Description

The present invention relates to the garment body of an air-conditioned garment and to the air-conditioned garment.

In recent years, air-conditioned clothing that cools the body has been put to practical use and is rapidly becoming popular. Conventional air-conditioned clothing includes a clothing body made of a sheet-like material with low breathability, a fan attached to the lower rear side of the clothing body, a power supply unit for supplying power to the fan, and a power cable for electrically connecting the power supply unit and the fan.

When the fan is operated, a large amount of air is drawn into the clothing body from the fan. The pressure of the drawn-in air automatically forms an air flow passage between the clothing body and the wearer's body, and the drawn-in air flows through the formed air flow passage along the surface of the wearer's body or underwear and is discharged to the outside from an air exhaust section formed in the opening of the collar or sleeve.
As the taken-in air flows through the air flow passages between the garment body and the wearer's body or underwear, it evaporates sweat from the body, and the body is cooled by the heat of vaporization generated when the air evaporates (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

It is preferable that such air-conditioned clothing can be used all year round by being able to be used as a normal outerwear without attaching a fan, even in winter when there is no need to cool the body. However, since the sheet-like member forming the body of the air-conditioned clothing has a fan mounting hole for mounting the fan, when the clothing is used without the fan attached, this fan mounting hole becomes an obstacle to maintaining the airtightness of the clothing.

Therefore, when using the air-conditioned clothing as a normal upper garment without the fan attached, there is a known air-conditioned clothing that has a hook-and-loop fastener around the fan attachment hole as a means for attaching a hole-closing cover, allowing the hole-closing cover to be attached detachably (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

Patent No. 6191028

However, because such a hole-closing member is separate from the air-conditioned garment, it can easily get lost if it falls off due to an impact or other reason. There is also the issue that it is cumbersome to carry the hole-closing member around in preparation for situations where the wearer wishes to block the fan mounting holes while wearing the air-conditioned garment, such as on days with extreme temperature differences.

The object of the present invention is to provide an air-conditioning garment body and an air-conditioning garment that can effectively close the mounting holes.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the air-conditioning garment according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the embodiments described below are subject to various limitations that are technically preferable for carrying out the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments and illustrated examples.
In the air-conditioning garment 100 of this embodiment, the hole-closing member 160 is fixed to the garment body 110, thereby preventing it from being lost.

In the following description, the state in which the wearer is wearing the air-conditioned garment 100 will be taken as the basis, and the front side of the wearer will be defined as front, the back side of the wearer as back, the upper side of the wearer as top, the lower side of the wearer as bottom, the right hand side of the wearer as right, and the left hand side of the wearer as left.

[Air-conditioned clothing]
As shown in Figures 1 to 5, the air-conditioned garment 100 comprises a garment body 110, a fan 140 that introduces air into the garment body 110, a power supply unit 120 that supplies power to the fan 140, a connection cable 130 that connects the fan 140 and the power supply unit 120, a hole-closing member 160 that covers the fan mounting hole 113, a storage unit 150 that stores the hole-closing member 160, and a holding means 170 that is detachable from the storage unit 150. The air taken into the garment body 110 by the fan 140 is circulated along the surface of the wearer's body or underwear, thereby evaporating sweat from the body and cooling the body with the heat of vaporization generated during evaporation.

[Clothes body]
The clothing body 110 will be described taking a blouson type as an example, but as shown in Fig. 1, it is formed in a shape that covers at least the torso of the wearer by a sheet-like member S that is not breathable or has breathability to the extent that it can be inflated by the introduction of air by a fan 140. Note that in Fig. 1, the clothing body 110 is formed in a blouson type that covers the torso and arms of the wearer, but the shape of the clothing body 110 is not limited to this, and it can also be formed into, for example, a coverall type in which the upper and lower garments are integrated, a vest type that covers only the torso, or a coat type that covers the torso, arms, and part of the legs of the wearer, and the clothing body 110 of the present invention is not limited to the blouson type.
The clothing body 110 includes an opening/closing means 111, an air leakage prevention means 112, a fan mounting hole 113, an air exhaust section, a power supply holding means 115, and a cable holding means 116.

(Opening and closing means)
The opening/closing means 111 is for opening and closing the front of the clothing body 110 when the clothing body 110 is opened at the front and the air-conditioned clothing 100 is worn, and the specific configuration thereof is arbitrary, but for example, a general linear fastener or the like is used. Note that the opening/closing means 111 is not limited to a linear fastener as long as it can make the divided part of the front body of the clothing body 110 detachable, but a linear fastener is preferable from the viewpoint of preventing air leakage.

