As shown in FIG. 3, the left and right new vertical frames 23 are placed inside the exterior portion 332 of the left and right existing vertical frames 33.

As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the outer frame 5 is a frame member that is connected to the new upper frame 21 and the left and right new vertical frames 23 and is attached to cover the existing door frame 3. The outer frame 5 has a roughly U-shaped cross section. The outer frame 5 is attached to three sides of the new upper frame 21 and the left and right new vertical frames 23 of the new door frame 2 along the opening edge of the opening 101 of the remodeled fixture 10.

The inner frame 1 is attached to the remodeled fitting 10 and is a frame member on the interior side arranged around the interior side of the opening 101. The inner frame 1 is provided on the interior side of the new door frame 2. In detail, the inner frame 1 is attached to the corner formed between the interior side of the new door frame 2 and the new door frame 2 side of the existing inner frame 8. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the inner frame 1 covers the space formed between the existing door frame 3 and the new door frame 2 and the existing inner frame 8. The inner frame 1 is a long member that is attached between the new upper frame 21 and the existing inner frame 8, and between the left and right new vertical frames 23 and the existing inner frame 8, and is arranged to extend on three sides of the opening 101. The inner frame 1 attached to the new upper frame 21 side and the inner frame 1 attached to the left and right new vertical frames 23 side have different dimensions. However, since the configuration is common, they will be described using the same terms. As shown in FIG. 4, the inner frame 1 is formed in a generally L-shaped cross section and has a projection surface 11, a visible surface 12, a recess 13, and length adjustment grooves 14 as multiple cuts.

As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the projection surface portion 11 is arranged so that its ends contact the new upper frame 21 and the left and right new vertical frames 23, and is a plate-shaped portion that extends in the projection direction from the new upper frame 21 and the left and right new vertical frames 23. The projection surface portion 11 has a length dimension that is approximately the same as the new upper frame 21 or the left and right new vertical frames 23, and has a rectangular shape with a width dimension that extends in the projection direction. The outer surface of the projection surface portion 11 is a flat surface. The inner surface of the projection surface portion 11 has a length adjustment groove 14, which will be described later. The width dimension of the projection surface portion 11 is changed appropriately depending on the size of the inner frame 1, but can be, for example, 90 mm to 110 mm.

The sighting surface portion 12 is a plate-like portion extending in a direction approximately perpendicular to the projection surface portion 11. When the sighting surface portion 12 is attached to the new upper frame 21, it extends in the sighting direction of the new upper frame 21, i.e., along the width direction of the opening 101. When the sighting surface portion 12 is attached to the new vertical frame 23, it extends along the sighting direction on both sides of the width direction of the opening 101. The sighting surface portion 12 is arranged so that its end is in contact with the existing inner frame 8, and is attached with screws 16 as fixing members. When the inner frame 1 is attached to the existing inner frame 8 on the new upper frame 21 side, the sighting surface portion 12 is composed of one surface extending in the sighting direction and in the vertical direction. When the inner frame 1 is attached to the existing inner frame 8 on the left and right new vertical frames 23 side, it is composed of one surface extending in the sighting direction. "One surface" means that there is one surface that constitutes the mold material of the inner frame 1; for example, there is one when a decorative material is adhered to a base material. The visible surface portion 12 has a length dimension that is approximately the same as the newly installed upper frame 21 or the newly installed left and right vertical frames 23, and has a rectangular shape with a width dimension that extends in the up-down or visible direction. The outer surface of the visible surface portion 12 is a flat surface. The visible surface portion 12 has a length adjustment groove 14, which will be described later, on its inner surface. The width dimension of the visible surface portion 12 is changed appropriately depending on the size of the inner frame 1, but can be, for example, 75 mm to 85 mm.

