なお、この前側規制片21,後側規制片22及び連結部23は一体成形されていてもよい。
上ロック部材20の第1扉(上枠11b)への取り付けは、取付孔21a、22aと上枠11bに設けた貫通孔が一致するように隙間D1に上枠11bの先端側を挿入し、貫通孔と取付孔に軸部材24を挿入して回動自在に取り付ける。
上ロック部材20のロック状態とロック解除状態の切り替えを、図7にて説明する。
先にロック状態を説明すると、図7(c)に示すように第1扉の上枠11bに回動自在に取り付けた上ロック部材20は、その前側規制片21と後側規制片22との間に設けた隙間D1に第2扉の上枠12bが納まるように第2扉側に向けて回動する。
この場合に、連結部23はロック状態で上部側に位置するように、一対の前側規制片21と後側規制片22とのロック方向回転外側の上部に設けてある。
これにより、連結部23が第2扉の上枠12bの上面に当接保持され、ロック状態が維持される。
次にロック解除状態を、図7(a)、(b)にて説明する。
ロックを解除するには、図7(c)の状態から上ロック部材20の先端側が第2扉の上枠12bから外れるように回動した後、第1扉11又は第2扉12の一方、あるいは両方を開き操作する。
すると、上ロック部材20の先端側は自重にて回動し、図7(a)に示すように前側規制片21と後側規制片22との間の隙間D1に第1扉の縦枠11cが納まるようにして垂下保持される。
これにより、第1,2扉の開閉に際して上ロック部材20が邪魔になるのを抑える。
なお、図3(a)、(b)に示すように、第1扉の縦枠11cの上端部後面にゴム製等の保持部材11eを設けてもよい。
このようにすると、上ロック部材20がロック解除状態のときに、縦枠11cと後側規制片22との間にこの保持部材11eが挟み込まれ、ふらつきが防止される。

The upper locking member 20 is attached to the first door (upper frame 11b) by inserting the tip end of the upper frame 11b into the gap D1 so that the mounting holes 21a, 22a and the through holes provided in the upper frame 11b are aligned, and the shaft member 24 is inserted into the through hole and the mounting hole to attach it so that it can rotate freely.
The switching of the upper locking member 20 between the locked state and the unlocked state will be described with reference to FIG.
First, to explain the locked state, as shown in Figure 7 (c), the upper locking member 20 which is rotatably attached to the upper frame 11b of the first door rotates toward the second door so that the upper frame 12b of the second door fits into the gap D1 provided between the front regulating piece 21 and the rear regulating piece 22.
In this case, the connecting portion 23 is provided at the upper part on the outer side of the pair of front and rear restricting pieces 21, 22 when rotated in the locking direction so that the connecting portion 23 is located at the upper side in the locked state.
This causes the connecting portion 23 to be held in contact with the upper surface of the upper frame 12b of the second door, maintaining the locked state.
Next, the unlocked state will be described with reference to FIGS.
To release the lock, the tip of the upper locking member 20 is rotated from the state shown in Figure 7 (c) so as to disengage from the upper frame 12b of the second door, and then either the first door 11 or the second door 12, or both, are opened.
Then, the tip side of the upper locking member 20 rotates under its own weight, and the vertical frame 11c of the first door is held hanging down so that it fits into the gap D1 between the front regulating piece 21 and the rear regulating piece 22, as shown in Figure 7 (a).
This prevents the upper locking member 20 from interfering with opening and closing of the first and second doors.
As shown in Figs. 3(a) and 3(b), a retaining member 11e made of rubber or the like may be provided on the rear surface of the upper end of the vertical frame 11c of the first door.
In this way, when the upper locking member 20 is in an unlocked state, the retaining member 11e is sandwiched between the vertical frame 11c and the rear regulating piece 22, thereby preventing wobbling.

本実施例における下ロック部材30の構造例を、図6(b)に示す。
また、侵入規制柵の第1扉に取り付けた下ロック部材30付近の拡大図を、図8,9に示す。
下ロック部材30は、図6(b)に示すように一対の略L字形状の前側ロック片31と後側ロック片32とを有する。
前側ロック片31と後側ロック片32は隙間D2を有して前後に対向し、およそ角部に設けた取付孔31a、32aが前後に貫通している。
また、前側ロック片31、後側ロック片32はそれぞれ下桟規制片31b、32bと下枠規制片31c、32cを有し、取付孔31a、32a近傍で下桟規制片31b、32bの対向する一辺が部分的に連結部33で連結されている。
隙間D2には、図8(a)~(c)に示すように第1,2扉の下枠11a、12aや下桟13が挿入可能である。
下ロック部材30の第1扉(下枠11a)への取り付けは、取付孔31a、32aと下枠11aに設けた貫通孔が一致するように隙間D2に下枠11aの先端側を挿入する。
この際、連結部33が下ロック部材のロック解除時回動軌道の内側となって縦枠11cに当接するように配設し、取付孔と貫通孔に軸部材34を挿入して回動自在に取り付ける。
これにより、下ロック部材30が第1扉の下枠11aの先端側に回動可能に取り付けられる。
なお、下ロック部材30の別構造例を図6(c)に示すが、前側ロック片31又は後側ロック片32のみから構成されるものであってもよい。

As shown in Figures 8(a) to 8(c), the bottom frames 11a, 12a and the bottom rail 13 of the first and second doors can be inserted into the gap D2.
The lower locking member 30 is attached to the first door (lower frame 11a) by inserting the tip end of the lower frame 11a into the gap D2 so that the mounting holes 31a, 32a are aligned with the through holes provided in the lower frame 11a.
At this time, the connecting portion 33 is disposed so as to be inside the rotation track of the lower locking member when unlocked and abut against the vertical frame 11c, and the shaft member 34 is inserted into the mounting hole and through hole to be rotatably attached.
This allows the lower locking member 30 to be rotatably attached to the tip side of the lower frame 11a of the first door.
FIG. 6C shows another example of the structure of the lower locking member 30, which may be composed of only the front locking piece 31 or the rear locking piece 32.