(Air Leak Prevention Means)
As shown in FIG. 1, air leakage prevention means 112 is provided at the bottom of clothing body 110 and is a means for preventing air in the space between clothing body 110 and the wearer's body from leaking to the outside through the hem of clothing body 110. As long as it can prevent air from leaking to the outside from the bottom of clothing body 110, its specific configuration is arbitrary. For example, it is formed by providing an elastic member such as an elastic cord at a position on clothing body 110 corresponding to the wearer's abdomen, so as to go around the wearer's body.

When the air-conditioned garment 100 is worn, the air leakage prevention means 112 narrows the garment body 110 at a position corresponding to the wearer's abdomen and fits closely to the wearer's body, preventing air introduced by the fan 140 from flowing from the space between the garment body 110 and the wearer's upper body to the space between the garment body 110 and the wearer's lower body. This increases the amount of air discharged from the air discharge section, enhancing the cooling effect on the wearer's upper body.

Note that the air leakage prevention means 112 is not an essential component, and for example, if the air leakage prevention means 112 is not provided and the clothing body 110 is a coverall type, the air introduced by the fan 140 may also flow from the space between the clothing body 110 and the upper half of the wearer's body to the space between the clothing body 110 and the lower half of the wearer's body and be discharged from the hem. In this case, it is also possible to cool the entire body of the wearer.
In this way, depending on the shape of the clothing body 110, it may not be necessary to provide the air leakage prevention means 112.

(Fan mounting hole)
As shown in Figure 1, the fan mounting hole 113 is a hole formed in the sheet-like member S that forms the clothing body 110 at a position corresponding to the left and right of the wearer's waist, and connects the space between the clothing body 110 and the wearer's body with the outside when the air-conditioned clothing 100 is worn, and its shape is shaped to match the external shape of the fan 140.
By attaching the fan 140 so that it passes through the fan mounting hole 113 , outside air can be taken into the clothing body 110 through the fan mounting hole 113 .

From the viewpoint of effectively cooling the wearer when wearing the air-conditioned garment 100, the position where the fan mounting hole 113 is formed is preferably the above-mentioned position, but is not limited to this, and it is also possible to form the hole 113 at a position corresponding to, for example, the underarm of the wearer.
Furthermore, the number of fan mounting holes 113 formed is not limited to two, and a smaller or larger number of fan mounting holes 113 may be formed and a corresponding number of fans 140 may be attached.

(Air exhaust section)
As shown in FIG. 1 , the air exhaust section is an opening for discharging air introduced into the clothing body 110 from the fan mounting hole 113 by the fan 140 to outside the clothing body 110 after circulating it along the wearer's body or underwear. For example, a collar air exhaust section 1141 is formed between the wearer's neck and the end of the collar of the clothing body 110, and a sleeve air exhaust section 1142 is formed between the wearer's arm and the end of the sleeve of the clothing body 110.
In addition, the air exhaust section need only be capable of circulating the air introduced into the clothing body 110 by the fan 140 along the wearer's body or underwear and then exhausting it, and its location is not limited to the collar and sleeves.

[Power supply section]
The power supply unit 120 is a component for supplying power to the fan 140 described later, and is attached to the clothing body 110 or in its vicinity, such as the belt of a pair of trousers, by a power supply unit holding means 115. For example, a lithium ion battery pack with a safety protection circuit is built in, and the power supply unit 120 has a second connection terminal (not shown) for connecting to the fan 140 via a connection cable 130 described later.

[Connection cable]
The connection cable 130 is a cable that connects the power supply unit 120 and the fan 140, and is held on the inner surface of the clothing body 110 by the cable holding means 116. The power required to operate the fan 140 is supplied from the power supply unit 120 to the fan 140 via the connection cable 130.
The specific configurations of the power supply unit holding means 115, the cable holding means 116, the power supply unit 120, and the connection cable 130 are arbitrary.

[fan]
As shown in FIG. 1, the fan 140 is attached to the clothing body 110 by inserting it through the fan mounting hole 113, and is an air introduction means that is approximately flat and approximately circular in plan view and introduces air through the fan mounting hole 113 into the space between the clothing body 110 and the wearer's body.

Any configuration can be used for the fan 140 as long as it is attached to the clothing body 110 by inserting it through the fan mounting hole 113 and can introduce air into the clothing body 110. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the fan 140 includes a fan body 141 and a ring-shaped mounting ring 142 for fixing the fan body 141 to the clothing body 110.

