Description

The present invention relates to a lid material for a sheet packaging body and a sheet packaging body with a lid material.

Conventionally, there has been known a sanitary tissue paper storage container generally called a "bottle type" in which rolled wet wipes are transferred from a sheet packaging to a storage container made of plastic such as polyethylene and then the sheets are removed from the storage container for use (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

The sanitary tissue paper storage container in Patent Document 1 is preferably made of plastic, but because plastic has rigidity, it has the problem that even if the amount of stored wet wipes is reduced, it requires an installation space that is larger than the external dimensions of the wet wipes. In addition, when the sanitary tissue paper storage container is disposed of, it tends to be bulky, which increases the amount of waste, making it unenvironmentally friendly.

The object of the present invention is to provide a lid material for a sheet packaging body and a sheet packaging body with a lid material that can save space in the sheet packaging body and are environmentally friendly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of a lid material for a sheet packaging body and a sheet packaging body according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
However, the embodiments described below are subject to various technically preferable limitations for implementing the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments and illustrated examples.
In the following description, the up-down direction, left-right direction, front-rear direction, X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis are defined as shown in Fig. 1. [Sheet packaging body]
In the sheet packaging body with lid material 100 of this embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, a sheet packaging body lid material 120 is attached so as to cover an opening provided in a film-like sheet packaging body 110 that packages a plurality of roll-like sheets P, and when in use, as shown in FIG. 2, the sheet P inside the sheet packaging body 110 can be removed by opening the lid portion 121a of the lid member 121.

[Sheet]
The sheet P is wound in a roll shape along the Z-axis direction (height direction) within the sheet packaging body 110, perforated at regular intervals along the length, and the sheet P cut apart along the perforations is used, for example, as a wet sheet in which the sheet material is impregnated with a medicinal solution, such as wet tissue, kitchen cleaner, toilet cleaner, antiperspirant sheet, etc.

The sheet material of the sheet P is preferably a nonwoven fabric produced using a known technique such as spunlace, air-through, air-laid, point bond, spun bond, needle punch, etc. using a specified fiber as the fiber material.
Examples of the predetermined fibers include cellulose fibers such as rayon, lyocell, tencel, and cotton, polyolefin fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyvinyl alcohol, polyester fibers such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate, and polyamide fibers such as nylon. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.

As the chemical solution to be impregnated into the sheet P, any chemical can be used depending on the application of the sheet P, but it is preferable to use one that contains, for example, purified water, a preservative, a pH adjuster, a surfactant, or the like.
The sheet P is not limited to a wet sheet, but may be a dry sheet.

[Sheet packaging body]
As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the sheet wrapping body 110 is formed into a bag shape using a flexible sheet-like film.
Examples of the sheet-like film that can be used include single or composite synthetic resin films such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyester, polyamide, and polyvinyl chloride, and composite films made by laminating these synthetic resin films with aluminum foil or paper, etc., and the thickness is preferably 40 μm to 70 μm.

This sheet packaging body 110 is formed into a pillow-shaped packaging body containing multiple sheets P by joining opposing edges of a sheet-like film to form a center seal portion (not shown) (formed on the rear side of the sheet packaging body 110), placing a roll-like sheet P inside the cylindrical film, and then joining the holes at both ends of the cylindrical film to form two end seal portions 111, 111.
The size of the sheet packaging body 110 is determined according to the size of the roll-shaped sheet P to be stored, but it is preferable that the size be such that multiple sheets P can be stored with some room to spare, so as not to make the sheet packaging body 110 unnecessarily large and so that the sheet P is not difficult to remove when in use.

(hanging hole)
At least one of the two end seal portions 111, 111 that are the ends of the sheet packaging body 110 is provided with a hanging hole 11 for hanging the lid-attached sheet packaging body 100 from a specified hanging member.
The hanging hole 11 functions as a hanging portion that can be hung on a specified hanging member such as a hook. If the hanging hole 11 on the first end side is hung on a hook attached to a wall surface or the like, the sheet packaging body 100 with lid material can be hung from a hook or the like with the end seal portion 111 on the second end side of the sheet packaging body 110 facing down.
In addition, the end seal portion 111 of the sheet wrapping body 110 may be a part of the hanging portion, and the hanging portion may be configured by the end seal portion 111 and the hanging hole 11.

