This disclosure relates to an employee procurement device.

Generally, various mechanisms are adopted by employers to secure employees to work in their business. For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses a system in which the capabilities of employees are evaluated when hiring part-time employees, and the employees are allowed to work at multiple part-time locations (e.g., different stores of the same company) based on the evaluation results.

However, in the above-mentioned system, there are cases where information cannot be exchanged smoothly between employers and potential employees. For example, it is difficult to exchange information in both directions between employers and employees, and there is a tendency for information to be sent one-way from employers to employees, or vice versa.

Therefore, the employee procurement device disclosed herein aims to enable smooth exchange of information between employers and employee candidates.

The employee procurement device (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is an employee procurement device (1) for an employer to procure employees to work for the employer from among employee candidates, and includes an employee information acquisition unit (10) for acquiring employee information, which is information about the employer; a user display information transmission unit (11) for transmitting user display information to an employee candidate terminal (3) used by the employee candidate, which causes the employee information to be displayed on the employee candidate terminal (3); an employee candidate information acquisition unit (12) for acquiring employee candidate information, which is information about the employee candidate; an employee candidate display information transmission unit (13) for transmitting employee candidate display information to a user terminal (2) used by the employer, which causes the employee candidate information to be displayed on the user terminal (2); and an information transmission/reception unit (14) for mediating the transmission and reception of information between the user terminal (2) and the employee candidate terminal (3).

According to this employee procurement device (1), information about the employer can be displayed on the employee candidate terminal (3) and information about the employee candidate can be displayed on the user terminal (2), allowing the employer and the employee candidate to share information with each other. In addition, since information can be sent and received between the user terminal (2) and the employee candidate terminal (3), it becomes easier to exchange information in both directions between the employer and the employee candidate. This allows for smooth exchange of information between the employer and the employee candidate.

The employee procurement device (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a designated information receiving unit (15) that receives designated information designating a designated employee candidate from among the employee candidates from a user terminal (2), and an information transmission/reception permission unit (16) that permits or prohibits the transmission of information between the user terminal (2) and the employee candidate terminal (3) by the information transmission/reception unit (14). The information transmission/reception permission unit (16) may permit the transmission of information from the user terminal (2) to the employee candidate terminal (3) used by the designated employee candidate, and prohibit the transmission of information from the user terminal (2) to the employee candidate terminal (3) used by an employee candidate other than the designated employee candidate. According to this, the user is permitted to transmit information only to the employee candidate terminal (3) used by the designated employee candidate designated from among the employee candidates, so that the transmission of information from the user to an unnecessarily large number of employee candidates is suppressed.

The employee procurement device (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a business information acquisition unit (17) that acquires business information, which is information related to the employer's business, and the information transmission/reception unit (14) may transmit the business information acquired by the business information acquisition unit (17) to an employee candidate terminal (3) used by the designated employee candidate. This allows the employer to transmit information related to the business to the designated employee candidate designated from among the employee candidates.

The employee procurement device (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a contract information acquisition unit (20) that acquires contract information regarding a contract in which a designated employee candidate accepts the employer's work and becomes an employee. This makes it possible to smoothly conclude a contract to accept the work between the employer and the employee candidate.

Below, exemplary embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the same or equivalent parts in each drawing are given the same reference numerals, and duplicate explanations will be omitted.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an employee procurement device 1 according to this embodiment. The employee procurement device 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a device for an employer to procure employees to work for the employer from among employee candidates. Here, an "employer" is an entity that performs some kind of work, and manages or directs employees who actually work for that work in order to carry out that work. An employer may be an individual or an organization. An "employee" is an entity that actually works for the employer's work. Employee candidates (and employees) may be individuals or organizations. For example, an employee provides labor to an employer in return for payment.

Furthermore, an "employee candidate" is an entity that has not agreed to engage in the employer's business, and becomes an employee, for example, by agreeing to engage in the business. There may be multiple employee candidates and employees for a single employer, and here it is assumed that there are three employee candidates. Note that an employee candidate's agreement to engage in the business may not be a condition for becoming an employee, or, in addition to agreeing to engage in the business, the condition for becoming an employee may be that other requirements are met. An employee candidate may be, for example, a person registered in a candidate list associated with the employee procurement device 1.

