Description

The present invention relates to an information processing system and program that utilizes a personal identification medium.

Generally, management of condominiums (unit-owned buildings) is carried out by a management company with which a contract is concluded by the management association to which the condominium owners (unit owners) belong. The information processing system 10 includes multiple condominium owner terminals 100 (100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-n), a management association terminal 200, a management company server 300, an electronic certificate verifier server 400, and a financial institution server 500. The condominium owner terminals 100, the management association terminals 200, and the management company server 300 can be communicatively connected to each other via network NW1. The form request unit 210a can generate a form request corresponding to the input form to be displayed on the display unit 230. The validation request for an electronic certificate is sent to the electronic certificate verifier server 400 together with the account-related information to which the electronic certificate is attached.

The information processing unit 310c can determine the verification result information of the electronic certificate. Furthermore, if the electronic certificate is correct, the information processing unit 310c can link the account related information with the verification result information to generate verified account related information. For example, if the account related information is representative change notification information, the representative change notification information can be linked with the verification result information to generate verified representative change notification information. The verified account related information is sent to the financial institution server 500.

[2. Change of account name for management association account]
In the following, the processing executed by the information processing system 10 will be explained using the account name change processing for a management association account, which is one of the account-related procedure processing executed by the financial institution server 500, as an example.

Figure 3 is a flowchart showing the process of changing the account name of a management association account executed by an information processing system 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 3, the account name change process for the management association account includes a chairman approval process (step S100) for approving the new chairman by the condominium owners, a representative change notification generation and transmission process (step S200) for changing the account name of the management association account to the approved chairman as the representative, and an account name change procedure process at the financial institution (step S300). Steps S100 and S200 are processes executed mainly by the management association terminal 200 and the management company server 300, and step S300 is a process executed by the financial institution server 500. The chairman approval process (step S100) and the representative change notification generation and transmission process (step S200) are explained in detail below.

As described above, the information processing system 10 according to this embodiment can transmit account-related information whose electronic certificate has been verified to the financial institution server 500. The control unit 210A also includes a form request unit 210a, an information processing unit 210b, and a face determination unit 210c.

The acquisition unit 220A can acquire not only an electronic certificate but also facial photo data from the IC chip of the personal identification medium.

The imaging unit 260A can capture an image of a person's face and generate face image data. The imaging unit 260A is, for example, a camera.

The face determination unit 210c can compare the face photo data with the face capture data and determine whether the person on the identity verification medium matches the person captured in the image. Specifically, the face determination unit 210c can detect feature points such as the size, direction, or relative position of the eyes, nose, or mouth, which are parts that make up the face, from the face capture data and compare them with the feature points of the face photo data. The face determination unit 210c can also detect the facial contour as a feature point. The face determination unit 210c calculates the comparison of feature points as a similarity, and when the similarity exceeds a predetermined threshold value, can determine that the person on the identity verification medium matches the person captured in the image.

In step S230A, the management association terminal 200 (information processing unit 210b) displays the representative change notification form on the display unit 230 based on the received representative change notification form data. The management association can input the necessary information (e.g., the name of the new chairman) into the displayed representative change notification form.

In step S232A, the management association terminal 200 (acquisition unit 220A) acquires an electronic certificate and facial photograph data from the identity verification medium. The management association terminal 200 (imaging unit 260A) also photographs the face of the chairman and generates facial image data of the chairman. The management association terminal 200 (face determination unit 210c) also compares the facial photograph data with the facial image data, and if the facial photograph data and the facial image data match, it links the representative change notification form data with the input data entered into the representative change notification form, and generates representative change notification information with an electronic certificate attached.
