Description

The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic composition.

Conventionally, two-component bleaches for lightening hair color are known, which use a mixture of a first component containing an alkaline agent such as ammonia and a second component containing an oxidizing agent such as hydrogen peroxide. In particular, when it is desired to make hair color even lighter, a three-component bleach is used, which further mixes a third component containing persulfate in addition to the first and second components.

Typically, three-component bleaches have strong bleaching power and can produce a very bright and transparent hair color. However, very bright and transparent hair bleached using three-component bleaches can become noticeably yellowed over time and lose its transparency. For this reason, there is a growing need in the market for hair cosmetics that suppress yellowing of hair after bleaching and maintain a very bright and transparent hair color.

In addition, as a method for maintaining hair color without damaging bleached or colored hair, a method using hair cosmetics such as treatments and rinses containing direct dyes is known. Examples of direct dyes contained in these hair cosmetics include acid dyes, nitro dyes, basic dyes, and disperse dyes, but from the viewpoint of the charge properties of the dyes, basic dyes or HC dyes are preferably used.

Among the direct dyes contained in general hair cosmetics, it is considered preferable to contain a direct dye that produces a complementary blue color in order to prevent yellowing of hair after bleaching.

For the purpose of maintaining hair color, for example, color treatments that slow down fading after hair coloring and maintain color retention are being considered. (Patent Document 1)

However, when Patent Document 1 is applied to very light hair after bleaching, there is a problem that the color of the hair may change depending on the type of dye, and it is not possible to suppress yellowing and maintain a very bright and transparent hair color. In addition, hair is significantly damaged after treatment with a three-component bleaching agent, and the use of a hair cosmetic with a repairing effect is desired, but due to the electric charge characteristics of the dye, etc., there are limitations on the ingredients that can be blended in hair cosmetics containing dyes, and in some cases it is not possible to blend ingredients with a repairing effect. Therefore, it is very difficult to suppress yellowing of hair after bleaching and maintain a transparent hair color while maintaining good finger-feel when rinsing and good condition of the hair after finishing, and there is still room for improvement.

As a result of extensive research into solving the above problems, the present inventors have discovered that it is possible to provide a hair cosmetic composition that contains (A) one or more types selected from blue-based basic dyes, (B) one or more types selected from blue-based HC dyes, (C) a polyhydric alcohol, and (D) a polyether-modified silicone.

The present invention provides a hair cosmetic composition that suppresses yellowing of hair after bleaching, maintains a transparent hair color, blends well with hair, and leaves hair in a satisfactory condition after rinsing and with a smooth feel when washed off.

The present invention will be described in detail below. Note that all units indicating content are mass% unless otherwise specified.

The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention contains (A) a blue basic dye.

The blue-based basic dye (A) used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but examples include Basic Blue 99, Basic Blue 75, Basic Blue 124, Basic Purple 2, etc., and one or more selected from these may be contained. Among these, Basic Blue 99 is preferred from the viewpoint of suppressing yellowing of hair after bleaching and maintaining a transparent hair color.

The hair cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains (B) a blue HC dye.

The (B) blue-based HC dye used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but examples include HC Blue 2, HC Blue 12, HC Blue 14, HC Blue 15, HC Blue 16, HC Blue 18, HC Blue 19, HC Purple 2, etc., and one or more selected from these may be contained. Among these, HC Blue 2 is preferred from the viewpoint of suppressing yellowing of hair after bleaching and maintaining a transparent hair color.

By using the (A) blue-based basic dye and the (B) blue-based HC dye in combination, it is possible to suppress yellowing of hair after bleaching and maintain a transparent hair color to an extent that could not be achieved with conventional general technology.

The total amount of the blue-based basic dye (A) and the blue-based HC dye (B) used in the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention is preferably 0.002 to 0.024%, more preferably 0.006 to 0.016%. If the total amount of the blue-based basic dye (A) and the blue-based HC dye (B) is less than 0.002% or more than 0.024%, it may not be possible to suppress yellowing of hair after bleaching and to maintain a transparent hair color.

