Description
本発明に係る膜材の主な実施形態を図1,2に基づいて説明する。
まず、上述した樹脂(例えば熱硬化性樹脂)を水等の溶媒に溶解又は分散させて含浸液を作成し、表面材12を含浸液中に浸漬して、表面材12の織物の糸条12aのガラス繊維間に樹脂を含浸させる。
前述した実施形態においては、光膜天井材に適用した場合を中心にして説明したが、本発明はこれに限らない。他の実施形態として、例えば、建具や腰壁等の壁面や、三面鏡等の照明家具や、足元照明や案内灯等のような内部に照明器具を収納する間接照明等に利用される膜材等のように、光透過性を有する膜材として利用する場合であれば、前述した実施形態の場合と同様に適用可能である。

Claims (5)
- 光透過性を有する膜材であって、
光透過性を有する基材と、
前記基材の一方面に布設されて三軸織物を有する表面材と、
を備え、
前記表面材は、空隙部の面積割合が5%以上50%以下であり、
前記基材は、ガラスクロス又はガラス不織布を含んでいる
ことを特徴とする膜材。 - 前記三軸織物の繊維は、樹脂によって硬化している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜材。 - 前記三軸織物は、ガラス繊維を含んでいる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の膜材。 - 前記基材と前記表面材との間に接着層が介在している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の膜材。 - 前記接着層は、固形分100%のホットメルト接着剤,固形分100%の湿気硬化型接着剤,高粘度のゴム系接着剤,高粘度のウレタン樹脂系接着剤のうちの少なくとも一種を含んでいる
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の膜材。
