Description
図1に示すように、本発明の第1実施形態によるスクリュー10はプロペラシャフト20、複数の第一羽根30および複数の第二羽根40を備える。
図5に示すように、ツーピース構造のプロペラシャフト20を採用する第1実施形態に対し、第2実施形態は一体成型されたプロペラシャフト20を採用し、第1実施形態と同じよう方式に複数の第一羽根30および複数の第二羽根40を配置するため、同様に高速航行中のボードの航行効率を上げることができる。

Claims (4)
- プロペラシャフト、複数の第一羽根および複数の第二羽根を備え、
複数の前記第一羽根は前記プロペラシャフトの外周面に連結され、
複数の前記第二羽根は前記プロペラシャフトの外周面に連結されることで前記プロペラシャフトの回転に伴って複数の前記第一羽根と同じ方向に回転し、
複数の前記第二羽根および複数の前記第一羽根は一つずつ相互に対応するように配置され、
それぞれの前記第二羽根は前記第一羽根の前方である上流側に位置付けられ、サイズが前記第一羽根のサイズより小さく、回転方向が前記第一羽根の回転方向と同じであり、
それぞれの前記第二羽根は後縁が二つの隣り合う前記第一羽根の最先端の中間に位置し、
前記プロペラシャフトの軸方向に平行の投影方向から見れば、それぞれの前記第二羽根の全体は対応する前記第一羽根の全体範囲内に収まることを特徴とするボート用加速型スクリュー。 - それぞれの前記第二羽根は面積が前記第一羽根の三分の一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボート用加速型スクリュー。
- それぞれの前記第二羽根は直径が前記第一羽根の70%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボート用加速型スクリュー。
- 前記プロペラシャフトはシャフト本体および環状体から構成され、前記環状体は前記シャフト本体の前端に固定され、
複数の前記第一羽根は前記シャフト本体の外周面に連結され、
複数の前記第二羽根は前記環状体の外周面に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボート用加速型スクリュー。
