Description

The present invention relates to fittings to be placed in openings.

For example, a fitting that has a slope member attached to the bottom frame is known in the past (Patent Document 1).

In building materials, there is a demand for improving the workability of the lower frame portion.
The present invention aims to improve the ease of installation for building fixtures that have slope members attached to their sills.

The fitting in one embodiment is equipped with a bottom frame that is placed in the opening, and a slope member, the bottom frame having a bottom frame main body portion located between the vertical frames, and a slope receiving portion that extends from the bottom frame main body portion toward the bathroom side and protrudes from between the vertical frames, the slope member having a slope portion that is placed on the slope receiving portion, the slope receiving portion having a visible wall at the bathroom side end and a bottom cover attached to the left and right end faces to form a visible surface that has a thickness in the vertical direction, and the fitting is filled with a sealant around the periphery of the slope receiving portion.

This embodiment improves the ease of installation for fittings that have slope members attached to the bottom frame.

One embodiment of the fixture will be described with reference to the drawings, using an example of a three-panel sliding door installed at the opening of a bathroom. In the following explanation, one side of the fixture from the expected direction will be described as the "bathroom side" and the other side as the "dressing room side."

As shown in Figure 1, one embodiment of the fixture is a three-panel sliding door in which three shoji screens 2, 3, 4 are arranged slidably on the inner periphery of a frame body 1 formed by assembling an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12, and left and right vertical frames 13, 14 on all four sides, and are made up of upper frames 21, 31, 41, lower frames 22, 32, 42, and left and right vertical frames 23, 24, 33, 34, 43, 44 assembled together and holding a panel body on the inner periphery.

The upper frame 11 that constitutes the frame body 1 is made of a metal material such as an aluminum alloy, and as shown in FIG. 2, has an upper frame body 11a that has a hollow portion and forms the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame 11, a frame portion 11b that is continuous with the dressing room side of the upper frame body 11a, an upper first rail 11c, an upper second rail 11d, and an upper third rail 11e that are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the upper frame body 11a from the dressing room side, a visible wall 11f that extends downward from the bathroom side inner peripheral surface of the upper frame body 11a, and an attachment piece 11g that extends from the outer periphery of the upper frame body 11a in the outer periphery direction.

The upper frame 11 has wind stop members 71, 72 provided between the upper first rail 11c and the upper second rail 11d, and between the upper second rail 11d and the upper third rail 11e, respectively.

The lower frame 12 that constitutes the frame body 1 is made of a metal material such as an aluminum alloy, and as shown in Figures 2, 4(b), and 5(b), has a hollow lower frame body portion 12a that is located between the left and right vertical frames 13, 14 when framed on all four sides, a frame portion 12b that is continuous with the dressing room side of the lower frame body portion 12a, a slope receiving portion 12c that is extended on the bathroom side of the lower frame body portion 12a and protrudes from between the left and right vertical frames 13, 14 to the bathroom side, and an attachment piece 12g that extends from the outer periphery of the lower frame body portion 12a in the outer periphery direction.

The upper surface of the lower frame body 12a of the lower frame 12 is formed to be almost flat, and as shown in FIG. 4(b), a locking member 123 to which the slope member 5 described below is locked is attached to the upper surface on the dressing room side. Note that the lower frame 12 may have a sloped portion on the upper surface of the lower frame body 12a so that the bathroom side is lower, taking into consideration drainage, etc.

The slope support portion 12c of the lower frame 12 has an upper wall extending from the bathroom side of the lower frame main body portion 12a and a visible wall 12d extending downward from the bathroom side end of the upper wall, and the upper surface of the upper wall is formed as a flat surface at a height approximately the same as or slightly lower than the upper surface of the lower frame main body portion 12a.
As shown in Figure 5 (b), the slope receiving portion 12c has end covers 122 attached to the left and right end surfaces, and the bathroom side and the left and right outer peripheral surfaces of the slope receiving portion 12c are formed with end walls 12d and end covers 122 to form an end surface having a thickness in the vertical direction.

