Description

The present invention relates to lifting equipment used during shield tunnel construction and a method for storing the equipment.

Patent Document 1 discloses a staircase device as an ascending/descending facility such as a ladder or staircase used in a shield tunnel, for ascending/descending from a steel material for laying rails for a track that is hung across the inner wall surface of an already constructed shield tunnel to the bottom of the tunnel.
Generally, when excavating a shield tunnel, multiple trailing bogies follow the shield machine as it moves forward. The trailing bogies are equipped with the control panel and backfill injection plant necessary for excavation, and may be towed directly by the shield machine or may be self-propelled independently. In recent years, the cross section of shield tunnels has become larger, leading to the size of the trailing bogies, which may require lifting equipment to allow people to move between the pedestrian walkway fixed to the tunnel wall and the trailing bogies.

In the lifting equipment of Patent Document 1, there is no misalignment in the relative movement between the steel material over which the lifting equipment is hung and the bottom of the tunnel, but in the case of the lifting equipment between the trailing cart and the pedestrian walkway, the trailing cart also moves forward in conjunction with the excavation of the shield machine, so if the lifting equipment remains supported by the pedestrian walkway, there is a risk that the lifting equipment may tip over and be damaged as the trailing cart moves, or that a person may be caught in the lifting equipment, etc. Therefore, inspection of the trailing cart is required before it moves, but there is a risk of man-made accidents due to human error, such as forgetting or neglecting to inspect.
The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has an objective of proposing a retractable lifting equipment and a storage method thereof that has a simple configuration and reliably prevents damage to the lifting equipment and contact with people when the trailing cart moves.

The retractable lifting equipment of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is a lifting equipment provided on the trailing cart of a shield machine running on a track inside a shield tunnel, and comprises a lifting section consisting of a ladder or staircase, one end of which is supported on a passage provided on the inner wall surface of the shield tunnel, guide rollers clamped on both sides of the lifting section, and a work floor to which the guide rollers are fixed, characterized in that the lifting section is freely rotatable and slidable with the guide rollers as a fulcrum and can be stored on the work floor.
According to this configuration, the lifting unit is rotatable and slidable around the guide rollers installed on the work floor as fulcrums, so that a person can lift one end of the lifting unit on the aisle side and slide it toward the other end to store it on the work floor. This allows the lifting unit to be easily and reliably separated from the aisle when the following cart moves, thereby avoiding the risk of the lifting unit being dragged into the aisle as the following cart moves and being damaged, or of a person being caught in the lifting equipment.

It is also preferable that the work floor is provided with a door section that restricts movement between the work floor and the passage when the lifting section is stored in the work floor.
If the work floor is provided with a door section that can restrict people from ascending or descending using the lifting section, it is possible to restrict people from entering or exiting through the lifting section while work is being performed in the trailing cart, and it is also possible to restrict dangerous work such as jumping from the work floor to the aisle or jumping from the aisle onto the work floor while the trailing cart is moving.

It is also preferable that the working floor is provided with a sensor which detects whether the lifting unit is supported on the aisle or stored on the working floor, and that the trailing bogie or the driver's seat of the trailing bogie further includes a control unit which controls the travel of the trailing bogie when the lifting unit is supported on the aisle based on information detected by the sensor.
A sensor installed on the work floor can detect whether the lifting section is supported on the aisle or stored on the work floor, and based on the detected information, the movement of the trailing cart or a control unit installed in its driver's seat can be controlled, thereby avoiding the risk of man-made accidents due to human error, such as forgetting or neglecting to inspect the trailing cart before moving.

In addition, a display unit for indicating the state of the lifting unit may be provided in the driver's seat of the trailing bogie.
The state of the lifting section detected by the sensor can be displayed in the driver's seat of the following bogie, thereby reducing the risk of the following bogie running with the lifting section supported on the aisle.

In addition, when the lifting section is slid and/or rotated to support the trailing car on the passage while the trailing car is traveling, the trailing car may be stopped by a command from the control section.
While the trailing cart is traveling, the control unit can automatically issue a command to bring the trailing cart to an emergency stop based on information detected by a sensor when the lifting section is moved, thereby preventing unsafe behavior before it occurs.

Furthermore, the method for storing lifting equipment of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is a method for storing lifting equipment, which is characterized by lifting one end of the lifting section supported on the aisle, and storing the lifting section on the work floor while rotating and sliding it toward the work floor.
The lifting unit can be stored on the work floor because it can rotate and slide freely around guide rollers installed on the work floor as fulcrums. This allows the lifting unit to be easily and reliably separated from the aisle when the following cart moves, preventing the lifting equipment from being dragged into the aisle and being damaged as the following cart moves, and preventing people from getting caught in the lifting equipment.

The lifting equipment and storage method of the present invention can be simply configured to reliably prevent damage to the lifting equipment and prevent people from coming into contact with the lifting equipment when the following cart moves.

<Overall lifting equipment>
Fig. 2 shows a side view of the lifting equipment according to the embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 3 shows (a) a plan view (as viewed along the arrows A-A in Fig. 2) and (b) a front view (as viewed along the arrows B-B in Fig. 2) of the lifting equipment according to the embodiment of the present invention.
2 and 3, the passage 3 is made up of brackets 31, 31, 31... installed at predetermined intervals along the inner circumferential surface of the shield tunnel S, and scaffolding boards 32, 32... laid out so as to cover the upper surfaces of the brackets 31, 31, 31.... A passage handrail 33 is erected at the end of the upper surface of the bracket 31, which is on the inner space side of the shield tunnel S. Workers M can safely pass through the shield tunnel S using the space between the passage handrail 33 and the wall surface of the shield tunnel S as a passage.