[Lid material for sheet packaging]
The sheet packaging body lid material 120 is formed so as to be freely attached and detached to close the opening provided in the sheet packaging body 110, and is a lid material that maintains the airtightness inside the sheet packaging body 110 and also serves as a removal member for removing the sheet P stored inside the sheet packaging body 110 when necessary, and as shown in Figures 3 and 4, it comprises at least a lid member 121 and an attachment member 122.

The sheet packaging lid material 120 may be any known material, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, ABS resin, etc., as long as it has a certain strength and is resistant to alcohol contained in the sheet P when it is a wet sheet, or to wetting caused by chemicals.

(Cover member)
3, the lid member 121 is, for example, a circular member when viewed from above, and includes a lid portion 121a on the upper surface thereof, which is a lid for closing an extraction hole 121d (described later). Also, as shown in FIG. 4, a cylindrical female screw portion 121b that screws into a male screw portion 1221c (described later) is included on the lower part of the inner surface of the side portion, and an extraction portion 121c is included in the hole of the female screw portion 121b.

(Removal part)
As shown in FIG. 5(a), the removal portion 121c is a member formed in an approximately cylindrical shape and made of an elastically deformable material, such as a styrene-butadiene, polyester, polyethylene, or urethane elastomer, and is configured so that the peripheral portion is thicker than the central portion in which the removal hole 121d, which is a hole for removing the sheet P, is formed, and is fixed within the hole of the lid member 121.

(Extraction hole)
The removal hole 121d may be of any shape as long as it is possible to apply resistance when removing the sheets P and remove them one by one. However, for example, as shown in Figure 5(a), a configuration in which two straight lines intersect in a cross shape, a first circular portion is provided at the intersection of the first ends of the straight lines, and a second circular portion having a smaller diameter than the first circular portion is provided at the second ends of the straight lines, is preferable because this allows for both the retention of the sheets P in the removal hole 121d and the ease of removing the sheets P.

The removal section 121c is capable of applying an appropriate resistance to the sheet P because the periphery of the removal hole 121d is formed from the elastically deformable material as described above, and serves the function of holding the next sheet P after the sheet P stored in the sheet packaging body 110 has been pulled out. In addition, the sheet P is capable of being cut by the cutting perforations provided in the sheet P.

(Mounting member)
The mounting member 122 is a member for mounting the lid member 121 to the sheet packaging body 110, and as shown in Figure 4, comprises, for example, a fixing member 1221 which is a circular member when viewed from above, and a ring-shaped member 1222 which is a circular member when viewed from above and is slightly smaller than the fixing member 1221.

(Fixing member)
5(b), the fixing member 1221 is formed by cutting a circular member in top view into semicircles of equal size, and first ends of the side portions of both semicircles on the outer surface side are connected to each other by a connecting portion 1221a that is thinner than the fixing member 1221. Therefore, the fixing member 1221 can be opened and closed freely with the connecting portion 1221a as a fulcrum.
Also, as shown in Figures 4 and 5 (b), the fixing member 1221 has a recess 1221b on the lower part of the inner surface of the side portion that abuts against a protrusion 1222a (described later) of the ring-shaped member 1222, and has a male thread portion 1221c extending from the upper end portion on the outer surface side.

(Ring-shaped member)
5(c), the ring-shaped member 1222 is formed so that the outer diameter is larger at the bottom than at the top, and has a convex portion 1222a that abuts against the concave portion 1221b at the upper portion of the outer surface of the side portion. Also, at opposing positions on the lower end of the ring-shaped member 1222, gripping portions 1222b, 1222b are provided so as to protrude downward for gripping the ring-shaped member 1222 with fingers without touching the convex portion 1222a when attaching the sheet packaging body lid material 120 to the sheet packaging body 110.

