Description
[式中、
R1、R2、R3及びR4は、互いに独立して、水素、(C1~8)-アルキル、CH2-O-C1~8アルキル、-C(-O)-O-C1~4アルキル、-C(-O)-NH-C1~8アルキル、C1~8OH(1つのOH基を有するC1~8アルキル基)、スルホネート(SO3 -)、スルホン酸(SO3H)及びハロゲンからなる群から選択され;
R1、R2、R3及びR4の1つ又は複数は、アニオン基、又はアニオン基をもたらす後加水分解反応を生じる基であり;
nは、2から100の間、好ましくは2から50の間、より好ましくは2から30の間、更により好ましくは2から10の間に含まれる自然数である]
を有する水溶性ポリナフタレン誘導体及び水溶性カチオン性(コ)ポリマーを油含有廃水に添加する工程を含む。
水溶性ナフタレン誘導体ポリマーは、少なくとも1つのアニオン電荷を有する任意の水溶性ナフタレン誘導体ポリマーであってもよい。換言すれば、そのモノマー単位の少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つのアニオン基を有する。これは、一般式(I)

に対応する。
水溶性カチオン性(コ)ポリマーは、キサンタンガム、グアーガム若しくはポリサッカリド化合物等の天然(コ)ポリマー、又は合成若しくは半合成(コ)ポリマーであってもよい。好ましくは、水溶性(コ)ポリマーは、合成(コ)ポリマーである。
水溶性ポリナフタレン誘導体及び水溶性カチオン性(コ)ポリマーは、ブレンドとして若しくは別個に同時に添加されてもよく、又は、それらは順次、若しくは2つの添加の間に期間をおいて添加されてもよい。好ましくは、2つの添加の間に期間が設けられる。

を有する水溶性ポリナフタレン誘導体及び水溶性カチオン性(コ)ポリマーを、処理する油含有廃水に添加する工程にある。
AM:アクリルアミド;
DMAEA:四級化ジメチルアミノエチルアクリレート;
DMAEMA:四級化ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリレート;
AA:アクリル酸;
PNS:ポリナフタレンスルホネート
油含有廃水処理において通常使用される様々なポリマーを試験し、本発明による処理と比較した。
ジャーテスターに、250mLのスラッジを収集する。試験するポリマーを同じ量で添加し、試料を250rpmで1分間撹拌する。
本発明による方法の別の利点は、酸性スラッジに対して機能するという点である。
本発明の方法の改善を明確に実証するために、油含有廃水の2つの試料を比較する。第1の処理(A)は、水溶性カチオン性ポリマー(250ppm)を添加することにあり、第2の処理(B)は、本発明に対応し、水溶性ポリナフタレンスルホン酸(150ppm)に続いて水溶性カチオン性ポリマー(150ppm)を添加することにある。
Claims (8)
- 油含有廃水を処理する方法であって、油含有廃水に、式(I)

R1、R2、R3及びR4は、互いに独立して、水素、-(C1~8)-アルキル、-CH2-O-C1~8アルキル、-C(-O)-O-C1~4アルキル、-C(-O)-NH-C1~8アルキル、-C1~8OH、スルホネートSO3 -、スルホン酸SO3H、及びハロゲンからなる群から選択され;
R1、R2、R3及びR4の1つ又は複数は、アニオン基、又はアニオン基をもたらす後加水分解反応を生じる基であり;
nは、2から100の間に含まれる自然数である]
の水溶性ポリナフタレン誘導体及び水溶性カチオン性(コ)ポリマーを添加する工程を含み、
前記式(I)の水溶性ポリナフタレン誘導体が、2-ポリナフタレンスルホン酸のアルカリ土類金属塩である、方法。 - 水溶性カチオン性(コ)ポリマーが、四級化ジメチルアミノエチルアクリレート(DMAEA)、四級化ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリレート(DMAEMA)、四級化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムクロリド(DADMAC)、アクリルアミドプロピルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド(APTAC)、メタクリルアミドプロピルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド(MAPTAC)及びそれらの混合物から選択される少なくとも1種のカチオン性モノマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水溶性カチオン性(コ)ポリマーが、四級化ジメチルアミノエチルアクリレート(DMAEA)及びアクリルアミドからなる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 水溶性ポリナフタレン誘導体が、400g/molから30000g/molの間に含まれる重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 水溶性ポリナフタレン誘導体の量が、処理される油含有廃水の重量を基準として10ppmから10,000ppmの間に含まれる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 水溶性ポリナフタレン誘導体と水溶性カチオン性(コ)ポリマーとの間の重量比率が、0.5から5の間に含まれる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 水溶性カチオン性(コ)ポリマーが、水溶性ポリナフタレン誘導体の前に処理する油含有廃水に添加される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 油含有廃水が、食品工場に由来する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