The lifting equipment 4 of this embodiment mainly comprises a working floor 41 provided on a platform 15 erected on the framework 11 of the trailing cart 1, and a lifting part 44, which is placed on and supported by a scaffolding board 32 and is a ladder for ascending and descending between the working floor 41 and the scaffolding board 32. The working floor 41 is formed by beams 411 forming the framework of the floor surface formed in a lattice shape by a plurality of steel materials, floor materials 412 spread on the upper surface of the beams 411, and handrails 413 erected so as to surround the periphery of the beams 411. In addition, guide rollers 43, 43 that hold the lifting part 44 from both sides are fixed to the working floor 41, and the lifting part 44 is characterized in that it can rotate and slide freely with the guide rollers 43, 43 as fulcrums, and can be stored in the working floor 41. That is, one end of the lower part of the lifting section 44 is placed on and supported on the scaffolding board 32 of the passageway 3, and from the state in which it can be raised and lowered (when it can be raised and lowered 44a), a worker M lifts the lifting section 44 towards himself and slides it upward (when moving work is performed 44b), and when the center of gravity moves toward the upper part of the lifting section 44, using the guide rollers 43, 43 as a fulcrum, the tip of the lifting section 44 lowers and becomes horizontal, and then the lower end of the lifting section 44 slides upward on the floor material 412, thereby storing the lifting section 44 on the operating floor 41 (when stored 44c).
In addition, a door section 42, which will be described later, is attached to the support post of the handrail material 413.

<扉部>
<Door section>
FIG. 4 shows a front view (taken along the line BB in FIG. 2) of the embodiment of the present invention with the door portion closed.
As shown in the figure, a door section 42 is attached to the end section of the handrail material 413 on the side lifted by the lifting section 44. The door section 42 is made up of opposing left and right door bodies 421, 421 and a locking member 422 attached to the support pillar of one of the door bodies 421. The door bodies 421, 421 are rotatably attached to the support pillars of the handrail materials 413, 413 and can be opened and closed like a double door. The figure shows the lifting section 44 in a stored state 44c, in which the door bodies 421, 421 are closed and the locking member 422 is hooked to the support pillar of the other door body 421, allowing the door bodies 421, 421 to be locked in the closed state.

<Guide rollers and sensors>
5A and 5B show a side view (part C in FIG. 4) and a front view (as viewed along arrows DD in FIG. 5A) of the guide roller and the sensor of the lifting equipment according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, the lifting section 44 is in a state where it can be lifted 44a and in a state where it is stored 44c, and the support material 441 of the lifting section 44 has a groove facing outward, and the guide roller 43 is fitted into the groove so as to be rotatable relative to the beam material 411. Strikers 46, 46 are fixed to the lower surfaces of the opposing support materials 441, 441. In this embodiment, the strikers 46, 46 are objects to be detected by a pair of opposing sensors 45, 45 fixed to the beam material 411. The sensor 45 is a non-contact sensor, and when the lifting section 44 is stored (stored state 44c), it detects the striker 46 and releases an interlock that restricts the movement of the trailing bogie 1.

<Other configurations>
When the lifting part 44 is in use (when lifting/lowering is possible 44a), an interlock is provided that can electrically control the operation of moving the trailing bogie 1 by a control unit 47 (not shown) provided in the driver's seat of the trailing bogie 1 provided inside the trailing bogie 1 (including inside other trailing bogies) or outside the shaft. In addition, a display unit 48 that can display information detected by the sensor 45 is provided in the driver's seat of the trailing bogie 1. This allows the driver to know in real time whether the lifting part 44 can be lifted/lowered (when lifting/lowering is possible 44a), whether the lifting part 44 is in a moving operation (when moving operation 44b), or whether the lifting part 44 is in a stored state (when stored 44c). Furthermore, if the lifting part 44 is moved (sliding or rotating) while the trailing bogie 1 is traveling, the trailing bogie 1 is provided with an emergency stop function that stops the trailing bogie 1 by a command from the control unit 47.

As described above, according to the lifting equipment and the method for storing it, the lifting unit 44 can rotate and slide freely around the guide roller 43 installed on the work floor 41 as a fulcrum, so that a person can lift one end of the lifting unit 44 on the aisle 3 side and slide it toward the other end to store it on the work floor 41. This allows the lifting unit 44 to be easily and reliably separated from the aisle 3 when the following cart 1 moves, so that the lifting unit 44 can be easily and reliably separated from the aisle 3 when the following cart 1 moves, and thus it is possible to avoid dangers such as the lifting unit 44 being dragged into the aisle 3 and damaged as the following cart 1 moves, or a person being caught in the lifting equipment 4. If the work floor 41 is provided with a door portion 42 that can limit the lifting and lowering of people using the lifting unit 44, it is possible to limit the entry and exit of people through the lifting unit 44 during work performed in the following cart 1, and it is also possible to limit dangerous work such as jumping from the work floor 41 to the aisle 3 and jumping from the aisle 3 onto the work floor 41 while the following cart 1 is moving. The sensor 45 provided on the work floor 41 can detect whether the lifting unit 44 is supported on the aisle 3 or stored on the work floor 41, and the control unit 47 provided on the trailing car 1 or its driver's seat can control the running of the trailing car 1 based on the detected information, so that the risk of man-made disasters due to human error such as forgetting or neglecting to inspect the trailing car 1 before moving can be avoided. The state of the lifting unit 44 detected by the sensor 45 can be displayed on the driver's seat of the trailing car 1, so that the risk of running the trailing car 1 with the lifting unit 44 supported on the aisle 3 can be reduced. While the trailing car 1 is running, the control unit 47 can automatically make an emergency stop on the trailing car 1 based on the information detected by the sensor 45 by moving the lifting unit 44, and unsafe behavior can be prevented in advance.
