Description

When the packaging box of Patent Document 1 was handled roughly, there was a risk that the structure of the part that holds the contents (the structure of the part that is held in place by the support pieces and the lid pieces) would shift or deform, making it easy for the contents to fall out.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned background technology, and aims to provide a package that is easy to package, has a simple structure, and can stably hold the contents.

The packaging of the present invention is suitable for packaging small bottles, bottle containers, tube containers, and other contents, does not require sealing seals or insertions to prevent tampering, is easy to package, and has a simple structure. Furthermore, it can hold the contents in a very stable state. Moreover, it can be made to stand on its own when placed on a flat surface, or can be provided with a hanging hole so that it can be hung, allowing the contents, which are products, to be displayed attractively in the desired form on the sales floor.

One embodiment of the packaging body of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Figures 1(a) and (b) are diagrams showing the assembled state of the packaging body 10 of this embodiment, in which an item S is placed inside the assembled packaging body 10 and allowed to stand on its own on a flat surface. Here, the item S is a small cylindrical container with a cap (container body Sa, cap Sb).

The package 10 is formed from a sheet of backing 12 made of flexible cardboard, which, as shown in FIG. 2(a), is composed of first and second side panels 14(1), 14(2) and a glued plate 16. The first and second side panels 14(1), 14(2) are rectangular and of approximately the same size, and are connected in the left-right direction via a fold line 18. The glued plate 16 is connected to the right edge of the first side panel 14(1) via a fold line 20.

The first side panel 14(1) is composed of a first side panel portion 22(1), a first leg portion 24(1), a first support portion 26(1), and a first glued portion 28(1). The first side panel portion 22(1) is a substantially rectangular main body portion, and the first leg portions 24(1) are provided in a pair on the left and right sides at the lower end portion of the first side panel portion 22(1), and the inner edge portions of the two first leg portions 24(1) are connected in the left-right direction by the first support portion 26(1). The first glued portion 28(1) is provided at the upper end portion of the first side panel portion 22(1) via a break line 32(1) for opening, and a first hanging hole 34(1) is provided in the center. The first support portion 26(1) is separated from the first side panel portion 22(1) by a cut line 30 extending in the left-right direction, and is separated from the first side panel portion 22(1).

The second side panel 14(2) is composed of a second side panel portion 22(2), a second leg portion 24(2), a second support portion 26(2), and a second glued portion 28(2). The second side panel portion 22(2) is a substantially rectangular main body portion, and the second leg portions 24(2) extend in a pair on the left and right sides from the lower end portion of the second side panel portion 22(2), and the inner edge portions of the two second leg portions 24(2) are connected in the left-right direction by the second support portion 26(2). The second glued portion 28(2) extends from the upper end portion of the second side panel portion 22(2) via a break line 32(2) for opening, and has a second hanging hole 34(2) in the center. Furthermore, an item insertion hole 36 large enough to allow the item S to pass through is provided on the inside of the second side plate portion 22(2) near the second support portion 26(2), and an auxiliary hole 38 is provided on the inside of the second side plate portion 22(2) above the item insertion hole 36. The second support portion 26(2) is separated from the second side plate portion 22(2) by the item insertion hole 36 and is separated from the second side plate portion 22(2).

The glue plate 16 is a plate that extends slightly to the side of the first side plate portion 22(1) and the first leg portion 24(1) on the right side, and is glued to the ends of the second side plate portion 22(2) and the second leg portion 24(2) on the left side in the assembled state.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2(b), the first side panel 14(1) has an auxiliary fold line 40a(1), the second side panel 14(2) has auxiliary fold lines 40a(2), 40b(2), and 40c(2), and the glue plate 16 has an auxiliary fold line 40b(3). These fold lines are provided so that each part of the base material can easily deform to match the shape of the contents S when the contents S is placed in the package 10.

Next, an example of a method for assembling the package 10 will be described. Figure 2 is a development of the backing 12 as seen from the back side. Hereinafter, a folding method that makes the front surface of the backing 12 convex will be referred to as a normal folding, and a folding method that makes the back surface convex will be referred to as a reverse folding.

First, as shown in FIG. 3(a), the fold line 20 is folded in the normal direction, and the glue plate 16 is placed on the first side panel 14(1), and glue 42 is applied to the surface of the glue plate 16, glue 44 is applied to the back surface of the first glued portion 28(1), and glue 48 is applied to the back surface of the first support portion 26(1). Then, as shown in FIG. 3(b), the fold line 18 is folded in the normal direction, and the second side panel 14(2) is placed on the first side panel 14(1) and the glue plate 16, and they are bonded together with glue 42 on the glue plate 16, glue 44 on the first glued portion 28(1), and glue 48 on the first support portion 26(1).

Now, the first and second side plate portions 22(1), 22(2) overlap each other, the left edge portions are continuous with each other via the fold line 18, and the right edge portions are continuous with each other via the glue plate 16. The first and second support portions 26(1), 26(2) overlap each other, and the central portions are joined together. The first and second leg portions 24(1), 24(2) overlap each other, and the outer edge portions are continuous with each other via the fold line 18 or the glue plate 16. The first and second glued portions 28(1), 28(2) overlap each other and are joined together, closing the upper ends of the first and second side plate portions 22(1), 22(2), and further the first and second hanging holes 34(1), 34(2) are in communication. The package 10 is shipped from the manufacturing plant of the package 10 in this folded state.

