Claims (4)
- サンプル中の成分の分離及び分取を行なう分取液体クロマトグラフであって、
移動相が流れる分離流路と、
前記移動相中に前記サンプルを注入するインジェクタと、
前記分離流路上における前記インジェクタの下流に設けられ、前記移動相中に注入されたサンプル中の成分を分離させるための分離カラムと、
前記分離カラムにより分離された成分のピークを検出するための検出器と、
前記検出器の下流において前記分離カラムからの溶出液を複数の捕集容器に分画して捕集するためのフラクションコレクタと、
前記フラクションコレクタの動作を制御するためのコントローラと、を備え、
前記フラクションコレクタには、前記溶出液のうち前記検出器により検出された捕集対象ピークを含むピーク部分を捕集するためのピーク用捕集容器、及び、前記溶出液のうち前記捕集対象ピークを含まない廃液部分を捕集するための廃液用捕集容器が設けられ、
前記コントローラは、前記溶出液のうち前記検出器により検出された捕集対象ピークを含む前記ピーク部分を前記ピーク用捕集容器に捕集し、前記廃液部分のうちの前記ピーク部分の前の所定量と前記ピーク部分の後の所定量を前記廃液用捕集容器に捕集するように構成され、前記ピーク部分の前の所定量と前記ピーク部分の後の所定量とは前記廃液部分の一部であり前記ピーク用捕集容器で捕集しきれなかった捕集対象成分を含む部分である、分取液体クロマトグラフ。 - 前記コントローラは、前記ピーク用捕集容器に捕集すべき捕集対象ピークを、サンプルの予め取得されたクロマトグラム上でユーザに指定させ、ユーザにより指定された前記捕集対象ピークを含むピーク部分、及びそのピーク部分の前後の廃液部分を前記ピーク用捕集容器及び前記廃液用捕集容器にそれぞれ捕集するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の分取液体クロマトグラフ。
- 前記コントローラは、前記廃液用捕集容器に捕集すべき前記前後の廃液部分の量をそれぞれユーザに指定させるように構成されている、請求項2に記載の分取液体クロマトグラフ。
- 前記コントローラは、サンプルが前記移動相中に注入されて当該サンプルの分離及び分取が開始されてから当該分離及び分取が終了するまでの間に、前記廃液部分のすべてを前記廃液用捕集容器に捕集するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の分取液体クロマトグラフ。
