Description

The present invention relates to a device for preventing the intrusion of foreign objects.

The following Patent Document 1 describes a cut cloth (waterproof equipment) used in beauty salons and the like. This cut cloth is composed of a collar that is attached around the neck of the wearer, and a cover that covers the shoulders and back of the wearer. The collar is provided with multiple elastic rubber cords that are arranged at predetermined intervals. This makes it possible to prevent cut hair or liquid such as perm solution from getting into the inside of the cover between the wearer's neck and the collar.

However, the above cut cloth leaves room for improvement in the following respects. That is, in the above cut cloth, a pocket portion into which an elastic cord is inserted is formed in the collar portion formed of a fabric body, and the collar portion is configured to come into contact with the wearer's neck. Therefore, although the elasticity of the elastic cord makes the collar portion fit closely to the wearer's neck, there is room for improvement in terms of increasing the fit between the wearer's neck and the collar portion. Therefore, it is desirable for waterproof gear such as cut cloth to be configured in a way that can improve the fit of the fitting portion when worn.

Taking the above facts into consideration, the present invention aims to provide a foreign object intrusion prevention device that can improve the adhesion of the attachment part.

One or more embodiments of the present invention are foreign object intrusion prevention devices that are formed in a long belt shape, are wrapped around a specific part of the body in a cylindrical shape, and have a stretchable attachment part, and when the attachment part is attached to the body, a first attachment member that constitutes the outer peripheral part of the attachment part and a second attachment member that constitutes the inner peripheral part of the attachment part are bonded together in the thickness direction of the attachment part, and the stretch rate of the second attachment member is different from that of the first attachment member.

One or more embodiments of the present invention are foreign object intrusion prevention devices characterized in that the second mounting member has a higher elasticity than the first mounting member.

(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, a shampoo cloth 10 as a "foreign object intrusion prevention device" according to a first embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 1 and 2. This shampoo cloth 10 is configured as a waterproof front-opening cloth used when washing hair in beauty salons and the like. Specifically, the shampoo cloth 10 is worn by a person P whose hair is to be washed to prevent liquids and the like from splashing on the clothes of the person P whose hair is to be washed.

The shampoo cloth 10 is formed into a generally rectangular sheet shape as a whole. The shampoo cloth 10 includes an attachment section 20 that constitutes the approximate center of the shampoo cloth 10, a cover section 30 that constitutes the outer peripheral portion of the shampoo cloth 10, and a water-cut section 40 that surrounds the attachment section 20 and is smaller than the cover section 30.

The attachment part 20 is configured as an attachment part to be attached to the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed. When viewed from the thickness direction of the shampoo cloth 10, the attachment part 20 is formed in a substantially partially open circular ring shape. The attachment part 20 is also configured to include a first attachment member 22 that constitutes one side of the attachment part 20 in the thickness direction (the side in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 1(B), the front side), and a second attachment member 24 that constitutes the other side of the attachment part 20 in the thickness direction (the side in the direction of arrow B in FIG. 1(B), the back side). The first attachment member 22 and the second attachment member 24 are attached to each other in the thickness direction of the attachment part 20.

The second mounting member 24 is made of a synthetic rubber material having elasticity. The synthetic rubber material constituting the second mounting member 24 is preferably one whose main or component is chloroprene rubber, for example, neoprene (trademark). In addition, the synthetic rubber material constituting the second mounting member 24 is preferably sponge-like.

The first mounting member 22 is made of a material with a different elasticity from the second mounting member 24. The first mounting member 22 is made of a fiber material or a coating film formed to improve the slipperiness of the surface of the second mounting member 24. The fiber material constituting the first mounting member 22 is, for example, a knit fabric (jersey fabric) having elasticity. The coating film constituting the first mounting member 22 is a coating agent that can be used in the surface treatment of rubber to improve the slipperiness of the surface, for example, a super composite skin coat.

In other words, the attachment section 20 is made up of two members with different elasticity rates, with the elasticity (elasticity rate) of the second attachment member 24 being higher or lower than the elasticity (elasticity rate) of the first attachment member 22, and is made up of so-called wetsuit fabric.

The width dimension of the mounting part 20 is set to increase from both ends of the mounting part 20 in the longitudinal direction toward the center of the mounting part 20 in the longitudinal direction. In other words, the width dimension W1 of both ends of the mounting part 20 in the longitudinal direction is smaller than the width dimension W2 of the center of the mounting part 20 in the longitudinal direction.

