前記出力電圧を所定の比率で信号へ変換する出力電圧変換装置と、
前記出力電圧変換装置からの信号により出力電圧を一定に保つよう前記電圧変換装置を制御する電圧制御装置と、
前記電圧制御装置に設けられ軽負荷時に間欠発振動作を行う機能を有する間欠発振手段と、
前記商用交流電源により動作する交流負荷と、
前記交流負荷と前記商用交流電源との接続の開閉を行うスイッチと、