The mass ratio (A)/(B) of the content of the blue-based basic dye (A) and the blue-based HC dye (B) used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of suppressing yellowing of hair after bleaching and maintaining a transparent hair color, it is preferably in the range of 0.25 to 4, and more preferably 0.67 to 1.5.

Other direct dyes may be added to the hair cosmetic composition according to the present invention, provided that the effects of the present invention are not impaired. Examples of other direct dyes include basic dyes such as Basic Red 51, Basic Red 76, Basic Brown 16, Basic Brown 17, Basic Orange 31, Basic Yellow 57, and Basic Yellow 87. Examples of HC dyes include HC Red 1, HC Red 3, HC Red 7, HC Red 18, HC Orange 1, HC Orange 2, HC Orange 7, HC Yellow 2, HC Yellow 4, HC Yellow 16, and HC Yellow 18.

The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention contains (C) a polyhydric alcohol, which improves the hair's affinity to the composition and makes it easier to run your fingers through when rinsing.

The polyhydric alcohol (C) used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but examples include ethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, glycerin, 1,2-pentanediol, 1,3-butylene glycol, 1,2-hexanediol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, etc., and one or more selected from these may be contained.

The polyhydric alcohol (C) used in the present invention preferably contains at least one ethylene glycol from the viewpoint of increasing the solubility of the direct dye. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of improving compatibility with hair and ease of running fingers through the hair when rinsing, it preferably contains at least one selected from dipropylene glycol or glycerin in addition to ethylene glycol.

The content of the polyhydric alcohol (C) used in the present invention in the hair cosmetic composition is preferably 7 to 14%, more preferably 8 to 12%. If the content of the polyhydric alcohol (C) is less than 7% or more than 14%, it may not blend well with the hair or may be difficult to run your fingers through when rinsing.

The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention contains (D) polyether-modified silicone. This improves the ease of running your fingers through the hair when rinsing and the condition of the hair after finishing.

The polyether-modified silicone (D) used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but examples include polyoxyethylene-methylpolysiloxane copolymer (10 E.O.), polyoxyethylene-methylpolysiloxane copolymer (9 E.O.), polyoxyethylene-methylpolysiloxane copolymer (11 E.O.), polyoxyethylene-methylpolysiloxane copolymer (3 E.O.), etc., and one or more selected from these can be contained. Among them, polyoxyethylene-methylpolysiloxane copolymer (10 E.O.) is preferred from the viewpoint of improving the finger-combing property during rinsing and the condition of the hair after finishing. The E.O. in parentheses indicates the polyoxyethylene chain, and the number indicates the number of moles added.

The polyether-modified silicone (D) used in the present invention may be contained in the hair cosmetic composition, preferably in an amount of 0.5 to 3.5%, more preferably 1 to 3%. If the polyether-modified silicone (D) is less than 0.5% or exceeds 3.5%, the ease of running fingers through the hair when rinsing and the condition of the hair after finishing may be deteriorated.

The appearance of the hair cosmetic composition according to the present invention is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that it is transparent from the viewpoint of good appearance when filled in a transparent container.

In addition to the above-mentioned ingredients, the hair cosmetic composition according to the present invention can contain ingredients that are normally used in cosmetics, so long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired. For example, oils such as higher alcohols and higher fatty acids, surfactants, lower alcohols, moisturizers, water-soluble polymers, thickeners, antioxidants, UV absorbers, pH adjusters, chelating agents, preservatives, antibacterial agents, protein derivatives, hydrolyzed proteins, amino acids, stabilizers, fragrances, animal and vegetable oils, vitamins, plant extracts, inorganic salts, etc. can be used, and one or more of these can be contained depending on the purpose.

From the viewpoint of compatibility with hair, it is preferable that the hair cosmetic composition according to the present invention has a viscosity of 15 to 850 mPa·s at 25°C.

In the present invention, the viscosity is measured by preparing the hair cosmetic composition in a conventional manner, filling a sample bottle (Food 140: manufactured by Daiichi Glass Co., Ltd.) with 120 g of the obtained composition, and measuring the viscosity at 25°C for 1 minute using a B-type viscometer with a helical stand (model: digital viscometer TVB-10M, manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd.) with an M2 rotor at a rotation speed of 30 rpm.