[Fan body]
2, the fan body 141 has an air intake section 1411 constituting the side into which air is taken in when the fan 140 is in use, an air delivery section 1412 constituting the side from which air is delivered when the fan 140 is in use, a cylindrical section 1413 which is a cylindrical connecting section between the air intake section 1411 and the air delivery section 1412, and a flange section 1414 which protrudes in a direction approximately perpendicular to the side surface of the cylindrical section 1413 from the end of the cylindrical section 1413 on the air intake section 1411 side. The air intake section 1411 also has an opening which penetrates with the air delivery section 1412 and serves as a path for air into the air-conditioned garment 100, and the cylindrical section 1413 is formed in a circular shape such that the outer shape of a cross section when cut along a plane perpendicular to its central axis is circular, and the outer shape is formed to be approximately the same as the diameter of the fan mounting hole 113.
The outer shape of the fan 140 is not limited to a circular shape, but may be another shape, such as a rectangular shape.

Fan body 141 also has a first connection terminal 1415 that is connected to connection cable 130 at a predetermined position on the air delivery section 1412 side. The specific configuration of first connection terminal 1415 is arbitrary as long as it is a terminal that can connect connection cable 130 and receive power from power supply section 120.

(Mounting ring)
The mounting ring 142 is a ring-shaped member for mounting the fan body 141 to the fan mounting hole 113, and is formed so that its inner diameter is the same as or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 1413. The mounting ring 142 can be attached to the fan 140 by inserting the cylindrical portion 1413 through the mounting ring 142.

A locking means (not shown) is formed on the outer surface of the cylindrical portion 1413 and the inner surface of the mounting ring 142, for example, by forming a convex portion on the inner surface side of the mounting ring 142 and a concave portion on the outer surface side of the cylindrical portion 1413 that engages with the convex portion.

2, when attaching the fan 140 to the clothing body 110, the air delivery section 1412 side of the fan 140 is inserted into the fan attachment hole 113 from the outer surface of the clothing body 110 so that the flange section 1414 comes into contact with the area surrounding the fan attachment hole 113 of the clothing body 110. Next, the attachment ring 142 is inserted from the inner surface of the clothing body 110 to the outside of the cylindrical section 1413, so that the flange section 1414 and the attachment ring 142 sandwich the area surrounding the fan attachment hole 113 of the sheet-like member S forming the clothing body 110 and the area surrounding the hole of the attachment hole reinforcing member, and in this state the attachment ring 142 is fixed to the fan body 141 by the locking means.
This allows the fan 140 to be fixed to the clothing body 110 by inserting it through the fan mounting hole 113.

[Storage section]
The storage section 150 is a pocket-shaped bag fabric formed within the clothing body 110 and made of a sheet-like member S, as shown in Figures 3A to 4B, for example, and is formed to be able to store a hole-closing member 160, which will be described later, when the fan 140 is attached to the clothing body 110.

(Extraction hole)
The removal hole 151 is an entrance to the storage section 150 formed on the clothing body 110 .
As shown in FIG. 3A, an extraction hole opening/closing means 152 can be provided in the extraction hole 151, and by closing this, it is possible to prevent the closing member 160 from accidentally flying out of the storage section 150 and covering the fan 140.
The outlet hole opening/closing means 152 is not limited to a linear fastener as shown in FIG. 3A, but may be any suitable known structure such as a flap.
The extraction hole 151 may be a simple cut as shown in FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B, but may also be provided with a bead to improve the design.

[Closing member]
As shown in Figures 3A to 4B, for example, the hole closing member 160 is a member whose one end is fixed to the clothing body 110 inside the storage section 150, is larger than the fan mounting hole 113, and is formed so as to be able to cover it.
As shown in Figures 4A and 4B, such a hole-closing member 160 is exposed onto the clothing body 110 through the removal hole 151 from the storage section 150, and covers the fan mounting hole 113, thereby preventing outside air from flowing into the clothing body 110.
The shape of the hole closing member 160 need only be capable of covering the fan mounting hole 113, and is not limited to the substantially rectangular shape shown in FIG. 4A.

The material constituting the hole closing member 160 is preferably made of a sheet-like material S with low breathability, the same as that of the clothing body 110, in order to prevent the fan mounting hole 113 from being noticeable from the clothing body 110 when it is covered, and to suppress the inflow of outside air into the clothing body 110, but is not limited to this.
The hole-closing member 160 can be fixed to the clothing body 110 by any suitable means such as sewing or fusing, but as shown in FIG. 5, the hole-closing member 160 may be formed integrally with the clothing body 110. In this case, the number of manufacturing steps for the clothing body 110 can be reduced and costs can be kept down.

(Locked part/Locked part)
The fastening portion 161 is provided on the hole closing member 160 and is detachably fastened to a fastening portion 162 provided on the outer surface of the garment body 110. As shown in FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B, The hole-closing member 160 covering the fan mounting hole 113 is engaged on the clothing body 110 by the engaging portion 161 and the engaged portion 162, so that the hole-closing member 160 is not rolled up by wind or the like and covers the fan mounting hole 113. This can prevent the outer air from flowing into the clothing body 110 due to the outer lining being exposed.

