Description

The present invention relates to a package for a gel-type cosmetic. More specifically, the present invention relates to a package for a gel-type cosmetic, in which a rubber container filled with a gel-type cosmetic is sealed and packaged in a bag-shaped package made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper, the inner surface of which has been treated for waterproofing and/or gas barrier properties, and which has excellent sealing properties and allows the gel-type cosmetic to be easily prepared for use.

Conventionally, gel-type cosmetics have been known as skin cleansing cosmetics used for washing the face, etc. For example, gel-type cosmetics using xyloglucan (also known as tamarind gum) as a gelling agent (Patent Document 1), gel-type cleansing agents containing tamarind gum, xanthan gum, etc. (Patent Document 2), etc. are known. These gel-type cosmetics are produced, for example, in a form filled in a rubber container, and are used by bursting the rubber container with a material having a sharp tip (Patent Document 3). Also known is a package in which a gel-type cosmetic is filled in a bag-shaped container made of a stretchable polymer material such as natural rubber, and the bag-shaped container is enclosed in a resin package, and the gel-type cosmetic is taken out and used by bursting the bag-shaped container from the outside of the package (Patent Document 4).

The above-mentioned gel-type cosmetic filled in the rubber container or the bag-shaped container made of a stretchable polymeric material can be pierced with a material having a sharp tip to burst the rubber container or bag-shaped container, making the gel-type cosmetic easily available for use. However, when the rubber container or bag-shaped container filled with the gel-type cosmetic is packaged in a normal paper container or plastic packaging and offered to the market, there are problems in that the moisture present in the gel-type cosmetic evaporates and is discharged from the rubber container or bag-shaped container, reducing the volume of the gel-type cosmetic itself, and water accumulates in the packaging that contains the rubber container or bag-shaped container filled with the gel-type cosmetic.

The problem that the present invention aims to solve is to provide a package for gel-type cosmetics that eliminates these problems and has excellent sealing properties.

The inventors conducted extensive research aimed at providing a package for a gel-type cosmetic product with particularly excellent sealing properties, and discovered that a package for a gel-type cosmetic product, in which a rubber container filled with a gel-type cosmetic product is sealed and packaged using a bag-shaped package made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper, the inner surface of which is waterproofed and/or gas-barrier treated, can solve the above-mentioned problems, leading to the completion of the present invention.

The present invention therefore relates to a package for a gel-type cosmetic, in which a rubber container filled with the gel-type cosmetic is sealed in a bag-shaped package made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper, the inner surface of which has been treated for waterproofing and/or gas barrier properties, and which can be used by piercing the package and the rubber container from the outside of the package with a material having a sharp tip to burst the rubber container.

In the present invention, the bag-shaped packaging made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper is preferably one whose inner surface is covered with a waterproof film and/or a gas barrier film. As the bag-shaped packaging made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper, a bag-shaped packaging made of rayon paper is preferable. The bag-shaped packaging is preferably one whose bottom has a shape like the bottom of a boat. It is preferable that a rubber container filled with a gel-type cosmetic is sealed and packaged in a sheet or film in advance, and the rubber container filled with the sealed and packaged gel-type cosmetic is sealed and packaged in a bag-shaped packaging. Also, in the present invention, the rubber container is preferably a rubber container made of natural rubber, and the gel-type cosmetic is preferably a gel-type cosmetic containing xyloglucan, glycerin, and a surfactant and having a konjac-like shape.

The packaging of the gel cosmetic of the present invention has particularly excellent sealing properties. Therefore, even when it is provided to the market or stored for a long period of time, the moisture present in the gel cosmetic will not evaporate and be discharged from the rubber container, resulting in a decrease in the volume of the gel cosmetic itself, and the moisture present in the gel cosmetic will not evaporate and be discharged from the rubber container, resulting in water accumulating within the packaging, thus avoiding the problems associated with the past.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a packaging body for a gel cosmetic material in one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a package of a gel-type cosmetic in one embodiment of the present invention, when the package of the gel-type cosmetic is pierced with a material having a sharp tip and the gel-type cosmetic is used. FIG. 1 is a front view of a bag-shaped package for packaging a gel cosmetic material in one embodiment of the present invention so that the bottom of the package has a boat-like shape before the gel cosmetic material is packaged.

