Description

The present invention relates to a washbasin, and more specifically to a washbasin equipped with a counter, a back guard, and a faucet unit.

Patent Document 1 discloses a washbasin vanity. In this washbasin vanity, a faucet box (faucet storage section) is placed on the upper surface of the rear wall of the washbasin. The faucet box stores the water discharge head and faucet unit, and is fitted with a removable front panel.

In the washstand disclosed in Patent Document 1, the equipment stored inside the faucet box does not protrude forward from the rear wall, and is located behind the front surface of the rear wall, so it needs to be attached to the rear wall of the washstand, making it difficult to attach the equipment to the washstand.

The present invention was invented in consideration of the above-mentioned problems with the conventional system, and its purpose is to provide a washbasin that does not require the functional components to be attached to the back guard and that allows the functional components to be easily attached.

In order to solve the above problems, one embodiment of the washbasin according to the present invention comprises a counter, a back guard extending upward from the rear of the counter, a faucet unit attached to the front surface of the back guard, and a faucet device attached to the front surface of the back guard. The faucet unit has a functional member, a mounting base attached to the back guard, and a unit cover to which the functional member is attached. The mounting base has an upper horizontal piece placed on the upper end surface of the mounting part of the back guard, and a front vertical piece extending downward from the front end of the upper horizontal piece and contacting the front surface of the back guard. The unit cover is attached to the mounting base so as to protrude forward from the mounting base. The faucet device and the functional member are stored in a storage space surrounded by the unit cover and the mounting base.

In one embodiment of the washbasin according to the present invention, there is no need to attach the functional member to the back guard, and it is only necessary to attach the unit cover to which the functional member is attached to the mounting base attached to the back guard, making it easy to attach the functional member to the washbasin.

The washbasin according to the present disclosure will be described below based on an embodiment. Note that the embodiment of the washbasin according to the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiment described below, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the technical concept according to the present disclosure.

(Embodiment)
The washbasin according to this embodiment will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

(1) Washstand The washstand 1 according to this embodiment is a washstand having a mirror, as shown in Fig. 1. The washstand 1 includes a lower cabinet 11, a counter 2 having a bowl portion 21 (see Fig. 2) and disposed above the lower cabinet 11, a faucet unit 4, and an upper cabinet 12.

(1.1) Lower Cabinet The lower cabinet 11 is formed in a box shape with openings on the top and front. For convenience, in the following description, the washbasin 1 is used as a reference, and the side where the user is located when using the washbasin 1 in terms of design is referred to as the front, and the opposite side is referred to as the rear. In addition, the left side when the user looks back is referred to as the left side, and the right side when the user looks back is referred to as the right side, and the left and right sides are collectively referred to as the horizontal direction.

The lower cabinet 11 can store items inside through the opening on the front. Piping may also be stored inside the lower cabinet 11. A door 111 is provided at the opening on the front of the lower cabinet 11. The lower cabinet 11 is placed on the floor of a room so that its back surface is aligned with the wall of the room. A counter 2 is placed on the upper side of the lower cabinet 11 so as to cover the opening formed on the upper surface of the lower cabinet 11.

(1.2) Counter As shown in FIG. 2, the counter 2 has a bowl portion 21. The bowl portion 21 is formed in the center of the counter 2. The bowl portion 21 may be formed over substantially the entire surface of the counter 2, and the shape of the bowl portion 21 is not particularly limited. The counter 2 and the bowl portion 21 are integrally formed from resin. The counter 2 includes the bowl portion 21. A drain hole is formed in the bottom of the bowl portion 21. A back guard 3 extends upward from the rear of the counter 2.

(1.3) Back guard The back guard 3 is formed over the entire lateral length of the rear end of the counter 2. As shown in Figures 3A and 3B, the back guard 3 has a front wall portion 31 having a rectangular shape when viewed from the front, a top wall portion 32 extending rearward from the upper end of the front wall portion 31, a left wall portion 33 extending rearward from the left end of the front wall portion 31, and a right wall portion 34 extending rearward from the right end of the front wall portion 31. The front surface of the front wall portion 31 constitutes the front surface of the back guard 3, and the upper surface of the top wall portion 32 constitutes the upper end surface of the back guard 3. The back guard 3 is formed of resin. In this embodiment, the back guard 3 is formed integrally with the counter 2.

