Description
Claims (2)
- 一方向に並ぶように配置された複数の蓄電セルを含む蓄電スタックと、
前記一方向における前記蓄電スタックの両側に配置された一対のエンドプレートと、
前記一方向及び上下方向の双方と直交する直交方向における前記蓄電スタックの両側に配置されており、前記一方向における両側から前記蓄電スタックを拘束する一対のサイドカバーと、
絶縁材料からなり、前記蓄電スタックと前記一対のサイドカバーの各々との間に配置された一対のサイド絶縁部材と、
前記蓄電スタックの上方に配置されており、前記一方向における両側から前記蓄電スタックを拘束する上側拘束部材と、
絶縁材料からなり、前記蓄電スタックと前記上側拘束部材との間に配置された上側絶縁部材と、
前記蓄電スタックの下方に配置されており、前記一方向における両側から前記蓄電スタックを拘束する下側拘束部材と、
前記蓄電スタックの上方に配置されており、互いに隣接する一対の前記蓄電セル同士を電気的に接続する複数のバスバーを含むバスバーモジュールと、
前記バスバーモジュールを覆うバスバーモジュールカバーと、を備え、
前記蓄電スタックは、
前記複数の蓄電セルのうちの一部の蓄電セルを含む第1スタックと、
前記複数の蓄電セルのうちの残部の蓄電セルを含む第2スタックと、
前記第1スタックと前記第2スタックとの間に配置された中間プレートと、を有し、
前記一対のサイドカバーの各々は、
前記一方向における前記蓄電スタックの一端部から他端部に至るように延びる形状を有するカバー本体と、
前記カバー本体から前記中間プレートに向かって突出する形状を有し、前記中間プレートに係合する中間係合部と、
前記一方向における前記カバー本体の端部から前記エンドプレートに向かって突出する形状を有し、前記一対のエンドプレートの各々に側方から係合するサイド端部係合部と、を有し、
前記中間プレートは、前記中間係合部に嵌合する凹部を有し、
前記一対のエンドプレートの各々は、前記サイド端部係合部に嵌合する側部凹部を有し、
前記一対のサイド絶縁部材の各々は、
前記第1スタックの側方に配置された第1サイド絶縁部材と、
前記第2スタックの側方に配置された第2サイド絶縁部材と、を有し、
前記第2サイド絶縁部材は、当該第2サイド絶縁部材と前記第1サイド絶縁部材との間に前記中間係合部を挿通させる挿通部が形成されるように前記一方向に前記第1サイド絶縁部材から離間して配置されており、
前記バスバーモジュールは、前記一対のエンドプレートの各々に上方から接続されており、
前記上側拘束部材は、当該上側拘束部材に対する前記中間プレートの前記一方向における相対移動を許容しつつ前記蓄電スタックを拘束しており、
前記下側拘束部材は、当該下側拘束部材に対する前記中間プレートの前記一方向における相対移動を許容しつつ前記蓄電スタックを拘束している、蓄電装置。 - 前記上側拘束部材は、前記一対のエンドプレートの各々に上方から係合する上側端部係合部を有し、
前記下側拘束部材は、前記一対のエンドプレートの各々に下方から係合する下側端部係合部を有する、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