(Sealing member)
As shown in Figure 5 (b), the sealing member 123 is an elastic member such as rubber provided at the lower end of the male thread portion 1221c, and is a member that abuts against the lower end of the lid member 121 to increase the adhesion between the lid member 121 and the mounting member 122 and increase the airtightness within the sheet packaging body 110.
In addition, when the cover member 121 and the mounting member 122 have the shape as shown in this embodiment, a seal member 123 may be provided at the lower end of the female threaded portion 121b. However, since resistance becomes strong when screwing the female threaded portion 121b and the male threaded portion 1221c together, it is preferable to provide it at the lower end of the male threaded portion 1221c.

(How to attach a lid material for a sheet packaging body)
The above-described sheet wrapping cover material 120 can be attached to the sheet wrapping body 110 in the following steps (1) to (3).

(1) An opening of a predetermined size is provided in a part of the sheet wrapping body 110 (approximately the center of the end seal portion 111 on the second end side in Figs. 1 and 2), and the ring-shaped member 1222 is inserted into the opening so that the sheet wrapping body 110 around the opening abuts against the outer surface of the ring-shaped member 1222. At this time, the gripping portions 1222b, 1222b are pinched with the fingers of one hand, and one end of the sheet P is allowed to protrude from the hole of the ring-shaped member 1222 with the other hand.
(2) The fixing member 1221 is opened with the connecting portion 1221a as a fulcrum, and the ring-shaped member 1222 is sandwiched and closed from above the sheet wrapping body 110 so that the convex portion 1222a and the concave portion 1221b abut against each other.
(3) After one end of the sheet P is brought out through the removal hole 121d, the cover member 121 is rotated until the sealing member 123 abuts the lower end of the cover member 121, and the female threaded portion 121b is screwed into the male threaded portion 1221c to close the entire assembly.

[Effects of the Invention]
The sheet packaging body 100 with lid material as shown in FIG. 1, which is formed by attaching the sheet packaging body lid material 120 of this embodiment so as to cover an opening provided in the sheet packaging body 110, can be used as a sanitary tissue paper storage container.
The sheet packaging body 100 with lid material in this embodiment is a sheet packaging body 110 which corresponds to a sanitary tissue paper storage container made of plastic for storing conventional roll-like sheets, but since it is made of a flexible sheet-like film, it can be deformed slightly and can be placed in gaps in shelves, etc., thereby saving space and making it easy to carry.

In addition, since the sheet packaging cover 120 is separate from the sheet packaging 110 and can be attached and detached, when all the sheets P stored in the sheet packaging 110 have been used up, the sheet packaging cover 120 can be removed and only the sheet packaging 110 can be disposed of. This eliminates the need for conventional bottle-shaped sanitary tissue paper storage containers and reduces plastic waste, making it more environmentally friendly.

The sheet packaging cover material 120 also has a removal section 121c with a removal hole 121d, so that the end of the sheet P removed from the sheet packaging body 110 can be properly held and the sheet P can be properly removed by applying resistance.

In addition, since a hanging hole 11 is provided in the end seal portion 111 at least on the first end side of the sheet packaging body 110, the sheet packaging body 100 with lid material can be hung from a hook or the like by hanging the hanging hole 11 on the hook or the like.
With such a lid-attached sheet packaging body 100, a user can simply attach a hook or the like to a desired location and hang the hanging hole 11 on the hook or the like, thereby hanging and installing the lid-attached sheet packaging body 100 in a location that is easy for the user to use, such as a kitchen or bathroom.

In addition, for example, when the hanging hole 11 of the end seal portion 111 on the first end side is hooked to a hook or the like, attaching the sheet packaging body lid material 120 to the end seal portion 111 on the second end side creates an upward force by the hook or the like supporting the sheet packaging body 100 with lid material against the downward force applied by the user to remove the sheet P, so the user does not need to hold the sheet packaging body 110 with his/her hand and can remove the sheet P with one hand.

In addition, since the sealing member 123 is provided to make the gap between the lid member 121 and the mounting member 122 airtight, the degree of adhesion between the lid member 121 and the mounting member 122 can be increased when the lid member 121 is mounted to the mounting member 122. If the sheet P stored in the sheet packaging body 110 is a wet sheet, evaporation of the medicinal liquid can be further suppressed.