(1.4) Faucet Device An opening for attaching the faucet device 5 is formed in the front wall portion 31. As the openings, a first opening is formed in the center of the front wall portion 31 in the left-right direction, and a second opening is formed to the right of the first opening.

(1.4.1) Water discharge section The water discharge section 51 constituting the water faucet device 5 is attached to the first opening. The water discharge section 51 has a shower head 52, a shower hose, and a shower head holding member 53. The shower head holding member 53 has a mounting plate 531 attached to the periphery of the first opening on the front surface of the front wall section 31, and a duct member 532 attached to the periphery of the first opening on the back surface of the front wall section 31. The mounting plate 531 and the duct member 532 are attached to the front wall section 31 by inserting a bolt 533 from the front of the mounting plate 531 through a hole formed in the mounting plate 531 and penetrating the front wall section 31, and screwing it into a fastening hole 534 formed as a screw hole in the duct member 532. In this way, the water discharge section 51 constituting the water faucet device 5 is attached to the front surface of the back guard 3.

The shower hose is pulled out from the rear to the front of the front wall 31 through the duct member 532 and the first opening. A shower head 52 is attached to the front end of the shower hose. The shower head 52 is held by the shower head holding member 53 with the base end inserted into the first opening and the tip end positioned in front of the front wall 31. The shower head 52 can be pulled out forward from the state where it is held by the shower head holding member 53.

(1.4.2) Mixer Tap Unit The mixer tap unit 50 constituting the faucet device 5 is attached to the second opening. The mixer tap unit 50 has a cartridge 54 having a tap body, and a lever unit 55 provided so as to be movable relative to the cartridge 54. The cartridge 54 is attached to the front surface of the back guard 3 with screws or the like. A cold water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe are connected to the cartridge 54 through the second opening.

The lever portion 55 is used to move the faucet body, and when the tip of the lever portion 55 is positioned forward, water is discharged, and when the tip of the lever portion 55 is positioned rearward, water is stopped. The further forward the tip of the lever portion 55 is positioned, the more water is discharged. The tip of the lever portion 55 can also move laterally, and the further the tip of the lever portion 55 is moved laterally, the higher the temperature of the discharged water becomes. Furthermore, the mixer faucet portion 50 can be electronically controlled.

(1.5) Upper Cabinet As shown in FIG. 1, an upper cabinet 12 is disposed above the back guard 3. The upper cabinet 12 is formed in a box shape with an opening on the front side. The upper cabinet 12 can store items inside through the opening on the front side. A door 13 is provided on the opening on the front side of the upper cabinet 12. In this embodiment, the upper cabinet 12 has three independent cabinets 14 lined up in the left-right direction. A door 13 is provided on the front side of each cabinet 14, and the doors 13 are provided with mirrors 15, which enable the cabinets 14 to be used as a three-way mirror.

In addition, between each cabinet 14, a lighting device 16 that illuminates the front is arranged. This lighting device 16 has a light-guiding member that extends vertically and a light source that emits light from one end of the light-guiding member. In addition, a power supply unit 17 for supplying power to this lighting device 16 is provided in the upper cabinet 12.

(2) Faucet Unit As shown in Fig. 2, the faucet unit 4 is attached to the front surface of the back guard 3. The faucet unit 4 has a functional member 6, an attachment base 7 (see Fig. 3A), and a unit cover 400.

(2.1) Functional Members The functional members 6 are members for imparting various functions, excluding the mixer tap unit 50 having the tap body. In this embodiment, the functional members 6 include a faucet control device 61, a hand lighting device 62, a lighting switching device 63, and a socket unit 64.

The faucet control device 61 has a non-contact faucet sensor and a control unit. The non-contact faucet sensor is a so-called human presence sensor that detects a human body without contact, and various types of human presence sensors, including infrared and optical types, can be used as appropriate, so detailed explanations will be omitted. Note that the human presence sensor may detect objects other than the human body.

