Claims (14)
- 複数の電池セルが装着されている電池モジュール、および
前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されている放電部材を含み、
前記放電部材は、
上部が開放されており、冷却剤が収容されているフレーム部材、
前記フレーム部材の上部を覆う上部カバー、および
前記フレーム部材内に装着されている抵抗体を含み、
前記抵抗体の両端部が、前記放電部材の外部に露出して、前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されており、
前記抵抗体のうち、前記フレーム部材内に位置する中間部の外面は、絶縁層で形成されている、電池パック。 - 複数の電池セルが装着されている電池モジュール、および
前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されている放電部材を含み、
前記放電部材は、
上部が開放されており、冷却剤が収容されているフレーム部材、
前記フレーム部材の上部を覆う上部カバー、および
前記フレーム部材内に装着されている抵抗体を含み、
前記抵抗体の両端部が、前記放電部材の外部に露出して、前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されており、
前記抵抗体は、前記フレーム部材内で少なくとも2回以上折り曲げられている、電池パック。 - 前記抵抗体は、バスバーおよび絶縁層を含み、
前記絶縁層は、前記バスバーの外面に形成されている、請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記抵抗体の中心部では、前記バスバーの外面に前記絶縁層が形成されており、
前記抵抗体の端部では、前記バスバーの外面が露出している電源連結部が形成されている、請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記バスバーは、3mΩ以上50mΩ以下の抵抗を有する銅(Cu)からなる、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 複数の電池セルが装着されている電池モジュール、および
前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されている放電部材を含み、
前記放電部材は、
上部が開放されており、冷却剤が収容されているフレーム部材、
前記フレーム部材の上部を覆う上部カバー、および
前記フレーム部材内に装着されている抵抗体を含み、
前記抵抗体の両端部が、前記放電部材の外部に露出して、前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されており、
前記上部カバーは、それぞれ第1ホールおよび第2ホールが形成されており、
前記抵抗体の両端部は、それぞれ前記第1ホールおよび前記第2ホールを通過して外部に露出している、電池パック。 - 前記第1ホールおよび前記第2ホールは、前記上部カバーの両側にそれぞれ形成されている、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 複数の電池セルが装着されている電池モジュール、および
前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されている放電部材を含み、
前記放電部材は、
上部が開放されており、冷却剤が収容されているフレーム部材、
前記フレーム部材の上部を覆う上部カバー、および
前記フレーム部材内に装着されている抵抗体を含み、
前記抵抗体の両端部が、前記放電部材の外部に露出して、前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されており、
前記上部カバーは、開閉可能な第3ホールが形成されている、電池パック。 - 前記放電部材は、前記第3ホールを通じて前記フレーム部材内に前記冷却剤が注入される、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記放電部材は、前記抵抗体が発熱して形成される水蒸気が前記第3ホールを通じて排出される、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 前記冷却剤は、冷却水である、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 複数の電池セルが装着されている電池モジュール、および
前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されている放電部材を含み、
前記放電部材は、
上部が開放されており、冷却剤が収容されているフレーム部材、
前記フレーム部材の上部を覆う上部カバー、および
前記フレーム部材内に装着されている抵抗体を含み、
前記抵抗体の両端部が、前記放電部材の外部に露出して、前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されており、
前記放電部材は、第1放電部材および第2放電部材を含み、
前記第1放電部材および前記第2放電部材は、互いに並列に連結されている、電池パック。 - 複数の電池セルが装着されている電池モジュール、および
前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されている放電部材を含み、
前記放電部材は、
上部が開放されており、冷却剤が収容されているフレーム部材、
前記フレーム部材の上部を覆う上部カバー、および
前記フレーム部材内に装着されている抵抗体を含み、
前記抵抗体の両端部が、前記放電部材の外部に露出して、前記電池モジュールと電気的に連結されており、
前記放電部材は、第1放電部材および第2放電部材を含み、
前記第1放電部材および前記第2放電部材は、互いに直列に連結されている、電池パック。 - 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックを含むデバイス。