As shown in Figures 2, 3 and 6, the fitting of this embodiment has a slope member 5 arranged on the upper surface of the lower frame 12.
The slope member 5 is made of a metal material such as an aluminum alloy, and as shown in Figures 4(a) and 5(a), has a rail portion 51 placed on the upper surface of the lower frame main body portion 12a of the lower frame 12, and a slope portion 52 that is placed on the upper surface of the slope receiving portion 12c of the lower frame 12 and continues from the bathroom side of the rail portion 51, and has an inclined surface that slopes in the entry/exit direction from the lower frame, and a slope support part 53 is attached to the underside of the slope portion 52.
The slope member 5 may be made of a material such as synthetic resin.

The rail portion 51 of the slope member 5 has a first lower rail 51a, a second lower rail 51b, and a third lower rail 51c on the upper surface from the changing room side, and has multiple legs 51d and an engagement portion 51e on the lower surface that engages with the interlocking member 123 of the lower frame 12. The multiple legs 51d are placed on the upper surface of the lower frame main body portion 12a of the lower frame 12, and the slope support part 53 is placed on the upper surface of the slope receiving portion 12c and attached.

As shown in Figures 3 and 5(a), the slope member of the fixture of this embodiment is formed by two slope members 5, 5 arranged side by side and connected by a central connecting portion 5a, and end caps 5b, 5b are attached to the left and right ends.
In addition, the slope member may be a long member integrally formed depending on the length dimension of the lower frame 12, or may be formed by connecting three or more slope members 5.

The three shoji screens 2, 3, and 4 are guided by the lower first rail 51a, the lower second rail 51b, and the lower third rail 51c of the slope member 5, respectively, and are supported so that the frame body 1 can be opened and closed freely.

The left vertical frame 13 that constitutes the frame body 1 is made of a metal material such as an aluminum alloy, and as shown in Figures 3 and 5 (b), has a left vertical frame main body 13a that has a hollow portion and forms the inner surface of the door opening, a frame portion 13b that continues from the dressing room side of the left vertical frame main body 13a, a door end support portion 13c that is formed on the bathroom side inner surface of the left vertical frame main body 13a, and an attachment piece 13g that is provided on the outer periphery of the left vertical frame main body 13a.
The left vertical frame 13 has an engagement portion 13e that engages with the left vertical frame (vertical frame on the door front side) 43 of the outer shoji 4 at the door front receiving portion 13c, and an airtight material s13 that abuts against the left vertical frame 43.

The right vertical frame 14 that constitutes the frame body 1, like the left vertical frame 13, has a right vertical frame main body 14a which has a hollow portion and forms the inner surface of the door opening, a frame portion 14b that continues from the dressing room side of the right vertical frame main body 14a, a door end support portion 14c formed on the inner surface of the right vertical frame main body 14a on the dressing room side, and an attachment piece 14g provided on the outer periphery of the right vertical frame main body 14a.
The right vertical frame 14 has an engagement portion 14e that engages with the right vertical frame (vertical frame on the door front side) 24 of the inner shoji 2 at the door front receiving portion 14c, and airtight materials s141 and s142 that abut against the right vertical frame 24.

The frame body 1 of the fixture in this embodiment is placed in the opening between the bathroom and the dressing room, and as described above, the slope receiving portion 12c is extended toward the bathroom side of the lower frame 12, and the slope member 5 is placed on the upper surface of the slope receiving portion 12c, so that the slope member 5 can be positioned stably.
Below, the construction method and other aspects of the lower frame 12 having the slope receiving portion 12c will be further explained.

As shown in FIG. 7(a), the structure to which the lower frame 12 is attached has a base B made of wood or the like placed on the upper surface of a part of the foundation that rises up A, a frame member C is fixed to the upper surface of the base B, and a floor surface (foundation) D is formed between the rising parts A of the foundation using moisture-proof concrete or the like.

The lower frame 12 of the fixture to be placed between the bathroom and the dressing room is placed on the upper surface of the base B with the portion of the lower frame main body 12a closer to the dressing room than the mounting piece 12g, and the frame portion 12b is fixed to the upper surface of the frame member C, while the mounting piece 12g is fixed to the bathroom side of the base B.
The lower frame 12 fixed to the base B has end covers 122 attached to both the left and right end surfaces of the slope receiving portion 12c.

