Claims (15)
- プラズマ凝固のための電気外科用器具(10)であって、
ガス流(31)が流れる管腔(19)を取り囲むホース(18)と、
遠位方向に配向された先端(22)を備え、前記管腔(19)内に配置された電極(20、20’)と、を有し、
前記電極(20、20’)は、前記先端から開始して、前記電極断面(Q)が近位方向(P)に増加するように構成され、
前記電極(20、20’)が、20W/(m*K)より高い熱伝導率(λ)を有する材料または材料の組み合わせからなり、銀でコーティングされており、
前記電極(20)が、板状に構成されることを特徴とする、電気外科用器具。 - 前記電極(20、20’)が、最大横方向寸法(q)と、前記最大横方向寸法(q)の1/10よりも小さいその先端(22)における曲率半径(R)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記横方向寸法(q)が、前記先端(22)から開始して近位方向に連続的に増加するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記電極(20)が、前記先端(22)に由来する無段階に構成された縁部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記電極(20)が、狭い側部(25、26)によって互いに接続された2つの平坦な側部(23、24)を備えるプレートレットとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記狭い側部(25、26)と前記平坦な側部(23、24)との間に縁部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記電極(20、20’)が、放熱装置(28、28’)が取り付けられる少なくとも
1つの表面を備えるベース本体(27)からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。 - 前記放熱装置(28、28’)が、前記ベース本体(27、27’)上に配置された層であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記電極(20、20’)が、少なくとも1つの平坦な側部(23、24)を備え、前記層が、前記平坦な側部(23、24)全体を覆うように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記放熱装置(28、28’)が、熱伝導性材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記放熱装置(28、28’)が金属材料で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記放熱装置(28、28’)が、非金属材料で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記放熱装置(28、28’)が、前記電極(20、20’)から生じるスパークとの直接接触のために設けられた領域(33)まで延びるように構成および配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7から12のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記放熱装置(28、28’)が、前記ベース本体(27、27’)の導電率よりも高い導電率を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7から13のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
- 前記放熱装置(28、28’)が、前記ベース本体(27、27’)の熱伝導率よりも高い熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする、請求項7から14のいずれか一項に記載の電気外科用器具。