The control unit controls the mixer tap unit 50 to switch between discharging water from the water discharge unit 51 and stopping water based on the detection result of the non-contact sensor for the faucet. For example, when the non-contact sensor for the faucet detects a human body, such as by holding a hand over the detection range of the non-contact sensor for the faucet, water is discharged from the water discharge unit 51, and when the non-contact sensor for the faucet does not detect a human body, water is not discharged from the water discharge unit 51.

The hand lighting device 62 illuminates the hands and bowl portion 21 located below, and has a light source such as an LED (Light Emitting Diode), but the light source is not limited to an LED.

The lighting switching device 63 has a non-contact lighting sensor and a control unit. The non-contact lighting sensor is a human presence sensor, and detailed description will be omitted. The non-contact lighting sensor may be the same sensor as the non-contact faucet sensor, or may be a different sensor from the non-contact faucet sensor.

The control unit controls the hand lighting device 62 to switch between on and off based on the detection result of the non-contact lighting sensor. For example, when the non-contact lighting sensor detects a human body by holding a hand over the detection range of the non-contact lighting sensor, the hand lighting device 62 turns on, and when the non-contact lighting sensor does not detect a human body, the hand lighting device 62 turns off.

In addition, the lighting switching device 63 may switch the lighting device 16 provided in the upper cabinet 12 on and off, rather than switching the hand lighting device 62 on and off. Furthermore, the lighting switching device 63 may switch both the lighting device 16 provided in the upper cabinet 12 and the hand lighting device 62 on and off.

(2.2) Mounting Base As shown in Figures 3A and 3B, the mounting base 7 is attached to the upper end of the back guard 3. The upper end of the back guard 3 is composed of the top wall portion 32 and the upper ends of the front wall portion 31, the left wall portion 33, and the right wall portion 34. As shown in Figures 4A and 4B, the mounting base 7 has an upper horizontal piece 71, a front vertical piece 72, a front upper horizontal piece 73, and a front lower horizontal piece 74. In this embodiment, the mounting base 7 is formed by extrusion molding of aluminum. After being formed by extrusion molding, the mounting base 7 is anodized and clear painted for rust prevention.

The upper horizontal piece 71 is a portion that is placed on the upper end surface of the mounting portion of the back guard 3 (i.e., the upper surface of the top wall portion 32). In this embodiment, the mounting portion of the back guard 3 is composed of the upper portion of the front wall portion 31 and the top wall portion 32. A front vertical piece 72 extends downward from the front end of the upper horizontal piece 71. The front vertical piece 72 is a portion that contacts the front surface of the back guard 3. A fastening hole 721 for fixing to the back guard 3 is formed in the front vertical piece 72. A front upper horizontal piece 73 extends forward from the upper portion of the front vertical piece 72. In this embodiment, the front upper horizontal piece 73 extends forward from the upper end of the front vertical piece 72. The front upper horizontal piece 73 has two groove component pieces 732 that extend downward and are spaced apart from each other in the front and rear directions, and a groove portion 731 that opens downward between the groove component pieces 732 and into which a hook portion 821 described later is inserted. The rear groove component piece 732 has an inclined edge 733 that is positioned further rearward as it moves upward.

A unit cover 400 is attached to the front upper horizontal piece 73. A front lower horizontal piece 74 extends forward from the lower part of the front vertical piece 72. In this embodiment, the front lower horizontal piece 74 extends forward from the lower end of the front vertical piece 72. The unit cover 400 is attached to the front lower horizontal piece 74, and a screw hole 70 is formed in the front lower horizontal piece 74 for fixing the unit cover 400.

In addition, a notch 75 is formed in the left-right middle of the mounting base 7, extending from the top-bottom middle of the front vertical piece 72 to the front end of the front lower horizontal piece 74, to allow the water outlet 51 and mixer tap 50 attached to the front surface of the back guard 3 to escape.