Furthermore, a hook-and-loop fastener 26 is provided on the surface of the mounting portion 20 at one end in the longitudinal direction of the mounting portion 20. The hook-and-loop fastener 26 extends in the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 20 at the radially inner end of the mounting portion 20 and is sewn to the mounting portion 20 (first mounting member 22). On the other hand, a hook-and-loop fastener 28 is provided on the back surface of the mounting portion 20 at the other end in the longitudinal direction of the mounting portion 20. The hook-and-loop fastener 28 extends in the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 20 at the radially inner end of the mounting portion 20 and is sewn to the mounting portion 20 (second mounting member 24).

The radially inner portion of the attachment part 20 is then wrapped around the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed, and the hook-and-loop fastener 26 and the hook-and-loop fastener 28 are attached to each other, so that the attachment part 20 is attached to the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed so that it is in a roughly cylindrical shape that conforms to the outer periphery of the neck NC.

The cover portion 30 is made of a resin sheet material and is generally rectangular in shape. A hole 32 is formed through the center of the cover portion 30, and the hole 32 has a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the mounting portion 20. The outer peripheral edge of the hole 32 is sewn to the end of the mounting portion 20 on one widthwise side (radially outward). This causes the cover portion 30 to extend from the radially outer end of the mounting portion 20 to the radially outward side of the mounting portion 20. In addition, the cover portion 30 has slits 36 formed at positions corresponding to both longitudinal ends of the mounting portion 20, dividing the cover portion 30 in the circumferential direction.

The water-cutting section 40 is made of a resin sheet material, and is generally formed in a substantially rectangular shape smaller than the cover section 30. The water-cutting section 40 is overlaid on the cover section 30. A hole 34 is formed through the center of the water-cutting section 40, and the hole 34 has a shape corresponding to the inner shape of the mounting section 20. The outer peripheral edge of the hole 34 is sewn to the end of the mounting section 20 on one widthwise side (inner radial direction). As a result, the water-cutting section 40 extends from the inner radial end of the mounting section 20 to the outer radial direction of the mounting section 20. Note that the outer peripheral edge of the hole 34 of the water-cutting section 40 may be sewn to the end of the mounting section 20 on one widthwise side (outer radial direction) in the same manner as the cover section 30.

When sewing the outer peripheral edge of the hole 34 to the end of the attachment part 20 on one widthwise side (diametrically inner side), it is desirable to sew it in a loose state. This allows the water-cutting part 40 to fit along the neck NC of the person P without slack when the attachment part 20 is extended in the longitudinal direction to be wrapped around the neck NC of the person P.

(Action and Effect)
Next, the operation and effects of the first embodiment will be described.

When the shampoo cloth 10 configured as described above is worn by the person P, the opening 12 of the shampoo cloth 10 is opened and the shampoo cloth 10 is positioned so as to cover the upper half of the body of the person P. Then, the neck NC of the person P is inserted into the attachment part 20, and the attachment part 20 is wrapped around the neck NC of the person P so that both longitudinal ends of the attachment part 20 overlap. Specifically, the attachment part 20 is stretched in the longitudinal direction, and the other longitudinal end of the attachment part 20 is placed on the one longitudinal end of the attachment part 20 so that the hook-and-loop fastener 26 and the hook-and-loop fastener 28 are attached to each other. As a result, the attachment part 20 is attached to the neck NC of the person P in a cylindrical shape. More specifically, the second attachment member 24 of the attachment part 20 becomes the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical attachment part 20 and is in close contact with the neck NC of the person P. On the other hand, the first attachment member 22 of the attachment part 20 is arranged so as to be the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical attachment part 20. In this state, the cover part 30 covers the upper half of the body of the person P whose hair is to be washed (see FIG. 2).