The engaging portion 161 and the engaged portion 162 can be any suitable publicly known configuration, such as a dot button or a hook-and-loop fastener, but considering the need to increase the airtightness inside the clothing body 110 and ease of putting on and taking off, it is preferable to use a hook-and-loop fastener.
It is also possible not to provide the locking portion 161 on the hole closing member 160 , and for the entire surface of the hole closing member 160 to be formed from a material capable of locking with the locked portion 162 .
Furthermore, the number of locking portions 161 and locked portions 162 is not limited to three, and a smaller or larger number of locking portions 161 and locked portions 162 may be formed.

[Holding means]
The holding means 170 is provided at a position spaced apart from the fan mounting hole 113 inside the clothing body 110 , and is a member formed so as to be detachable from the storage section 150 .
As with the locking portion 161 and the locked portion 162, the holding means 170 may be any suitable known configuration such as a dot button or a hook-and-loop fastener.
As shown in FIG. 3A , when the fan 140 is attached to the clothing body 110, the holding means 170 holds the storage section 150 in a position that does not overlap the fan mounting hole 113, thereby preventing the storage section 150 from interfering with the fan 140.
Therefore, if the storage section 150 is provided at a position away from the fan mounting hole 113 and at a position where it does not interfere with the fan 140, the holding means 170 does not need to be provided.

[Effects of the embodiment]
As shown in Figures 3A to 4B, one end of the hole-closing member 160 is fixed to the clothing body 110 inside the storage section 150, so that, unlike conventional independent hole-closing members, it is possible to prevent the hole-closing member from being lost.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, when the hole closing member 160 is formed integrally with the clothing body 110, the cost of the clothing body 110 can be further reduced.

The clothing body 110 also has an engaging portion 162, which allows the hole-closing member 160 to be engaged onto the clothing body 110. This prevents the fan mounting hole 113 from being turned up by wind or other forces while the fan mounting hole 113 is closed, preventing outside air from flowing into the clothing body 110.

In addition, the clothing body 110 is provided with a storage section 150, which is a pocket-shaped bag fabric that can store the hole-closing member 160, so that the hole-closing member 160 can be prevented from interfering and getting in the way when attaching the fan 140 to the fan attachment hole 113.

In addition, the outlet hole 151, which is the entrance to the storage section 150, is provided with an outlet hole opening/closing means 152, which prevents the closing member 160 stored in the storage section 150 from accidentally popping out onto the clothing body 110 and covering the fan 140.

In addition, the clothing body 110 is equipped with a holding means 170 that holds the storage section 150 on the inner side of the clothing body 110 so that it does not overlap with the fan mounting hole 113, so that the storage section 150 can be prevented from interfering with and getting in the way of the fan 140 when the fan 140 is attached.

In addition, since the hole-closing member 160 is made of the same low-breathability sheet-like member S as the clothing body 110, it is possible to suppress the inflow of outside air into the clothing body 110, and when covering the fan mounting hole 113, it is possible to make it less noticeable from the clothing body 110.In addition, since it can be folded when stored in the storage section 150, the storage section 150 can be made small.

[Modification]
A modification of this embodiment will be described below.

In FIG. 1, the clothing body 110 is provided with the same number of storage sections 150 and hole closing members 160 as the number of fan mounting holes 113, but this is not limited thereto. As shown in FIG. 6, it is also possible to cover all of the fan mounting holes 113 on the clothing body 110 with one hole closing member 160. In this way, the manufacturing process of the hole closing member 160 can be further simplified.

In addition, in the above, a locking portion 161 is provided on the hole closing member 160, and a lockable portion 162 is provided on the clothing body 110, and the fan mounting hole 113 is locked onto the clothing body 110. However, this is not limited to the above, and it is also possible to not provide the locking portion 161 and the lockable portion 162, and to give weight to only the lower portion of the hole closing member 160 so that it does not get rolled up by wind, etc.

In addition, the clothing body 110 is provided with a storage section 150, and one end of the hole closing member 160 is fixed to the inner surface of the clothing body 110 within the storage section 150, but this is not limited to the above. The storage section 150 may not be provided, and the hole closing member 160 may be fixed to the clothing body 110 or formed integrally with the clothing body 110. When attaching the fan 140, the hole closing member 160 may be engaged with an engaging portion 162 provided in a position that does not cover the fan mounting hole 113.

In addition, although the hole closing member 160 is shown to be provided above the fan mounting hole 113 in Figs. 1 and 3A to 6, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and the positions of the storage section 150 and the removal hole 151 can be changed according to the position of the hole closing member 160. For example, if the hole closing member 160 is provided below the fan mounting hole 113, the storage section 150 and the removal hole 151 can also be provided below the fan mounting hole 113.

Of course, other specific details of the structure can also be changed as appropriate.