Next, in a factory or the like where the contents S are packaged, a worker performs an operation to three-dimensionally deform the folded package 10 to accommodate the contents S. First, the worker holds the package 10 in his/her hand and applies force to bring the left and right edge portions of the first and second side plate portions 22(1), 22(2) closer together (apply force to bring the fold line 18 closer to the fold line 20) as shown in FIG. 4(a), thereby performing an operation to bend the first and second side plate portions 22(1), 22(2) outward. Then, the auxiliary fold lines 40a(1), 40a(2), 40b(2), 40c(2), 40b(3) automatically bend, forming a storage space 46 between the first and second side plate portions 22(1), 22(2), and the first and second support portions 26(1), 26(2) move to a position crossing the lower opening of the storage space 46.

Thereafter, when the contents S is inserted into the storage space 46 through the contents insertion hole 36, the auxiliary fold lines 40a(1), 40a(2), 40b(2), 40c(2), and 40b(3) are pushed by the contents S and bend further, allowing the contents S to be inserted smoothly. Then, when the contents S fits into the storage space 46, the operation of bending the first and second side plate portions 22(1), 22(2) is stopped and the hands are released. Then, as shown in FIG. 4(b), the corners of the cap Sb of the contents S protrude outward through the auxiliary hole 38, the side surfaces of the contents S are clamped by the first and second side plate portions 22(1), 22(2), and the bottom of the contents S is engaged with the end faces of the first and second support portions 26(1), 26(2), and the contents S is positioned. This completes the assembly process for the package 10. The assembled package 10 has two low rectangular cylinders formed by the first and second leg portions 24(1), 24(2) and the first and second support portions 26(1), 26(2), which form a pair of legs for the package 10. Therefore, as shown in Figures 1(a) and 1(b), the package 10 can stand on its own when placed on a flat surface. It is also possible to hang the package 10 by hooking the first and second hanging holes 34(1), 34(2) onto a hook or the like.

When removing the contents S from the package 10, as shown in FIG. 5(a), the tear lines 32(1), 32(2) for opening are broken, and the first and second glued portions 28(1), 28(2) closing the upper ends of the first and second side plate portions 22(1), 22(2) are removed. This opens the top of the storage space 46, and as shown in FIG. 5(b), the contents S can be easily removed. Note that once the contents S is stored in the storage space 46, it is difficult to remove it, and it is not possible to remove the contents S by performing the reverse operation to that used when storing it, without damaging the first and second side plates 14(1), 14(2).

As described above, the packaging body 10 is suitable for packaging small bottles, bottle containers, tube containers, and other contents, and does not require sealing seals or insertions for tamper prevention, making it easy to package. Furthermore, despite its simple structure, it can hold the contents S very stably. Moreover, once the contents S is contained, it cannot be removed without breaking the packaging body 10, making it highly effective at preventing tampering. In addition, it has excellent design, and can stand on its own when placed on a flat surface or be hung from a hook, etc., so the contents S, which are products, can be displayed attractively in the desired form on the sales floor. In addition, since it is formed from a single sheet of backing 12, the assembly process is very simple, and since the material is paper, it is also environmentally friendly.

The packaging body of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. The outer shape of the first and second side panels and the shape of each part in each side panel can be changed to a shape different from that of packaging body 10, so long as the contents can be placed therein by performing the above-mentioned operations and the contents are positioned in the above-mentioned manner. For example, if the packaging body does not need to be able to stand on its own when placed on a flat surface, the first and second legs and the first and second supports can be changed to a shape different from that of packaging body 10. Also, if the packaging body does not need to be able to be hung, the first and second hanging holes can be omitted.

The auxiliary fold lines are arranged in an appropriate number at appropriate positions so that each portion of the first and second side panels can easily deform to match the shape of the contents when the contents are placed in the storage space, and are not limited to the above-mentioned auxiliary fold lines 40a(1), 40a(2), 40b(2), 40c(2), and 40b(3). The auxiliary fold lines can be omitted if not required. The opening break line is intended to make it easier to remove the contents from the storage space, but may be omitted if not required.

In the package 10, the portion of the storage space 46 near the first and second glued portions 28(1), 28(2) is narrow, and the corners of the cap Sb of the contents S cannot be accommodated therein. Therefore, the auxiliary holes 38 are provided to allow the corners of the cap Sb to escape to the outside. However, the auxiliary holes in the present invention may be any holes for exposing a specific portion of the contents placed in the storage space to the outside, and auxiliary holes for purposes other than the auxiliary holes 38 may be provided. For example, auxiliary holes may be provided to make the display label of the contents S or the remaining amount of the contents visible from the outside. In the package 10, the auxiliary holes are provided only in the second side panel, but they may be provided in both the first and second side panels, or only in the first side panel. If not necessary, the auxiliary holes may be omitted.

A package for packaging an item, comprising first and second side panels arranged to face each other,
