Description
図面を参照して、本実施例に係る熱処理炉10について説明する。図1に示すように、熱処理炉10は、熱処理部20と、冷却部40と、搬送装置(52、54)を備えている。熱処理炉10は、搬送装置によって被処理物12が熱処理部20内を搬送される間に、被処理物12を熱処理すると共に、搬送装置によって被処理物12が冷却部40を搬送される間に、熱処理部20で熱処理された被処理物12を冷却する。なお、図1では、図の見易さのため、冷却部40に配置される筐体44、60(後述)の図示を省略している。
上記の実施例1では、筐体44、60の空間42に露出する面は、略平坦であったが、このような構成に限定されない。例えば、図5に示すように、筐体144、160の冷却部140内の空間142に露出する面には、フィン50、74が設けられていてもよい。なお、本実施例では、筐体144、160の構成が、実施例1の筐体44、60の構成と相違しており、その他の構成は略一致している。そこで、実施例1の熱処理炉10と同一の構成については、その説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 被処理物を熱処理する熱処理部と、
前記熱処理部で熱処理された前記被処理物を冷却する冷却部と、
前記熱処理部及び前記冷却部内で前記被処理物を搬送する搬送装置と、を備えており、
前記冷却部は、前記搬送装置で搬送される前記被処理物の搬送経路の下方に配置され、その内部を流れる液体により前記搬送装置で搬送される前記被処理物を冷却する筐体を備えており、
前記筐体は、前記搬送装置で搬送される前記被処理物と対向する上板を備えており、
前記筐体内に前記液体を流したときに、前記上板の所定の部位に空気が溜まるように、前記上板が傾斜しており、
前記上板は、前記被処理物の搬送方向に沿って見たときに、一方の端面が他方の端面より高くなるように傾斜している、熱処理炉。 - 前記上板は、前記搬送方向にさらに傾斜している、請求項1に記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記上板は、2度以上傾斜している、請求項1に記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記筐体は、記被処理物の搬送方向に沿って見たときの高くなっている端部の上面が断熱材に覆われている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記筐体は、
前記上板が傾斜により低くなっている位置に配置される液体の供給部と、
前記上板が傾斜により高くなっている位置に配置される液体の排出部と、を備えている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理炉。 - 前記筐体は、前記上板の上面に設けられ、前記冷却部内の空間に露出するフィンをさらに備えている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理炉。