The package for a gel cosmetic of the present invention is a package for a gel cosmetic in which a rubber container filled with the gel cosmetic is sealed and packaged in a bag-shaped package made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper, the inner surface of which has been treated for waterproofing and/or gas barrier properties, and the package and the rubber container can be pierced from the outside of the package with a material having a sharp tip to burst the rubber container, allowing the gel cosmetic to be used. The package for a gel cosmetic of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to Figures 1 to 3.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the gel cosmetic packaging 1 of the present invention, a rubber container 3 filled with a gel cosmetic 2 is sealed and packaged in a bag-shaped packaging 4 made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper, the inner surface of which is waterproofed and/or gas-barrier treated. As shown in FIG. 2, the gel cosmetic packaging 1 of the present invention can be used by piercing the bag-shaped packaging 4 and the rubber container 3 from the outside of the bag-shaped packaging 4 with a material 5 having a sharp tip such as a toothpick or needle, opening a hole 6 in the bag-shaped packaging 4 and the rubber container 3, and bursting the rubber container 3. Also, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the bag-shaped packaging 4 is bonded at the upper end 12 and the lower end 13 of the bag-shaped packaging 4, and the rubber container 3 filled with the gel cosmetic 2 is sealed and packaged in the bag-shaped packaging 4.

In the gel cosmetic packaging 1 of the present invention, the bottom 7 of the packaging 1 is preferably shaped like the bottom of a boat. Specifically, for example, as shown in the dashed line portion 8 in Figs. 1 and 2, it is preferable to form the bottom 7 of the gel cosmetic packaging 1 in a shape like the bottom of a boat by bonding both ends of the lower part of the bag-shaped packaging 4 at the dashed line portion 8 to form an adhesive portion. Fig. 3 is an example of a front view of the bag-shaped packaging 4 before packaging the gel cosmetic, so as to form the bottom 7 of the gel cosmetic packaging 1 in a shape like the bottom of a boat. Fig. 3 shows the bag-shaped packaging 4 before packaging the gel cosmetic, which is formed by folding flat synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper, and 11 in Fig. 3 shows the overlapping portion where the synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper is folded. 7 in Fig. 3 corresponds to the bottom of the gel cosmetic packaging 1, and part 10 in Fig. 3 corresponds to the dashed line portion 7 in Figs. 1 and 2. In FIG. 3, 12 and 13 correspond to the upper and lower ends, respectively, that form the adhesive portion of the bag-shaped packaging body 4.

In the present invention, by forming the bottom 7 of the packaging body 1 of the gel-type cosmetic to have a boat-bottom shape, the rubber container 3 filled with the gel-type cosmetic 2 can be stably placed inside the packaging body 1 during transportation of the product of the gel-type cosmetic packaging body 1, which is preferable, and is also preferable in that it makes it easier to pierce the bag-shaped packaging body 4 and the rubber container 3 with the material 5 having a sharp tip. Furthermore, when using the gel-type cosmetic 2 by piercing the bag-shaped packaging body 4 and the rubber container 3 with the material 5 having a sharp tip, even if water from the gel-type cosmetic accumulates inside the packaging body 1, the water can be accumulated in the boat-bottom-shaped bottom 7 of the packaging body 1, and it is also preferable in that water leakage from the hole created by piercing with the material 5 having a sharp tip can be prevented.

In the present invention, it is preferable that a rubber container filled with a gel-type cosmetic is first sealed and packaged with a sheet or film, and then the sealed and packaged rubber container filled with the gel-type cosmetic is sealed and packaged with a bag-shaped package made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper, the inner surface of which is waterproofed and/or gas-barrier treated. Examples of the sheet or film used here include sheets or films that are commonly used for sealed packages, such as sheets or films made of polymeric materials such as polyvinyl chloride, polyester, and nylon.

In the packaging 1 of the gel cosmetic of the present invention, it is preferable to provide a cut 9 as shown in Figures 1 to 3 so that the packaging and the rubber container can be pierced from the outside of the packaging with a material having a sharp tip to burst the rubber container and allow the gel cosmetic to be easily removed from the packaging when it is used.

The gel-type cosmetic composition targeted by the present invention may be any gel-type cosmetic composition as long as it is elastic to stress and the rubber container filled with it can be pierced with a material having a sharp tip to burst the rubber container. Examples of such gel-type cosmetic compositions include the gel-type cosmetic compositions described in Patent Documents 1 to 4 above. Specifically, gel-type cosmetic compositions containing xyloglucan, glycerin, and a surfactant (for example, anionic surfactants having a carboxyl group, sulfonic acid group, sulfate ester group, etc., commonly used in cosmetics, and betaine-based amphoteric surfactants such as cocamidopropyl betaine, etc.) and having a konjac-like shape are preferred.

Any rubber container can be used for filling the gel-type cosmetic material, so long as it expands to form a sphere or oval shape when filled with the gel-type cosmetic material, and can be pierced and burst when pierced with a material having a sharp tip such as a toothpick or needle. Examples of such rubber containers include rubber containers made of natural rubber and rubber containers made of synthetic rubber, with rubber containers made of natural rubber being preferred. In this way, by filling the rubber container with the gel-type cosmetic material, the gel-type cosmetic material can be maintained in a sphere or oval shape, and it is possible to prevent the gel-type cosmetic material from being crushed or losing its shape. In addition, when in use, the rubber container can be pierced with a material having a sharp tip and burst, allowing the gel-type cosmetic material to be used while maintaining its sphere or oval shape.

