Description
実施例における各測定方法及び試験方法は以下の通りである。
・コード径:有機繊維コード1本を撚りが戻らないように折り曲げ4本にし、たるまないように引揃えて平行に並べたものに対して、所定のダイヤルゲージ(脚(測定子)の直径9.5±0.03mm,荷重1666±29.4mN)を用いて、約6.5mmの高さから脚を落下して測定。
・ベルト角度:空気未充填の状態のタイヤについて、トレッド部のタイヤ赤道上(幅方向中心位置)でのベルトコードのタイヤ周方向に対する角度を測定した。
タイヤサイズが255/35ZR20 97Yであって、図1に示すようにベルト補強層(9)を備える乗用車用空気入りラジアルタイヤを試作した。ベルト層のベルト角度、及び、ベルト補強層(キャッププライ)を構成する有機繊維コードの構成は、実施例及び比較例の各タイヤについて下記表1に示す通りであり、その他の構成は全ての共通の構成とした。
表1に示すように、実施例1~5であると、比較例1に対して、ベルトコードの角度を大きくしたことによる実車操縦安定性とウェット制動性を維持しながら、タイヤ高速耐久性と乗り心地性が向上していた。
Claims (1)
- トレッド部におけるカーカス層の外周側にベルトコードをタイヤ周方向に対して傾斜配列したベルト層と、前記ベルト層の外周側において有機繊維コードをタイヤ周方向に沿って配列したベルト補強層と、を備えた空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記ベルト層は、タイヤ周方向に対するベルトコードの角度が30度超40度以下であり、
前記ベルト補強層の有機繊維コードは、ナイロンヤーンとアラミドヤーンを撚り合わせてなるハイブリッドコードのみであって、長さ10cm当たりの撚り数をT(回/10cm)、繊度をD(dtex)及び繊維の密度をρ(g/cm3)としてT×(D/ρ)1/2で定義される撚り係数Kが900~2300であり、該有機繊維コードの5%伸張時の荷重LASE5%(N)と該有機繊維コードの打ち込み本数E(本/25mm)の積が1000~3000Nであり、前記5%伸長時の荷重LASE5%が35~80Nである、空気入りタイヤ。
