Description

The present invention relates to a sanitary mask that is both a beauty and sanitary mask that has beauty effects such as tightening the jaw line.

Hygienic masks have long been widely used to prevent infectious diseases and hay fever, and in recent years some people have even started to wear them as part of their fashion. As a result, many hygienic masks with unique colors, patterns, and designs are now available in the market.

On the other hand, sanitary masks are worn for long periods of time, so they must be comfortable to wear and cause less strain. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a disposable three-dimensional mask that is easy to manufacture and has excellent warming and fit properties. This document discloses a mask body and a pair of ear loops on both the left and right sides of the mask body, and the mask body is made by joining left and right nonwoven fabric sheets together at approximately the center of the mask body with approximately arc-shaped joining edges 2 in the vertical direction. At the same time, the document discloses a configuration in which the left and right nonwoven fabric sheets are provided with heating sheets that warm the heated areas of the wearer's face with the heat generated by the reaction of a heat-generating powder.

There is also prior art that focuses on beauty effects. Patent Document 2 discloses a beauty mask that aims to improve wrinkles and sagging under the eyes and make nasolabial folds less noticeable. A sheet made of foamed resin is padded onto the mask body, which covers the wearer's face, and is placed in the areas under the eyes, around the nasolabial folds, and on both sides of the mouth, and the mask body is equipped with tightening rubber bands on both sides to secure the mask to the face.

Masks that focus only on beauty effects have also been proposed. Patent Document 3 discloses a configuration in which a first tensioning body is made of a stretchable sheet-like substrate, covers the area around the mouth and the cheeks, and pulls the corners of the mouth and the cheeks toward the ears, and a second tensioning body is provided below the first tensioning body, covering the lower jaw and pulling the lower jaw from the tip of the chin toward the ears, with a pair of first ear hooks on the first tensioning body and a pair of second ear hooks on the second tensioning body, and cuts are provided between the first tensioning body and the second tensioning body from both ends toward the center. This mask is easy to put on and focuses on the lifting effect, but is not intended for use as a normal mask.

Furthermore, Patent Document 4 discloses a configuration in which a stretchable mask that covers the mouth and a band that lifts the chin are connected by a connection tab, and a filter is provided inside the stretchable mask. The band is covered by the stretchable mask and is not visible from the outside, and the stretchable mask has a three-dimensional shape that matches the shape of the mouth and nose, or a shape that fits closely to the skin due to its stretchability.

According to the above-mentioned conventional techniques, masks with various forms and purposes have been proposed, but they are not versatile, low-cost masks because their structure is complex, leading to high costs, or their purposes are limited.

The present invention aims to provide a hygienic mask that can be used daily to prevent infectious diseases and protect against pollen, has beauty effects such as tightening the jaw line without imposing a burden on the user, and is easy to manufacture.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following beauty and hygiene mask.
A cosmetic and sanitary mask formed by connecting a first mask covering the chin of a user and a second mask covering the mouth, the first mask includes planar left and right halves respectively constituting the left and right of a center line, the second mask includes planar left and right halves respectively constituting the left and right of the center line, the center lines of the first mask and the second mask have the same curved shape that is convex outward, and the ends are connected and fixed with the center lines overlapping in the order of the left half of the second mask, the left half of the first mask, the right half of the first mask, and the right half of the second mask.
In such a configuration, the overlapping portion of the first mask and the second mask when connected is 50% or more in the height direction from the upper end of the first mask.

According to a second embodiment of the present invention, a mask for both beauty and hygiene can be provided in which holes for hanging the first and second masks on the ends opposite the center line are opened, respectively, and when the holes of the first mask are hung on the ears, the lower jaw is pulled upward.

According to a third embodiment of the present invention, the lower edge of the first mask may be configured to have a downward bulge on each of the left and right halves so as to cover the mandible when worn.

The present invention, with the above-mentioned configuration, provides the following effects.
That is, the first mask covering the chin area supports the chin and provides cosmetic effects such as tightening and tightening the chin, while the second mask mainly serves as a sanitary mask.
In particular, by forming both the first mask and the second mask from a flat material, complicated molding is not required, and the product shape can be kept flat even when folded. Also, the manufacturing cost can be reduced by a manufacturing method in which the left half of the second mask, the left half of the first mask, the right half of the first mask, and the right half of the second mask are connected and fixed with their center lines overlapping in this order.

By making the overlapping area between the first and second masks 50% or more in the height direction from the top of the first mask, the overlapping area between the first and second masks is securely fixed in place. In addition, the mask is doubled around the mouth to prevent infection and hay fever, and outside air is less likely to leak in from below, which contributes to improving the original performance of the mask.

By providing holes for hanging on the ears, the mask for both beauty and hygiene of the present invention, which is formed in a flat shape, can easily form ear hooks. In addition, a wide area can be brought into contact with the ears, so the burden on the ears is reduced even when wearing the first mask, which is hung with a relatively strong tensile force.

The downward bulge covers the mandible, supporting the entire jaw, reducing strain and allowing for comfortable use for long periods of time. At the same time, the jawline is lifted without any gaps, preventing excess flesh from sticking out or leaving marks.

