Description
ストイキ燃焼からリーン燃焼へ内燃機関10の燃焼形態を切り替える要求が発生した場合には、この要求の発生後所定の一定時間の間は、内燃機関停止条件の成立を待って燃焼形態を切り替える。つまり、この要求の発生後所定の一定時間の間に内燃機関停止条件が成立しない場合は、この要求の発生後所定の一定時間経過後に内燃機関10を停止する。図11の例では、時刻t2のタイミングで燃焼形態の切り替えのために、内燃機関10を停止するとともに、スロットル弁をストイキ燃焼用のスロットル開度よりも小さくなるよう閉弁する。
Claims (12)
- 発電した電力をバッテリに供給可能な第1電動機と、上記バッテリからの電力または上記第1電動機で発電した電力により駆動輪を駆動する第2電動機と、上記第1電動機を駆動する内燃機関と、を有し、
上記内燃機関の目標空燃比を理論空燃比とするストイキ燃焼と目標空燃比を理論空燃比よりもリーンとする希薄燃焼とを切り替えて使用可能なハイブリッド車両の制御方法において、
希薄燃焼からストイキ燃焼へ燃焼形態を切り替える際には、上記内燃機関への燃料供給を停止し、この停止中に上記内燃機関の吸入空気量を減少させ、上記内燃機関の吸入空気量を減少させた状態で上記内燃機関の目標空燃比を理論空燃比もしくは理論空燃比よりもリッチな空燃比として上記内燃機関を再始動し、上記内燃機関の要求トルクが所定値よりも大きい場合、上記内燃機関の燃焼形態を希薄燃焼からストイキ燃焼へ切り替える際に吸入空気量の減少を待たずに一気に空燃比を切り替えるハイブリッド車両の制御方法。 - 希薄燃焼からストイキ燃焼へ燃焼形態を切り替える際には、上記内燃機関の回転を停止し、上記内燃機関を再始動する際に空燃比を理論空燃比もしくは理論空燃比よりもリッチな空燃比に切り替える請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- 希薄燃焼からストイキ燃焼へ燃焼形態を切り替える際には、上記内燃機関への燃料供給を停止する燃料カットを行い、上記内燃機関への燃料供給を再開する燃料カットリカバーの際に空燃比を理論空燃比もしくは理論空燃比よりもリッチな空燃比に切り替える請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- 排気中のNOxを捕集するNOxトラップ触媒を有し、
上記NOxトラップ触媒に捕集されたNOx量が予め設定された所定の第1閾値以上になると希薄燃焼からストイキ燃焼へ燃焼形態が切り替えられ、
上記NOxトラップ触媒に捕集されたNOx量が上記第1閾値未満かつ上記第1閾値よりも小さい所定の第2閾値以上の場合には、所定の切り替え要求が成立するのを待って希薄燃焼からストイキ燃焼へ燃焼形態を切り替える請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。 - 上記NOxトラップ触媒に捕集されたNOx量が上記第1閾値未満かつ上記第2閾値以上のときに所定の内燃機関停止条件が成立して上記内燃機関を停止させた場合には、所定の内燃機関始動条件が成立するのを待って上記内燃機関を再始動する請求項4に記載の車両の制御方法。

- 希薄燃焼からストイキ燃焼へ燃焼形態を切り替える際には、上記内燃機関の回転が停止中もしくは上記内燃機関の燃料カット中に上記内燃機関の吸入空気量を制御するスロットル弁の開度を目標の空燃比に応じた開度へ変更する請求項2~5のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- 希薄燃焼からストイキ燃焼へ燃焼形態を切り替える際には、上記内燃機関の回転が停止中からの当該内燃機関の再始動時もしくは上記内燃機関の燃料カットリカバー時に上記内燃機関の吸入空気量を制御するスロットル弁の開度を目標の空燃比に応じた開度よりも小さい開度に変更し、その後スロットル弁の開度を目標の空燃比に応じた開度へ変更する請求項2~5、7のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- ストイキ燃焼から希薄燃焼へ燃焼形態を切り替える際には、上記内燃機関への燃料供給を停止し、その後に目標空燃比を理論空燃比よりもリーンな空燃比として上記内燃機関を再始動する請求項1~5、7、8のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- ストイキ燃焼から希薄燃焼へ燃焼形態を切り替える際には、上記内燃機関の回転を停止し、上記内燃機関を再始動する際に空燃比を理論空燃比よりもリーンな空燃比に切り替える請求項9に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- ストイキ燃焼から希薄燃焼へ燃焼形態を切り替える際には、上記内燃機関への燃料供給を停止する燃料カットを行い、上記内燃機関への燃料供給を再開する燃料カットリカバーの際に空燃比を理論空燃比よりもリーンな空燃比に切り替える請求項9に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
- 発電した電力をバッテリに供給可能な第1電動機と、
上記バッテリからの電力または上記第1電動機で発電した電力により駆動輪を駆動する第2電動機と、
上記第1電動機を駆動する内燃機関と、
上記内燃機関の目標空燃比を理論空燃比とするストイキ燃焼と目標空燃比を理論空燃比よりもリーンとする希薄燃焼とを切り替えて使用可能とする第1制御部と、
希薄燃焼からストイキ燃焼へ燃焼形態を切り替える際には、上記内燃機関への燃料供給を停止し、この停止中に上記内燃機関の吸入空気量を減少させ、上記内燃機関の吸入空気量を減少させた状態で上記内燃機関の目標空燃比を理論空燃比もしくは理論空燃比よりもリッチな空燃比として上記内燃機関を再始動し、上記内燃機関の要求トルクが所定値よりも大きい場合、上記内燃機関の燃焼形態を希薄燃焼からストイキ燃焼へ切り替える際に吸入空気量の減少を待たずに一気に空燃比を切り替える第2制御部と、を有するハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