From the viewpoint of the stability of the direct dye over time, the hair cosmetic composition according to the present invention preferably has a pH of 4.4 to 6.4 at 20°C.

In the present invention, the pH is adjusted by a conventional method, 120 g of the obtained hair cosmetic composition is filled into a sample bottle (Food 140: manufactured by Daiichi Glass Co., Ltd.), and the pH is measured at 20°C using a glass electrode type hydrogen ion concentration indicator (F-71: manufactured by Horiba, Ltd.).

The hair cosmetic composition according to the present invention is preferably in liquid form.

The hair cosmetic composition according to the present invention is preferably applied to hair that has been lightly drained after shampooing.

After rinsing off the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, a treatment, conditioner, hair pack, rinse, etc. may be applied to the hair.

The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to examples, but these are not intended to limit the present invention in any way.

In the evaluation tests shown in this specification, the components contained in the hair cosmetic composition and their contents were varied. The units showing the contents of each component are all mass %, and the hair cosmetic composition was prepared in the usual manner, and the evaluation tests were carried out using the obtained hair cosmetic composition.

In the invention shown in this specification, the following were evaluated: "Hair color," "Compatibility with hair," "Feeling of fingers running through hair when rinsing," and "Condition of hair after finishing."

In the evaluation tests shown in this specification, "hair color," "compatibility with hair," "feel for fingers to run through when rinsing," and "condition of hair after finishing" were evaluated by applying 20 g of the obtained hair cosmetic composition to the shampooed hair of a hair test doll ("Cut Mannequin No. 775N" manufactured by Bealux Co., Ltd.) whose brightness had been adjusted to a 15-level scale, rinsing with lukewarm water at 40°C, wiping off the moisture with a towel, and drying with a hair dryer. The 15-level scale represents the brightness of hair based on the standards of the Japan Hair Color Association.

In the first evaluation test, hair cosmetic compositions containing various types and contents of (A) blue-based basic dye and (B) blue-based HC dye were evaluated. Table 1 shows the components, contents, and evaluation results of the hair cosmetic compositions.

In Examples 1 to 11, good results were obtained even when the type and content of (A) the blue-based basic dye and (B) the blue-based HC dye were changed in various ways.

In the second evaluation test, hair cosmetic compositions containing various types and contents of polyhydric alcohol (C) were evaluated. Table 2 shows the components, contents, and evaluation results of the hair cosmetic compositions.

In Examples 12 to 20, good results were obtained even when the type and content of the polyhydric alcohol (C) was varied.

In the third evaluation test, hair cosmetic compositions containing various types and amounts of (D) polyether-modified silicone were evaluated. Table 3 shows the components, amounts, and evaluation results of the hair cosmetic compositions.

In Examples 21 to 26, good results were obtained even when the type and content of the (D) polyether-modified silicone was varied.

The following is a formulation example of the composition. The hair cosmetic composition obtained using the following formulation example provided good results in terms of "hair color," "blendability," "feel when running fingers through the hair when rinsing," and "condition of hair after finishing."

The present invention can provide a hair cosmetic composition that suppresses yellowing of hair after bleaching, maintains a transparent hair color, blends well with hair, and leaves hair in a satisfactory condition after rinsing and with a smooth feel when washed off.

Claims (3)

(A) one or more types selected from blue basic dyes,
(B) one or more types selected from blue HC dyes,
(C) a polyhydric alcohol,
A hair cosmetic composition comprising a polyether-modified silicone (D) , wherein the total amount of the component (A) and the component (B) is 0.002 to 0.024% by mass, the content of the component (C) is 7 to 14% by mass, the content of the component (D) is 0.5 to 3.5% by mass, and the mass ratio (A)/(B) of the contents of the component (A) and the component (B) is 0.25 to 4 . The hair cosmetic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the (A) component is Basic Blue 99 and the (B) component is HC Blue 2. 3. The hair cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the polyhydric alcohol (C) contains ethylene glycol and further contains at least one member selected from the group consisting of dipropylene glycol and glycerin.