(2.3) Unit Cover As shown in Fig. 2, the unit cover 400 is attached to the mounting base 7 so as to protrude forward from the mounting base 7. The unit cover 400 has a cover body 8, a side cap 41, and a partition 42. The functional member 6 is attached to the cover body 8. As shown in Fig. 5A and Fig. 5B, the cover body 8 has a front wall 81, an upper wall 82, and a lower wall 83. In this embodiment, the cover body 8 is formed by extrusion molding of aluminum. After being formed by extrusion molding, the cover body 8 is subjected to anodizing treatment and clear coating for rust prevention.

The front wall 81 constitutes the front surface of the faucet unit 4. The front wall 81 is rectangular in front view and has a plate shape extending generally in the vertical direction in side view, but the upper end is curved toward the rear. The upper wall 82 extends rearward from the upper part of the front wall 81. In this embodiment, the upper wall 82 extends rearward from the upper end of the front wall 81. The upper wall 82 has a rectangular shape in plan view and has a plate shape extending generally in the front-to-rear direction in side view, but the front end is curved downward. The boundary between the front wall 81 and the upper wall 82 does not have to be particularly clear, and in this case the boundary is determined appropriately. A hook portion 821 is formed at the rear end of the upper wall 82, with a base end 822 extending downward and a tip end 823 extending upward.

An opening 85 through which the faucet control device 61 is inserted is formed in the approximate center of the front wall 81 in the left-right direction. In addition, an opening 86 through which the outlet part 64 is inserted is formed in the left end part of the front wall 81.

The lower wall 83 extends rearward from the lower part of the front wall 81. In this embodiment, the lower wall 83 extends rearward from the lower end of the front wall 81. The lower wall 83 has a rectangular shape in a plan view, and is a plate-like shape extending generally in the front-rear direction in a side view. A notch 84 is formed in the middle part of the lower wall 83 in the left-right direction to allow the water outlet part 51 and the mixer tap part 50 attached to the front surface of the back guard 3 to escape.

At the rear end of the lower wall 83, a fastening hole 80 is formed for fastening to the front lower horizontal piece 74 of the mounting base 7. At the left of the notch 84 in the lower wall 83, an opening 87 through which the hand lighting device 62 passes and a fastening hole 871 for fastening the hand lighting device 62 are formed. At the left of the opening 87 and fastening hole 871 in the lower wall 83, an opening 88 through which the lighting switching device 63 passes and a fastening hole 881 for fastening the lighting switching device 63 are formed. At the portion of the lower wall 83 corresponding to the above-mentioned opening 85, a fastening hole 851 for fastening the faucet control device 61 is formed. At both the left and right ends of the lower wall 83, fastening holes 89 for fastening the side caps 41 are formed.

(2.4) Side Caps As shown in Fig. 6, side caps 41 are provided on the left and right side ends of the cover body 8 and the mounting base 7. The side caps 41 are formed of a resin such as ABS. The side caps 41 are preferably chemical resistant. The side caps 41 are attached to the left and right ends of the cover body 8 to close the storage space 40 (see Fig. 12). The side caps 41 are formed with mounting protrusions 411 having screw holes 412 on the surface facing the storage space 40 when attached to the cover body 8. The mounting base 7, the cover body 8, and the side caps 41 form a cover portion of the faucet unit 4. The storage space 40 in which the faucet device 5 and the functional member 6 are stored is formed inside the cover portion.

The side cap 41 has a support piece 43 that allows the front lower horizontal piece 74 to support the weight of the unit cover 400.

(2.5) Partition As shown in Fig. 9, the partition 42 is attached to the left-right middle part of the cover body 8 to divide the storage space 40 into left and right parts. The partition 42 has a recess 421 that accommodates the hook part 821 and the groove part component piece 732 along the shapes of the hook part 821 and the groove part component piece 732 at a position corresponding to the hook part 821 and the groove part component piece 732 on the upper side. An inclined side 422 that is positioned further rearward as it goes upward is formed at the rear end of the recess 421. A packing is provided on the outer periphery of the partition 42, but the packing is not a particularly essential component.

(3) Attaching the Faucet Unit to the Back Guard The attachment of the faucet unit 4 to the back guard 3 will be described below.