The following describes an embodiment of the present invention based on the examples shown in the drawings. Note that the embodiment is not limited to the following. Figure 1 is a right side view of a beauty and hygiene mask according to the present invention, and Figure 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the structure of the beauty and hygiene mask.

The beauty and sanitary mask (hereinafter simply referred to as the mask) (1) of the present invention is formed by connecting a first mask (2) that mainly covers the chin area of the user and a second mask (3) that covers the mouth area. The first mask (2) and the second mask (3) include left and right halves that are symmetrical with respect to a center line (4) that is located in the center of the user's face. In Figure 1, the left half is shown, and the left half of the second mask (31) and the left half of the first mask (21) overlap.

As shown in FIG. 2, the right half of the first mask (22) and the right half of the second mask (32) are layered on the rear surface in this order.
Therefore, the mask (1) is constructed by stacking four flat sheets, and the center lines (4) of the first mask (2) and the second mask (3) form the same curved shape (5) that is convex outward, i.e., toward the front of the face. The ends of the left half (31) of the second mask, the left half (21) of the first mask, the right half (22) of the first mask, and the right half (32) of the second mask are connected and fixed in this order with the center lines (4) overlapping.

In this embodiment, a stitching cover (6) that covers the center line (4) is placed on the outside of the four sheets and sewn together in an overlapping state at the stitching portion (61).
The four sheets may be directly sewn together without using the sewing cover 6. Alternatively, they may be connected and fixed by any method such as pressure bonding, thermocompression bonding, or bonding with an adhesive.

In this way, the mask can be easily manufactured and costs can be reduced because it can be formed simply by sewing together the ends of the left half of the second mask (31), the left half of the first mask (21), the right half of the first mask (22), and the right half of the second mask (32). Masks are hygiene products that need to be replaced frequently, and it is preferable to provide them as cheaply as possible, so the structure of the present invention is preferable.

The first mask (2) according to this embodiment has a curved portion (23) at the front end as described above, which is formed with a substantially uniform curvature. From the upper end of the curved portion (23) toward the rear, a substantially horizontal straight portion (24) is formed, which contacts the area directly below the lower lip in the horizontal direction, and further forms an upwardly inclined portion (25) for hanging on the ear. The inclined portion (25) is a strip with a width of about 4 cm to 7 cm.

The inclined portion (25) has a first hole (26) that is suspended from the ear. The first hole (26) is elliptical with a long axis in the left-right direction and a short axis in the up-down direction, and in this embodiment, the long axis is about 5 cm and the short axis is about 3.5 cm. With this size, the width L of the sheet part of the inclined portion (25) is secured to be about 1 cm, so that the contact area is large when suspended from the ear, and the burden can be reduced.

Furthermore, a downward bulge (27) extends forward from the lower edge of the inclined portion (25) so as to cover the mandible. The bulge (27) preferably bulges out by 7 to 15 mm, particularly 9 to 12 mm, from an imaginary line (V) extending from the lower edge of the inclined portion (25). The bulge (27) continues again approximately horizontally to the curved portion (23).
In addition, in the practice of the present invention, the bulge (27) may not be provided, and the curved portion (23) may be formed directly from the lower edge line.

Figure 3 is an explanatory diagram showing the state in which the cosmetic and sanitary mask is worn. As shown in this figure, when the first mask (2) is worn, it covers the entire chin of the user and lifts it up toward the first hole (26), achieving cosmetic effects such as tightening the jaw line. At this time, the provision of the bulge (27) supports the entire chin, reducing strain and allowing for comfortable use for long periods of time.

Next, the first mask (3) has a curved portion (33) at the front end side, and the portion overlapping with the curved portion (23) of the first mask is formed with the same curvature, and the portion above that is formed with an even greater curvature or a substantially straight shape. From the upper end of the curved portion (33) toward the rear, a convex portion (34) corresponding to the nose protrusion is passed, and an inclined portion (35) inclined slightly upward toward the rear is formed so that the upper edge of the inclined portion (35) touches the upper cheek, and the lower edge of the inclined portion (35) touches the lower end portion of the front face.
The lower edge of the inclined portion (35) continues to the curved portion (33) with a substantially uniform inclination.

The inclined portion (35) is a band-like shape with a width of about 7 cm to 10 cm that narrows toward the rear, and has a second hole (36) that is suspended from the ear. The second hole (36) is also elliptical with a long axis in the left-right direction and a short axis in the up-down direction, and in this embodiment, the long axis is about 7 cm and the short axis is about 5 cm. As with the first hole (26), the width of the sheet part of the inclined portion (35) is ensured to be 1 cm or more, so that the contact area is large when suspended from the ear, reducing the burden.

The second mask (3) differs from the first mask (2) in that it functions as a hygienic mask for preventing infectious diseases and pollen allergies. Due to the above-mentioned shape of the second mask (3), not only does it securely cover the mouth and nose even though it is made of a flat sheet, but the first mask (2) sewn to the second mask (3) covers the lower end of the face while adhering upwards with the lower chin as a fulcrum, providing an even higher level of hygiene.