As shown in FIG. 4, the recess 13 is formed at the corner 15 where the projection surface 11 and the sight surface 12 are connected. Because the recess 13 is formed, strictly speaking, the part where the projection surface 11 and the sight surface 12 are connected does not have a sharp part where the intersecting surfaces butt against each other. However, when the projection surface 11 and the sight surface 12 are extended, the imaginary intersecting part is called the corner 15. The recess 13 is formed by bending the end of the corner 15 side of the projection surface 11 to the inside of the corner 15 and joining it to a position separated from the end of the corner 15 side of the sight surface 12 along the sight surface 12. The surface of the recess 13 that is parallel to the projection surface 11 becomes the bottom surface 13a of the recess 13, and the surface 13b that bends from the end of the corner 15 side of the projection surface 11 and the inner surface 13c of the corner 15 side of the sight surface 12 that faces this surface 13b become the side surface of the recess 13. A screw 16 is provided in the recess 13 and is screwed into it. The width of the bottom surface 13a of the recess 13 (i.e., the distance between surfaces 13b and 13c) is a width that allows the head 161 of the screw to be inserted. The head 161 of the screw 16 is placed on the bottom surface 13a of the recess 13, and the screw 16 is fixed so that the shaft 162 of the screw 16 is approximately parallel to the finding surface 12. After the screw 16 is screwed into the recess 13, the recess 13 is closed with a resin cap 17.

The length adjustment groove 14 is a linear portion formed to allow the width of the projection surface portion 11 and the sight surface portion 12 to be adjusted at the construction site where the inner frame 1 is attached. The length adjustment groove 14 is a plurality of cuts formed on the inner surfaces of the projection surface portion 11 and the sight surface portion 12, and is thin and thin. The length adjustment grooves 14 extend in a direction perpendicular to the direction away from the corner portion 15 where the projection surface portion 11 and the sight surface portion 12 are connected, and are arranged at intervals from each other. In detail, the length adjustment grooves 14 are formed at a predetermined interval along the projection direction in the projection surface portion 11 and extend in the vertical direction. In the sight surface portion 12, the sight surface portion 12 attached to the newly installed upper frame 21 is formed at a predetermined interval along the vertical direction and extends in the sight direction. In the sight surface portion 12 attached to the newly installed vertical frame 23, the length adjustment grooves 14 are formed at a predetermined interval along the sight direction and extend in the vertical direction. That is, the visible surface portion 12 is formed at a predetermined interval from the corner portion 15 connected to the visible surface portion 11 toward the existing inner frame 8, and extends in a direction perpendicular to the direction toward the existing inner frame.

An example of a method for constructing the inner frame 1 will be described. The inner frame 1 is positioned so that one end abuts against the new upper frame 21 or the new vertical frames 23 on the left and right, and the other end abuts against the existing inner frame 8. At this time, since multiple length adjustment grooves 14 are formed on the inner surface of the projection surface 11 and the visible surface 12, a cutting position is selected so that the inner frame 1 will have dimensions that will fit aesthetically when the end of the inner frame 1 abuts against the new door frame 2 and the existing inner frame 8. At the selected position, a cut is made along the length adjustment groove 14 with a cutter. After the cut is made with the cutter, the inner frame 1 is cut using a tool such as pliers to adjust the dimensions of the inner frame 1. When using pliers, the outer end is pinched with the pliers from the cut position and bent outward in stages to cut from the cut.

When constructing the inner frame 1, a setting block 19 may be used as a positioning material. The setting block 19 has a cubic shape made of resin such as rubber. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the setting block 19a is placed at the corner between the new upper frame 21 and the indoor portion 311 of the existing upper frame 31. This makes it easier for the projection surface 11 to extend parallel to the new upper frame 21 and less likely to tilt. In addition, at the inside corner where the end of the projection surface 12 and the existing inner frame 8 are in contact, the setting block 19b is placed at the corner where the outer surface of the end of the projection surface 12 and the existing inner frame 8 are in contact (positioning material placement process S1). As a result, the setting block 19b supports the projection surface 12 so that the projection surface 12 extends in a direction perpendicular to the existing inner frame 8. The setting block 19 may be fixed with double-sided tape or the like. The setting block 19 is used to position the angle of the approximately L-shaped corner 15 of the cross section of the inner frame 1 at approximately 90 degrees relative to the new upper frame 21 and the existing inner frame 8, and the inner frame 1 is fixed to the existing inner frame 8 by screwing the screw 16 into the recess 13 (fixing process S2). After the inner frame 1 is fixed, the setting block 19 can be removed (removal process S3).