3A and 3B, the faucet device 5 is attached to the back guard 3. In this case, as described above, the mixer faucet section 50 and the water discharge section 51 are attached to the front surface of the back guard 3 by the bolts 533, screws, etc.

(3.2) Attaching the mounting base to the back guard With the front vertical piece 72 of the mounting base 7 in contact with the front surface of the front wall portion 31 of the back guard 3, a bolt 76 is inserted from the front into the fixing hole 721 and the hole in the front wall portion 31, and a nut 77 is fitted onto the tip of the bolt 76, thereby attaching the mounting base 7 to the back guard 3.

(3.3) Attachment of Functional Member to Unit Cover As shown in Figures 8A and 8B, the functional member 6 is attached to the cover body 8. The front end of the faucet control device 61 is inserted into the opening 85 formed in the front wall 81 of the cover body 8. Then, a fastener 852 consisting of a screw is inserted into a fastening hole 851 (see Figure 5B) formed in the lower wall 83 and screwed into a screw hole formed in the faucet control device 61, and the faucet control device 61 is attached to the cover body 8.

The lower end of the hand lighting device 62 is inserted into an opening 87 formed in the bottom wall 83 of the cover body 8. Then, a fastener 872 consisting of a screw is inserted into a fastening hole 871 (see FIG. 5B) formed in the bottom wall 83 and screwed into a screw hole formed in the hand lighting device 62, and the hand lighting device 62 is attached to the cover body 8.

The lower end of the lighting switching device 63 is inserted into an opening 88 formed in the lower wall 83. Then, a fastener 882 consisting of a screw is inserted into a fastening hole 881 (see FIG. 5B) formed in the lower wall 83 and screwed into a screw hole formed in the lighting switching device 63, and the lighting switching device 63 is attached to the cover body 8.

The peripheral portion of the opening 86 in the front wall 81 is clamped between the front and rear members of the outlet portion 64, and the outlet portion 64 is attached to the cover body 8.

(3.4) Attaching the Side Caps to the Mounting Base The side caps 41 are fitted onto the left and right side ends of the cover body 8 and the mounting base 7, and fasteners 413 consisting of screws are screwed into threaded holes 412 formed in the side caps 41 through fastening holes 89 formed in the bottom wall 83 of the cover body 8, and the side caps 41 are attached to the cover body 8 (see FIG. 11 ).

(3.5) Mounting of unit cover to mounting base The cover body 8 to which the functional member 6 is attached is mounted to the mounting base 7. As shown in Fig. 9, the tip 823 of the hook portion 821 of the upper wall 82 of the cover body 8 is inserted from below into the groove 731 of the front upper horizontal piece 73 of the mounting base 7. At this time, since the recess 421 is formed in the partition 42, the tip 823 of the hook portion 821 can be easily inserted into the groove 731 by inserting the rear groove component piece 732 of the mounting base 7 into the recess 421. That is, if the partition 42 having such a recess 421 is not provided in the unit cover 400, the tip 823 of the hook portion 821 is likely to enter further rearward than the rear groove component piece 732, but the partition 42 having such a recess 421 allows the recess 421 to act as a guide and the tip 823 of the hook portion 821 to easily enter the groove 731.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, an inclined edge 422 is formed at the rear end of the recess 421, which is positioned further rearward as it goes upward. This makes it even easier to insert the tip 823 of the hook portion 821 into the groove portion 731 by abutting the groove portion component piece 732 on the rear side of the mounting base 7 against the inclined edge 422 and guiding it with the inclined edge 422.

Next, as shown in FIG. 11, the lower end of the unit cover 400 is rotated backward around the hook portion 821 inserted into the groove portion 731 from below. Then, the lower wall 83 of the cover body 8 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the front lower horizontal piece 74 of the mounting base 7, and at this time, the support piece 43 provided on the side cap 41 is placed on the front lower horizontal piece 74, and the weight of the unit cover 400 is supported by the front lower horizontal piece 74. This makes it easier for the worker to perform the next installation work of the cover body 8 to the mounting base 7, as he does not need to support the unit cover 400 with his hand.