Here, the employer is a person who performs construction work. Construction work may be, for example, architectural work or civil engineering work. The employee candidate and employee are people who work in construction work, and may be, for example, architectural workers or civil engineering workers (so-called craftsmen) who work at a construction site. The work performed by the employer and the work in which the employee candidate and employee are engaged are not limited to construction work, and may be, for example, medical work. The employee procurement device 1 executes a predetermined process, for example, by loading a program stored in a ROM into a RAM and executing the program loaded into the RAM by a CPU. Note that the computer C constituting the employee procurement device 1 may have a physical configuration different from that described above.

First, the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3 will be described. The user terminal 2 is a terminal used by a user, and the employee candidate terminal 3 is a terminal used by an employee candidate (or employee). Each of the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3 has a control arithmetic unit, a storage device, and an input/output device as a physical configuration. Each of the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3 is configured to be capable of wireless or wired communication with another device such as the employee procurement device 1. Each of the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3 may be, for example, a smartphone, a tablet, a laptop, a desktop computer, etc. Here, a smartphone is exemplified as each of the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3.

Next, the functions of the employee procurement device 1 will be described. The computer C of the employee procurement device 1 functionally includes a user information acquisition unit 10, a user display information transmission unit 11, an employee candidate information acquisition unit 12, an employee candidate display information transmission unit 13, an information transmission/reception unit 14, a designated information reception unit 15, an information transmission/reception permission unit 16, a business information acquisition unit 17, an acceptance information reception unit 18, a billing processing unit 19, a contract information acquisition unit 20, an employee position information acquisition unit 21, a distance calculation unit 22, an attendance determination unit 23, an available schedule selection information reception unit 24, and an available schedule information change unit 25.

The user information acquisition unit 10 acquires user information. "User information" is information about a user, and may include, for example, the user's name or title, address or residence, type of business, and contact information. The user information acquisition unit 10 may acquire user information about a user who uses a user terminal 2, for example, by receiving user information from the user terminal 2.

The user display information transmission unit 11 generates user display information based on the user information acquired by the user information acquisition unit 10, and transmits the generated user display information to the employee candidate terminal 3. "User display information" is information that causes the employee candidate terminal 3 to display user information. For example, the user display information may be character data or image data that includes the contents of the user information. In response to the user display information being transmitted from the user display information transmission unit 11 to the employee candidate terminal 3, the employee candidate terminal 3 may display the user information on an output device such as a display.

The employee candidate information acquisition unit 12 acquires employee candidate information. "Employee candidate information" is information about an employee candidate, and may include, for example, information such as the employee candidate's name or title, address or residence, industry, and contact information. The employee candidate information may be configured as character data, image data, or other types of data. The employee candidate information acquisition unit 12 may acquire employee candidate information about an employee candidate who uses an employee candidate terminal 3, for example, by receiving the employee candidate information from the employee candidate terminal 3.

The employee candidate display information transmission unit 13 generates employee candidate display information based on the employee candidate information acquired by the employee candidate information acquisition unit 12, and transmits the generated employee candidate display information to the user terminal 2. "Employee candidate display information" is information that causes the user terminal 2 to display the employee candidate information. For example, the employee candidate display information may be character data or image data including the contents of the employee candidate information. In response to the employee candidate display information being transmitted from the employee candidate display information transmission unit 13 to the user terminal 2, the user terminal 2 may display the employee candidate information on an output device such as a display.

When multiple employee candidates are managed by the employee procurement device 1, there is employee candidate information corresponding to each employee candidate. Each of these employee candidate information includes first employee candidate information and second employee candidate information. "First employee candidate information" is information that is permitted to be displayed on the user terminal 2, and "second employee candidate information" is information that is prohibited from being displayed on the user terminal 2. Note that the second employee candidate information may be permitted to be displayed on the user terminal 2 when acceptance information is received by the acceptance information receiving unit 18 described later.