Here, in the mounting part 20 of the shampoo cloth 10, the second mounting member 24 constituting the inner peripheral part of the mounting part 20 and the first mounting member 22 constituting the outer peripheral part of the mounting part 20, which are attached to each other in the thickness direction, have different stretch rates. If the stretch rate of the first mounting member 22 constituting the outer peripheral part of the mounting part 20 is higher than that of the second mounting member 24 constituting the inner peripheral part, when wrapping the mounting part 20 around the neck part NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed, the first mounting member 22, which has a higher stretch rate and is located on the outer peripheral side in the thickness direction, makes it easier to wrap the mounting part 20 around the neck part NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed. In addition, after the mounting part 20 is wrapped around the neck part NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed, the mounting part 20 is contracted in the longitudinal direction by the mounting member, which has a lower stretch rate and is located on the inner peripheral side or the outer peripheral side in the thickness direction, and the adhesion of the mounting part 20 to the person P whose hair is to be washed can be improved. Furthermore, by improving the adhesion of the attachment part 20 to the person P whose hair is to be washed, gaps are less likely to occur between the attachment part 20 and the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed, and liquids such as water, perm solution, shampoo solution, and treatment solution, as well as solid foreign matter such as hair, can be prevented from getting onto the clothes of the person P whose hair is to be washed through the gaps.

Moreover, in the attachment part 20 of the shampoo cloth 10, the first attachment member 22 and the second attachment member 24 are attached in the thickness direction of the attachment part 20, and the stretch rate of the first attachment member 22 and the stretch rate of the second attachment member 24 are different. This improves the durability of the attachment part 20, which is repeatedly attached to the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed.

That is, when the attachment part 20 is attached to the person P whose hair is to be washed, the attachment part 20 is stretched in the longitudinal direction while being wrapped around the neck part NC in a cylindrical shape. Therefore, when the attachment part 20 is attached, the amount of stretch (amount of deformation) of the part on the outer circumferential surface side of the attachment part 20 is greater than the amount of stretch (amount of deformation) of the part on the inner circumferential surface side of the attachment part 20. If the attachment part 20 were made only of a member with a higher stretch rate, the member with a higher stretch rate would be stretched excessively, which could deteriorate the durability of the attachment part 20.

In contrast, in the attachment part 20 of this embodiment, as described above, when the attachment part 20 is attached to the person P whose hair is to be washed, the first attachment member constituting the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical attachment part 20 and the second attachment member constituting the inner peripheral surface have different stretch rates. Therefore, when the attachment part 20 is attached to the person P whose hair is to be washed, the amount of stretch (deformation) of the member with the higher stretch rate can be made lower than in the above case. This makes it possible to prevent the member with the higher stretch rate from being stretched excessively. Therefore, the durability of the attachment part 20 can be improved.

The attachment part 20 of the shampoo cloth 10 is made by bonding together a second attachment member 24 made of a synthetic rubber material and a first attachment member 22 made of a fiber material or a coating film formed to improve the slipperiness of the surface of the second attachment member 24. In other words, the attachment part 20 is made of wetsuit fabric. This makes it possible to improve the adhesion of the attachment part 20 to the person P whose hair is to be washed with a simple structure.

In addition, in the shampoo cloth 10, the width dimension W1 of both longitudinal ends of the attachment part 20 is smaller than the width dimension W2 of the longitudinal center part of the attachment part 20. This prevents both longitudinal ends of the attachment part 20 from hitting the Adam's apple of the person P when the attachment part 20 is attached to the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed. This improves the fit of the shampoo cloth 10 when it is attached to the person P whose hair is to be washed.

The first mounting member 22 constituting the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical mounting part 20 is made of knit fabric or a coating film formed to improve the slipperiness of the surface of the second mounting member 24, so that the second mounting member 24 has quick-drying properties, reducing the discomfort of the mounting part 80 being wet and shortening the time it takes for the mounting part to dry after use by one wearer and become available for use by the next wearer. Furthermore, the first mounting member 22 constituting the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical mounting part 20 is made of a coating film formed to improve the slipperiness of the surface of the second mounting member 24, so that hair and dirt can be prevented from adhering to the second mounting member 24.

Second Embodiment
A shampoo cloth 50 as a "foreign object intrusion prevention device" according to the second embodiment will be described below with reference to Figures 3 and 4. The shampoo cloth 50 is configured similarly to the shampoo cloth 10 according to the first embodiment, except for the attachment part 60. In the drawings, the same reference numerals are used to designate members configured similarly to the first embodiment.

