そこで隣接するパネル体のあいだに設けられる凹溝状の目地部の溝底部を支柱(下地材)で構成し、該支柱に、パネル体の表面板に支持される状態で設けた把持部材の基端部からネジ材を螺入することで把持部材の取り付けをするように構成したものが知られている(例えば特許文献3参照。)。

ところが前記従来の把持部材をネジ材を介して支柱に取り付けた構成のなかには、把持部材の基端部と目地部溝底部になる支柱とのあいだを単純に通す状態でネジ材を螺入させる構成(特許文献3の図2参照)にしたものがあるが、このものでは、目地材と支柱とのあいだを直接補強する部材がないため、把持部材を強固に取り付けることが依然として難しいという問題がある。
このためこのもののなかには、目地部溝底部となる支柱に、目地部の開口端部にまで至るよう補強部材を設け、該補強部材にネジ材を螺入することで、把持部材の取り付け強度を確保できるように構成したものが提唱されている(特許文献3の図8、10参照)。
しかしながらこのものでは、補強部材が設けられていない支柱に後付け的に把持部材を取り付けようとした場合、支柱自体を補強部材が設けられたものに交換するか、支柱に補強部材を取り付ける等の作業(工事)がさらに必要になって作業性が劣る等の問題があり、これらに本発明の解決すべき課題がある。

本発明は、上記の如き実情に鑑みこれらの課題を解決することを目的として創作されたものであって、請求項1の発明は、凹溝状の目地部を介して面一状に隣接するパネル体に取り付け金具を介して把持部材を取り付けるにあたり、該把持部材は、目地部を介して隣接するパネル体の表面板間に亘るよう幅広になった把持部材の基端部を備え、該取り付け金具は、目地部を介して隣接するパネル体の表面板間に亘る状態で該表面板に当接すると共に基端部が取り付けられるよう幅広になった取り付け部と、該取り付け部から突出する状態で目地部に嵌入し、取り付け部側から螺入した嵌入部用ネジ材を介して該取り付け部に取り付けられる嵌入部と、を備え、前記目地部に嵌入した嵌入部を、取り付け部から嵌入部を貫通した下地材用ネジ材をパネル体の裏面側を支持する下地材に螺入せしめることで、目地部を介して隣接するパネル体の表面板に当接する状態の取り付け部と共に下地材に取り付け固定すると共に、前記基端部を、該基端部側から取り付け部用ネジ材を該取り付け部に螺入しせしめることで、該把持部材を取り付け金具に取り付け固定する構成にしたことを特徴とするパネル体への把持部材の取り付け構造である。
請求項2の発明は、嵌入部は、ネジ材が遊嵌し、先端が下地材に当接することを特徴とする請求項1記載のパネル体への把持部材の取り付け構造である。
請求項3の発明は、嵌入部は、目地部の長さ方向に対応するよう長尺状に構成され、取り付け金具は、嵌入部の長尺方向の少なくとも二点で下地材にネジ固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のパネル体への把持部材の取り付け構造である。

そして取り付け金具8を、嵌入部8bを目地部Mに嵌入し、取り付け部8aをパネル体2の表面板3に当接する状態で下地材5に取り付けることになるが、この場合に、取り付け部8aの裏面は、隣接するパネル体2の両表面板3に、あいだに目地部Mを介する状態で当接(面接触)することになるが、このようにしたときには、嵌入部8bの先端8cが、下地材5の脚部5b、つまり目地部Mの溝底部に当接することになって取り付け金具8は嵌入部8bが下地材5に受止め支持されれた状態になり、この状態で、前記ネジ材10間に配した上下二か所のビス孔(取り付け部8aと嵌入部8bとに一連状に形成されている。)8dから挿入したネジ材(ビス:下地材用ネジ材)11を遊嵌し、下地材5に螺入することで取り付け金具8の下地材5への取り付け固定ができるようになっている。尚、これらビス10、11の数や位置については、必要において適宜変更できるものであることは言うまでもない。
そしてこのようにして取り付けられた取り付け金具8に、前述したように手摺り7の基端部7aをネジ材9を介して取り付けることで、該手摺り7は下地材5に取り付け支持された状態でパネル体2に取り付けられるようになっている。
尚、図中、12は天井面Hに取り付けられる上レール、13は床面Fに設けられる下レールであって、下地材5は、これら上下レール12、13に支持される状態で取り付けられている。また14は左右の下地材5間に設けられる横支柱である。

この場合の手摺り7は、長尺状をしたものであっても、両端縁部が取り付け金具8を介して取り付けられることになって、下地材を有効に利用した強固な取り付けが確実にできることになる。

さらに本発明は、このようなパネル体が、廊下や室内のように床面が平面状の部所に設けられたものであって、把持部材を横向きまたは縦向きに取り付けられるものである場合には、前記実施の形態のようにして実施することができるが、例えば階段や玄関の出入り口のように把持部材を傾斜した状態で取り付ける必要がある場合には、該傾斜に沿って本発明を実施して取り付けることができることは言うまでもない。
しかもこのように間仕切りパネルや壁パネルを構成するため設けられるパネル体としては、縦向きの目地部のものに限定されず、横向きの目地部のものであっても勿論本発明を実施することができる。

Claims (8)

凹溝状の目地部を介して面一状に隣接するパネル体に取り付け金具を介して把持部材を取り付けるにあたり、
該把持部材は、目地部を介して隣接するパネル体の表面板間に亘るよう幅広になった把持部材の基端部を備え、
該取り付け金具は、
目地部を介して隣接するパネル体の表面板間に亘る状態で該表面板に当接すると共に基端部が取り付けられるよう幅広になった取り付け部と、
・該取り付け部から突出する状態で目地部に嵌入し、取り付け部側から螺入した嵌入部用ネジ材を介して該取り付け部に取り付けられる嵌入部と、
を備え、
前記目地部に嵌入した嵌入部を、取り付け部から嵌入部を貫通した下地材用ネジ材をパネル体の裏面側を支持する下地材に螺入せしめることで、目地部を介して隣接するパネル体の表面板に当接する状態の取り付け部と共に下地材に取り付け固定すると共に、
前記基端部を、該基端部側から取り付け部用ネジ材を該取り付け部に螺入しせしめることで、該把持部材を取り付け金具に取り付け固定する構成にしたことを特徴とするパネル体への把持部材の取り付け構造。