[Modification: Lid material for sheet packaging body]
In the above, an example of a lid material 120 for a sheet packaging body is given of a combination of a lid member 121 and an attachment member 122 which are independent members, but this is not limited to this. For example, as shown in Figure 6, a lid material 120 for a sheet packaging body may be used which is integrated with a lid member 121 that protrudes downward and a clip-shaped attachment member 122 that can rotate freely in the left-right direction and clamps the lid member 121.
Furthermore, the lid portion 121a need only be capable of blocking the removal hole 121d, and is not limited to an openable/closable type fixed to the upper surface of the lid member 121 as shown in FIG. 5, but may be a removable type as shown in FIG. 6.

In the case of such a lid material 120 for a sheet packaging body, an opening is provided in the sheet packaging body 110, the lower portion of the lid member 121 protruding from the mounting member 122 is inserted into the sheet packaging body 110, and the opening of the sheet packaging body 110 is sandwiched by the mounting member 122, so that the lid material 120 for the sheet packaging body can be attached to the sheet packaging body 110.
When the lid material 120 for the sheet packaging body has this type of shape, the lid material 120 for the sheet packaging body is attached to the sheet packaging body 110 by clamping the sheet packaging body 110 with the mounting member 122, thereby reducing deformation of the sheet packaging body 110 around the lid material 120 for the sheet packaging body.

In addition, in the above description, the lid member 121, the fixing member 1221 constituting the mounting member 122, and the ring-shaped member 1222 are each described as separate and independent members, but this is not limited thereto. For example, the lid member 121, which is integral with the fixing member 1221, may have a female thread at the lower end on the inner surface side, and the ring-shaped member 1222 may have a male thread that screws into the female thread at the upper end on the outer surface side, and the lid member 121 and the ring-shaped member 1222 may sandwich the sheet packaging body 110 around the opening, thereby attaching the sheet packaging body lid material 120 to the sheet packaging body 110.

The above-mentioned three forms are merely examples, and the sheet packaging lid material 120 includes a lid member 121 and an attachment member 122 for attaching the lid member 121 to the sheet packaging 110. The lid member 121 includes a removal section 121c having a removal hole 121d that applies resistance when the sheet P is removed, and a lid section 121a that closes the removal hole 121d. The lid member 121 is removably attached to the sheet packaging 110 so as to close an opening provided in the film-like sheet packaging 110 that stores the roll-like sheet P therein, and any shape and attachment method may be used as appropriate.

[Modifications; Other Configurations]
In the above, a hook or the like is used as the hanging member, but this is not limited to this. For example, the sheet packaging body 100 with lid material may be hung by hooking the hanging hole 11 onto a protrusion that is provided in advance on the wall surface, or onto a nail or rivet that is driven into the wall surface.

The hanging portion of the lid-attached sheet packaging body 100 is not limited to the hanging hole 11, but may be, for example, a resin ring fixed to the end seal portion 111, and may be any other suitable means for hanging the lid-attached sheet packaging body 100 on a wall surface.

In addition, in Figures 1 and 2, the opening is provided by cutting approximately the center of the end seal portion 111 on the second end side of the sheet packaging body 110, but this is not limited to this, and one end of the end seal portion 111 may be cut, or the entire end seal portion 111 may be cut.

In addition, in this embodiment, an example is shown in which the sheet P is stored in a rolled state along the Z-axis direction (up-down direction), so an opening is provided in the end seal portion 111. However, this is not limited to this, and for example, the sheet P may be stored in the sheet packaging body 110 in a rolled state along the X-axis direction (front-back direction), and in this case, it is preferable to provide an opening in the front portion of the sheet packaging body 110.

However, for example, even if the sheet P is stored in the sheet packaging body 110 in a rolled state along the Z-axis direction, if the user creates an opening in the front part of the sheet packaging body 110, it will be difficult to remove the stored sheet P. For this reason, it is preferable to create an opening in the sheet packaging body 110 in advance and attach a peelable sticker to cover the opening, or to indicate on the sheet packaging body 110 the location to cut out the sheet packaging body 110.
