Claims (12)
- 垂直方向及び水平方向に移動可能なベース部と、
前記ベース部に付着され、下方に延びる折曲部と、
前記折曲部に回転可能に付着されているセンシング部と、
を含み、
前記折曲部が電極リードを折り曲げた状態で前記電極リードとバスバーとの間の溶接を遂行する、電極リード折曲及び溶接装置であって、
前記センシング部は、前記折曲部が前記電極リードを折り曲げる前には前記折曲部の下面に対して垂直な状態で前記折曲部に付着されており、前記電極リードを折り曲げるときには前記折曲部の下面に平行な状態になるように回転する構造を有し、
前記センシング部と前記折曲部の下面とが成す角度を測定して前記電極リードの折曲状態の良否を判断する、
または、
前記センシング部とバスバーとが成す角度を測定して前記電極リードの折曲状態の良否を判断する、電極リード折曲及び溶接装置。 - 前記折曲部と前記バスバーとの間に形成される間隔の大きさは前記電極リードの厚さと同じに形成される、請求項1に記載の電極リード折曲及び溶接装置。
- 前記センシング部は弾性部材を介して前記折曲部に結合され、前記電極リードの溶接が終了した後、前記弾性部材の弾性力によって前記センシング部は待機状態に戻る、請求項1または2に記載の電極リード折曲及び溶接装置。
- 前記電極リードと前記バスバーとの間の溶接状態を検査するためのビジョンカメラをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電極リード折曲及び溶接装置。
- 前記折曲部は中空が形成された四角柱形態を有し、前記中空を通して溶接棒が挿入されて溶接される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電極リード折曲及び溶接装置。
- 前記折曲部の下面に溶接棒が提供されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電極リード折曲及び溶接装置。
- 1個のセンシング部が結合された1個の折曲部が前記ベース部に付着されて単位体を形成し、複数の単位体が組み立てられる構造を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電極リード折曲及び溶接装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電極リード折曲及び溶接装置を用いた電極リードの溶接方法であって、
(a)電池セルを準備し、電極リードがバスバーのスリットを通過するように配置する段階と、
(b)電極リードの第1面に電極リード折曲及び溶接装置の折曲部を配置する段階と、
(c)前記電極リードを折り曲げる段階と、
(d)折り曲げられた電極リードを前記バスバーに溶接する段階と、
前記(d)段階の前、前記電極リードの折曲状態の良否を判断する段階と、
を含む、電極リードの溶接方法。 - 前記(b)段階で、
前記電極リード折曲及び溶接装置は下方に移動し、
前記電極リード折曲及び溶接装置のセンシング部は前記電極リードが突出する方向に平行に前記バスバーのスリットを通過するように位置し、
前記電極リード折曲及び溶接装置の折曲部の下面は前記バスバーに隣接して配置される、請求項8に記載の電極リードの溶接方法。 - 前記(c)段階は、電極リードの第1面上に前記折曲部を配置し、前記第1面の反対側の第2面が前記バスバーと平行に対面するように前記折曲部を水平に移動させる過程を含む、請求項8または9に記載の電極リードの溶接方法。
- 前記電極リード折曲及び溶接装置のセンシング部は、前記折曲部の水平移動によって、第1方向に90度回転して前記バスバーの外面に位置する、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の電極リードの溶接方法。
- 前記センシング部は、前記段階(d)の後、前記バスバーから遠くなり、前記第1方向の反対方向である第2方向に90度回転して待機状態に戻る、請求項11に記載の電極リードの溶接方法。