In the present invention, the rubber-like container filled with the gel-type cosmetic preparation is sealed and packaged in a bag-shaped package made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper, the inner surface of which has been treated for waterproofing and/or gas barrier properties. Examples of the synthetic fiber paper used here include ordinary, publicly known synthetic fiber paper made by papermaking machines using chemical fibers such as rayon, nylon, vinylon, polyester, and acrylonitrile. In the present invention, rayon paper made from wood as a raw material is preferred because it has a soft, smooth feel and is strong. In addition, as the Japanese paper, publicly known Japanese paper made by papermaking techniques (handmade or machine-made) from fibers such as hemp, kozo, mitsumata, gampi, mayumi, and kujin can be used. These synthetic fiber papers and Japanese papers such as rayon paper may be decorated with gold and silver leaf or gold and silver paint.

In the present invention, the inner surface of these synthetic fiber papers or Japanese paper is waterproofed and/or gas-barrier-treated when the bag-shaped package is formed. Here, any waterproofing treatment can be used as long as it is a commonly used, publicly known, waterproofing treatment that makes it impermeable to water. In addition, any gas barrier treatment can be used as long as it is a commonly used, publicly known, gas barrier treatment that makes it difficult for gas to pass through. Examples of such waterproofing treatments include coating with a waterproof film of thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene, polyester resin, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, methyl methacrylate resin, nylon, hydrophobic rubber, etc., and spraying with a solution of thermoplastic resin, hydrophobic rubber, etc. Examples of gas barrier treatments include coating with a gas barrier film such as polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) film, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) film, MXD nylon film, linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) film, etc. Another example is a coating with a gas-barrier transparent vapor-deposited film in which inorganic materials such as silica and alumina are vapor-deposited onto a base film such as polyethylene terephthalate or polyvinyl alcohol.

In the present invention, when forming a bag-shaped package, the synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper is preferably coated on its inner surface with a waterproof film and/or a gas barrier film, and is particularly preferably coated with both a waterproof film and a gas barrier film. More specifically, for example, a coating that combines a polyethylene film as a waterproof film with a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) film and a transparent vapor-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film as a gas barrier film is particularly preferred in the present invention.

In this way, by sealing the rubber container filled with the gel cosmetic in a bag-shaped package made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper whose inner surface has been treated for waterproofing and/or gas barrier, the package of the gel cosmetic of the present invention has particularly excellent sealing properties. Therefore, even when the package of the gel cosmetic of the present invention is provided to the market or stored for a long period of time, the volume of the gel cosmetic itself does not decrease due to the moisture present in the gel cosmetic evaporating and being discharged from the rubber container, and water does not accumulate within the package due to the moisture present in the gel cosmetic evaporating and being discharged from the rubber container. Furthermore, in the case of a bag-shaped package made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper whose inner surface has been treated for waterproofing and/or gas barrier, if a hole is pierced in the package with a material having a sharp tip, the hole is easily sealed, and even if water accumulates within the package, water leakage from the package can be prevented.

The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to examples. However, the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

Example 1
A rubber container filled with a gel-like cosmetic preparation in a konnyaku-like form containing tamarind gum, glycerin, potassium soap base, cocamidopropyl betaine, water, etc. was produced by the method described in Patent Document 3 (JP 2014-139307 A). This rubber container was sealed and packaged in a bag-like package made of rayon paper, the inner surface of which was covered with a polyethylene film, a transparent vapor-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film, and a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) film, a waterproof film, and a gas barrier film, the bottom of which was shaped like the bottom of a boat, to produce a package as shown in FIG.

Even after storing the resulting package of gel-type cosmetic material for 2 to 3 months, no decrease in the volume of the gel-type cosmetic material itself, nor accumulation of water within the package was observed. In addition, as shown in Figure 2, when the package was pierced with a toothpick to burst the rubber container and remove the gel-type cosmetic material, the gel-type cosmetic material could be easily removed, and the hole in the package made by piercing with the toothpick was easily sealed.

The packaging of the gel cosmetic of the present invention has particularly excellent sealing properties, and even when provided to the market or stored for a long period of time, the volume of the gel cosmetic itself does not decrease as the moisture present in the gel cosmetic evaporates and is discharged from the rubber container, and water does not accumulate within the packaging as the moisture present in the gel cosmetic evaporates and is discharged from the rubber container, making it extremely convenient to use and extremely advantageous industrially.

Claims (7)

This package for a gel-type cosmetic is a rubber container filled with the gel-type cosmetic, sealed and packaged in a bag-like package made of synthetic fiber paper or Japanese paper, the inner surface of which is waterproofed and gas- barrier-treated, and the package and the rubber container can be pierced from the outside of the package with a material having a sharp tip to burst the rubber container, thereby making it possible to use the gel-type cosmetic. 2.