According to this embodiment, the following effects are achieved. The renovated interior frame 1, which is provided on the interior side of the new door frame 2 that covers the existing door frame 3 provided in the opening 101 of the building 100, is configured to include a plate-shaped projection surface portion 11 that is formed in a roughly L-shape in cross section, extends along the projection direction, and is positioned so that its end is in contact with the new door frame 2, and a plate-shaped visible surface portion 12 that extends along the projection direction and is positioned so that its end is in contact with the existing interior frame 8.

In the conventional inner frame, the sight surface is formed in a double layer, and a screw is inserted between the outer surface of the sight surface and the surface extending approximately parallel to the outer surface on the inside of the outer surface. This makes it easier to fix the inner frame in a stable state by abutting the inner surface against, for example, a beam member 71 or a column member 72. The inner frame can also be easily fixed in a stable state by contacting the periphery of the opening 101 at three points, namely, the two ends of the double sight surface and the end of the sight surface. However, when the sight surface is double, it is necessary to cut it into two pieces when adjusting the length, and cutting is not easy. In particular, when the inner frame is made large, the double sight surface may have a hollow structure with a square cross section due to the convenience of molding. When the sight surface has a hollow structure, cutting to adjust the length becomes even more difficult.

The inner frame 1 is formed in a generally L-shape in cross section, so the visible surface 12 is composed of one surface and is not double-layered. This makes it easy to cut when adjusting the length, and greatly improves workability. The inner frame 1 is formed in a generally L-shape in cross section, so the visible surface 12 does not have the surface that was on the inside in the conventional double-layered case, and the space inside the inner frame 1 is wider. This allows it to accommodate a variety of fitments of the existing door frame 3, the new door frame 2, and the existing inner frame 8 around the opening 101. When the inner frame 1 is formed by extrusion molding, it can be made large without having to be made hollow, which increases the range of sizes available. Less material is required to mold the inner frame 1, so manufacturing costs can be reduced.

According to this embodiment, the projection surface portion 11 and the sight surface portion 12 are configured to include length adjustment grooves 14 on their respective inner surfaces that extend in a direction perpendicular to the direction away from the corner portion 15 to which the projection surface portion 11 and the sight surface portion 12 are connected, and are spaced apart from each other. By making cuts in the length adjustment grooves 14 with a cutter, the dimensions of the inner frame 1 can be adjusted, improving workability. Furthermore, the ability to adjust the dimensions on-site also improves the aesthetic appearance of the finished building 100.

According to this embodiment, the construction method of the inner frame 1 includes a positioning material placement step S1 in which a setting block 19 is placed at the inside corner where the end of the sighting surface 12 and the existing inner frame 8 meet, a fixing step S2 in which the inner frame 1 is fixed to the existing inner frame 8 after the positioning material placement step S1, and a removal step S3 in which the setting block 19 is removed after the fixing step S2. As a result, even if the inner frame 1 is formed with a generally L-shaped cross section and the sighting surface 12 is composed of a single surface, the sighting surface 12 is positioned by the setting block 19b so that it does not shift, making it easy to stably insert and fix the screw 16.

This disclosure is not limited to the above embodiment, and includes modifications, improvements, etc., within the scope of achieving the object of this disclosure. If the inner frame is substantially L-shaped in cross section, it may also include a case where an extension portion is formed that extends parallel to the visible surface but does not reach the existing inner frame 8.

In the above explanation, the dimensions of a large inner frame are exemplified. The dimensions of the inner frame 1 are not particularly limited. They can be freely changed from small to extra large.
