portion 22 on the rear side of the stopper 4 to restrict the forward movement of the shelf board support member 3 when the shelf board support member 3 attempts to slide forward, a hook portion 21b formed inside the engaged portion 21a and protruding rearward, and a tapered portion 21c formed in front of the engaged portion 21a and the hook portion 21b.

The shelf board support member 3 supports the shelf board 6 in a removable manner, and is formed in a flat plate shape as shown in Figs. 1 and 3, and is fixed to the outer rail 16b of the slide rail 10 with rivets 17. The shelf board support member 3 is disposed flush with the lower outer vertical wall 12 of the bracket body 2, which allows the product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R to be replaced with existing normal brackets 9. The shelf board support member 3 has an engagement portion 23 at its upper edge for engaging with the shelf board 6, and as shown in Fig. 4, when the shelf board 6 is placed from above, the upper edge of the shelf board support member 3 receives the back surface of the shelf board 6, and the shelf board 6 engages with the engagement portion 23, so that the shelf board 6 is supported by the shelf board support member 3.

As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the stopper 4 is formed by bending a round bar into a roughly U-shape, and has an operating part 7 on the front side, an engaging part 22 on the rear side, and a front-rear axis 24 connecting the operating part 7 and the engaging part 22, with the operating part 7 being shorter than the engaging part 22. The stopper 4 holds the front-rear axis 24 rotatably with a mounting bracket 25, and is attached to the inner surface of the front end of the shelf support member 3 in front of the slide rail 10, and when not being touched, the operating part 7 and the engaging part 22 hang down under their own weight.

The slide rail 10 is a commercially available product that is constructed by connecting the outer rail 16b and the inner rail 16a with a connecting member 26 that has a built-in bearing, and the outer rail 16b and the inner rail 16a can move relative to each other in the longitudinal direction, allowing them to expand and contract to approximately twice their original length.

Next, the operation method for pulling out the shelf 6 forward will be described. When the shelf 6 is stored (slid backward), as shown in FIG. 8(a), the engagement portion 22 of the stopper 4 abuts against the engaged portion 21a of the engagement portion 21 of the bracket body 2, restricting the forward movement of the shelf 6. In this state, the engagement portion 22 of the stopper 4 abuts against the hook portion 21b of the engagement portion 21 of the bracket body 2 and the stopper 4 cannot be released, so as shown in FIG. 8(b), the shelf 6 is pushed backward once to move the engagement portion 22 of the stopper 4 backward away from the engaged portion 21a of the engagement portion 21 of the bracket body 2. Then, as shown in FIG. 8(c), the operation portion 7 of the stopper 4 is pushed inward with a finger to rotate the stopper 4 inward around the front-rear axis 24. Then, the engagement portion 22 of the stopper 4 disengages from the engagement portion 21 of the bracket body 2, so if you hold the front portion of the shelf board 6 and pull it towards you, you can pull the shelf board 6 forward as shown in Figure 8 (d).

On the other hand, when the shelf board 6 is stored, when the front part of the shelf board 6 is held and pushed backward, as shown in FIG. 9(a), the engaging part 22 of the stopper 4 hits the tapered part 21c of the engaging part 21 of the bracket main body 2, and then, as the shelf board 6 moves backward, as shown in FIG. 9(b), the engaging part 22 of the stopper 4 is pushed by the tapered part 21c of the engaging part 21 of the bracket main body 2, and the stopper 4 rotates inward around the front-rear axis 24. When the shelf board 6 is slid all the way to the back, as shown in FIG. 9(c), the engaging part 22 of the stopper 4 overcomes the engaging part 21 of the bracket main body 2 and hangs down under its own weight. As a result, as shown in FIG. 9(d), the engaging part 22 of the stopper 4 engages with the engaged part 21a of the engaging part 21 of the bracket main body 2, and the forward movement of the shelf board 6 is restricted. In this way, the product display shelf brackets 1L and 1R can automatically activate the stopper 4 by simply pushing the shelf board 6 backwards.