The employee candidate information also includes schedule information. "Schedule information" is information related to the employee candidate's schedule. The employee candidate information also includes calendar information. "Calendar information" refers to information related to a calendar, and may be calendar information based on a general calendar system. In this case, a calendar may refer to a table showing dates, times, days of the week, etc. The calendar information may include information for displaying a calendar on at least one of the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3. The calendar may be displayed on the user terminal 2 or the employee candidate terminal 3 in response to the receipt of any operation on the terminal. For example, the calendar may be displayed on the user terminal 2 or the employee candidate terminal 3 in response to the pressing of a specific button on the terminal, and the button is referred to here as a coworking shift.

The employee candidate information also includes employee candidate schedule calendar information. "Employee candidate schedule calendar information" is information that links schedule information and calendar information. The employee candidate schedule calendar information may include information on the employee candidate's available schedules and non-available schedules. For example, the employee candidate schedule calendar information may display on a calendar the number of employee candidates who have presented available or non-available schedules, and may display on a calendar the names of the employee candidates who have presented available or non-available schedules.

The employee candidate schedule calendar information may also include information in which the schedules of multiple employee candidates are compiled on a calendar, information on the available dates of the employee candidates, and employee candidate available date count information, which is information indicating the number of employee candidates who have submitted available dates for each date. In this case, the employee candidate schedule calendar information may be information that displays the employee candidate available date count information on a calendar on the user terminal 2, and when a number on the calendar is selected (e.g., clicked), displays information on the employee candidates who have submitted available dates on the user terminal 2.

The information transmission/reception unit 14 mediates the transmission and reception of information between the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3. More specifically, the information transmission/reception unit 14 may mediate the transmission and reception of information between the user terminal 2 that displays (is displaying or has displayed) the employee candidate information based on the employee candidate display information transmitted by the employee candidate display information transmission unit 13, and the employee candidate terminal 3 that displays (is displaying or has displayed) the user information based on the user display information transmitted by the user display information transmission unit 11. The information transmission/reception unit 14 may mediate the transmission and reception of information between the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3 using an external system capable of transmitting and receiving information. The external system may be, for example, a system (chat tool) that allows comments to be exchanged between the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3, or various SNSs (Social Networking Services) constructed using such chat tools. Alternatively, the external system may be various Web conference systems. In other words, the information transmission/reception unit 14 may mediate the transmission and reception of video information and audio information between the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3. The "video information" may be video information of a user or employee (employee candidate) captured by a camera or the like mounted on the user terminal 2 or the employee candidate terminal 3. The "audio information" may be audio information of a user or employee (employee candidate) picked up by a microphone or the like mounted on the user terminal 2 or the employee candidate terminal 3.

When the designated information is received by the designated information receiving unit 15 described later, the information transmitting/receiving unit 14 may mediate the transmission and reception of information between the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3 (also referred to as the "designated employee candidate terminal") used by the designated employee candidate designated by the designated information. In other words, the information transmitting/receiving unit 14 does not need to mediate the transmission and reception of information between the user terminal 2 and the employee candidate terminal 3 used by an employee candidate other than the designated employee candidate. For example, the information transmitting/receiving unit 14 may select tasks to be performed during periods when the employee candidate's schedule is free based on the schedule information included in the employee candidate information acquired by the employee candidate information acquiring unit 12 and the task information acquired by the task information acquiring unit 17, and transmit task information related to the selected tasks to the employee candidate terminal 3.

The designated information receiving unit 15 receives designated information from the user terminal 2. "Designated information" is information that designates a designated employee candidate from among employee candidates. The designated information is generated in the user terminal 2, for example, by the user operating the user terminal 2. When the designated information receiving unit 15 receives the designated information, it registers the employee candidate designated by the designated information as a designated employee candidate. A designated employee candidate is, for example, a person selected in advance by the user as an employee candidate to whom the user may request work, and information that is not provided to other employee candidates may be provided from the employee procurement device 1.
