Description
図1には、1つの実施形態による手術中に使用するための保護デバイスが示されている。前記保護デバイス100は、膨張可能な本体10と、膨張可能な本体10内に少なくとも部分的に配置された内側部材12と、を備える。膨張可能な本体10は、PVAまたはEVAの連続気泡発泡体または独立気泡発泡体の形態で内側部材12上にオーバーモールドされたシリコーン層14を備える。使用において、シリコーン層14は、手術器具からのエネルギーおよび/または接触熱傷に対する耐性を提供でき、内側部材12は、保護されるべき組織を断熱することができると想定される。内側部材12は、オーバーモールド中に内側部材12を中心に集まった実質的に平面的な配向に維持するのを支援する少なくとも1つのスタンドオフ16を備える。内側部材12は、保護デバイスを挿入状態に圧縮または折り畳むことを支援し得る折り線(図示せず)の周りに配向された複数のキャビティ17を備える。
Claims (19)
- 腹腔鏡手術中に使用するための保護アセンブリであって、当該アセンブリが、非毒性材
料から形成された薄い膜であって、
当該膜が、トロカールのカニューレを通り抜け可能な薄さで、かつ操作可能である、薄い膜;前記薄い膜から延出する可撓性コネクタであって、前記膜と融着され、全体が前記膜と同じ材料から形成されている前記可撓性コネクタ;および
前記カニューレへの前記膜の挿入を容易にし、続いて前記膜を、前記カニューレの出口
を通過させて前記膜が患者の内臓で拡開されるようにする、挿入可能なプランジャであっ
て、当該プランジャが、挿入されて前記カニューレを通過する寸法にされた挿入可能なシ
ャフト、を含み、当該シャフトの遠位部が前記可撓性コネクタに固定される、挿入可能な
プランジャ、を備え、
前記可撓性コネクタが、前記可撓性コネクタを引くとき前記トロカールの前記カニュー
レから膜の引き出しを容易にするために、前記膜の周辺部の取り付け点に接続され、
前記可撓性コネクタが、使用中に前記トロカールの前記カニューレ中に引き込まれると
きに前記膜の巻きまたは折り畳みを容易にするために、先細周辺部が前記シャフトに向か
う方向に先細になるように、前記膜の前記周辺部の先細セクションにおける前記取り付け点から前記プランジャまでのみ延びる、保護アセンブリ。 - 挿入可能な前記シャフトの近位部が、前記シャフトが前記トロカールの前記カニューレ
内へ内方移動するのを制限し、前記シャフトが前記トロカールを通って落下するのを防止
するための、前記シャフトの軸方向に直交する方向に拡大されたヘッド、を備える、請求項1に記載の保護アセンブリ。 - 前記膜が、前記膜が折り畳まれた構成で前記カニューレを通過することを可能にするた
めに前記膜の巻きまたは折り畳みを容易にする複数の折り畳み領域、を備える、請求項1
に記載の保護アセンブリ。 - 前記膜が、直線状に延びる周辺部であって互いに交差する少なくとも2つの線状周辺部、を備える、請求項1に記載の保護アセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの線状周辺部が、前記少なくとも2つの線状周辺部を交差構成に方
向付けるための少なくとも1つの湾曲した架橋部によって、接続される、請求項4に記載
の保護アセンブリ。 - 第1の弧の長さを有する少なくとも1つの湾曲した架橋部の第1の湾曲した架橋部と、
翼状の膜を画定するために前記第1の弧の長さが第2の弧の長さより短いような前記第2
の弧の長さを有する少なくとも1つの湾曲した架橋部の第2の湾曲した架橋部と、を備え
る、請求項5に記載の保護アセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも2つの線状周辺部は互いに直交する、請求項4に記載の保護アセンブリ
。 - 前記可撓性コネクタの軸方向に直交する幅が、前記膜の前記可撓性コネクタの軸方向に直交する幅よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の保護アセンブリ。
- 前記可撓性コネクタの軸方向の長さが、前記トロカールの前記カニューレの軸方向の長さよりも長い、請求項1に記載の保護アセンブリ。
- 前記可撓性コネクタの軸方向の長さが、前記トロカールの前記カニューレの軸方向の長さの少なくとも2倍である、請求項9に記載の保護アセンブリ。
- 前記膜が、前記膜の厚さ分だけ離れた対向する主要膜表面を備え、各膜表面が、隣接し
て配置される任意の2つの突出部が凹部によって分離されるような突出部および凹部の列
、を備える、請求項1に記載の保護アセンブリ。 - 前記主要膜表面の一方の各凹部が、トラフを形成する形状であり、前記主要膜表面の他
方の突出部および凹部の列の突出部と整列している、請求項11に記載の保護アセンブリ
。 - 前記膜の主要表面上の前記突出部のそれぞれが、前記突出部および凹部の列の方向に対して交差する方向に、延在する、請求項12に記載の保護アセンブリ。
- 前記突出部の平均高さが、前記凹部の平均深さに等しい、請求項11に記載の保護アセンブリ。
- 凹部によって分離され、隣接して配置される任意の2つの前記突出部間における前記膜
の部分の厚さが、前記突出部の平均高さおよび/または前記凹部の平均深さと比べて小さいかまたは等しい、請求項11に記載の保護アセンブリ。 - 凹部によって分離され、隣接する任意の2つの前記突出部間の前記膜の部分が、折り畳まれた構成における前記膜の折り畳みまたは巻きを容易にする、請求項11に記載の保護
アセンブリ。 - 前記膜が、アブレーションによる偶発的な損傷を低減または最小化可能な熱耐性を有するシリコーン材料を含む、請求項1に記載の保護アセンブリ。
- 前記膜の前記可撓性コネクタの軸方向に直交する幅が、前記膜上の前記可撓性コネクタの前記取り付け点から徐々に広くなる、請求項1に記載の保護アセンブリ。
- 前記可撓性コネクタの軸方向の長さが、調整可能である、請求項1に記載の保護アセンブリ。