As shown in FIG. 10, the partition 42 is located in the portion of the mounting base 7 where the notch 75 is formed. The upper portion of the rear end edge of the partition 42 contacts the portion of the front vertical piece of the mounting base 7 above the notch 75 via a gasket, and the lower portion of the rear end edge of the partition 42 contacts the front surface of the front wall portion 31 of the back guard 3 through the notch 75. The partition 42 has an outer diameter that follows the shape of the mounting base 7, the cover body 8, and the back guard 3, including the hook portion 821 and the groove portion component piece 732, so that water is effectively prevented from entering the depths of the storage space 40 from the water faucet device 5 side.

Then, the fastener 800 consisting of a screw is screwed through the fastener hole 80 (see FIG. 6) in the bottom wall 83 and into the screw hole 70 (see FIG. 6) in the front lower horizontal piece 74, and the bottom wall 83 is attached to the front lower horizontal piece 74. This attaches the cover body 8 to the mounting base 7. Moreover, by removing the fastener 800, the cover body 8 can be easily removed from the mounting base 7. In other words, the cover body 8 is removably attached to the mounting base 7.

(4) Effects In the manner described above, the faucet unit 4 is attached to the back guard 3. In this washbasin unit 1, it is only necessary to attach the cover body 8 to which the functional member 6 is attached, to the mounting base 7 attached to the back guard 3. Therefore, there is no need to attach the functional member 6 to the back guard 3, and the functional member 6 can be easily attached to the washbasin unit 1.

In addition, the cover body 8 is removably attached to the mounting base 7, making it easy to attach and remove the cover body 8 to and from the mounting base 7.

In addition, a hook portion 821 is formed on the upper wall 82 of the cover body 8, and a groove portion 731 is formed on the front upper horizontal piece 73 of the mounting base 7. This makes it easy to attach the cover body 8 to the mounting base 7 by simply inserting the hook portion 821 of the upper wall 82 into the groove portion 731 of the front upper horizontal piece 73.

In addition, the upper wall 82 of the cover body 8 is attached to the front upper horizontal piece 73 of the mounting base 7, and the lower wall 83 of the cover body 8 is attached to the front lower horizontal piece 74 of the mounting base 7, so that the lower wall 83 of the cover body 8 can be attached forward of the back guard 3, making it easier to attach the cover body 8 to the mounting base 7.

(5) Modified Examples The counter 2 and the bowl portion 21 do not have to be formed integrally, nor do they have to be made of resin. They may be made of wood materials such as solid wood or plywood, for example, and are not particularly limited.

The back guard 3 does not have to be formed integrally with the counter 2, and does not have to be made of resin. It may be made of wood materials such as solid wood or plywood, and is not particularly limited.

The water outlet 51 may have a fixed faucet instead of a shower head 52.

Instead of the mixer tap unit 50, a tap unit that can only switch water on and off and adjust the amount of water discharged but cannot adjust the temperature may be provided.

The lighting device 16 provided between each cabinet 14 does not need to have a light-guiding member. The upper cabinet 12 does not need to be provided with a power supply device 17 or an internal outlet.

The mounting base 7 and the cover body 8 do not have to be formed by extrusion molding, and do not have to be made of aluminum, but may be made of other metals, such as SUS. In addition, the mounting base 7 and the cover body 8 do not have to be anodized and clear coated.

The front upper horizontal piece 73 and the front lower horizontal piece 74 are of optional configuration, and the mounting base 7 does not have to have one or both of the front upper horizontal piece 73 and the front lower horizontal piece 74.

The side cap 41 is an optional configuration and does not have to be provided on the faucet unit 4. In this case, the space surrounded by the cover body 8 and the mounting base 7 and opening to the side becomes the storage space 40.

The partition 42 is an optional configuration and does not have to be provided in the faucet unit 4.