In the second embodiment, the mounting portion 60 formed in a long strip shape is folded back at the widthwise middle portion and curved into a substantially cylindrical shape with a part open. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the mounting portion 60 includes a first mounting member 22 constituting a portion on one side of the mounting portion 60 in the widthwise direction and a second mounting member 24 constituting a portion on the other side of the mounting portion 60 in the widthwise direction when the mounting portion 60 is in the deployed state, and an end portion on one side of the widthwise direction of the second mounting member 24 is sewn to an end portion on the other side of the widthwise direction of the first mounting member 22. The sewn portion of the second mounting member 24 is the sewn portion 62. In the mounting portion 60, the second mounting member 24 may be attached to the portion on the other side of the thicknesswise direction of the first mounting member 22, and the first mounting member 22 may be attached to the portion on the other side of the thicknesswise direction of the second mounting member 24, in the thickness direction of each mounting portion. Furthermore, the mounting section 60 may be configured such that a portion on one widthwise side of the mounting section 60 is made up of the first mounting member 22 and the second mounting member 24 attached to each other so as to sandwich the second mounting member 22 in the thickness direction, and a portion on the other widthwise side of the mounting section 60 is made up of the first mounting member 22 and the second mounting member 24 attached to each other so as to sandwich the first mounting member 22 in the thickness direction.

3(A) and (B), in the second embodiment, the mounting portion 60 is folded back at the stitching portion 62, and the first mounting member 22 and the second mounting member 24 are arranged opposite each other in the thickness direction, and then the mounting portion 60 is curved into a partially open cylindrical shape. Specifically, the mounting portion 60 is curved so that the second mounting member 24 forms the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical mounting portion 60, and the first mounting member 22 forms the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical mounting portion 60.

The cover part 30 and the water cutting part 40 are sewn to one end in the width direction of the mounting part 60 and extend from the mounting part 60. In the figure, the cover part 30 and the water cutting part 40 are sewn to the inside of the first mounting member 22 on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting part 60, but they may be sewn to the inside of the second mounting member 24 on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting part 60. Also, the cover part 30 may be sewn to one end in the width direction on the inside of the second mounting member 24 on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting part 60, and the water cutting part 40 may be sewn to one end in the width direction on the inside of the first mounting member 22 on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting part 60. Furthermore, as in the first embodiment, the cover part 30 may be sewn to one end in the width direction of the mounting part 60, and the water cutting part 40 may be sewn to the upper part in the width direction outside the first mounting member 22 on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting part 60 near the stitching part 62.

As shown in FIG. 4, the width dimension W3 of both longitudinal ends of the first mounting member 22 is set smaller than the width dimension W4 of the longitudinal center of the first mounting member 22, and the width dimension W5 of both longitudinal ends of the second mounting member 24 is set smaller than the width dimension W6 of the longitudinal center of the second mounting member 24. Furthermore, the width dimension W6 of the longitudinal center of the second mounting member 24 is set larger than the width dimension W4 of the longitudinal center of the first mounting member 22.

Furthermore, a hook-and-loop fastener 26 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 60 (first mounting member 22) at one end in the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, a hook-and-loop fastener 28 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting portion 60 (second mounting member 24) at the other end in the longitudinal direction.

When the shampoo cloth 50 is to be worn by the person P whose hair is to be washed, the attachment part 60 is stretched in the longitudinal direction (circumferential direction) in the same manner as in the first embodiment, and the attachment part 60 is wrapped around the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed so that both longitudinal ends of the attachment part 60 overlap, and the hook-and-loop fastener 26 and the hook-and-loop fastener 28 are attached to each other. As a result, the attachment part 20 is attached to the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed in a cylindrically wrapped state.

In this way, when wrapping the attachment part 60 around the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed, and after the attachment part 60 has been wrapped around the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed, the attachment part 60 is folded back at the seam 62, and the first attachment member 22 and the second attachment member 24 are arranged opposite each other in the thickness direction, that is, the first attachment member 22 and the second attachment member 24, which have different elasticity rates, are overlapped in the thickness direction. Therefore, even in the second embodiment, it is easy to wrap the attachment part 60 around the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed, and the adhesion of the attachment part 60 to the person P whose hair is to be washed can be improved.

In the second embodiment, the attachment portion 60 is folded back at the widthwise intermediate portion (seamed portion 62) so that the attachment portion 20 is curved into a cylindrical shape. For this reason, in the second embodiment, the attachment portion 60 is configured so that the first attachment member 22 and the second attachment member 24 can move relative to each other in the circumferential direction of the attachment portion 60. As a result, even if the first attachment member 22 shifts in the circumferential direction of the attachment portion 60 while washing the hair of the person P, for example, it is possible to prevent the second attachment member 24 from shifting relative to the neck NC of the person P. This can further improve the adhesion of the attachment portion 60 to the neck NC.

