Claims (18)
- 注入可能な食品製品を密封した包装を生成するために包装材料を誘導溶接するための誘導シール装置(100)であって、前記包装材料は少なくとも1層の金属箔を有し、
前記包装材料を誘導加熱するために前記金属箔内に交流電流を誘導するように構成されたインダクタコイル(101)と、
前記インダクタコイル(101)が埋設され、少なくとも1つの対話型表面(104)を介して密封される前記包装材料と相互作用するように構成される、電磁挿入部(102)と、
前記インダクタコイルへの並列接続(106)を含み、AC電源に接続するように構成される接続ユニット(105)とを含み、
密封される前記包装材料に向かって配置される前記インダクタコイルの外部(103)が露出するように前記インダクタコイルが前記電磁挿入部(102)に埋設され、
前記インダクタコイルは、その対向する第1の端部(112)と第2の端部(112’)との間の長手方向(111)に延在し、前記接続ユニットは前記第1の端部に配置され、
前記インダクタコイルは第1の対のインダクタバー(109、109’)及び第2の対のインダクタバー(110、110’)を含み、
前記第1の対のインダクタバーは、第1インダクタバー(109)及び第2インダクタバー(109’)を備え、
前記第2の対のインダクタバーは、第3インダクタバー(110)及び第4インダクタバー(110’)を備え、

前記第2の対のインダクタバーの前記第3インダクタバー(110)及び前記第4インダクタバー(110’)は、前記第2の端部で互いに接続され、
前記接続ユニットは、前記インダクタコイルの前記第1及び第2の対のインダクタバーに結合された第1(107)及び第2(108)の接続要素を含み、
前記第1の端部で前記第1の接続要素(107)は、前記第1の対のインダクタバーの前記第2インダクタバー(109’)及び前記第2の対のインダクタバーの前記第4インダクタバー(110’)に結合され、
前記第1の端部で前記第2の接続要素(108)は、前記第1の対のインダクタバーの前記第1インダクタバー(109)及び前記第2の対のインダクタバーの前記第3インダクタバー(110)に結合される、
誘導シール装置(100)。 - 前記第1の端部で前記第1及び第2の接続要素は、それぞれが平坦な形状を有し、互いに平行に配置された第1及び第2の平面内のそれぞれに延在し、

- 前記第1の対のインダクタバーは、前記第2の対のインダクタバーから前記長手方向に垂直な横方向(119)における分離距離(118)だけ分離され、
前記第1及び/又は第2の接続要素は、少なくとも前記分離距離に対応する前記横方向における幅(120)を有するそれぞれの面内に延在する、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の誘導シール装置。 - 前記第1の対のインダクタバーは、前記第2の対のインダクタバーから前記長手方向に垂直な横方向(119)における分離距離(118)だけ分離され、
前記第1の接続要素に接続された前記インダクタバーは、互いに対向して配置され、互いから前記分離距離だけ分離される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の誘導シール装置。 - 前記電磁挿入部は、前記第1及び第2の接続要素を埋設する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の誘導シール装置。
- 前記対話型表面から離間して前記電磁挿入部を包囲するように配置された支持材料(114)を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の誘導シール装置。
- 前記支持材料は高分子を含む、請求項8に記載の誘導シール装置。
- 前記第1の対のインダクタバーと第2の対のインダクタバーとの間に配置された補強部(121)を含み、
前記補強部は、前記対話型表面から離間して前記電磁挿入部を包囲するように配置された支持材料(114)を含む、請求項1に記載の誘導シール装置。 - 前記支持材料は、前記インダクタコイルが延在する長手方向(111)に垂直な断面(116)内に長方形の外形(115)を有する、前記電磁挿入部を受領するためにu字形状を含む、請求項8~10のいずれか一項に記載の誘導シール装置。
- 前記支持材料は、成形工程により前記電磁挿入部の周囲に形成された形状を含む、請求項8~11のいずれか一項に記載の誘導シール装置。
- 包装材料を誘導溶接するために誘導シール装置(100)を製造する方法(200)であって、前記包装材料は少なくとも1層の金属箔を有し、
前記包装材料を誘導加熱するために前記金属箔内に交流電流を誘導するように構成されたインダクタコイル(101)を提供すること(201)と、
前記インダクタコイルは、その対向する第1の端部(112)と第2の端部(112’)との間の長手方向(111)に延在し、接続ユニットは前記第1の端部に配置され、