図8に基づいて、下ロック部材30のロック状態とロック解除状態の切り替えについて説明する。
図8(a)、(b)はロックが解除されている状態を示し、図8(c)は下ロック部材30を回動し、ロックした状態を示す。
まず、図8(c)に基づいてロック状態を説明する。
下ロック部材30を構成する、一対に対向配置した前側ロック片31と後側ロック片32との間に所定の隙間D2を有するように部分的に連結部33にて連結してあるので、下ロック部材30を第2扉12側に向けて回動すると、一対の下桟規制片31b、32bの間に下桟13が納まる。
また、一対の下枠規制片31c、32cの間には第2扉の下枠12aが納まる。
この際に、連結部33が第1扉の下枠11aの下面に当接するので、このロック状態が維持される。
これにより、下ロック部材30にて第1扉の下枠11a、第2扉の下枠12a及び下桟13の3点で相互にロックされることになる。
このようにすると、従来は両側の扉と下桟との間に危険な隙間が発生する恐れがあったが、これを抑えることができる。
この状態を図9にて説明すると、例えば愛玩動物が侵入規制柵の扉に力を加えると、図9(a)の状態から図9(b)に示すような状態になる。
例えば第2扉に力を加えると、第2扉の下枠12aの後面が下ロック部材の後側ロック片32に当接し、前側ロック片31に下桟13の前面が当接する。
第1扉に力が加わると、上記と逆になるがいずれにしても3点でロックされるので、従来のような危険な隙間が生じにくい。
次に、下ロック部材30のロック解除状態を図8(a)、(b)に基づいて説明する。
下ロック部材30を第1扉の基部側に向けて回動する。
すると、下桟13に位置していた下桟規制片31b、32bの間に第1扉の縦枠11cが納まり、第2扉の下枠12aに位置していた下枠規制片31c、32cの間に第1扉の下枠11aが納まる。
このロック解除状態は連結部33が第1扉の縦枠11cの側面に当接することで維持される。
このようにロック解除状態では、下ロック部材30が第1扉側に収納されるので、通行の妨げにならない。
また、下ロック部材30が図6(c)に示すような前側ロック片31のみで構成され、第1扉の下枠11aの前面に取り付けてある場合には、上記のように扉に荷重が加わると、上ロック部材で両扉の上端が係止しているので、前側ロック片31がそれぞれ下桟13前面、第2扉の下枠12a前面に当接する。
これにより、扉の下端側での危険な隙間発生が抑制される。

As a result, the lower locking member 30 locks the lower frame 11a of the first door, the lower frame 12a of the second door, and the lower rail 13 to each other at three points.
This reduces the risk of dangerous gaps occurring between the doors on both sides and the bottom rail, which was previously a problem.
This state will be explained with reference to FIG. 9. For example, when a pet animal applies force to the door of the intrusion prevention fence, the state shown in FIG. 9(a) changes to the state shown in FIG. 9(b).
For example, when force is applied to the second door, the rear surface of the bottom frame 12a of the second door abuts against the rear locking piece 32 of the lower locking member, and the front surface of the lower rail 13 abuts against the front locking piece 31.
When force is applied to the first door, the opposite happens to the above, but in any case, it is locked at three points, making it less likely that dangerous gaps will form as in the past.
Next, the unlocked state of the lower locking member 30 will be described with reference to FIGS.
The lower locking member 30 is rotated toward the base side of the first door.
Then, the vertical frame 11c of the first door fits between the lower rail regulating pieces 31b, 32b that were located on the lower rail 13, and the lower frame 11a of the first door fits between the lower frame regulating pieces 31c, 32c that were located on the lower frame 12a of the second door.
This unlocked state is maintained by the connecting portion 33 abutting against the side surface of the vertical frame 11c of the first door.
In this manner, in the unlocked state, the lower locking member 30 is stored on the first door side, so that it does not impede passage.
Furthermore, if the lower locking member 30 is composed only of the front locking piece 31 as shown in Figure 6 (c) and is attached to the front surface of the bottom frame 11a of the first door, when a load is applied to the doors as described above, the upper ends of both doors are locked by the upper locking member, so that the front locking piece 31 abuts against the front surface of the lower rail 13 and the front surface of the bottom frame 12a of the second door, respectively.
This prevents dangerous gaps from occurring at the bottom of the door.

本実施例は正面パネルの中央部に扉を有する例であるが、正面パネルの側部に扉を有していてもよい。

前記第1扉と第2扉との間の上部には相互の開閉をロックする上ロック部材を有し、
前記第1扉及び第2扉の下部と前記下桟との3点にて相互の開閉をロックする下ロック部材を有していることを特徴とする侵入規制柵の扉ロック構造。