As shown in FIG. 7(b), the lower frame 12 fixed to the base B has an anchor member E attached to the underside of the slope support portion 12c, and mortar M is filled on the floor surface (foundation) D on the bathroom side of the partial raised portion A of the foundation so as to bury the anchor member E attached to the lower frame 12.

The mortar M on the floor surface (foundation) D is filled up to a position above the lower end of the slope receiving portion 12c of the lower frame 12, and the visible wall 12d and the end cap 122 are exposed on the bathroom side and on the outer periphery of the slope receiving portion 12c on the left and right sides, forming a visible surface that has a thickness in the vertical direction.

As shown in FIG. 8( a ), finishing materials 6 such as tiles are placed around the lower frame 12 on the upper surface of the filled mortar M to complete the finish.
The height dimension of the exposed portion of the visible surface formed on the bathroom side and on the left and right sides of the slope receiving portion 12c is approximately the same as the installation height dimension of the finishing material 6 such as tiles, and the top surface of the finishing material 6 and the top surface of the slope receiving portion 12c are at the same height.

After the finishing material 6 such as tiles has been applied, a sealant S is filled between the exposed visible surface of the slope receiving portion 12c and the finishing material 6, as shown in Figs. 8(b) and 9.
The sealing material S is filled around the bathroom side and the left and right sides of the slope receiving portion 12c, and the top surface of the slope receiving portion 12c is flush with the top surface of the surrounding finishing material 6 via the sealing material.

A locking member 123 (see Figure 4 (b)) is attached to the upper surface of the lower frame 12, which is fixed to the inner surface of the opening, and a slope member 5 equipped with a lower rail is attached to the upper surface of the lower frame 12, completing the construction of the lower frame 12.
The construction procedure for the lower frame 12 has been explained above.

As described above, the slope support portion 12c of the lower frame 12 is fixed to the mortar M filled on the floor surface (foundation) D, and the slope member 5 is supported on the upper surface of the slope support portion 12c, allowing the slope member 5 to be stably attached.

The lower frame 12 has end covers 122 attached to the left and right ends of the slope receiving portion 12c, and a visible surface is formed on the outer periphery of the slope receiving portion 12c that has a thickness in the vertical direction that is greater than or equal to the construction dimensions of the finishing material 6, so that the finished surface of the finishing material 6 and the upper surface of the slope receiving portion 12c can be constructed at the same height.

In addition, a seal pocket of sufficient depth can be formed between the finishing material 6 and the slope receiving portion 12c, and the sealant can be filled sufficiently to provide high watertightness.

In the fitting of this embodiment, the slope receiving portion 12c forms a visible surface with thickness in both the top and bottom due to the projection wall 12d and the end cap 122, but the configuration for forming the visible surface is not limited, and can be, for example, by extending a bottom wall horizontally from a position below the bathroom side visible wall of the lower frame main body portion 12a and placing a block-shaped member on top of it to form a visible surface with thickness in both the top and bottom.

In addition, by providing a lower rail on the lower frame body portion 12a of the lower frame 12, it is not necessary to provide a rail portion 51 on the slope member 5, and the slope member 5 may be formed only by the slope portion 52.

Furthermore, the fixture of this embodiment is not limited to any particular type of door, and may be a sliding door or the like.
It goes without saying that the above embodiments do not limit the invention described in the claims, but are to be treated as examples.

The opening is provided with a lower frame and a slope member.
The lower frame has a lower frame main body portion located between the vertical frames and a slope receiving portion extending from the lower frame main body portion to the bathroom side and protruding from between the vertical frames;
The slope member has a slope portion placed on the slope receiving portion,
The slope receiving portion has a visible wall at the bathroom side end and end covers are attached to the left and right ends to form a visible surface that has a thickness in the vertical direction, and the outer periphery of the slope receiving portion is filled with sealing material.