As is clear from the above-described embodiment and its modified examples, the washbasin (1) of the first aspect includes a counter (2), a back guard (3) extending upward from the rear of the counter (2), a faucet unit (4) attached to the front of the back guard (3), and a faucet device (5) attached to the front of the back guard (3). The faucet unit (4) has a functional member (6), a mounting base (7) attached to the back guard (3), and a unit cover (400) to which the functional member (6) is attached. The mounting base (7) has an upper horizontal piece (71) placed on the upper end surface of the mounting part of the back guard (3), and a front vertical piece (72) extending downward from the front end of the upper horizontal piece (71) and contacting the front surface of the back guard (3). The unit cover (400) is attached to the mounting base (7) so as to protrude forward from the mounting base (7). A water faucet device (5) and a functional member (6) are housed in a storage space (40) surrounded by a unit cover (400) and an attachment base (7).

According to the first aspect, there is no need to attach the functional member (6) to the back guard (3), and it is only necessary to attach the unit cover (400) to which the functional member (6) is attached to the mounting base (7) attached to the back guard (3), which makes it easy to attach the functional member (6) to the washbasin (1).

The second aspect can be realized in combination with the first aspect. In the second aspect, the unit cover (400) is detachably attached to the mounting base (7) with the functional member (6) attached.

According to the second aspect, the unit cover (400) can be easily attached to and detached from the mounting base (7).

The third aspect can be realized by combining with the second aspect. In the third aspect, the unit cover (400) has a front wall (81), an upper wall (82) extending rearward from an upper portion of the front wall (81), and a lower wall (83) extending rearward from a lower portion of the front wall (81). A hook portion (821) having a base end portion (822) extending downward and a tip end portion (823) extending upward is formed at the rear end of the upper wall (82). The mounting base (7) further has a front upper horizontal piece (73) extending forward from an upper portion of the front vertical piece (72). The front upper horizontal piece (73) has two groove component pieces (732) that extend downward and are spaced apart from each other in the front and rear, and a groove (731) that opens downward between the groove component pieces (732) and into which a hook portion (821) is inserted, and the unit cover (400) is configured to be rotatable around the hook portion (821) inserted from below into the groove portion (731).

According to the third aspect, the unit cover (400) can be rotated around the hook portion (821) inserted into the groove portion (731) from below, making it easy to attach the unit cover (400) to the front upper horizontal piece (73) of the upper wall (82).

The fourth aspect can be realized by combining it with the third aspect. In the fourth aspect, the unit cover (400) has a cover body (8) having a front wall (81), an upper wall (82), and a lower wall (83), and a partition (42) attached to the middle of the cover body (8) in the left-right direction to divide the storage space (40) into left and right parts.

The partition (42) has a recess (421) at a position corresponding to the hook portion (821) and the groove portion component piece (732) on the upper side, which accommodates the hook portion (821) and the groove portion component piece (732) along the shape of the hook portion (821) and the groove portion component piece (732).

According to the fourth aspect, the partition (42) is provided to prevent water from entering the interior of the storage space (40) from the water faucet device (5).

The fifth aspect can be realized in combination with the third or fourth aspect. In the fifth aspect, the mounting base (7) further has a front lower horizontal piece (74) that extends forward from the lower part of the front vertical piece (72) and to which the lower wall (83) is attached.

According to the fifth aspect, it is possible to attach the lower wall (83) of the unit cover (400) forward of the back guard (3), making it easier to attach the unit cover (400) to the mounting base (7).

The sixth aspect can be realized by combining with the fifth aspect. In the sixth aspect, the unit cover (400) has a support piece (43) that allows the front lower horizontal piece (74) to support the weight of the unit cover (400).

According to the sixth aspect, the worker does not need to support the unit cover (400) with his/her hands when attaching the cover body (8) to the mounting base (7), making the installation easier.

The seventh aspect can be realized by combining it with the sixth aspect. In the seventh aspect, the unit cover (400) has a cover body (8) having a front wall (81), an upper wall (82), and a lower wall (83), and side caps (41) attached to the left and right ends of the cover body (8) to close the storage space (40). The support pieces (43) are provided on the side caps (41).

According to the seventh aspect, it is sufficient to form the support piece (43) on the side cap (41), and it is easy to form the support piece (43) on the unit cover (400).
