自転車の前カゴの底部に取り付けられ、幅方向に向かう棒状の被係止部を有するカゴ用ステーに装着する前カゴ装着用底具であって、
前記棒状の被係止部を係止位置で係止するために各々対向する方向に突出する2つの係止部と、被係止部を仮置きするための前記2つの係止部間に配される仮置き部とからなり、
前記仮置き部は、前記2つの係止部による係止位置における前記カゴ用ステーの係止方向と交差する方向を仮置き方向とし、
前記2つの係止部は、底板本体から下方に膨出して前記被係止部を挿入可能にする係止溝を形成しつつ下面が後方から前方にかけて突出する係止爪を有する第1係止部と、前記底板本体から下方に膨出して前記被係止部を挿入可能にする係止溝を形成しつつ前方から後方にかけて突出する係止爪を有する第2係止部とを有し、
前記底板本体に2つの係止部間に係止位置で係止する係止方向から斜め方向を向く仮置き面が形成されることを特徴とする自転車前カゴ装着用底具。