As described above, the product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R comprise a bracket main body 2, a shelf support member 3 and a stopper 4, the bracket main body 2 is removably attached to the support post 5 of the product display shelf 8, the shelf support member 3 supports the shelf 6 in a removably manner and is arranged to be movable in the front-to-rear direction relative to the bracket main body 2, and the stopper 4 has an operating portion 7 and is arranged between the shelf support member 3 and the bracket main body 2 so as to be removably engaged with and restricts the shelf support member 3 from moving forward when it is in a retracted position, thereby preventing the shelf 6 from jumping forward on its own.
In addition, the product display shelf brackets 1L and 1R have stoppers 4 in front of the slide rails 10 that attach the shelf board support members 3 to the bracket body 2, so commercially available slide rails 10 can be used as is, reducing costs. Moreover, the stoppers 4 are located in the front, making them easy to operate. Also, providing the stoppers 4 does not narrow the product display space.
The stopper 4 has an operating part 7 that is rotatable about a front-rear axis 24 and is released by moving the operating part 7 from a hanging state to the inside in the width direction of the shelf board 6, so that no spring or the like is required, the structure of the stopper 4 can be simplified, and durability and operational stability are excellent. Also, the stopper 4 will not be released even if a customer's hand hits the stopper 4 when removing an item from the shelf board 6, so there is no risk of the customer accidentally releasing the stopper 4 and causing the shelf board 6 to pop out.
Furthermore, in the product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R, the key portion 21b is provided at the engaging portion 21 of the bracket body 2 so that, particularly when the brackets 1L, 1R are attached with the front downwards, the stopper 4 cannot be released unless the shelf board 6 is first pushed backwards, so that the shelf board 6 can be more reliably prevented from accidentally jumping forward.
Furthermore, the product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R have a tapered portion 21c that comes into contact with the stopper 4 when the shelf board 6 is slid backward to move the stopper 4 in the release direction, so that the stopper 4 can be automatically actuated simply by sliding the shelf board 6 backward, and there is no risk of forgetting to engage the stopper 4.
Furthermore, the product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R have connecting material attachment portions 18, and by connecting the left and right product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R with connecting materials 19, it is possible to regulate swinging in the left-right direction.
In the present product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R, the bracket body 2 is formed in a crank shape when viewed from the front so that the upper inner vertical wall 11 is located inside the slide rail 10, which makes it easy to connect the bracket bodies 2 of the left and right product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R to each other with the connecting material 19. If the shelf board support members 3 of the left and right product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R are connected to each other with the connecting material 19, the connecting material 19 moves forward together with the shelf board 6 when the shelf board 6 is pulled forward, which weakens the effect of suppressing left-right swing; however, by connecting the bracket bodies 2 to each other with the connecting material 19 as in this embodiment, the left-right swing of the bracket body 2 is restricted by the connecting material 19 even when the shelf board 6 is pulled forward, so that the left-right swing of the shelf board 6 can be effectively restricted.
Since this product display shelf is provided with such product display shelf brackets 1L, 1R, the shelf board 6 can be pulled out forward, which is convenient for displaying products on the shelf board 6, and the shelf board 6 does not jump out forward by itself.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. The specific shapes and materials of the bracket body, shelf support member, and stopper can be changed as appropriate. The structure of the stopper and the position at which the stopper is provided can also be changed as appropriate. The product display shelf bracket of the present invention can be used for product display shelves of all shapes.

A bracket for a product display shelf comprising a bracket body, a shelf support member and a stopper, wherein the bracket body is removably attached to the support pillar of the product display shelf, the shelf support member supports the shelf in a removably manner and is arranged to be movable in the front-to-rear direction relative to the bracket body, the stopper has an operating part and is arranged to be removably engaged with and disengaged from between the shelf support member and the bracket body, restricting the forward movement of the shelf support member when it is in a retracted position, and the stopper is released by operating the operating part which is rotatable around an axis in the front-to-rear direction and operating it from the left or right. A product display shelf comprising the product display shelf bracket according to claim 1.