In addition, the attachment part 60 is wrapped around the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed with the first attachment member 22 and the second attachment member 24, which have different elasticity rates, overlapping in the thickness direction, improving the durability of the attachment part 60, which is repeatedly attached to the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed.

Furthermore, the width dimension W6 of the longitudinal center of the second attachment member 24 is set to be larger than the width dimension W4 of the longitudinal center of the first attachment member 22. Therefore, when the attachment part 20 is attached to the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed, it is possible to prevent the folded part of the attachment part 20 from hitting the nape of the neck of the person P whose hair is to be washed. This further improves the ease with which the attachment part 20 can be attached to the person P whose hair is to be washed. It also makes it easier to wash the person P's hair.

Third Embodiment
Hereinafter, a shampoo cloth 70 as a "foreign object intrusion prevention device" according to the third embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 5 and 6. The shampoo cloth 70 is configured similarly to the shampoo cloth 50 according to the second embodiment, except for the mounting portion 80. Note that a plan view of the shampoo cloth 70 according to the third embodiment is the same as the plan view showing the entire shampoo cloth 50 according to the second embodiment, except for the reference numerals, and therefore a detailed description thereof will be omitted. Also, in the drawings, the same reference numerals are used for members configured similarly to the second embodiment.

In the third embodiment, as shown in Figs. 5(A) and (B), the attachment portion 80 formed in a long strip shape is folded back at the widthwise intermediate portion 82 and curved into a partially open, approximately cylindrical shape when the shampoo cloth 70 is attached. The second attachment member 24 is attached to the attachment portion 80 at the other thickness-wise side portion of the first attachment member 22. The attachment portion 80 is folded back at the widthwise intermediate portion 82 so that the first attachment member 22 is on the outside and the second attachment member 24 is on the inside, and curved into a partially open cylindrical shape. Then, when the attachment portion 80 is curved into a cylindrical shape, both the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the cylindrical attachment portion 80 become the first attachment member 22.

As shown in FIG. 5(A), the outer shape and width of the mounting portion 80 are the same as those of the mounting portion 60 of the second embodiment. Furthermore, a hook-and-loop fastener 26 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 80 (first mounting member 22) at one end in the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, a hook-and-loop fastener 28 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting portion 80 (first mounting member 22) at the other end in the longitudinal direction.

When the shampoo cloth 70 is worn by the person P whose hair is to be washed, the attachment part 80 is folded back at the widthwise intermediate part 82 so that the first attachment member 22 is on the outside and the second attachment member 24 is on the inside, and is then extended in the longitudinal direction (circumferential direction) as in the second embodiment, and the attachment part 80 is wrapped around the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed so that both longitudinal ends of the attachment part 80 overlap, and the hook-and-loop fasteners 26 and 28 are attached to each other. As a result, the attachment part 80 is attached to the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed in a state where it is wrapped around the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed in a cylindrical shape. At this time, the first attachment member 22 of the attachment part 80 forms the outside of the cylinder and forms the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the attachment part 80, while the second attachment member 24 forms the inside of the cylinder.

As in the first embodiment, the attachment section 80 is composed of two members with different elasticity rates, so that the ease of wrapping, adhesion, and durability of the attachment section 80 can be improved. Furthermore, in the third embodiment, the second attachment member 24 is configured as the inside of a cylinder in the attachment section 80, so that the attachment section 80 can be prevented from shifting relative to the neck NC due to friction between the second attachment members 24 that face each other on the inside of the cylinder. Therefore, the adhesion of the attachment section 60 to the neck NC can be further improved.

Hereinafter, a shampoo cloth 90 as a "foreign object intrusion prevention device" according to the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 7 and Fig. 8. This shampoo cloth 90 is configured as a waterproof back-opening cloth used when washing hair in a beauty salon or the like. In this way, because the attachment part 100 is composed of two members with different elasticity rates, even in the fourth embodiment, it is easy to wrap the attachment part 100 around the neck NC of the person P whose hair is to be washed, and the adhesion of the attachment part 100 to the person P whose hair is to be washed can be improved.
