Description

In recent years, services have been provided for sharing local support information (e.g., informal information on places to visit and life support, information on nursing care, medical care, etc.) among local comprehensive support centers, social welfare councils, and related government agencies. This allows the server device disclosed in Patent Document 1 to easily classify and register the searched regional resource information according to the search purpose.

Incidentally, in cities that have introduced a certain service, they ask multiple coordinators who are closely connected to the local area to collect local resource information. Then, city officials manage the local resource information collected by the multiple coordinators on a server device.

However, there were problems such as some coordinators not properly understanding how to collect local resource information, or the person in charge of inputting the collected local resource information not understanding how to input the information into a specific service, making it difficult to collect local resource information.

An object of the present invention is to provide an information management server, an information management method , and a program that can easily collect local resource information.

The following describes an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings. The information processing device 10a is an information processing device used by the general public (users). The information processing device 10a is connected to the information management server 1 via the network 200 by operation of the user, and can receive the services of the search site provided by the information management server 1. The information processing device 10a is, for example, configured as a personal computer, a tablet computer, a smartphone, etc.

The information processing device 10b is an information processing device operated by an administrator. The information processing device 10b is connected to the information management server 1 via the network 200 by operation of the administrator, and can display a specified hearing sheet by the information management server 1. In addition, the information processing device 10b can input information for setting multiple information items that make up the specified hearing sheet by operation of the administrator.

The information processing device 10c is operated by a coordinator who has signed an information collection contract with the city. The information processing device 10c is connected to the information management server 1 via the network 200 by the coordinator's operation, and can print out a specified hearing sheet via the printer 20.

Figure 2 is a hardware block diagram showing the configuration of the information management server 1 in this embodiment. As shown in Figure 2, the information management server 1 is configured to include an input unit 101, a control unit 103, a display unit 105, a storage unit 107, and a communication unit 109.

The input unit 101 accepts character input by the user. The input unit 101 is composed of operation members such as a keyboard, a pointing device, various switches, buttons, and a touch panel that accept various operations from the user.

The control unit 103 is a central processing unit that controls the entire information management server 1. The control unit 103 executes application programs stored in the storage unit 107 to realize a first display control means and a second display control means as display control means.

The display unit 105 is configured with a display device such as a liquid crystal display, an organic EL (Electro Luminescence) display, etc.

The storage unit 107 includes a database that stores the first and second hearing sheets and various data constituting the first and second hearing sheets, and is composed of a non-volatile memory, a working memory, etc. The non-volatile memory is an electrically erasable and recordable memory, for example, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) or the like. Constants and programs for the operation of the control unit 103 are recorded in the non-volatile memory. Note that a program refers to, for example, a program for executing each process of the flowchart described later in this embodiment. The working memory is used as a working area for expanding constants and variables for the operation of the control unit 103, programs read from the non-volatile memory, etc.

The communication unit 109 is an interface for connecting to the information processing device 10 (information processing devices 10a, 10b, 10c). The information management server 1 of this embodiment exchanges data and the like with the information processing device 10 (information processing devices 10a, 10b, 10c) via the communication unit 109.

As shown in Figure 4, the differences in authority between the administrator and the coordinator are described, with the administrator having authority such as "basic item settings," "selection item settings," "additional input item settings," "category settings," "area settings," "comment item settings," "report settings," and "interview sheet settings."

"Basic item settings" are used to set the input pattern (base items) for the information items displayed on the service information details screen described below. When the login button 2025 is pressed by a user and the contents match the user information registered in the database of the information management server 1, the information processing devices 10b and 10c are connected to the information management server 1. This allows the user to log in to the social resource search site.

Area 2027 states "If you can't log in, click here" and is pressed by the user if the user is unable to log in even after pressing login button 2025. In this case, for example, a password reset is performed.

In basic item setting details 10611, local resource service information is displayed as the name of the input pattern. The basic items of local resource service information are composed of item name 10613 and item content 10615. The item names of the basic items constitute the information items, and for each of the multiple information items, it is set as public information or private information. Each information item can be associated and selected when setting the information items to be written on the hearing sheet. In addition to "name" and "business number," basic items 10617 can be set, such as address, telephone number, fax number, email address, homepage, representative, information, business category, etc.

In addition, in basic item 10619, "activity/service name" and "service image" can be set as item names related to "service information." An information management server for managing a database in which regional resource information is registered, the regional resource information having a plurality of information items, each of which is assigned to either a public information item that is made public to the public or a private information item that is made private to the public,
a first display control means for displaying, in a first display area, a display screen in which an information display area in which information is displayed corresponding to each of the plurality of information items or an information input area for inputting information is assigned to each of the plurality of information items;
a second display control means for displaying, in a second display area adjacent to the first display area, a first operation means for a user to instruct printing of a first hearing sheet applied to information collection for public release and a second operation means for a user to instruct printing of a second hearing sheet applied to analysis of regional resource information;