Figure 4 is a rear view of the cosmetic and sanitary mask according to the present invention in an open state. In this embodiment, the overlapping portion (A) of the first mask (2) and the second mask (3) when connected overlaps entirely in the height direction from the top end (28) of the first mask, i.e., 100%. In other words, the bottom ends of the first mask (2) and the second mask (3) at the center lines are aligned. The overlapping portion is sufficiently long, which ensures a secure connection between the two and improves durability. It also has the effect of reducing discomfort when viewed from the front.

From this perspective, it is preferable that the overlapping portion be 50% or more in the height direction from the upper end (28) of the first mask. For example, the overlapping portion (B) in the figure shows the case where the lower end of the second mask (3) is hypothetically located at point (37), in which case there is approximately 80% overlap in the height direction. An overlapping portion of 50% or more, and particularly 70% or more, is preferable. Also, the lower end of the first mask (2) may be located higher than the lower end of the second mask (3).

In the prior art, a configuration in which the lower band and the upper stretchable portion are connected with tabs or the like is known, but the present invention is made up of four sheets, with the ends sufficiently overlapping and connected and fixed by sewing, making it easier to manufacture and improving durability and aesthetics.

In carrying out the present invention, the mask (1) can be made of known mask materials such as nonwoven fabric, gauze, and polymer materials such as polyurethane. If it is made of nonwoven fabric, it is possible to provide a product that can be frequently replaced with low manufacturing costs, and if it is made of polyurethane, it is possible to provide a product that is highly durable and has a luxurious feel.

The materials of the first mask (2) and the second mask (3) may be different. The first mask (2) is preferably made of a material with high elasticity to perform lift-up, and flexible and elastic materials such as polyurethane, silicone, rubber, etc. can be used. On the other hand, the second mask (3) needs to have breathability and filter performance for hygienic purposes, so nonwoven fabric, gauze, foamed polyurethane, etc. are preferred.
Therefore, in the present invention, the stretchability of the first mask (2) can be set relatively higher than that of the second mask (3).

5 is an explanatory diagram showing another embodiment 1 of the cosmetic and sanitary mask (1) according to the present invention. For convenience of explanation, the left half is shown as seen from the back side.
In another embodiment, an anti-slip member is arranged on the first mask (2) so that the face line can be held firmly. In the simplest example, the first mask (2) can be made of a silicone material that adheres well to the skin and pulled up as a whole, but anti-slip members (7) may be provided partially from the viewpoint of breathability.

As an example of the anti-slip member (7), the surface of the first mask (2) may be provided with projections and recesses to increase the coefficient of friction and make it less likely to slip on the skin. As shown in the figure, protrusions (71) perpendicular to the pulling direction may be provided to improve the holding ability.
Alternatively, a separate material such as silicon or rubber can be attached as an anti-slip member (7) to prevent slipping on the skin.

The position of the anti-slip member (7) is arbitrary, but it is particularly preferable to provide it on the bulge (27). The bulge (27) is particularly preferable for several reasons, such as the fact that this area is particularly susceptible to tension, the area from the lower jaw to the cheek is pulled up overall, and even if it hits the mandible relatively hard, there is little strain felt.

The non-slip member (7) can also stimulate the lymph nodes. Many lymph nodes are concentrated around the jaw, including the submental lymph nodes, submandibular lymph nodes, tonsillar lymph nodes, upper deep cervical lymph nodes, and preauricular lymph nodes. The first mask (2) stimulates the lymph nodes with the non-slip member (7), reducing facial swelling and achieving a synergistic effect along with correcting the facial line.

A number of small protrusions may be provided on the first mask (2) to provide point stimulation and act as an anti-slip member (7). For example, it is known that there are acupressure points for the lungs, intestines, and genitals from the lower jaw to the cheeks, and these acupressure points can be stimulated. Similar small protrusions may also be provided on the second mask (3).

The first mask (2) can be made of a material that emits far-infrared rays, or can be made of a mixture of materials that can retain heat. This can further enhance the beauty effects by stimulating the lymph and promoting blood circulation.

6 is an explanatory diagram showing another embodiment 2 of the cosmetic and sanitary mask (1) according to the present invention. For convenience of explanation, the left half as seen from the back side is shown.
In this embodiment, a stimulating section may be provided to impart electrical stimulation to the second mask to increase the stretchability of the first mask (2).

For example, as shown in the figure, electrode regions (72) (72) made of a conductive material may be provided to provide electrical stimulation such as microcurrent or EMS, which are well-known electrical cosmetic effects. In this case, an appropriate alternating current or the like is applied from a power supply unit (not shown). The conductive material may be made of conductive silicone, or may be made by weaving silver thread or the like.

It is also possible to arrange a plurality of small electrodes (73). It is also possible to pass a current suitable for EMS from a number of metal electrodes.
In this configuration, since it is formed integrally with the mask (1), it can be used as a cosmetic and sanitary mask that is unnoticeable and can be used easily even when out and about.
