請求項2の発明は、戸当り材の受け止め片部には、間口内側が開口し、室内外の溝側片部を備えた凹溝状の凹溝状部が形成され、室内側溝側片部が受け止め片部を構成していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の円弧状ドア装置である。

そしてこのものでは、前記室外側溝側片部12gが、ビス12iによって円弧軌跡X方向に向けて位置調整される可動片部12hに設けられたものとなったものである。そしてこのようにすることで、突出部10eと室外側溝側片部12gとのあいだ(間隔)が不揃いであったような場合に、その調整がビス12iの調節によってできることになって外観が損なわれることを簡単に回避できることになる。

円弧状のドア体と、
室内への出入りをする出入り口部にパネル面が左右面一となる状態で設けられる戸先側、戸尻側の前面パネル体と、
出入り口部の開閉をするためドア体を、該ドア体が閉鎖状態で、ドア体の左右方向中央部が面一状の前面パネル体よりも室外側に膨出し、ドア体の戸先側、戸尻側端縁部が出入り口部の間口内側で前面パネル体の室外側パネル面を越えて室内側に至る状態の円弧軌跡に沿って案内する吊りレールと、
ドア体の戸先側端縁部に設けられる端部材と、
前面パネル体に設けられ、ドア体が閉鎖したとき前記端部材に当接してドア体を受け止める戸当り材と、を備えて構成される円弧状ドア装置において、
端部材は、ドア体の戸先側端縁部に取り付けられる本体部と、該本体部からドア体円弧軌跡の外周縁よりも室外側に向けて突出する突出部とを備え、
戸当り材は、前面パネル体の出入り口側端縁部に取り付けられる基部と、該基部よりも出入り口部の間口内側に位置する先端部とを備えて構成され、
該先端部には、ドア体が閉鎖したときドア体外周縁よりも室外側位置で端部材突出部に当接してドア体を受け止める受け止め片部が形成された構成とするにあたり、
前記端部材に形成の突出部は、端部材の室外側部位からドア体の円弧軌跡に対して直角状態で室外側に向けて突出形成されたものであって、突出長さが、ドア体の閉鎖過程で戸当り材の先端部を室外側から間口側で越えて室内側に至る長さに設定され、
戸当り材に形成の受け止め片部は、前記戸当り材の先端部を越えて室内側に至ろうとする突出部に当接してドア体を受け止めるべく先端部の室内側部位からドア体の円弧軌跡に対して直角状になるよう室内側に向けて突出形成されたものであって、突出長さが、ドア体の室外側ドア面の円弧軌跡には至らない長さに設定されていることを特徴とする円弧状ドア装置。
