Claims (16)
- (a)機能性フルオロポリマー、
(b)第1の機能性モノマー、及び
(c)機能性非フルオロポリマー、
を含む反応性相容化剤組成物であって、
前記反応性相容化剤組成物は、機能性フルオロポリマーセグメント及び機能性非フルオロポリマーセグメントを含むブロックコポリマーであり、
前記機能性フルオロポリマーは、パーフルオロアルコキシアルカン(PFA)又はフッ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)であり、
前記機能性非フルオロポリマーは、ポリエーテルイミド(PEI)、熱可塑性ポリイミド(TPI)、ポリアリールエーテルケトン(PAEK)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、環状ポリオレフィンコポリマー(COC)、ポリフェニレンオキシド(PPO)、及び、液晶ポリマー(LCP)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、
反応性相容化剤組成物。 - 第2の機能性モノマー又は機能性オリゴマーを更に含む、請求項1に記載の反応性相容化剤組成物。
- 前記機能性フルオロポリマーは、カルボン酸官能基、アミン官能基、ヒドロキシ官能基、エポキシ官能基、不飽和(ビニル)官能基、及びフッ化カルボニル官能基からなる群より選択される官能基を有する、請求項1に記載の反応性相容化剤組成物。
- 前記第1の機能性モノマーは、カルボン酸末端基、アミン末端基、ヒドロキシ末端基、及びエポキシ末端基からなる群より選択される官能基を有する、請求項1に記載の反応性相容化剤組成物。
- 前記第1の機能性モノマーは二官能性、三官能性、又は四官能性である、請求項1に記載の反応性相容化剤組成物。
- 前記機能性フルオロポリマーは機械的にせん断されている、請求項1に記載の反応性相容化剤組成物。
- フルオロポリマー、非フルオロポリマー、及び反応性ポリマー相容化剤を含む相容化ポリマーブレンドであって、
前記反応性ポリマー相容化剤は、フルオロポリマーブロック及び非フルオロポリマーブロックを有するブロックコポリマーであり、
前記フルオロポリマーブロックは、パーフルオロアルコキシアルカン(PFA)又はフッ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)であり、
前記非フルオロポリマーブロックは、ポリエーテルイミド(PEI)、熱可塑性ポリイミド(TPI)、ポリアリールエーテルケトン(PAEK)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、環状ポリオレフィンコポリマー(COC)、ポリフェニレンオキシド(PPO)、及び、液晶ポリマー(LCP)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、
相容化ポリマーブレンド。 - 前記フルオロポリマーはパーフルオロアルコキシアルカン(PFA)又はフッ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)である、請求項7に記載の相容化ポリマーブレンド。
- 前記非フルオロポリマーはポリエーテルイミド(PEI)又は熱可塑性ポリイミド(TPI)である、請求項7に記載の相容化ポリマーブレンド。
- 前記非フルオロポリマーはポリアリールエーテルケトン(PAEK)又はポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)である、請求項7に記載の相容化ポリマーブレンド。
- 前記非フルオロポリマーは、ポリフェニレンオキシド(PPO)ポリマー又は環状オレフィン(COC)ポリマーである、請求項7に記載の相容化ポリマーブレンド。
- 少なくとも80%のフルオロポリマーを含み、該フルオロポリマーはパーフルオロアルコキシアルカン(PFA)である、請求項7に記載の相容化ポリマーブレンド。
- 機能性フルオロポリマー、第1の機能性モノマー、及び機能性非フルオロポリマーを押出機内で反応させて、反応性ポリマー相容化剤を生成する工程を有し、
前記機能性フルオロポリマーは、パーフルオロアルコキシアルカン(PFA)又はフッ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)であり、
前記機能性非フルオロポリマーは、ポリエーテルイミド(PEI)、熱可塑性ポリイミド(TPI)、ポリアリールエーテルケトン(PAEK)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、環状ポリオレフィンコポリマー(COC)、ポリフェニレンオキシド(PPO)、及び、液晶ポリマー(LCP)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、
反応性ポリマー相容化剤を生成する方法。 - 機能性オリゴマーを押出機内で反応させる工程を更に有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性ポリマー相容化剤を押し出す工程を更に有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性ポリマー相容化剤のペレットを形成する工程を更に有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
